GENTLEMEN IMPERIALISTS – YOU WILL NEVER DESTROY COMMUNIST IDEOLOGY!
Statement by the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (CC AUCPB) in connection with the adoption by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe of a resolution equating Stalinism with Nazism.
On 3 July 2009, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE) adopted a resolution “Unification for a separated Europe: defending human rights and civil liberties in the region of the OSCE in the XXI century”. The “resolution” “condemns” the “crimes of Stalinism”, equating them to Nazism and demands that Russia (participators of the OSCE) reject demonstrations that glorify the Soviet past and “getting ridding of structures” “glorifying history”.
The “resolution” strongly “calls on states-participators of the OSCE to open their own historical and political archives”, “encourage and support the activity of the NPO carrying out research enlightenment work on the crimes of totalitarian regimes” and many other in the same spirit. (Naturally, we are talking here namely about Russia and not about European states. We judge this to be inciting towards another “re-writing” and falsification of the history of the USSR).
The “Resolution” as noted in it, was adopted in support of the “initiative” of the European Union to “announce the 23 August, that is, the day when 70 years ago, the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact was signed, a common European day of remembrance for the victims of Stalinism and Nazism in the name of preserving the memory of victims of mass deportations and executions”.
The equating in the spirit of Gebbel propaganda “Stalinism” to Nazism which is politically illiterate and illogical, those who drew up the “resolution” somehow said not a word about the need to struggle against modern-day Jewish extreme nationalism-nazism or Zionism which nowadays has not rejected its claims to world domination and in the form of the state ideology of the USA and Israel, is carrying out terror in the Middle East, physically destroying the Arab population. Concerning the USA, then there are more than enough facts about genocide brought about by this empire of evil in many regions of the world. Over-emphasing in the “resolution” as the most important “uniqueness of the Holocaust” (with the absence of any kind of documentary data about the advertised presently 6 million of its victims – we note), the creators of the resolution have some-how forgotten that it was namely “Stalinist totalitarianism” that saved the Jews from all-out destruction by the Hitlerites having paid the price with millions of lives of Soviet people at the fronts of the Second World War and in the rear.
Western Europe has also forgotten about the fact that namely Britain, France and the USA nurtured the Nazi beast, having directed it to the East, tore up the formation of a European system of a collective rebuff against Hitler.
The industrial monopolies and banks of these countries took direct part in the financing and revival of the armed forces of the fascist Reich; they allowed Hitler without a single bullet being fired to carry out the anschluss of Austria (March 1938); 29 September 1938 the prime ministers of Britain and France – Chamberlain and Dalade (with the support of US president Roosevelt) cooked up a plan with Hitler and Mussolini – the traitorous Munchen Agreement, having handed Czechoslovakia over to sacrifice to the fascist predators.
It is namely the imperialists of these countries, hating the country of socialism, entering into conspiracy with the Hitlerite Nazis are to blame in unleashing a second bloody world war. The Soviet Union, under the leadership of J.V. Stalin, the “totalitarian regime” which is so hatefully “condemned” today by Europe smashed the Hitlerites, having sacrificed 25 million lives (compare that to the 6 million from the holocaust), in order to save the peoples of Europe from fascist enslavement, and many peoples – from destruction.
It is worth reminding forgetful Europe that Stalinist Soviet Union was the creator of the Anti-Hitlerite coalition and founder of the International Military tribunal in Nuremburg, the crimes of Nazism of which were punished and those people guilty of the crimes pointed out. This “resolution” of the OSCE in essence rehabilitates Nazism.
The “resolution” by the OSCE was adopted at the suggestion of the neo-Nazis in the Baltic States and Slovenia which are freely getting along in “free” Europe. Western Europe so angrily “condemning” Nazism, face to face do not see either in the demonstrative marches of the Lithuanian, Estonian and Latvian SS-ites – Hitlerite chasteners in the capital cities of these states; nor the making heros of the nazi criminals at a state level, nor the raising of the nazi ideology to the rank of state ideology, like this is happening in Ukraine and the Balitic States; neither the Russian-speaking “non-citizens” who are deprived not just of political, but also of elementary human rights and who make up one third of the population of the Baltic countries; neither the barbaric removal by the Baltic Nazis of Soviet war memorials built in honor of Soviet soldiers who had liberated these countries from Nazism, along with many other acts of reviving Nazism in the Baltic state, and in Europe itself too.
The anti-communist crusade of a “united Europe” is jointly intensifying in conditions of an ever deepening world crisis, the approaching collapse of the imperialist system. At the start of 2006, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted “resolution” 1481 – “Need for international condemnation of crimes of totalitarian communist regimes”. The imperialists are feeling the impending social explosion, which they are trying to avert at all cost including by slandering the communist leaders, the communist ideology itself and the Soviet period of history. A unbridled campaign is underway to unleash on society militant anti-communism. All the imperialist states are strengthening their punitive structures for the struggle against their own peoples.
But despite the powerful anti-communist propaganda, public interest in “Capital” by Karl Marx had sharply risen. The imperialist ideologists are worried by the growth in the authority of J.V. Stalin, in defiance of the powerful blackening of his activity and the outstanding achievements by the Soviet people.
The OSCE, PACE and other similar international European organisations adopting with maniac-like fury “threatening” anti-communist resolutions have transformed themselves today into an instrument of political pressure on Russia in the interests of US and European imperialism, demanding from Russia that it “repents” for past “crimes”. These organisations as well as being generously financed by Russia (!) a long time ago departed form those aims for the sake of which they created. Russia has nothing to repent for and it is time for it to get out of these organisations which have become odious and having provided to “free” Europe to remove the worst of Nazism and totalitarianism in their own house.
To the honor of Greece, their representative together with Russia condemned the adopted “resolution” of the OSCE, and France’s representative equated it to a “witch-hunt”, although he voted “for” its adoption. In Moscow, the “resolution” was called the “new political demarche against Russia” at the threshold of the anniversary of the start of WW II. Vice leader of the of Russia’s State Duma Committee on international affairs A. Kozlovsky heading the Russian delegation at the Session if the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE, declared that equating the nazi regime with the Stalinist one in the Soviet Union “which made a decisive contribution in the defeat of fascism is a humiliation over history” (“Vesti.ru”). “Those who equate Stalinism and Nazism have forgotton that it was namely the Stalinist Soviet Union that contributed the most to the cause of liberating Europe from fascism”. The deputy also noted that the “adopted resolution will lead to a split”.
The evil and contradictory flow of history to historic facts, any resolutions and statements by the PACE, OSCE and other organisations, ideologically serving the class of capital which is departing from the world arena is not in a state to stop the inplacable flow of history towards communism.
Humanity will sweep imperialism from the path of its development and create a communist civilization which will put an end to wars, exploitation and oppression forever, allowing for the free development to all peoples and every human individual.

If in the 1990-s the bourgeois power in Russia dressed in the clothes of the democrats, then with the arrival of Putin, it has been attempting to try on the mask of the patriots.
Someone wants to take Russia with bare hands.
The capitalists and their salesmen calling themselves presidents and prime-ministers are hoping that behind a “patriotic” mask it will be impossible to reveal traitors who, by aiming for power, are turning into real fascists. Why traitors? Because the Russian army is now practically disarmed, and there will be no arsenal of nuclear weapons in our country and foreign invaders will be able to take over our Motherland bared handed.
According to data by Lieutenant-general Fomin, by 2012, Russia's nuclear potential will have shrunk by 600 time compared to 1991! Over the last decade, Russia's naval fleet has shrunk by 60%. If this trend continues, then by 2015 the navy will have no more than 60 submarines and warships of I and II Class. Almost all will be outdated.
There are almost no I class pilots for Russian aviation. The pilots fly no more that 50 hours a year instead of the minimum 180 hours. 60% of aviation technology is worn out. There are only enough ammunition to last 2 – 3 days of military action. Up to 30% of artillery weapons has outlasted itself and is in need of replacement.
Since 1994, the supply of new equipment to troops of the anti-aircraft defence has been reduced and until 2007 has not been renovated. Such towns as Nizhny Novgorod, Izhevsk, Perm, Vladimir, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Tula and Ulyanovsk are completely undefended from air strikes of an assumed enemy.
During the period from 2000 – 2007, Russia’s nuclear forces have lost 405 carriers/delivery systems and 2498 warheads. There are more then three times fewer missiles being produced than in the 1990-s.
The “patriotic” authorities by 2012 are planning to reduce the number of military districts and units from 1890 down to 172. the officer corps according to these “patriotic” plans should be reduced from 315 000 to 150 000 persons.
It is possible that the institute of young officers and warrant officers will be liquidated – 170 000 persons. One should not forget either, about the ditched “Mir” space station with the blessing of the president, which had besides everything else, military significance.
This is the way the “patriots” from the “United Russia Party” led by Putin and Medvedev cook up about the safe future for the country they run.
The straight facts
Now we shall examine how the “loving the Fatherland” leading politicians care about the people. In 2008, 50 thousand people went missing in Russia. The average male mortality rate is 59 years. The number of sex crimes committed in relation to children increased by 25 times, 6 times more(!) compared to 2003. in Russia, every minute, 5 people die, and only 3 are born. Every year in Russia, 26 thousand children die before the age of 10. every day, 50 infants die, 70% of them from orphanages. In Russia, the number of just registered alone drug addicts has reached 2.37 million people. There are more than 4.5 million “officially registered” alcoholics in the country. Russia occupies second place in the world for the distribution of fake medicines. Russia ranks among the world champions in the level of corruption, alongside countries like Bangladesh and Kenya. 35 thousand people each year are killed in road transport accidents. 20 thousand people each year die in fires. 40 thousand citizens die each year from drinking low-quality alcoholic beverages. The first in Russia and probably the world sobering up station for children has been opened in Moscow. This is a child-underage drug rehabilitation centre on the basis of narcotic clinic № 112.One needs to pay special attention to the fact that there is a well prepared weakly covered process underway of getting the Russian youth, especially girls, to smoke and drink, who drink beer, wine or use nicotine, thereby killing not just themselves, but also their future children. The most brutal and merciless destruction of our young people and their future offspring is occurring by means of tobacco and alcohol. And the powers to be keep dead quiet about all this, as if to say, that is the way it should be. On the TV and radio there are almost no programmes propagating a healthy way of life without alcohol and tobacco. And such silence by the authorities is a already a determined policy. Each year in Russian, more than 300 thousand people die from smoking. This figure is equal to the size of population of a city like Archangels.
The “growth” of production in Russia is such that coal mining is that of the level of 1957, lorry production – 1937, combine harvesters – 1933, tractors – 1931, railway trucks and fabric – 1910, shoes - ….1900.
One can yet again and again count the “achievements” of today’s Russia. All these “achievements” – are just one more great betrayal brought about by the patriots.
The greater the pressure, the mightier the resistance.
The police under the leadership of Nurgaliev has turned into a Gestapo, inventing and using such savage torture over “detainees” and those people “held for questioning” and at the same time lowering human dignity never even dreamt of by Muller. And in the prisons are not those people who are stealing millions every month, but young people who have fallen under the hot hand of a drunk or very “nervous” police sergeant. Many are inside for nothing – innocent, but sentenced. The true killers, thugs, thieves and bandits are strolling about freely and manage to gain the rank of lieutenants or even chief-in-command of the MVD.
The police are carrying out repressions in the form of detainment and arrests primarily against young activists of the communist movement. The authorities understand that the future is behind the youth. Recently, the number of activists and simply passers by beaten up in police stations has increased and also at meetings especially in Moscow and like what happened in Vladivostok, in Izhevsk and in other towns. In such a way, the authorities are trying to frighten and steer people away from active participation in acts of protests. But beatings only intensify the hatred inside the souls of young people and older activists towards the authorities.
Russia’s authorities own laws have been ground to dust. The criminal code does not work, the constitution where freedom of speech, gatherings and meetings are proclaimed is not working. A person can be taken away for just cursing Putin. What is this, if not fascism? The prosecutor should not control the police, and actually does not limit police arbitrariness.
In September 2008, a significant event took place inside the structure of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD RF). The department for organised crime was turned into a department for countering extremism. Those people who earlier went after the mafia, bandits, and terrorists are now going after people who think differently, oppositional minded people, the majority of whom had never ever came into contact with the criminal code. This is equal to setting a load of savage and trained Alsatian dogs on their defenceless parents who had fed and brought up such people. The authorities are afraid of radical political activists more than the mafia, corruption, bandits and Caucasian terrorists. But this is easy to explain. The mafia and the authorities are one and the same, have grown together into a single entity. So, are the authorities scared of themselves? Hardly, and indeed, the “extremists” for them are far more dangerous! More so these days amidst an economic crisis, when the people have “had too much”. In this sense, today’s power has surpassed even Hitlerite Germany. The leader of the SS, Himmler never took it to use the criminal police against a political opposition. Despite all these magic tricks, the representatives of the authorities get offended by fair reproach and do not allow criticism of themselves. What sensitive and easily hurt souls they are! They have already forgotten about democracy with or without quotation marks. Just like in Hitlerite Germany of 1933, the MVD of Russia is drawing up “black lists” where all the names of opposition activists will be entered. An electronic surveillance system has been formed and not just in the confines of a single town, but across the whole country. The authorities everywhere are preparing for an explosive autumn of discontent when the season for working on small plots come to an end and the people due to the worsening economic crisis hit the streets of many major cities across the country. Putin and Medvedev are very afraid of this. They cannot even pronounce the word “revolution” due to their fear. Therefore the fascistization of the regime is underway. But all this tightening of the bolts by the authorities is only demonstrating its own WEAKNESS and insecurity. And this means, that all those people who desire the rebirth of the Soviet Union have a good chance of achieving their aim. In physics there is a law: the harder to squeeze a spring, the harder it will resist the pressure. The harder the authorities squeeze the people, the harder the people will resist. And no amount of beating up of activists, torture, intimidation and even killing of them will save the current power. The people will only hate it even more. And just and fair hatred – is a great force! The bourgeois system in Russia in 1917 and the German fascist dictatorship fell victim to this hatred.
About those people who favour a “strong power”
Do some of those representatives of power know what elementary human conscience really is? They shamelessly lackey up to the Great Victory over Hitlerite Germany, to everything good that is the history of our country. They blaspheme. They carry on parades the Red Communist Banner of Victory and alongside with that, the anti-communist tri-coloured rag (Russian flag) which brought to Russia nothing good but was only compromised by Czar Nicolai II the Bloody, having filled a lake of the people’s blood, and by traitor Vlasov whose soldiers, by assisting the Hitlerites, hanged Soviet women and children on roadside posts. Neither Mr Putin or Medvedev ot their like-minded thinkers, Nicolai II, Kolchak and Denikin achieved this victory. Victory was achieved over fascist Germany by Soviet soldiers which the Bolshevik party led by Great Stalin had cemented into a threatening force against the Hitlerites! The communists were the first to go into battle. The AUCP (b) lost many hundreds of thousands of its members on battlefields. Therefore, nobody from the high-ranking officials has any right whatsoever with their unclean anti-Soviet hands to touch slightly to the Great Victory, for it was gained contrary to by all those, including present day anti-communists, “patriots” – traitors from the “United Russia” party.
And it is unknown on whose side many members of this party would have stood if they had to live during the Great Patriotic War. There are facts that say that a certain section of the younger members of the fascist parties of modern-day Russia have crossed over to which party do you think? Into the “United Russia” party! There is nothing at all surprising in this. Hitler respected a “strong power”, and many of today’s high-ranking officials also respect and are trying to bring to life a “string power”.

Pikalevites block highway
Recently the inhabitants of Pikalevo blocked one of the highways into the town. People blocked the road as a sign of protest and demanded the ending of wage arrears. Around 250 -300 people blocked the road in the direction of Vologda.
The rest of the roads leading into Pikalevo remained open. Riot police (OMON) were brought in.
Earlier in the town of Pikalevo, worked stopped at the construction enterprises – the aluminous, cement and chemical factories. They were based on the former aluminous combine and merged into a common technological chain. The “Pikalevsky aluminous factory” is the main one, owned by “BazelCement” controlled by Deripaska. In 2008 alone, more than 200 workes were laid off from the two factories. The population of Pikalevo having lost their source of income in the crisis, blame what happened on the management of the enterprises and request the state to restart the “wasteless production”, which had existed in Soviet times when the factories were part of a single combine.
BORN KILLERS
Once again the world was shocked by the mass killing carried out by a teenager. This time the tragedy occurred in a school in a small town in Germany. The 17 year old teenager killed 17 people, including 10 senior pupils before turning the gun on himself. The bourgeois media literally lapped up this “bit of hot news”. The scenes of the mass killing were shown on all the news channels, even those where their own viewers who aren’t usually spoiled by foreign news.
Besides, the fuss of the jackals of the pen and microphone – it is a deeply secondary moment. Another hullabaloo was called to hide the fact that such tragedies have become the norm of everyday life, carrying away the lives of scores if not hundreds of lives each year. And this is just among the youth, and only cases of allegedly “unmotivated” violence.
It is worth adding to this daily and criminal violence by teenagers, the case when “from the cannons fire out» grown up decent philistines, killing relatives, deservedly or simply passers by (namely such a case occurred in the USA practically the same time it occurred in the German town).
In Europe, such events only win the right to be a common thing, in the US, nobody is surprised at this. Over the last 20 years, the number of such tragedies inside the country-flagman of the capitalist world already threatens to exceed more than hundreds, and the number of their victims – over a thousand.
Journalists calling on the help of psychologists and other such analysts, love to talk about different versions, answering the question: why would such a young person who has only just started out in life, suddenly (?) grab a gun and, having killed many of those around him, then turn the gun on himself or die in the hands of the police? All these versions are led mainly to blaming the parents and that allegedly they brought the kids up badly, didn’t watch over them carefully enough, or didn’t store the weapons away safely enough.
Psychologists castigate themselves: they allegedly did not spot a “potential killer”. Different aunts and uncles, themselves more similar to sexual maniacs or perverts, with a sick-looking glitter in their own eyes relate the fact that the reason boils down to sexual inadequacy of the teenagers. Of course, who suffers from this, will talk like this, and these people take measure from themselves.
In actual fact, the series of mass “unmotivated” killings is only part of a huge problem. A huge number of people in the most highly developed countries spit on themselves as well as other lives. It is namely the most developed countries that are leading the world in the sheer numbers of suicides, in the number of perverts and maniacs, in the sheer number of psychiatric disorders.
Today’s philistine, the successful manager or modest office worker/petty clerk, may tomorrow turn into a monster, with actions that will shock the whole world.
This problem is not confined to just America or Europe. Ukraine like all the post-Soviet countries is extremely sick. Year on year, the number of all possible types of maniacs and their victims, the number of suicides and so-called unmotivated killings is on the rise. For example: young teenagers terrorized all of Dnepropetrovsk by huge scale in brutality murders in 2007. Therefore, let us not allow our philistines to bury their heads in the sand, hoping that the grief and torment takes place and will not concern them. Killers and maniacs are already waiting for them and their children in school, apartment staircases, on the street and in the workplace.
What is happening? Let’s begin to work it all out: why with each passing year is society giving birth to ever increasing numbers of psychopaths and maniacs? Society is not something abstract in its own class essence, but namely - it is bourgeois society. Such a society, giving birth to all of these problems exists only under capitalism. Consequently, violence, murder and suicide are a result of a deep incurable disease of the whole capitalist system.
Man categorically does not want to turn into a vegetable or into a well-fed bourgeois animal. It is namely the dominating in the world bourgeois ideology of consumerism that pushes people into the revolt of doomed. The liberal “end of history” appears as the end of humanity. The animalized mass of people are occupying their troughs and indulge with animal satisfactions, and those who does not wish to become animals at the trough, in the fits of protest, destroy themselves and often those around them.
Capitalism has turned everything into a commodity: friendship, love and close relationships. A price has been put on everything, either in dollars or another currency. The human body as well as the human soul has become a commodity. Success and recognition in modern bourgeois world is measured according to the salability of an individual.
And a teenager with youthful maximalism in the soul and an automatic pistol in hand, sowing death around himself – this is the price for rejection of humanity, for bowing to the “gold body”.
Can and should a system exist in which people are only hostile and occupied with the purchase and sale of themselves and other such people? No.
Mankind has two paths: either capitalism along which path like no other will destroy human civilization together with the planet, or society will destroy capitalism in the fire of a socialist revolution. Only by crossing over to a higher, socialist stage of development can Mankind put into the past the endless turn of senseless violence and death.
The choice lies with all of us.

AN ACCOUNT OF A VISIT TO THE LAND OF SONGUN BETWEEN BETWEEN JUNE 30th TO JULY 8Th 2009

After a gap of 13 years I returned to the DPRK. I went to Korea as the honoured guest of the Korean Association of Social Scientists. I managed eventually to get back to the homeland of the Juche Idea despite imperialist threats and sanctions aganist the DPRK over the so-called nuclear issue,undeterred by swine fever and bird flu and overcoming any financial obstacles. It felt like a beautiful dream to be in the fragrant flower garden of Socialist Korea once again.
Two months before my visit to north Korea, the DPRK launched the Kwangmyongsong No2 satellite and roughly about a month before my trip Peoples Korea conducted a second nuclear test.The DPRK due to its programme of building a prosperous, high-tech nation and constructing a powerful defence deterrent the imperialist media became extremely hysterical. There is no country on Earth which is more slandered, more maligned, where reality is so distorted by the corporate press empires of the plutocratic elite. Unfortunately this psychological offensive of imperialism aganist the DPRK has claimed many victims. Alot of my relatives and acquaintances expressed their concern about my potential travel plans to north Korea.
With the kind assistance of the Korea Publications Export and Import Corporation staff I made a comfortable passage through the Chinese capital on to Pyongyang. At the final destination of Pyongyang I was met by my guide and interpreter from the Korean Association of Social Scientists. Driving towards central Pyongyang everthing appeared to be stable and with no sense of paranoia,Pyongyang looked green and pleasant, even more so than last time.
On my first evening in Pyongyang I was entertained to a traditional Korean meal served by a waitress in a classic chima and turumagi. The meal consisted of Kimchi,hoe and sinsollo accompanied by insam and pyokhyang wine. My hosts from KASS made me feel at home and relaxed after travelling across oceans and continents to reach Songun Korea.
One of the places of historical importance I toured was the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum (Korean War). I was conducted around the displays by a smart young woman Korean Peoples Army Officer who spoke excellent English. At this museum the visitor can learn about the bitter history of US intervention in the affairs of the Korean peninsula since the 1860s. The United States has always had a greedy eye on Korea and her resoruces.
Looking around the Fatherland Liberation War Museum I saw conclusive evidence that it was the USA that planned and carried out the war of 1950-53 againist the infant DPRK.The US imperialists committed the most terrible war crimes upon the Korean people.At the Korean War Museum there is a marvellous mock up of the battle of Taejon containing a panorama of the conflict.Taejon was the temporary capital of the puppet "republic" of Korea and was guarded by the so-called invincible US army 24th division. The units of the Korean Peoples Army encircled the city and destroyed this US army division on July 20th 1950. After 3 years of intense fighting the KPA led by KIM IL SUNG scored a crushing victory over the yankee aggressors and their puppets and satellitee countries (including the UK) on July 27th 1953.
The US imperialists did not learn from their utter defeat in the Korean War. On January 23rd 1968 the US naval intelligence service "Pueblo" equipped with the state of the art technology sailed deep into DPRK waters off the costal town of Wonsan. The KPA navy captured this US espionage ship intact.I was able to see all over the GER 2 Publeo on the river Taedong, which is a permanent reminder of the belligerence of US imperialism .I could see all the sophisticated devices which were used to collect data contained inside the cabin and hull of the ship.As recently as 2004 the Americans sent a torpedo full of mircowave equiment into Korean waters.This captured torpedo is moored alongside with the Pubelo.
I was privileged to be the guest of the Pyongyang Mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front of South Korea, the leading party in the fight for south Korean liberation. I inspected the exposition in the mission devoted to the struggle of the south Korean people for democracy and reunification throughout the decades and years. Zo In Min gave an indepth talk about the current situation in south Korea. It was very poignant that I was invited to the Pyongyang Mission of the AINDFSK on the 40th anniversary of this truly valiant organisation's formation and of the martyrdom of peoples journalist and activist Kim Jong Tae (murdered by the Park Hung Hee regime in 1969). I am certain that the south Korean people will rise up aganist the Lee Myung Bak anti-national pro-US puppet regime with the AINDFSK playing a principal role in this effort and establish an anti-imperialist democracy in south Korea in the near future. I hope that attention is given to the terrible human rights record of the south Korean regime among democratic circles in Britain.
As the United States and its allies are manoeuvring to isolate and annihilate the DPRK currently. It is in this evironment that Socialist Korea is building up its defence potential. The Korean Revolution has throughout its existence prioritised the need to protect itself from the imperialist and revisionist enemies. While the working class is the ruling class in the DPRK, it is the Korean Peoples Army which is the main force of the revolution. The Songun Politics have resulted in the perfection of the ulimate defence deterrent with the successful nuclear tests and missile launches. The Korean people guided by KIM JONG IL will prevail in any circumstances over any powerful adversaries.
Fifteen years ago on July 8th 1994 President KIM IL SUNG passed away. Going to the Manu Hill I observed hunderds of thousands of Koreans from all walks of life paying their respects to the shinning bronze statue of the President full of very deep sorrow. I was really honoured to have been able to put a bunch of flowers on behalf of the study group at the Grand Monument with a feeling of pure respect for KIM IL SUNG. KIM IL SUNG was not just a political Leader but the genuine father of the Korean People and the eternal sun of world revolution.Having seen Manyongdae, it is amazing that such a humble peasant's home would give rise to KIM IL SUNG, the Respected Leader of the Korean People.
I went on a pleasant excursion to the breathtakingly beautiful Mount Myohyangsan, one of the six famous Korean Mountains. Aswell as wonderful natural scenery, the Mt.Myohyang area contains the rarest treasures in the International Friendship Exhibition. The International Friendship Exhibition is designed in the classic Korean fashion but it was constructed in 1978. In the Friendship Exhibition holds many thousands of gifts from every country of the world to President KIM IL SUNG and to Chairman KIM JONG IL, these heartfelt gifts of reverence are from Presidents to Workers, from various governments,parties and national liberation fronts.Such revolutionary figures as J.V.Stalin. Mao Zedong, Fidel Castro, Nicolae Ceausecu and Hugo Chavez gave gifts to the Two Korean Leaders. I was very proud to see a few presents to KIM IL SUNG and to KIM JONG IL from the Juche Idea Study Group of Britain on display at the Exhibition. The World's Peoples appreciate the Historic role of KIM IL SUNG and of KIM JONG IL in creating and developing the Juche Idea and for making the DPRK the foremost anti-imperialist independent nation.
I never tire of visiting the Tower of the Juche Idea. It is invariably an attraction of significance for me as an adherent of the Juche Idea. The Tower of the Juche Idea symbolizes in concrete the ideology of man's liberation from natural fetters and from national and social oppression. The beacon of the Tower will shine brightly across the planet for making the 21st century a century of Independence.At the base of the Tower I could see various plaques from Juche Study Groups including from Britain, it demonstrates that the Juche Idea is a universal revolutionary ideology ready to be appiled to all countries in any conditions.
One gets the sense of the sheer dynamism of the Korean People in realizing the Juche Cause by viewing the Three Revolutions Exhibition. The 3 Revolutions are ideological,technical and cultural. With these revolutions the Korean people have become successful in reaching their socialist goals. In this exhibition were displayed items from such diverse areas as locomative production to the manufacture of PCs and Laptop Computers by the DPRK.Everywhere in Pyongyang and other places in the DPRK one encounters revolutionary posters extolling the population to smash production norms.I got the impression that were more posters around this time than during my last visit in 1996. The Korean people are gearing themselves into the 150 Day Output Offensive.Compared to the 1990s there were no power cuts, more high-tech being applied to everyday uses, more traffic on the streets and a notable increase in freight transport on the railway network ( which I could hear from my hotel room every evening).
The Korean people steered by KIM JONG IL have set themselves the target of building a Powerful and Prosperous Nation by the year 2012 - the centenary of the birth of KIM IL SUNG. There is a programme to modernize existing factories and plants, to update the rail system, to develop and apply high tech, to expand and diversify consumer production and to prospect new sources of power supply. The DPRK wants to overhall its magnesium mining for its own use and for export purposes. Already the results of this campaign to build a strong and rich independent socialist countryare bearing fruit.
The DPRK's economy is an independent national economic unit based upon socialist planning. It is a self-reliant one, not dependent on the whims of the IMF, World Bank and mutli-national corporations for survival. As the capitalist countries (including Britain) are now in the grip of the worst ever crisis, the DPRK's economy expands on a directed foundation. Songun Korea's economic growth benefits the majority of the working people, the wealth of the nation does not go into the hands of the few as in imperialist nations.
One aspect of Korean Socialism which has consistently inspired me is the strategy of KIM IL SUNG and of KIM JONG IL to intellecutalize the whole of society. It is only in the DPRK where the age-old division between mental and physical labour is being broken down.On a visit to the Grand Peoples Study House in central Pyongyang I witnessed this process in action. The Grand Peoples Study House is a monumental structure devoted to the popluar education of the working masses, the Study House has more than 600 rooms and has in its stock well over 30 million volumes on a vareity of subjects. I saw many ordinary working people of different professions using the facilities of the Study House, such as the lecture halls or the database or foreign language assimilation rooms. It is all free to use for everybody seven days a week. The Workers Party of Korea positively encourages the masses to study and improve themselves into assertive independent people.
Education is a vital key for personal and social evolution as an independent being. In Britain and other capitalist countries a decent education is reserved for the elite. For instance to have a university education one must pay out something in the region of £6000. The bulk of the working class children and adults in the UK are condemned to a lifetime of drudgery or unemployment, with a sense of profound intellectual inferiority drilled into them by the establishment. The offspring of bourgeoisie and of lazy aristocrats are given the sense that they are the innate rulers of the global empire at public (private) schools such as Eton and Harrow. In Socialist Korea all education is free, from primary to university level.
Korean style socialism brings out the and nurtures the best features of a human being. One of the worst crimes of the cosmopolitan bourgeoisie in western countries is the surrpessing of the intellectual and moral development of the working man and woman. The capitalists force down to the lowest possible denominator the consciousness level of the working masses with trash culture and with base consumerism. Working people in imperialist society do not have the opportunity to broaden their horizons, they become the robots of the trans-nationals.Culture in the DPRK is of the highest quality, national in form and socailist in content.Every citizen of the DPRK can have access to the arts and literature without discrimination and can participate in the creation of cultural values.
Even progressive people on occasions can be influenced subconsciously by the overwhelming strength of the capitalist media with their daily lies about north Korea. Travelling through the countryside of the DPRK I saw absolutely no poverty or starvation. I witnessed on my way to and from Mt.Myohyang and on my rail journey from Pyongyang to Beijing via Sinuiju an abundance of activity on the fields.All over in the countryside I could clearly see the people from the elderly to the youth being mobilized with red flags and slogans.The Korean people have been enaged in the initiative to rezoning and renovating the system of land alignment so as to make DPRK agriculture more efficient. KIM IL SUNG and KIM JONG IL dedicated their endeavours to solving the socialist rural question in a Juche manner, putting the countryside on a par with the city in terms of technology and ideology.
The Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea has attained another achievement in its second chollima march, that is the production of its fantastic new lager. I was lucky enough to have drank the newly-produced Taedonggang beer at a typical Pyongyang Pub full of locals.Taedonggang beer has a good clear taste to it and a good body. This new DPRK lager has been noted by international beverage connoisseurs to be one of the finest beers in the brewing arena today.This lager mainly comes in the form of bottles, I have not seen on draft yet. I believe the pub I dropped into with my Korean friends was somewhere near to Saesailim street in east Pyongyang.There were many Pyongyang citizens enjoying a well earned drink after a hard day's struggle to build a better Communist tommorrow for all. I noticed in this bar that there were intellectuals, party and state officials and manual and office workers all mixing together over a quiet pint of Taedonggang with without any formalities, this bears testament to the fact that the DPRK is the world's most egalitarian soceity.
I was treated to a day at the seaside at Nampo.The West Sea Barrage is a declaration of the Juche principle of Man's mastery of the forces of nature. Construction of the Barrage was completed by June 1986 after six years. The West Sea Barrage was builded without a single dollar,pound or yen from international organisations but by the courageous endeavours of the Korean people, most of all of the servicemen and servicewomen of the Korean Peoples Army. The West Sea Barrage has 3 locks and 36 sluices, prevents flooding and greatly contributes to the economic growth of South Hwanghae Province and South Pyongan Pronvince and to the rest of the DPRK. I managed to swim in the waters of the Korean West Sea near to a spot by the Barrage. This was the first time ever I have swam in the DPRK and I savoured the warm water of Korea's West Sea and it was good having a nice beach just for our party. Swimming in the West Sea proved to be the perfect way to relax after a week of an intense schedule. I can remember having a picnic with my Korean hosts on the costline and enjoying Taedong River Mullet and Kamhongno Whisky and not forgeting the bottles of Taedonggang.
Seeing the performance of the schoolchildren at the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren Palace was extremely stirring indeed. It put me in a revolutionary mood. This grand palace dedicated to the improvement of the Pyongyang schoolchildren is now celebrating its 20th anniversary, it was opened by President KIM IL SUNG in May 1989. The schoolchildren palace is available for varied after school and college activities and is free of charge to all children living in the DPRK. I came across a photograph of myself and Mr.Hudson taken on a tour of the palace in June 1996 displayed in the photo exhibition of foreign delegations visiting the Mangyongdae Palace throughout its existence.
Being accommodated at the Koryo Hotel in Changwang Street was tremendously magnificant. The staff of this Hotel were all very helpful and assisted me in everyway. Some of my fellow guests at the Koryo were from the St.Petersburg (Leningrad) Juche Idea Study Group, some were from an Korean Christan Reunification Organisation based in the United States, a Taekwon-Do delegation from Canada and a Chinese tourist party.
I had many discussions with distinguished DPRK academics on subjects such as the Juche Philosophy, Prospects for Korean Reunification and on the Origin and Application of Songun Politics. I gained a better understanding from these talks given by Korean Social Scientists about many complex issues, I can now comprehend totally the meaning and role of the Songun Idea and Politics in historical development.
During my 4th visit to the DPRK I had the chance to get re-acquainted with the reality of Peoples Korea. It was like meeting old friends and comrades again after a long absence. The DPRK in many ways seems to me not like a foreign country but going back to my true motherland. Studying the Juche Idea from literature, watching DPRK documentaries and feature films and viewing Korean Picture Albums are a good method of understanding the situation of Songun Korea,but nothing beats being in the territory of the DPRK itself. When I visited Korea in early July 2009 it added flesh and bone to the Juche Concepts which I have studied in the past. In other words I saw the translation of the Juche Idea into the actuality of the DPRK. So I would urge all adherents of the Juche Idea , indeed I advise all communists, socialists, democrats, peace-loving and progressive people to at least visit the DPRK once in their lifetime. In the interval of something like four weeks since leaving the DPRK, I have come to recognize the paradise like nature of Socialist Korea, British society appears to be more and more like a hell-type environment.
I will continue to work with other Juche followers and friends of Korea to promote the truth about the DPRK among British public opinion and work for solidarity with the Korean People within the Labour and Peace Movements in Britain. I hope that the cooperation between the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Britain and the Korean Association of Social Scientists will only increase in the future. Words cannot express my deep gratitude to KASS for making my recent visit to the DPRK possible. I am firmly convinced that the revolutionary and heroic Korean People will win an outstanding victory in their independent cause of constructing socialism and communism because the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea is guided by the Great Leader KIM JONG IL.

Заявление Секретариата ЦК ВКПБ в связи с принятием
Парламентской ассамблеей ОБСЕ резолюции, приравнявшей
сталинизм к нацизму
3 июля 2009 г. Парламентская ассамблея Организации по безопасности и сотрудничеству в Европе (ОБСЕ), приняла резолюцию «Воссоединение разделенной Европы: защита прав человека и гражданских свобод в регионе ОБСЕ в XXI веке». «Резолюция» «осуждает» «преступления сталинизма», приравнивая «сталинизм» к нацизму и требует от России (участницы ОБСЕ) отказа от демонстраций во славу советского прошлого и «избавления от структур», «приукрашивающих историю».
«Резолю-ция» настоятельно «призывает государства-участников ОБСЕ открыть свои исторические и политические архивы», «поощрять и поддерживать деятельность НПО, проводящих исследовательскую просветительскую работу о преступлениях тоталитарных режимов» и многое другое в том же духе. (Естественно, что речь идёт именно о России, а не о европейских государствах. Мы всё это расцениваем как подстрекательство к очередному «переписыванию» и фальсификации истории СССР.)
«Резолюция», ка-к в ней отмечается, принята в поддержку «инициативы» Европейского союза «объявить 23 августа, т.е. день подписания 70 лет назад пакта Молотова – Риббентропа, общеевропейским днем памяти жертв сталинизма и нацизма во имя сохранения памяти о жертвах массовых депортаций и казней».
Приравнивая в духе геббельсовской пропаганды «сталинизм» нацизму, что политически безграмотно и алогично, творцы «резолюции» почему то ни словом не обмолвились о необходимости бороться с современным еврейским крайним национализмом – нацизмом, или сионизмом, который ныне не отказался от своих притязаний на мировое господство и в качестве государственной идеологии США и Израиля творит ужасы на Ближнем Востоке, физически уничтожая арабское население. Что касается США, то фактов геноцида, творимых этой империей зла, во многих регионах мира более, чем достаточно. Выпячивая в «резолюции» как наиболее важное «уникальность Холокоста» (при отсутствии каких-либо документальных данных о рекламируемых ныне 6 млн. его жертв - прим. наше) творцы резолюции почему-то запамятовали, что именно «сталинский тоталитаризм» спас евреев от поголовного истребления гитлеровцами, заплатив за это миллионами жизней советских людей на фронтах Второй мировой войны и в тылу.
Западная Европа также запамятовала и о том, что именно Англия, Франция и США взрастили нацистского зверя, направив его на Восток, сорвали создание европейской системы коллективного отпора Гитлеру. Промышленные монополии и банки этих стран принимали непосредственное участие в финансировании и возрождении вооружённых сил фашистского рейха; позволили Гитлеру без единого выстрела осуществить аншлюс Австрии (март 1938 г.); 29 сентября 1938 г. руководители Великобритании и Франции – Чемберлен и Даладье (при поддержке президента США Рузвельта) состряпали с Гитлером и Муссолини предательское Мюнхенское соглашение, отдав на заклание фашистским хищникам Чехословакию
Именно империалисты этих стран, ненавидя страну социализма, войдя в сговор с гитлеровскими нацистами, виновны в развязывании мировой кровавой бойни. Советский же Со-юз, под руководством И.В.Сталина, «тоталитарный режим» которого так гневно «осуждается» ныне Европой, разгромил гитлеровцев, отдав 25 млн. жизней (сравните– 6 млн. холокоста), чтобы спасти народы Европы от фашистского порабощения, а многие нации – от уничтожения.
Стоит напомнить потерявшей память Европе, что сталинский Советский Союз был создателем Антигитлеровской коалиции и учредителем Международного военного трибунала в Нюрнберге, приговором которого были осуждены преступления нацизма, а также указаны виновники этого преступления. Данная же «резолюция» ОБСЕ по сути реабилитирует нацизм.
«Резолюция» ОБСЕ принята с подачи неонацистов Прибалтики и Словении, которые свободно уживаются в «свободной» Европе. Западная Европа, так гневно «осуждающая» нацизм, в упор не видит ни демонстративных маршей литовских, эстонских и латышских эсэсовцев – гитлеровских карателей в столицах этих государств; ни героизации нацистских преступников на государственном уровне, ни возведения нацистской идеологии в ранг государственной идеологии, как это происходит на Украине и в Прибалтике; ни русскоязычных «неграждан», лишенных не только политических, но и элементарных человеческих прав и составляющих одну треть населения прибалтийских стран; ни варварских сносов прибалтийскими нацистами памятников в честь советских воинов, освободивших эти страны от нацизма, и пр., и пр. актов возрождения нацизма в Прибалтике, да и в самой Европе тоже.
Антикоммунистический крестовой поход «объединенной Европы» повсеместно усиливается в условиях всё углубляющегося мирового кризиса, приближающего крах империалистической системы. В начале 2006 г. Парламентская Ассамблея Совета Европы (ПАСЕ) приняла «резолюцию»1481 – «О необходимости осуждения международным сообществом преступлений тоталитарных коммунистических режимов». Империалисты чувствуют надвигающийся социальный взрыв, который пытаются отодвинуть любыми средствами, в том числе оболганием коммунистических лидеров, самой коммунистической идеологии и советского периода истории. Ид-ёт оголтелая кампания навязать обществу воинствующий антикоммунизм. Все империалистические государства усиливают свои карательные структуры для борьбы с собственными народами.
Но несмотря на мощную антикоммунистическую пропаганду резко возрос на Западе общественный интерес к «Капиталу» К.Маркса. Империалистические идеологи обеспокоены ростом авторитета И.В.Сталина, вопреки мощному очернению его деятельности и выдающихся свершений советского народа.
ОБСЕ, ПАСЕ и прочие аналогичные международные европейские организации, принимающие с маниакальной настойчивостью «грозные» антикоммунистические резолюции, превратились сегодня в инструмент политического давления на Россию в интересах американского и европейского империализма, требуя от нее «покаяться» за мнимые «преступления». Эти организации, щедро к тому же финансируемые Россией (!), давно уже отошли от тех целей, ради которых они создавались. России не за что каяться и пора бы ей выйти из этих, ставших одиозными организаций, предоставив «свободной» Европе выгребать самим авгиевы конюшни нацизма и тоталитаризма в своем собственном доме.
К чести Греции их представитель вместе с РФ осудили принятую «резолюцию»» ОБСЕ, а представитель Франции отождествил её с «охотой на ведьм», хотя и проголосовал «за». В Москве «Резолюцию» назвали «новым политическим демаршем против России» в преддверии годовщины начала Второй мировой войны. Заместитель руководителя Комитета Госдумы по международным делам А.Козловский, возглавлявший российскую делегацию на сессии Парламентской ассамблеи ОБСЕ, заявил, что уравнивание нацистского режима и сталинского в Советском Союзе, «внесшем решающий вклад в разгром фашизма, является надругательством над историей» («Вести. Ru»). «Те, кто ста-вит на одну ступень нацизм и сталинизм, забыли, что именно сталинский Советский Союз…внес наибольший вклад в дело освобождения Европы от фашизма». Депутат также отметил, что «принятая резолюция ведёт дело к расколу».
Злобные и противоречащие ходу истории, историческим фактам, любые резолюции и заявления ПАСЕ, ОБСЕ и других организаций, идеологически обслуживающих сходящий с мировой арены класс капитала, не в состоянии остановить неумолимый ход истории к коммунизму.
Человечество сметёт империализм с пути своего развития и создаст коммунистическую цивилизацию, которая навсегда покончит с войнами, эксплуатацией и угнетением, предоставив свободное развитие каждому народу, каждой человеческой личности.

DONEстатью нам прислал наш читатель из Кировской области.Если в 90-е годы буржуазная власть в России рядилась в одежды демократов, то с приходом Путина она пытается примерить маску патриотов.
Кто-то хочет взять Россию голыми руками
Капиталисты и их приказчики, именующие себя президентами и премьер-министрами, надеются, что под «патриотической» маской нельзя будет разглядеть предателей, которые, цепляясь за власть, превращаются в настоящих фашистов. Почему предателей? Потому что российская армия сейчас фактически разоружена, и не будь в арсенале страны ядерных ракет, нашу Родину иноземные захватчики могли бы взять голыми руками. По данным генерал-лейтенанта Фомина к 2012 году ядерный потенциал РФ уменьшится по сравнению с 1991 годом в 600 раз! За последние десять лет военно-морской флот России сократился на 60 процентов. Если дело так пойдет и дальше, то к 2015 году в составе ВМФ останется не более 60 подводных лодок и кораблей первого и второго класса. Почти все устаревших образцов. В российской авиации почти нет летчиков первого класса. Пилоты летают не более 50 часов в год вместо минимальных 180 часов. Износ авиатехники составляет около 60 процентов. Боеприпасов осталось всего на 2-3 дня боевых действий. До 30 процентов стрелкового оружия выработало свой ресурс и нуждается в замене. С 1994 года поступление новой техники в войска противовоздушной обороны прекратилось и до 2007 года не возобновлялось. Совсем не защищены от авиационных ударов самолетов предполагаемого противника такие города как Нижний Новгород, Ижевск, Пермь, Владимир, Омск, Челябинск, Тула, Ульяновск. За период с 2000 до 2007 года ядерные силы РФ утратили 405 носителей и 2498 зарядов. Боевых ракет произведено более чем в три раза меньше, чем в девяностые годы. «Патриотическая» власть к 2012 году планирует сократить число частей и соединений с 1890 до 172. Офицерский корпус по этим «патриотическим» планам должен уменьшиться с 315 000 до 150 000 тысяч человек. Возможно, будет ликвидирован институт прапорщиков и мичманов – 170 000 человек. Не надо забывать и о потопленной с благословления президента космической станции «Мир», имеющей помимо всего прочего и оборонное значение. Вот так «патриоты» из «Единой России» во главе с Путиным и Медведевым пекутся о безопасном будущем страны, которой они управляют.
Факты – вещь упрямая
Теперь рассмотрим, как «любящие Отечество» руководящие деятели заботятся о народе. В 2008 году в России пропали без вести 50 тысяч человек. Средняя продолжительность жизни мужчины составляет 59 лет. Количество преступлений сексуального характера в отношении детей увеличилось в 25, 6 раза (!) по сравнению с 2003 годом. Каждую минуту в России умирает 5 человек, а рождается только 3 ребенка. Каждый год в РФ 26 тысяч детей не доживают и до 10 лет. Ежедневно умирает по 50 младенцев, 70 процентов из них в родильных домах. В России число только официально зарегистрированных наркоманов достигло 2, 37 миллиона человек. «Официальных» алкоголиков уже более 4, 5 миллионов. РФ занимает второе место в мире по распространению поддельных лекарств. По уровню коррупции РФ находится в числе мировых чемпионов, таких как Бангладеш, Кения. В дорожно-транспортных происшествиях ежегодно гибнет 35 тысяч человек. В пожарах погибает 20 тысяч людей. Умирает от употребления низкокачественных спиртных напитков 40 тысяч граждан. В Москве открыт первый в России, а, может, и в мире вытрезвитель для детей – алкоголиков. Это детско-подростковое наркологическое стационарное отделение на базе наркологического диспансера № 112. Надо выделить особо тот факт, что идет слабоприкрытый, хорошо подготовленный процесс скуривания и спаивания российской молодежи, особенно девушек, которые употребляя пиво, вино или никотин убивают не только себя, но и своих будущих детей. Происходит жесточайшее и безжалостное истребление наших молодых людей и их будущего потомства посредством табака и спиртных напитков. Причем, власти на этот счет хранят гробовое молчание, как бы говоря: так и надо. На телевидении и по радио почти нет передач, пропагандирующих здоровый образ жизни без спиртных напитков и табака. А такое молчание властей - уже определенная политика. Ежегодно по причине курения в России погибает более 300 тысяч человек. Это число равно количеству населения такого города, как Архангельск. «Рост» производства в РФ таков, что по добыче угля достигнут уровень 1957 года, по производству грузовиков -1937 года, комбайнов – 1933 года, тракторов – 1931 года, вагонов и тканей – 1910 года, обуви – ...1900 года. Можно еще и еще перечислять «достижения» сегодняшней Эрэфии. Все эти «достижения» - еще одно великое предательство, осуществляемое «патриотами».
Чем сильнее давление, тем мощнее сопротивление
Милиция под руководством Нургалиева превращается в гестапо, изобретая и применяя такие изуверские и в то же время унижающие человеческое достоинство пытки над «подследственными» или «задержанными», которые пресловутому Генриху Мюллеру и не снились. Причем в тюрьмах сидят, не те, кто крадет каждый месяц по миллиону, а молодые люди, попавшие под горячую руку пьяного или очень «нервного» сержанта милиции. Многие сидят просто так. Без вины виноватые. Настоящие убийцы, бандиты, воры гуляют на свободе, да еще получают звания лейтенантов или даже полковников МВД. Милиция проводит репрессии в виде задержаний и арестов прежде всего против молодых активистов коммунистического движения. Власти понимают, что за молодежью будущее. В последнее время участились случаи избиения активистов и просто случайных людей в милицейских участках , а также на митингах, как это происходит, например, в Москве, случилось во Владивостоке, в Ижевске и в других городах. Так-им путем власти пытаются запугать и отвадить людей от активного участия в протестных акциях. Но избиения только накапливают ненависть к власти в душах молодых людей и активистов постарше. Свои же собственные законы власти РФ стерли в порошок. Уголовный кодекс не работает, конституция, где провозглашена свобода слова, собраний и митингов не работает! Чело-века могут забрать только за то, что он прилюдно отругал Путина. Что это, как не фашизм? Прокуратура должным образом не контролирует милицию, практически не ограничивает ее произвол. В сентябре 2008 года в структуре МВД РФ произошло весьма многозначительное событие. Департамент по борьбе с организованной преступностью был превращен в департамент по противодействию экстремизму. Те люди, которые ранее преследовали мафию, бандитов, террористов, теперь будут преследовать инакомыслящих, оппозиционно настроенных людей, у большинства которых никогда не было столкновений с уголовным кодексом. Это все равно, что натравить свору злобных и натасканных овчарок на своих беззащитных родителей, которые вскормили, воспитали на свою голову таких людей. Власти боятся радикальных политических активистов больше, чем мафию, коррупцию, бандитов и кавказских террористов. А объясняется это просто. Мафия и власть срослись в одно целое. Что же, власти бояться самой себя? Нет, для нее «экстремисты» опаснее! Они могут «отнять и поделить»! Тем более в пору экономического кризиса, когда народ «на взводе». В этом смысле сегодняшняя власть переплюнула даже гитлеровскую Германию. Руководителю СС Гиммлеру никогда и в голову не приходило использовать уголовную полицию против политической оппозиции. Несмотря на все эти фокусы, представители власти обижаются на справедливые упреки, не позволяют себя критиковать. Какие нежные и ранимые души! О демократии в кавычках и без кавычек уже все забыли. Как в гитлеровской Германии 1933 года МВД РФ сейчас составляет «черные списки», куда заносятся все оппозиционные деятели и активисты. Создана электронная система слежки не только в пределах одного города, но и всей страны. Власти вовсю готовятся к горячей осени, когда окончится дачный сезон и народ из-за обострения экономического кризиса может выйти на улицы многих крупных городов. Путин и Медведев очень этого боятся. Слово «революция» им даже произнести страшно. Поэтому идет фашизация режима. Но всем этим завинчиванием гаек власти только демонстрируют свою СЛАБОСТЬ и неуверенность. А это значит, что у тех, кто желает возрождения Советского Союза, есть хороший шанс достичь цели. В физике есть закон: чем сильнее давишь на пружину, тем сильнее она сопротивляется давлению. Чем сильнее власть будет давить на народ, тем сильнее он будет сопротивляться. И никакие избиения активистов, пытки, запугивания и даже убийства не спасут власть. Народ только сильнее ее будет ненавидеть. А справедливая ненависть - великая сила! Именно жертвой этой ненависти в 1917 году пали буржуазный строй в России, фашистская диктатура в Германии.
О тех, кто уважает «сильную власть»
Знают ли некоторые представители власти о том, что такое элементарная человеческая совесть? Они бессовестно примазываются к Великой Победе над гитлеровской Германией, ко всему хорошему, что есть в истории нашей страны. Кощунствуют. Несут на парадах Красное Коммунистическое Знамя Победы и рядом с ним антикоммунистическую трехцветную тряпку, которая не принесла России ничего хорошего, а только была скомпрометирована царем Николаем II Кровавым, пролившим озера народной крови и предателем Власовым, чьи солдаты, помогая гитлеровцам, вешали на придорожных столбах советских женщин и детей. Не господа Путин и Медведев разбили гитлеровские полчища, не их единомышленники Николай II, Колчак и Деникин, сделали это. Добились Победы над фашистской Германией Советские солдаты, которых сцементировала в грозную для гитлеровцев силу большевистская партия во главе с Великим Сталиным! Коммунисты первыми шли в бой. ВКП(б) потеряла на полях сражений многие сотни тысяч своих членов. Поэтому никто из высо-копоставленных деятелей не имеет ни малейшего права своими нечистыми антисоветскими руками притрагиваться к Великой Победе, ибо она была одержана вопреки всем, в том числе и современным антикоммунистам, «патриотам» - предателям из «Единой России». И неизвестно, на чьей стороне были бы многие члены этой партии, если бы им пришлось жить во время Великой Отечественной войны. Существуют факты, говорящие о том, что некоторая часть молодых членов фашистских партий современной России перешла, куда бы вы думали? В «Единую Россию»! Ничего в этом удивительного нет. Пикалевцы перекрыли дорогу
Сегодня жители Пикалево перекрыли один из въездов в город . Люди вышли на трассу в знак протеста и требуют погашения долгов по зарплате. Около 250-300 человек вышли на дорогу, перекрыв въезд в город со стороны Вологды. Остальные дороги в Пикалево не перекрыты. К месту митинга стянуты омоновцы. Напомним, ранее в городе Пикалево остановили работу градообразующие предприятия — глиноземный, цементный и химический заводы. Они основаны на базе бывшего глиноземного комбината и объединены в общую технологическую цепочку. Главным из них является «Пикалевский глиноземный завод», которым владеет компания «БазэлЦемент», контролируемая Дерипаской. Только в 2008 году с двух заводов было уволено более тысячи человек. Жители Пикалево, потерявшие источник дохода в кризис, винят в случившемся руководство предприятий и просит государство восстановить «безотходное производство», существовавшее в советские времена, когда заводы были частью единого комбината.
Прирожденные убийцы
В очередной раз мир взбудоражен массовым убийством, которое устроил подросток. На этот раз трагедия произошла в школе небольшого городка в Германии. Семнадцатилетний подросток убил 17 человек, в том числе 10 старшеклассников, после чего застрелился сам. Буржуазные СМИ буквально смаковали этот «жареный факт». Сцены массовой бойни кочевали по выпускам новостей на всех телеканалах, даже тех, которые своих зрителей обычно не балуют информацией из-за рубежа.
Впрочем, суета шакалов пера и микрофона – момент глубоко второстепенный. Очередной ажиотаж призван скрыть тот факт, что подобные трагедии стали уже нормой жизни, обыденностью, уносящей десятки, если не сотни жизней в год. И это только среди молодежи, притом, только случаи якобы «немотивированного» насилия.
Нелишне добавить к этому бытовое и криминальное насилие подростков и случаи, когда «с катушек слетают» взрослые добропорядочные обыватели, убивая родственников, сослуживцев или просто случайных прохожих (именно такой случай приключился в США практически одновременно с бойней в немецком городке).
В Евр-опе такие происшествия только завоевывают право считаться обыденностью, в США этому уже никто не удивляется. За последние 20 лет число подобных трагедий в стране-флагмане капиталистического мира уже грозит перевалить за сотню, а число их жертв - за тысячу.
Журналисты, призывая на помощь психологов и прочих аналитиков, любят рассказывать разные версии, отвечая на вопрос: почему молодой человек, который только начал жить, вдруг(?) схватился за оружие и, убив многих окружающих, пускает себе пулю в лоб или гибнет от рук полиции? Все эти версии сводятся в основном к обвинениям в адрес родителей, что, мол, не так воспитали, не досмотрели, неправильно хранили оружие.
Психологи себя бичуют: во время, мол, не вычислили «потенциального убийцу». Разнообразные дяди и тети, сами больше похожие на сексуальных маньяков или извращенцев, с болезненным блеском в глазах рассказывают о том, что причиной всему сексуальная неудовлетворенность подростков. Конечно, у кого что болит, тот о том и говорит, и эти господа всех меряют по себе.
На самом деле серия массовых «немотивированных» убийств – только часть громадной проблемы. Огромное количество жителей в самых развитых капиталистических странах плюет как на свою, так и на чужие жизни. Именно самые развитые капиталистические страны лидируют в мире по числу самоубийств, по числу извращенцев и маньяков, по числу психических расстройств.
Сегодняшний обыватель, успешный менеджер или скромный клерк завтра может превратиться в монстра, поступками которого будет ужасаться весь мир.
Это не чужая беда. Украина, как и все постсоветские страны, тяжело больна. Год от года растет число всевозможных маньяков и их жертв, число самоубийств и так называемых немотивированных убийств. На Украине так же имеются уже случаи массовых убийств. Пример: молодые люди, которые только перешагнули порог совершеннолетия, терроризировали чудовищными по своей жестокости убийствами в 2007 году весь Днепропетровск. Поэтому пусть наши обыватели не прячут голову в песок, надеясь, что горе и беда происходят далеко и их не коснутся. Убийцы и маньяки уже ждут их и их детей в школе, подъезде, на улице и рабочем месте.
В чем же дело? Сначала разберемся: почему с каждым годом общество порождает все больше психопатов и маньяков? Общество это не какое-то абстрактное по своей классовой сути, а именно - буржуазное. Такой тип общества, порождающий все эти проблемы, существует только при капитализме. Следовательно, насилие, убийства и самоубийства – результат глубокой неизлечимой болезни всей капиталистической системы.
Чело-век категорически не хочет превращаться в овощ, в сытую буржуазную скотину. Именно господствующая в мире буржуазная идеология потреблятства толкает людей на бунт обреченных. Либеральный «конец истории» оказывается концом человечества. Оскотиненная мас-са занимает свои стойла и предается скотским удовольствиям, а те, кто не желают становиться скотами в стойле, в припадке протеста уничтожают себя и нередко окружающих.
Капитализм превратил в товар все: дружбу, любовь, родственные отношения. Всему установлена своя цена в долларах или иной валюте. Товаром стало как человеческое тело, так и человеческая душа. Успех и признание в современном буржуазном мире измеряются степенью продажности индивида.
И подросток с юношеским максимализмом в душе и автоматическим пистолетом в руке, сеющий вокруг себя смерть, - это расплата за отказ от человечности, за поклонение «золотому тельцу».
Может ли и должна ли существовать система, в которой люди только враждуют и заняты куплей-продажей себя и себе подобных? – Нет.
У человечества есть два пути: либо капитализм не тем, так другим путем уничтожит человеческую цивилизацию вместе с планетой, либо общество уничтожит капитализм в огне социалистической революции. Только перейдя на более высокую, социалистическую, ступень развития, человечество сможет оставить в прошлом бесконечную череду бессмысленного насилия и смерти.
Выбор за всеми нами.

GENTLEMEN IMPERIALISTS – YOU WILL NEVER DESTROY COMMUNIST IDEOLOGY!
Statement by the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (CC AUCPB) in connection with the adoption by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe of a resolution equating Stalinism with Nazism.
On 3 July 2009, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE) adopted a resolution “Unification for a separated Europe: defending human rights and civil liberties in the region of the OSCE in the XXI century”. The “resolution” “condemns” the “crimes of Stalinism”, equating them to Nazism and demands that Russia (participators of the OSCE) reject demonstrations that glorify the Soviet past and “getting ridding of structures” “glorifying history”.
The “resolution” strongly “calls on states-participators of the OSCE to open their own historical and political archives”, “encourage and support the activity of the NPO carrying out research enlightenment work on the crimes of totalitarian regimes” and many other in the same spirit. (Naturally, we are talking here namely about Russia and not about European states. We judge this to be inciting towards another “re-writing” and falsification of the history of the USSR).
The “Resolution” as noted in it, was adopted in support of the “initiative” of the European Union to “announce the 23 August, that is, the day when 70 years ago, the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact was signed, a common European day of remembrance for the victims of Stalinism and Nazism in the name of preserving the memory of victims of mass deportations and executions”.
The equating in the spirit of Gebbel propaganda “Stalinism” to Nazism which is politically illiterate and illogical, those who drew up the “resolution” somehow said not a word about the need to struggle against modern-day Jewish extreme nationalism-nazism or Zionism which nowadays has not rejected its claims to world domination and in the form of the state ideology of the USA and Israel, is carrying out terror in the Middle East, physically destroying the Arab population. Concerning the USA, then there are more than enough facts about genocide brought about by this empire of evil in many regions of the world. Over-emphasing in the “resolution” as the most important “uniqueness of the Holocaust” (with the absence of any kind of documentary data about the advertised presently 6 million of its victims – we note), the creators of the resolution have some-how forgotten that it was namely “Stalinist totalitarianism” that saved the Jews from all-out destruction by the Hitlerites having paid the price with millions of lives of Soviet people at the fronts of the Second World War and in the rear.
Western Europe has also forgotten about the fact that namely Britain, France and the USA nurtured the Nazi beast, having directed it to the East, tore up the formation of a European system of a collective rebuff against Hitler.
The industrial monopolies and banks of these countries took direct part in the financing and revival of the armed forces of the fascist Reich; they allowed Hitler without a single bullet being fired to carry out the anschluss of Austria (March 1938); 29 September 1938 the prime ministers of Britain and France – Chamberlain and Dalade (with the support of US president Roosevelt) cooked up a plan with Hitler and Mussolini – the traitorous Munchen Agreement, having handed Czechoslovakia over to sacrifice to the fascist predators.
It is namely the imperialists of these countries, hating the country of socialism, entering into conspiracy with the Hitlerite Nazis are to blame in unleashing a second bloody world war. The Soviet Union, under the leadership of J.V. Stalin, the “totalitarian regime” which is so hatefully “condemned” today by Europe smashed the Hitlerites, having sacrificed 25 million lives (compare that to the 6 million from the holocaust), in order to save the peoples of Europe from fascist enslavement, and many peoples – from destruction.
It is worth reminding forgetful Europe that Stalinist Soviet Union was the creator of the Anti-Hitlerite coalition and founder of the International Military tribunal in Nuremburg, the crimes of Nazism of which were punished and those people guilty of the crimes pointed out. This “resolution” of the OSCE in essence rehabilitates Nazism.
The “resolution” by the OSCE was adopted at the suggestion of the neo-Nazis in the Baltic States and Slovenia which are freely getting along in “free” Europe. Western Europe so angrily “condemning” Nazism, face to face do not see either in the demonstrative marches of the Lithuanian, Estonian and Latvian SS-ites – Hitlerite chasteners in the capital cities of these states; nor the making heros of the nazi criminals at a state level, nor the raising of the nazi ideology to the rank of state ideology, like this is happening in Ukraine and the Balitic States; neither the Russian-speaking “non-citizens” who are deprived not just of political, but also of elementary human rights and who make up one third of the population of the Baltic countries; neither the barbaric removal by the Baltic Nazis of Soviet war memorials built in honor of Soviet soldiers who had liberated these countries from Nazism, along with many other acts of reviving Nazism in the Baltic state, and in Europe itself too.
The anti-communist crusade of a “united Europe” is jointly intensifying in conditions of an ever deepening world crisis, the approaching collapse of the imperialist system. At the start of 2006, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted “resolution” 1481 – “Need for international condemnation of crimes of totalitarian communist regimes”. The imperialists are feeling the impending social explosion, which they are trying to avert at all cost including by slandering the communist leaders, the communist ideology itself and the Soviet period of history. A unbridled campaign is underway to unleash on society militant anti-communism. All the imperialist states are strengthening their punitive structures for the struggle against their own peoples.
But despite the powerful anti-communist propaganda, public interest in “Capital” by Karl Marx had sharply risen. The imperialist ideologists are worried by the growth in the authority of J.V. Stalin, in defiance of the powerful blackening of his activity and the outstanding achievements by the Soviet people.
The OSCE, PACE and other similar international European organisations adopting with maniac-like fury “threatening” anti-communist resolutions have transformed themselves today into an instrument of political pressure on Russia in the interests of US and European imperialism, demanding from Russia that it “repents” for past “crimes”. These organisations as well as being generously financed by Russia (!) a long time ago departed form those aims for the sake of which they created. Russia has nothing to repent for and it is time for it to get out of these organisations which have become odious and having provided to “free” Europe to remove the worst of Nazism and totalitarianism in their own house.
To the honor of Greece, their representative together with Russia condemned the adopted “resolution” of the OSCE, and France’s representative equated it to a “witch-hunt”, although he voted “for” its adoption. In Moscow, the “resolution” was called the “new political demarche against Russia” at the threshold of the anniversary of the start of WW II. Vice leader of the of Russia’s State Duma Committee on international affairs A. Kozlovsky heading the Russian delegation at the Session if the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE, declared that equating the nazi regime with the Stalinist one in the Soviet Union “which made a decisive contribution in the defeat of fascism is a humiliation over history” (“Vesti.ru”). “Those who equate Stalinism and Nazism have forgotton that it was namely the Stalinist Soviet Union that contributed the most to the cause of liberating Europe from fascism”. The deputy also noted that the “adopted resolution will lead to a split”.
The evil and contradictory flow of history to historic facts, any resolutions and statements by the PACE, OSCE and other organisations, ideologically serving the class of capital which is departing from the world arena is not in a state to stop the inplacable flow of history towards communism.
Humanity will sweep imperialism from the path of its development and create a communist civilization which will put an end to wars, exploitation and oppression forever, allowing for the free development to all peoples and every human individual.

If in the 1990-s the bourgeois power in Russia dressed in the clothes of the democrats, then with the arrival of Putin, it has been attempting to try on the mask of the patriots.
Someone wants to take Russia with bare hands.
The capitalists and their salesmen calling themselves presidents and prime-ministers are hoping that behind a “patriotic” mask it will be impossible to reveal traitors who, by aiming for power, are turning into real fascists. Why traitors? Because the Russian army is now practically disarmed, and there will be no arsenal of nuclear weapons in our country and foreign invaders will be able to take over our Motherland bared handed.
According to data by Lieutenant-general Fomin, by 2012, Russia's nuclear potential will have shrunk by 600 time compared to 1991! Over the last decade, Russia's naval fleet has shrunk by 60%. If this trend continues, then by 2015 the navy will have no more than 60 submarines and warships of I and II Class. Almost all will be outdated.
There are almost no I class pilots for Russian aviation. The pilots fly no more that 50 hours a year instead of the minimum 180 hours. 60% of aviation technology is worn out. There are only enough ammunition to last 2 – 3 days of military action. Up to 30% of artillery weapons has outlasted itself and is in need of replacement.
Since 1994, the supply of new equipment to troops of the anti-aircraft defence has been reduced and until 2007 has not been renovated. Such towns as Nizhny Novgorod, Izhevsk, Perm, Vladimir, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Tula and Ulyanovsk are completely undefended from air strikes of an assumed enemy.
During the period from 2000 – 2007, Russia’s nuclear forces have lost 405 carriers/delivery systems and 2498 warheads. There are more then three times fewer missiles being produced than in the 1990-s.
The “patriotic” authorities by 2012 are planning to reduce the number of military districts and units from 1890 down to 172. the officer corps according to these “patriotic” plans should be reduced from 315 000 to 150 000 persons.
It is possible that the institute of young officers and warrant officers will be liquidated – 170 000 persons. One should not forget either, about the ditched “Mir” space station with the blessing of the president, which had besides everything else, military significance.
This is the way the “patriots” from the “United Russia Party” led by Putin and Medvedev cook up about the safe future for the country they run.
The straight facts
Now we shall examine how the “loving the Fatherland” leading politicians care about the people. In 2008, 50 thousand people went missing in Russia. The average male mortality rate is 59 years. The number of sex crimes committed in relation to children increased by 25 times, 6 times more(!) compared to 2003. in Russia, every minute, 5 people die, and only 3 are born. Every year in Russia, 26 thousand children die before the age of 10. every day, 50 infants die, 70% of them from orphanages. In Russia, the number of just registered alone drug addicts has reached 2.37 million people. There are more than 4.5 million “officially registered” alcoholics in the country. Russia occupies second place in the world for the distribution of fake medicines. Russia ranks among the world champions in the level of corruption, alongside countries like Bangladesh and Kenya. 35 thousand people each year are killed in road transport accidents. 20 thousand people each year die in fires. 40 thousand citizens die each year from drinking low-quality alcoholic beverages. The first in Russia and probably the world sobering up station for children has been opened in Moscow. This is a child-underage drug rehabilitation centre on the basis of narcotic clinic № 112.One needs to pay special attention to the fact that there is a well prepared weakly covered process underway of getting the Russian youth, especially girls, to smoke and drink, who drink beer, wine or use nicotine, thereby killing not just themselves, but also their future children. The most brutal and merciless destruction of our young people and their future offspring is occurring by means of tobacco and alcohol. And the powers to be keep dead quiet about all this, as if to say, that is the way it should be. On the TV and radio there are almost no programmes propagating a healthy way of life without alcohol and tobacco. And such silence by the authorities is a already a determined policy. Each year in Russian, more than 300 thousand people die from smoking. This figure is equal to the size of population of a city like Archangels.
The “growth” of production in Russia is such that coal mining is that of the level of 1957, lorry production – 1937, combine harvesters – 1933, tractors – 1931, railway trucks and fabric – 1910, shoes - ….1900.
One can yet again and again count the “achievements” of today’s Russia. All these “achievements” – are just one more great betrayal brought about by the patriots.
The greater the pressure, the mightier the resistance.
The police under the leadership of Nurgaliev has turned into a Gestapo, inventing and using such savage torture over “detainees” and those people “held for questioning” and at the same time lowering human dignity never even dreamt of by Muller. And in the prisons are not those people who are stealing millions every month, but young people who have fallen under the hot hand of a drunk or very “nervous” police sergeant. Many are inside for nothing – innocent, but sentenced. The true killers, thugs, thieves and bandits are strolling about freely and manage to gain the rank of lieutenants or even chief-in-command of the MVD.
The police are carrying out repressions in the form of detainment and arrests primarily against young activists of the communist movement. The authorities understand that the future is behind the youth. Recently, the number of activists and simply passers by beaten up in police stations has increased and also at meetings especially in Moscow and like what happened in Vladivostok, in Izhevsk and in other towns. In such a way, the authorities are trying to frighten and steer people away from active participation in acts of protests. But beatings only intensify the hatred inside the souls of young people and older activists towards the authorities.
Russia’s authorities own laws have been ground to dust. The criminal code does not work, the constitution where freedom of speech, gatherings and meetings are proclaimed is not working. A person can be taken away for just cursing Putin. What is this, if not fascism? The prosecutor should not control the police, and actually does not limit police arbitrariness.
In September 2008, a significant event took place inside the structure of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD RF). The department for organised crime was turned into a department for countering extremism. Those people who earlier went after the mafia, bandits, and terrorists are now going after people who think differently, oppositional minded people, the majority of whom had never ever came into contact with the criminal code. This is equal to setting a load of savage and trained Alsatian dogs on their defenceless parents who had fed and brought up such people. The authorities are afraid of radical political activists more than the mafia, corruption, bandits and Caucasian terrorists. But this is easy to explain. The mafia and the authorities are one and the same, have grown together into a single entity. So, are the authorities scared of themselves? Hardly, and indeed, the “extremists” for them are far more dangerous! More so these days amidst an economic crisis, when the people have “had too much”. In this sense, today’s power has surpassed even Hitlerite Germany. The leader of the SS, Himmler never took it to use the criminal police against a political opposition. Despite all these magic tricks, the representatives of the authorities get offended by fair reproach and do not allow criticism of themselves. What sensitive and easily hurt souls they are! They have already forgotten about democracy with or without quotation marks. Just like in Hitlerite Germany of 1933, the MVD of Russia is drawing up “black lists” where all the names of opposition activists will be entered. An electronic surveillance system has been formed and not just in the confines of a single town, but across the whole country. The authorities everywhere are preparing for an explosive autumn of discontent when the season for working on small plots come to an end and the people due to the worsening economic crisis hit the streets of many major cities across the country. Putin and Medvedev are very afraid of this. They cannot even pronounce the word “revolution” due to their fear. Therefore the fascistization of the regime is underway. But all this tightening of the bolts by the authorities is only demonstrating its own WEAKNESS and insecurity. And this means, that all those people who desire the rebirth of the Soviet Union have a good chance of achieving their aim. In physics there is a law: the harder to squeeze a spring, the harder it will resist the pressure. The harder the authorities squeeze the people, the harder the people will resist. And no amount of beating up of activists, torture, intimidation and even killing of them will save the current power. The people will only hate it even more. And just and fair hatred – is a great force! The bourgeois system in Russia in 1917 and the German fascist dictatorship fell victim to this hatred.
About those people who favour a “strong power”
Do some of those representatives of power know what elementary human conscience really is? They shamelessly lackey up to the Great Victory over Hitlerite Germany, to everything good that is the history of our country. They blaspheme. They carry on parades the Red Communist Banner of Victory and alongside with that, the anti-communist tri-coloured rag (Russian flag) which brought to Russia nothing good but was only compromised by Czar Nicolai II the Bloody, having filled a lake of the people’s blood, and by traitor Vlasov whose soldiers, by assisting the Hitlerites, hanged Soviet women and children on roadside posts. Neither Mr Putin or Medvedev ot their like-minded thinkers, Nicolai II, Kolchak and Denikin achieved this victory. Victory was achieved over fascist Germany by Soviet soldiers which the Bolshevik party led by Great Stalin had cemented into a threatening force against the Hitlerites! The communists were the first to go into battle. The AUCP (b) lost many hundreds of thousands of its members on battlefields. Therefore, nobody from the high-ranking officials has any right whatsoever with their unclean anti-Soviet hands to touch slightly to the Great Victory, for it was gained contrary to by all those, including present day anti-communists, “patriots” – traitors from the “United Russia” party.
And it is unknown on whose side many members of this party would have stood if they had to live during the Great Patriotic War. There are facts that say that a certain section of the younger members of the fascist parties of modern-day Russia have crossed over to which party do you think? Into the “United Russia” party! There is nothing at all surprising in this. Hitler respected a “strong power”, and many of today’s high-ranking officials also respect and are trying to bring to life a “string power”.

Pikalevites block highway
Recently the inhabitants of Pikalevo blocked one of the highways into the town. People blocked the road as a sign of protest and demanded the ending of wage arrears. Around 250 -300 people blocked the road in the direction of Vologda.
The rest of the roads leading into Pikalevo remained open. Riot police (OMON) were brought in.
Earlier in the town of Pikalevo, worked stopped at the construction enterprises – the aluminous, cement and chemical factories. They were based on the former aluminous combine and merged into a common technological chain. The “Pikalevsky aluminous factory” is the main one, owned by “BazelCement” controlled by Deripaska. In 2008 alone, more than 200 workes were laid off from the two factories. The population of Pikalevo having lost their source of income in the crisis, blame what happened on the management of the enterprises and request the state to restart the “wasteless production”, which had existed in Soviet times when the factories were part of a single combine.
BORN KILLERS
Once again the world was shocked by the mass killing carried out by a teenager. This time the tragedy occurred in a school in a small town in Germany. The 17 year old teenager killed 17 people, including 10 senior pupils before turning the gun on himself. The bourgeois media literally lapped up this “bit of hot news”. The scenes of the mass killing were shown on all the news channels, even those where their own viewers who aren’t usually spoiled by foreign news.
Besides, the fuss of the jackals of the pen and microphone – it is a deeply secondary moment. Another hullabaloo was called to hide the fact that such tragedies have become the norm of everyday life, carrying away the lives of scores if not hundreds of lives each year. And this is just among the youth, and only cases of allegedly “unmotivated” violence.
It is worth adding to this daily and criminal violence by teenagers, the case when “from the cannons fire out» grown up decent philistines, killing relatives, deservedly or simply passers by (namely such a case occurred in the USA practically the same time it occurred in the German town).
In Europe, such events only win the right to be a common thing, in the US, nobody is surprised at this. Over the last 20 years, the number of such tragedies inside the country-flagman of the capitalist world already threatens to exceed more than hundreds, and the number of their victims – over a thousand.
Journalists calling on the help of psychologists and other such analysts, love to talk about different versions, answering the question: why would such a young person who has only just started out in life, suddenly (?) grab a gun and, having killed many of those around him, then turn the gun on himself or die in the hands of the police? All these versions are led mainly to blaming the parents and that allegedly they brought the kids up badly, didn’t watch over them carefully enough, or didn’t store the weapons away safely enough.
Psychologists castigate themselves: they allegedly did not spot a “potential killer”. Different aunts and uncles, themselves more similar to sexual maniacs or perverts, with a sick-looking glitter in their own eyes relate the fact that the reason boils down to sexual inadequacy of the teenagers. Of course, who suffers from this, will talk like this, and these people take measure from themselves.
In actual fact, the series of mass “unmotivated” killings is only part of a huge problem. A huge number of people in the most highly developed countries spit on themselves as well as other lives. It is namely the most developed countries that are leading the world in the sheer numbers of suicides, in the number of perverts and maniacs, in the sheer number of psychiatric disorders.
Today’s philistine, the successful manager or modest office worker/petty clerk, may tomorrow turn into a monster, with actions that will shock the whole world.
This problem is not confined to just America or Europe. Ukraine like all the post-Soviet countries is extremely sick. Year on year, the number of all possible types of maniacs and their victims, the number of suicides and so-called unmotivated killings is on the rise. For example: young teenagers terrorized all of Dnepropetrovsk by huge scale in brutality murders in 2007. Therefore, let us not allow our philistines to bury their heads in the sand, hoping that the grief and torment takes place and will not concern them. Killers and maniacs are already waiting for them and their children in school, apartment staircases, on the street and in the workplace.
What is happening? Let’s begin to work it all out: why with each passing year is society giving birth to ever increasing numbers of psychopaths and maniacs? Society is not something abstract in its own class essence, but namely - it is bourgeois society. Such a society, giving birth to all of these problems exists only under capitalism. Consequently, violence, murder and suicide are a result of a deep incurable disease of the whole capitalist system.
Man categorically does not want to turn into a vegetable or into a well-fed bourgeois animal. It is namely the dominating in the world bourgeois ideology of consumerism that pushes people into the revolt of doomed. The liberal “end of history” appears as the end of humanity. The animalized mass of people are occupying their troughs and indulge with animal satisfactions, and those who does not wish to become animals at the trough, in the fits of protest, destroy themselves and often those around them.
Capitalism has turned everything into a commodity: friendship, love and close relationships. A price has been put on everything, either in dollars or another currency. The human body as well as the human soul has become a commodity. Success and recognition in modern bourgeois world is measured according to the salability of an individual.
And a teenager with youthful maximalism in the soul and an automatic pistol in hand, sowing death around himself – this is the price for rejection of humanity, for bowing to the “gold body”.
Can and should a system exist in which people are only hostile and occupied with the purchase and sale of themselves and other such people? No.
Mankind has two paths: either capitalism along which path like no other will destroy human civilization together with the planet, or society will destroy capitalism in the fire of a socialist revolution. Only by crossing over to a higher, socialist stage of development can Mankind put into the past the endless turn of senseless violence and death.
The choice lies with all of us.

JUCHE IDEA STUDY GROUP OF ENGLAND (JISGE) SECRETARY GENERAL SHAUN PICKFORD VISITS THE DPRK
AN ACCOUNT OF A VISIT TO THE LAND OF SONGUN BETWEEN BETWEEN JUNE 30th TO JULY 8Th 2009

After a gap of 13 years I returned to the DPRK. I went to Korea as the honoured guest of the Korean Association of Social Scientists. I managed eventually to get back to the homeland of the Juche Idea despite imperialist threats and sanctions aganist the DPRK over the so-called nuclear issue,undeterred by swine fever and bird flu and overcoming any financial obstacles. It felt like a beautiful dream to be in the fragrant flower garden of Socialist Korea once again.
Two months before my visit to north Korea, the DPRK launched the Kwangmyongsong No2 satellite and roughly about a month before my trip Peoples Korea conducted a second nuclear test.The DPRK due to its programme of building a prosperous, high-tech nation and constructing a powerful defence deterrent the imperialist media became extremely hysterical. There is no country on Earth which is more slandered, more maligned, where reality is so distorted by the corporate press empires of the plutocratic elite. Unfortunately this psychological offensive of imperialism aganist the DPRK has claimed many victims. Alot of my relatives and acquaintances expressed their concern about my potential travel plans to north Korea.
With the kind assistance of the Korea Publications Export and Import Corporation staff I made a comfortable passage through the Chinese capital on to Pyongyang. At the final destination of Pyongyang I was met by my guide and interpreter from the Korean Association of Social Scientists. Driving towards central Pyongyang everthing appeared to be stable and with no sense of paranoia,Pyongyang looked green and pleasant, even more so than last time.
On my first evening in Pyongyang I was entertained to a traditional Korean meal served by a waitress in a classic chima and turumagi. The meal consisted of Kimchi,hoe and sinsollo accompanied by insam and pyokhyang wine. My hosts from KASS made me feel at home and relaxed after travelling across oceans and continents to reach Songun Korea.
One of the places of historical importance I toured was the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum (Korean War). I was conducted around the displays by a smart young woman Korean Peoples Army Officer who spoke excellent English. At this museum the visitor can learn about the bitter history of US intervention in the affairs of the Korean peninsula since the 1860s. The United States has always had a greedy eye on Korea and her resoruces.
Looking around the Fatherland Liberation War Museum I saw conclusive evidence that it was the USA that planned and carried out the war of 1950-53 againist the infant DPRK.The US imperialists committed the most terrible war crimes upon the Korean people.At the Korean War Museum there is a marvellous mock up of the battle of Taejon containing a panorama of the conflict.Taejon was the temporary capital of the puppet "republic" of Korea and was guarded by the so-called invincible US army 24th division. The units of the Korean Peoples Army encircled the city and destroyed this US army division on July 20th 1950. After 3 years of intense fighting the KPA led by KIM IL SUNG scored a crushing victory over the yankee aggressors and their puppets and satellitee countries (including the UK) on July 27th 1953.
The US imperialists did not learn from their utter defeat in the Korean War. On January 23rd 1968 the US naval intelligence service "Pueblo" equipped with the state of the art technology sailed deep into DPRK waters off the costal town of Wonsan. The KPA navy captured this US espionage ship intact.I was able to see all over the GER 2 Publeo on the river Taedong, which is a permanent reminder of the belligerence of US imperialism .I could see all the sophisticated devices which were used to collect data contained inside the cabin and hull of the ship.As recently as 2004 the Americans sent a torpedo full of mircowave equiment into Korean waters.This captured torpedo is moored alongside with the Pubelo.
I was privileged to be the guest of the Pyongyang Mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front of South Korea, the leading party in the fight for south Korean liberation. I inspected the exposition in the mission devoted to the struggle of the south Korean people for democracy and reunification throughout the decades and years. Zo In Min gave an indepth talk about the current situation in south Korea. It was very poignant that I was invited to the Pyongyang Mission of the AINDFSK on the 40th anniversary of this truly valiant organisation's formation and of the martyrdom of peoples journalist and activist Kim Jong Tae (murdered by the Park Hung Hee regime in 1969). I am certain that the south Korean people will rise up aganist the Lee Myung Bak anti-national pro-US puppet regime with the AINDFSK playing a principal role in this effort and establish an anti-imperialist democracy in south Korea in the near future. I hope that attention is given to the terrible human rights record of the south Korean regime among democratic circles in Britain.
As the United States and its allies are manoeuvring to isolate and annihilate the DPRK currently. It is in this evironment that Socialist Korea is building up its defence potential. The Korean Revolution has throughout its existence prioritised the need to protect itself from the imperialist and revisionist enemies. While the working class is the ruling class in the DPRK, it is the Korean Peoples Army which is the main force of the revolution. The Songun Politics have resulted in the perfection of the ulimate defence deterrent with the successful nuclear tests and missile launches. The Korean people guided by KIM JONG IL will prevail in any circumstances over any powerful adversaries.
Fifteen years ago on July 8th 1994 President KIM IL SUNG passed away. Going to the Manu Hill I observed hunderds of thousands of Koreans from all walks of life paying their respects to the shinning bronze statue of the President full of very deep sorrow. I was really honoured to have been able to put a bunch of flowers on behalf of the study group at the Grand Monument with a feeling of pure respect for KIM IL SUNG. KIM IL SUNG was not just a political Leader but the genuine father of the Korean People and the eternal sun of world revolution.Having seen Manyongdae, it is amazing that such a humble peasant's home would give rise to KIM IL SUNG, the Respected Leader of the Korean People.
I went on a pleasant excursion to the breathtakingly beautiful Mount Myohyangsan, one of the six famous Korean Mountains. Aswell as wonderful natural scenery, the Mt.Myohyang area contains the rarest treasures in the International Friendship Exhibition. The International Friendship Exhibition is designed in the classic Korean fashion but it was constructed in 1978. In the Friendship Exhibition holds many thousands of gifts from every country of the world to President KIM IL SUNG and to Chairman KIM JONG IL, these heartfelt gifts of reverence are from Presidents to Workers, from various governments,parties and national liberation fronts.Such revolutionary figures as J.V.Stalin. Mao Zedong, Fidel Castro, Nicolae Ceausecu and Hugo Chavez gave gifts to the Two Korean Leaders. I was very proud to see a few presents to KIM IL SUNG and to KIM JONG IL from the Juche Idea Study Group of Britain on display at the Exhibition. The World's Peoples appreciate the Historic role of KIM IL SUNG and of KIM JONG IL in creating and developing the Juche Idea and for making the DPRK the foremost anti-imperialist independent nation.
I never tire of visiting the Tower of the Juche Idea. It is invariably an attraction of significance for me as an adherent of the Juche Idea. The Tower of the Juche Idea symbolizes in concrete the ideology of man's liberation from natural fetters and from national and social oppression. The beacon of the Tower will shine brightly across the planet for making the 21st century a century of Independence.At the base of the Tower I could see various plaques from Juche Study Groups including from Britain, it demonstrates that the Juche Idea is a universal revolutionary ideology ready to be appiled to all countries in any conditions.
One gets the sense of the sheer dynamism of the Korean People in realizing the Juche Cause by viewing the Three Revolutions Exhibition. The 3 Revolutions are ideological,technical and cultural. With these revolutions the Korean people have become successful in reaching their socialist goals. In this exhibition were displayed items from such diverse areas as locomative production to the manufacture of PCs and Laptop Computers by the DPRK.Everywhere in Pyongyang and other places in the DPRK one encounters revolutionary posters extolling the population to smash production norms.I got the impression that were more posters around this time than during my last visit in 1996. The Korean people are gearing themselves into the 150 Day Output Offensive.Compared to the 1990s there were no power cuts, more high-tech being applied to everyday uses, more traffic on the streets and a notable increase in freight transport on the railway network ( which I could hear from my hotel room every evening).
The Korean people steered by KIM JONG IL have set themselves the target of building a Powerful and Prosperous Nation by the year 2012 - the centenary of the birth of KIM IL SUNG. There is a programme to modernize existing factories and plants, to update the rail system, to develop and apply high tech, to expand and diversify consumer production and to prospect new sources of power supply. The DPRK wants to overhall its magnesium mining for its own use and for export purposes. Already the results of this campaign to build a strong and rich independent socialist countryare bearing fruit.
The DPRK's economy is an independent national economic unit based upon socialist planning. It is a self-reliant one, not dependent on the whims of the IMF, World Bank and mutli-national corporations for survival. As the capitalist countries (including Britain) are now in the grip of the worst ever crisis, the DPRK's economy expands on a directed foundation. Songun Korea's economic growth benefits the majority of the working people, the wealth of the nation does not go into the hands of the few as in imperialist nations.
One aspect of Korean Socialism which has consistently inspired me is the strategy of KIM IL SUNG and of KIM JONG IL to intellecutalize the whole of society. It is only in the DPRK where the age-old division between mental and physical labour is being broken down.On a visit to the Grand Peoples Study House in central Pyongyang I witnessed this process in action. The Grand Peoples Study House is a monumental structure devoted to the popluar education of the working masses, the Study House has more than 600 rooms and has in its stock well over 30 million volumes on a vareity of subjects. I saw many ordinary working people of different professions using the facilities of the Study House, such as the lecture halls or the database or foreign language assimilation rooms. It is all free to use for everybody seven days a week. The Workers Party of Korea positively encourages the masses to study and improve themselves into assertive independent people.
Education is a vital key for personal and social evolution as an independent being. In Britain and other capitalist countries a decent education is reserved for the elite. For instance to have a university education one must pay out something in the region of £6000. The bulk of the working class children and adults in the UK are condemned to a lifetime of drudgery or unemployment, with a sense of profound intellectual inferiority drilled into them by the establishment. The offspring of bourgeoisie and of lazy aristocrats are given the sense that they are the innate rulers of the global empire at public (private) schools such as Eton and Harrow. In Socialist Korea all education is free, from primary to university level.
Korean style socialism brings out the and nurtures the best features of a human being. One of the worst crimes of the cosmopolitan bourgeoisie in western countries is the surrpessing of the intellectual and moral development of the working man and woman. The capitalists force down to the lowest possible denominator the consciousness level of the working masses with trash culture and with base consumerism. Working people in imperialist society do not have the opportunity to broaden their horizons, they become the robots of the trans-nationals.Culture in the DPRK is of the highest quality, national in form and socailist in content.Every citizen of the DPRK can have access to the arts and literature without discrimination and can participate in the creation of cultural values.
Even progressive people on occasions can be influenced subconsciously by the overwhelming strength of the capitalist media with their daily lies about north Korea. Travelling through the countryside of the DPRK I saw absolutely no poverty or starvation. I witnessed on my way to and from Mt.Myohyang and on my rail journey from Pyongyang to Beijing via Sinuiju an abundance of activity on the fields.All over in the countryside I could clearly see the people from the elderly to the youth being mobilized with red flags and slogans.The Korean people have been enaged in the initiative to rezoning and renovating the system of land alignment so as to make DPRK agriculture more efficient. KIM IL SUNG and KIM JONG IL dedicated their endeavours to solving the socialist rural question in a Juche manner, putting the countryside on a par with the city in terms of technology and ideology.
The Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea has attained another achievement in its second chollima march, that is the production of its fantastic new lager. I was lucky enough to have drank the newly-produced Taedonggang beer at a typical Pyongyang Pub full of locals.Taedonggang beer has a good clear taste to it and a good body. This new DPRK lager has been noted by international beverage connoisseurs to be one of the finest beers in the brewing arena today.This lager mainly comes in the form of bottles, I have not seen on draft yet. I believe the pub I dropped into with my Korean friends was somewhere near to Saesailim street in east Pyongyang.There were many Pyongyang citizens enjoying a well earned drink after a hard day's struggle to build a better Communist tommorrow for all. I noticed in this bar that there were intellectuals, party and state officials and manual and office workers all mixing together over a quiet pint of Taedonggang with without any formalities, this bears testament to the fact that the DPRK is the world's most egalitarian soceity.
I was treated to a day at the seaside at Nampo.The West Sea Barrage is a declaration of the Juche principle of Man's mastery of the forces of nature. Construction of the Barrage was completed by June 1986 after six years. The West Sea Barrage was builded without a single dollar,pound or yen from international organisations but by the courageous endeavours of the Korean people, most of all of the servicemen and servicewomen of the Korean Peoples Army. The West Sea Barrage has 3 locks and 36 sluices, prevents flooding and greatly contributes to the economic growth of South Hwanghae Province and South Pyongan Pronvince and to the rest of the DPRK. I managed to swim in the waters of the Korean West Sea near to a spot by the Barrage. This was the first time ever I have swam in the DPRK and I savoured the warm water of Korea's West Sea and it was good having a nice beach just for our party. Swimming in the West Sea proved to be the perfect way to relax after a week of an intense schedule. I can remember having a picnic with my Korean hosts on the costline and enjoying Taedong River Mullet and Kamhongno Whisky and not forgeting the bottles of Taedonggang.
Seeing the performance of the schoolchildren at the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren Palace was extremely stirring indeed. It put me in a revolutionary mood. This grand palace dedicated to the improvement of the Pyongyang schoolchildren is now celebrating its 20th anniversary, it was opened by President KIM IL SUNG in May 1989. The schoolchildren palace is available for varied after school and college activities and is free of charge to all children living in the DPRK. I came across a photograph of myself and Mr.Hudson taken on a tour of the palace in June 1996 displayed in the photo exhibition of foreign delegations visiting the Mangyongdae Palace throughout its existence.
Being accommodated at the Koryo Hotel in Changwang Street was tremendously magnificant. The staff of this Hotel were all very helpful and assisted me in everyway. Some of my fellow guests at the Koryo were from the St.Petersburg (Leningrad) Juche Idea Study Group, some were from an Korean Christan Reunification Organisation based in the United States, a Taekwon-Do delegation from Canada and a Chinese tourist party.
I had many discussions with distinguished DPRK academics on subjects such as the Juche Philosophy, Prospects for Korean Reunification and on the Origin and Application of Songun Politics. I gained a better understanding from these talks given by Korean Social Scientists about many complex issues, I can now comprehend totally the meaning and role of the Songun Idea and Politics in historical development.
During my 4th visit to the DPRK I had the chance to get re-acquainted with the reality of Peoples Korea. It was like meeting old friends and comrades again after a long absence. The DPRK in many ways seems to me not like a foreign country but going back to my true motherland. Studying the Juche Idea from literature, watching DPRK documentaries and feature films and viewing Korean Picture Albums are a good method of understanding the situation of Songun Korea,but nothing beats being in the territory of the DPRK itself. When I visited Korea in early July 2009 it added flesh and bone to the Juche Concepts which I have studied in the past. In other words I saw the translation of the Juche Idea into the actuality of the DPRK. So I would urge all adherents of the Juche Idea , indeed I advise all communists, socialists, democrats, peace-loving and progressive people to at least visit the DPRK once in their lifetime. In the interval of something like four weeks since leaving the DPRK, I have come to recognize the paradise like nature of Socialist Korea, British society appears to be more and more like a hell-type environment.
I will continue to work with other Juche followers and friends of Korea to promote the truth about the DPRK among British public opinion and work for solidarity with the Korean People within the Labour and Peace Movements in Britain. I hope that the cooperation between the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Britain and the Korean Association of Social Scientists will only increase in the future. Words cannot express my deep gratitude to KASS for making my recent visit to the DPRK possible. I am firmly convinced that the revolutionary and heroic Korean People will win an outstanding victory in their independent cause of constructing socialism and communism because the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea is guided by the Great Leader KIM JONG IL.

Заявление Секретариата ЦК ВКПБ в связи с принятием
Парламентской ассамблеей ОБСЕ резолюции, приравнявшей
сталинизм к нацизму
3 июля 2009 г. Парламентская ассамблея Организации по безопасности и сотрудничеству в Европе (ОБСЕ), приняла резолюцию «Воссоединение разделенной Европы: защита прав человека и гражданских свобод в регионе ОБСЕ в XXI веке». «Резолюция» «осуждает» «преступления сталинизма», приравнивая «сталинизм» к нацизму и требует от России (участницы ОБСЕ) отказа от демонстраций во славу советского прошлого и «избавления от структур», «приукрашивающих историю».
«Резолю-ция» настоятельно «призывает государства-участников ОБСЕ открыть свои исторические и политические архивы», «поощрять и поддерживать деятельность НПО, проводящих исследовательскую просветительскую работу о преступлениях тоталитарных режимов» и многое другое в том же духе. (Естественно, что речь идёт именно о России, а не о европейских государствах. Мы всё это расцениваем как подстрекательство к очередному «переписыванию» и фальсификации истории СССР.)
«Резолюция», ка-к в ней отмечается, принята в поддержку «инициативы» Европейского союза «объявить 23 августа, т.е. день подписания 70 лет назад пакта Молотова – Риббентропа, общеевропейским днем памяти жертв сталинизма и нацизма во имя сохранения памяти о жертвах массовых депортаций и казней».
Приравнивая в духе геббельсовской пропаганды «сталинизм» нацизму, что политически безграмотно и алогично, творцы «резолюции» почему то ни словом не обмолвились о необходимости бороться с современным еврейским крайним национализмом – нацизмом, или сионизмом, который ныне не отказался от своих притязаний на мировое господство и в качестве государственной идеологии США и Израиля творит ужасы на Ближнем Востоке, физически уничтожая арабское население. Что касается США, то фактов геноцида, творимых этой империей зла, во многих регионах мира более, чем достаточно. Выпячивая в «резолюции» как наиболее важное «уникальность Холокоста» (при отсутствии каких-либо документальных данных о рекламируемых ныне 6 млн. его жертв - прим. наше) творцы резолюции почему-то запамятовали, что именно «сталинский тоталитаризм» спас евреев от поголовного истребления гитлеровцами, заплатив за это миллионами жизней советских людей на фронтах Второй мировой войны и в тылу.
Западная Европа также запамятовала и о том, что именно Англия, Франция и США взрастили нацистского зверя, направив его на Восток, сорвали создание европейской системы коллективного отпора Гитлеру. Промышленные монополии и банки этих стран принимали непосредственное участие в финансировании и возрождении вооружённых сил фашистского рейха; позволили Гитлеру без единого выстрела осуществить аншлюс Австрии (март 1938 г.); 29 сентября 1938 г. руководители Великобритании и Франции – Чемберлен и Даладье (при поддержке президента США Рузвельта) состряпали с Гитлером и Муссолини предательское Мюнхенское соглашение, отдав на заклание фашистским хищникам Чехословакию
Именно империалисты этих стран, ненавидя страну социализма, войдя в сговор с гитлеровскими нацистами, виновны в развязывании мировой кровавой бойни. Советский же Со-юз, под руководством И.В.Сталина, «тоталитарный режим» которого так гневно «осуждается» ныне Европой, разгромил гитлеровцев, отдав 25 млн. жизней (сравните– 6 млн. холокоста), чтобы спасти народы Европы от фашистского порабощения, а многие нации – от уничтожения.
Стоит напомнить потерявшей память Европе, что сталинский Советский Союз был создателем Антигитлеровской коалиции и учредителем Международного военного трибунала в Нюрнберге, приговором которого были осуждены преступления нацизма, а также указаны виновники этого преступления. Данная же «резолюция» ОБСЕ по сути реабилитирует нацизм.
«Резолюция» ОБСЕ принята с подачи неонацистов Прибалтики и Словении, которые свободно уживаются в «свободной» Европе. Западная Европа, так гневно «осуждающая» нацизм, в упор не видит ни демонстративных маршей литовских, эстонских и латышских эсэсовцев – гитлеровских карателей в столицах этих государств; ни героизации нацистских преступников на государственном уровне, ни возведения нацистской идеологии в ранг государственной идеологии, как это происходит на Украине и в Прибалтике; ни русскоязычных «неграждан», лишенных не только политических, но и элементарных человеческих прав и составляющих одну треть населения прибалтийских стран; ни варварских сносов прибалтийскими нацистами памятников в честь советских воинов, освободивших эти страны от нацизма, и пр., и пр. актов возрождения нацизма в Прибалтике, да и в самой Европе тоже.
Антикоммунистический крестовой поход «объединенной Европы» повсеместно усиливается в условиях всё углубляющегося мирового кризиса, приближающего крах империалистической системы. В начале 2006 г. Парламентская Ассамблея Совета Европы (ПАСЕ) приняла «резолюцию»1481 – «О необходимости осуждения международным сообществом преступлений тоталитарных коммунистических режимов». Империалисты чувствуют надвигающийся социальный взрыв, который пытаются отодвинуть любыми средствами, в том числе оболганием коммунистических лидеров, самой коммунистической идеологии и советского периода истории. Ид-ёт оголтелая кампания навязать обществу воинствующий антикоммунизм. Все империалистические государства усиливают свои карательные структуры для борьбы с собственными народами.
Но несмотря на мощную антикоммунистическую пропаганду резко возрос на Западе общественный интерес к «Капиталу» К.Маркса. Империалистические идеологи обеспокоены ростом авторитета И.В.Сталина, вопреки мощному очернению его деятельности и выдающихся свершений советского народа.
ОБСЕ, ПАСЕ и прочие аналогичные международные европейские организации, принимающие с маниакальной настойчивостью «грозные» антикоммунистические резолюции, превратились сегодня в инструмент политического давления на Россию в интересах американского и европейского империализма, требуя от нее «покаяться» за мнимые «преступления». Эти организации, щедро к тому же финансируемые Россией (!), давно уже отошли от тех целей, ради которых они создавались. России не за что каяться и пора бы ей выйти из этих, ставших одиозными организаций, предоставив «свободной» Европе выгребать самим авгиевы конюшни нацизма и тоталитаризма в своем собственном доме.
К чести Греции их представитель вместе с РФ осудили принятую «резолюцию»» ОБСЕ, а представитель Франции отождествил её с «охотой на ведьм», хотя и проголосовал «за». В Москве «Резолюцию» назвали «новым политическим демаршем против России» в преддверии годовщины начала Второй мировой войны. Заместитель руководителя Комитета Госдумы по международным делам А.Козловский, возглавлявший российскую делегацию на сессии Парламентской ассамблеи ОБСЕ, заявил, что уравнивание нацистского режима и сталинского в Советском Союзе, «внесшем решающий вклад в разгром фашизма, является надругательством над историей» («Вести. Ru»). «Те, кто ста-вит на одну ступень нацизм и сталинизм, забыли, что именно сталинский Советский Союз…внес наибольший вклад в дело освобождения Европы от фашизма». Депутат также отметил, что «принятая резолюция ведёт дело к расколу».
Злобные и противоречащие ходу истории, историческим фактам, любые резолюции и заявления ПАСЕ, ОБСЕ и других организаций, идеологически обслуживающих сходящий с мировой арены класс капитала, не в состоянии остановить неумолимый ход истории к коммунизму.
Человечество сметёт империализм с пути своего развития и создаст коммунистическую цивилизацию, которая навсегда покончит с войнами, эксплуатацией и угнетением, предоставив свободное развитие каждому народу, каждой человеческой личности.

DONEстатью нам прислал наш читатель из Кировской области.Если в 90-е годы буржуазная власть в России рядилась в одежды демократов, то с приходом Путина она пытается примерить маску патриотов.
Кто-то хочет взять Россию голыми руками
Капиталисты и их приказчики, именующие себя президентами и премьер-министрами, надеются, что под «патриотической» маской нельзя будет разглядеть предателей, которые, цепляясь за власть, превращаются в настоящих фашистов. Почему предателей? Потому что российская армия сейчас фактически разоружена, и не будь в арсенале страны ядерных ракет, нашу Родину иноземные захватчики могли бы взять голыми руками. По данным генерал-лейтенанта Фомина к 2012 году ядерный потенциал РФ уменьшится по сравнению с 1991 годом в 600 раз! За последние десять лет военно-морской флот России сократился на 60 процентов. Если дело так пойдет и дальше, то к 2015 году в составе ВМФ останется не более 60 подводных лодок и кораблей первого и второго класса. Почти все устаревших образцов. В российской авиации почти нет летчиков первого класса. Пилоты летают не более 50 часов в год вместо минимальных 180 часов. Износ авиатехники составляет около 60 процентов. Боеприпасов осталось всего на 2-3 дня боевых действий. До 30 процентов стрелкового оружия выработало свой ресурс и нуждается в замене. С 1994 года поступление новой техники в войска противовоздушной обороны прекратилось и до 2007 года не возобновлялось. Совсем не защищены от авиационных ударов самолетов предполагаемого противника такие города как Нижний Новгород, Ижевск, Пермь, Владимир, Омск, Челябинск, Тула, Ульяновск. За период с 2000 до 2007 года ядерные силы РФ утратили 405 носителей и 2498 зарядов. Боевых ракет произведено более чем в три раза меньше, чем в девяностые годы. «Патриотическая» власть к 2012 году планирует сократить число частей и соединений с 1890 до 172. Офицерский корпус по этим «патриотическим» планам должен уменьшиться с 315 000 до 150 000 тысяч человек. Возможно, будет ликвидирован институт прапорщиков и мичманов – 170 000 человек. Не надо забывать и о потопленной с благословления президента космической станции «Мир», имеющей помимо всего прочего и оборонное значение. Вот так «патриоты» из «Единой России» во главе с Путиным и Медведевым пекутся о безопасном будущем страны, которой они управляют.
Факты – вещь упрямая
Теперь рассмотрим, как «любящие Отечество» руководящие деятели заботятся о народе. В 2008 году в России пропали без вести 50 тысяч человек. Средняя продолжительность жизни мужчины составляет 59 лет. Количество преступлений сексуального характера в отношении детей увеличилось в 25, 6 раза (!) по сравнению с 2003 годом. Каждую минуту в России умирает 5 человек, а рождается только 3 ребенка. Каждый год в РФ 26 тысяч детей не доживают и до 10 лет. Ежедневно умирает по 50 младенцев, 70 процентов из них в родильных домах. В России число только официально зарегистрированных наркоманов достигло 2, 37 миллиона человек. «Официальных» алкоголиков уже более 4, 5 миллионов. РФ занимает второе место в мире по распространению поддельных лекарств. По уровню коррупции РФ находится в числе мировых чемпионов, таких как Бангладеш, Кения. В дорожно-транспортных происшествиях ежегодно гибнет 35 тысяч человек. В пожарах погибает 20 тысяч людей. Умирает от употребления низкокачественных спиртных напитков 40 тысяч граждан. В Москве открыт первый в России, а, может, и в мире вытрезвитель для детей – алкоголиков. Это детско-подростковое наркологическое стационарное отделение на базе наркологического диспансера № 112. Надо выделить особо тот факт, что идет слабоприкрытый, хорошо подготовленный процесс скуривания и спаивания российской молодежи, особенно девушек, которые употребляя пиво, вино или никотин убивают не только себя, но и своих будущих детей. Происходит жесточайшее и безжалостное истребление наших молодых людей и их будущего потомства посредством табака и спиртных напитков. Причем, власти на этот счет хранят гробовое молчание, как бы говоря: так и надо. На телевидении и по радио почти нет передач, пропагандирующих здоровый образ жизни без спиртных напитков и табака. А такое молчание властей - уже определенная политика. Ежегодно по причине курения в России погибает более 300 тысяч человек. Это число равно количеству населения такого города, как Архангельск. «Рост» производства в РФ таков, что по добыче угля достигнут уровень 1957 года, по производству грузовиков -1937 года, комбайнов – 1933 года, тракторов – 1931 года, вагонов и тканей – 1910 года, обуви – ...1900 года. Можно еще и еще перечислять «достижения» сегодняшней Эрэфии. Все эти «достижения» - еще одно великое предательство, осуществляемое «патриотами».
Чем сильнее давление, тем мощнее сопротивление
Милиция под руководством Нургалиева превращается в гестапо, изобретая и применяя такие изуверские и в то же время унижающие человеческое достоинство пытки над «подследственными» или «задержанными», которые пресловутому Генриху Мюллеру и не снились. Причем в тюрьмах сидят, не те, кто крадет каждый месяц по миллиону, а молодые люди, попавшие под горячую руку пьяного или очень «нервного» сержанта милиции. Многие сидят просто так. Без вины виноватые. Настоящие убийцы, бандиты, воры гуляют на свободе, да еще получают звания лейтенантов или даже полковников МВД. Милиция проводит репрессии в виде задержаний и арестов прежде всего против молодых активистов коммунистического движения. Власти понимают, что за молодежью будущее. В последнее время участились случаи избиения активистов и просто случайных людей в милицейских участках , а также на митингах, как это происходит, например, в Москве, случилось во Владивостоке, в Ижевске и в других городах. Так-им путем власти пытаются запугать и отвадить людей от активного участия в протестных акциях. Но избиения только накапливают ненависть к власти в душах молодых людей и активистов постарше. Свои же собственные законы власти РФ стерли в порошок. Уголовный кодекс не работает, конституция, где провозглашена свобода слова, собраний и митингов не работает! Чело-века могут забрать только за то, что он прилюдно отругал Путина. Что это, как не фашизм? Прокуратура должным образом не контролирует милицию, практически не ограничивает ее произвол. В сентябре 2008 года в структуре МВД РФ произошло весьма многозначительное событие. Департамент по борьбе с организованной преступностью был превращен в департамент по противодействию экстремизму. Те люди, которые ранее преследовали мафию, бандитов, террористов, теперь будут преследовать инакомыслящих, оппозиционно настроенных людей, у большинства которых никогда не было столкновений с уголовным кодексом. Это все равно, что натравить свору злобных и натасканных овчарок на своих беззащитных родителей, которые вскормили, воспитали на свою голову таких людей. Власти боятся радикальных политических активистов больше, чем мафию, коррупцию, бандитов и кавказских террористов. А объясняется это просто. Мафия и власть срослись в одно целое. Что же, власти бояться самой себя? Нет, для нее «экстремисты» опаснее! Они могут «отнять и поделить»! Тем более в пору экономического кризиса, когда народ «на взводе». В этом смысле сегодняшняя власть переплюнула даже гитлеровскую Германию. Руководителю СС Гиммлеру никогда и в голову не приходило использовать уголовную полицию против политической оппозиции. Несмотря на все эти фокусы, представители власти обижаются на справедливые упреки, не позволяют себя критиковать. Какие нежные и ранимые души! О демократии в кавычках и без кавычек уже все забыли. Как в гитлеровской Германии 1933 года МВД РФ сейчас составляет «черные списки», куда заносятся все оппозиционные деятели и активисты. Создана электронная система слежки не только в пределах одного города, но и всей страны. Власти вовсю готовятся к горячей осени, когда окончится дачный сезон и народ из-за обострения экономического кризиса может выйти на улицы многих крупных городов. Путин и Медведев очень этого боятся. Слово «революция» им даже произнести страшно. Поэтому идет фашизация режима. Но всем этим завинчиванием гаек власти только демонстрируют свою СЛАБОСТЬ и неуверенность. А это значит, что у тех, кто желает возрождения Советского Союза, есть хороший шанс достичь цели. В физике есть закон: чем сильнее давишь на пружину, тем сильнее она сопротивляется давлению. Чем сильнее власть будет давить на народ, тем сильнее он будет сопротивляться. И никакие избиения активистов, пытки, запугивания и даже убийства не спасут власть. Народ только сильнее ее будет ненавидеть. А справедливая ненависть - великая сила! Именно жертвой этой ненависти в 1917 году пали буржуазный строй в России, фашистская диктатура в Германии.
О тех, кто уважает «сильную власть»
Знают ли некоторые представители власти о том, что такое элементарная человеческая совесть? Они бессовестно примазываются к Великой Победе над гитлеровской Германией, ко всему хорошему, что есть в истории нашей страны. Кощунствуют. Несут на парадах Красное Коммунистическое Знамя Победы и рядом с ним антикоммунистическую трехцветную тряпку, которая не принесла России ничего хорошего, а только была скомпрометирована царем Николаем II Кровавым, пролившим озера народной крови и предателем Власовым, чьи солдаты, помогая гитлеровцам, вешали на придорожных столбах советских женщин и детей. Не господа Путин и Медведев разбили гитлеровские полчища, не их единомышленники Николай II, Колчак и Деникин, сделали это. Добились Победы над фашистской Германией Советские солдаты, которых сцементировала в грозную для гитлеровцев силу большевистская партия во главе с Великим Сталиным! Коммунисты первыми шли в бой. ВКП(б) потеряла на полях сражений многие сотни тысяч своих членов. Поэтому никто из высо-копоставленных деятелей не имеет ни малейшего права своими нечистыми антисоветскими руками притрагиваться к Великой Победе, ибо она была одержана вопреки всем, в том числе и современным антикоммунистам, «патриотам» - предателям из «Единой России». И неизвестно, на чьей стороне были бы многие члены этой партии, если бы им пришлось жить во время Великой Отечественной войны. Существуют факты, говорящие о том, что некоторая часть молодых членов фашистских партий современной России перешла, куда бы вы думали? В «Единую Россию»! Ничего в этом удивительного нет. Гитлер уважал «сильную власть», и многие сегодняшние высокопоставленные официальные лица также уважают и стараются претворить в жизнь «сильную власть». А. Репин, Кировская область

Пикалевцы перекрыли дорогу
Сегодня жители Пикалево перекрыли один из въездов в город . Люди вышли на трассу в знак протеста и требуют погашения долгов по зарплате. Около 250-300 человек вышли на дорогу, перекрыв въезд в город со стороны Вологды. Остальные дороги в Пикалево не перекрыты. К месту митинга стянуты омоновцы. Напомним, ранее в городе Пикалево остановили работу градообразующие предприятия — глиноземный, цементный и химический заводы. Они основаны на базе бывшего глиноземного комбината и объединены в общую технологическую цепочку. Главным из них является «Пикалевский глиноземный завод», которым владеет компания «БазэлЦемент», контролируемая Дерипаской. Только в 2008 году с двух заводов было уволено более тысячи человек. Жители Пикалево, потерявшие источник дохода в кризис, винят в случившемся руководство предприятий и просит государство восстановить «безотходное производство», существовавшее в советские времена, когда заводы были частью единого комбината.
Прирожденные убийцы
В очередной раз мир взбудоражен массовым убийством, которое устроил подросток. На этот раз трагедия произошла в школе небольшого городка в Германии. Семнадцатилетний подросток убил 17 человек, в том числе 10 старшеклассников, после чего застрелился сам. Буржуазные СМИ буквально смаковали этот «жареный факт». Сцены массовой бойни кочевали по выпускам новостей на всех телеканалах, даже тех, которые своих зрителей обычно не балуют информацией из-за рубежа.
Впрочем, суета шакалов пера и микрофона – момент глубоко второстепенный. Очередной ажиотаж призван скрыть тот факт, что подобные трагедии стали уже нормой жизни, обыденностью, уносящей десятки, если не сотни жизней в год. И это только среди молодежи, притом, только случаи якобы «немотивированного» насилия.
Нелишне добавить к этому бытовое и криминальное насилие подростков и случаи, когда «с катушек слетают» взрослые добропорядочные обыватели, убивая родственников, сослуживцев или просто случайных прохожих (именно такой случай приключился в США практически одновременно с бойней в немецком городке).
В Евр-опе такие происшествия только завоевывают право считаться обыденностью, в США этому уже никто не удивляется. За последние 20 лет число подобных трагедий в стране-флагмане капиталистического мира уже грозит перевалить за сотню, а число их жертв - за тысячу.
Журналисты, призывая на помощь психологов и прочих аналитиков, любят рассказывать разные версии, отвечая на вопрос: почему молодой человек, который только начал жить, вдруг(?) схватился за оружие и, убив многих окружающих, пускает себе пулю в лоб или гибнет от рук полиции? Все эти версии сводятся в основном к обвинениям в адрес родителей, что, мол, не так воспитали, не досмотрели, неправильно хранили оружие.
Психологи себя бичуют: во время, мол, не вычислили «потенциального убийцу». Разнообразные дяди и тети, сами больше похожие на сексуальных маньяков или извращенцев, с болезненным блеском в глазах рассказывают о том, что причиной всему сексуальная неудовлетворенность подростков. Конечно, у кого что болит, тот о том и говорит, и эти господа всех меряют по себе.
На самом деле серия массовых «немотивированных» убийств – только часть громадной проблемы. Огромное количество жителей в самых развитых капиталистических странах плюет как на свою, так и на чужие жизни. Именно самые развитые капиталистические страны лидируют в мире по числу самоубийств, по числу извращенцев и маньяков, по числу психических расстройств.
Сегодняшний обыватель, успешный менеджер или скромный клерк завтра может превратиться в монстра, поступками которого будет ужасаться весь мир.
Это не чужая беда. Украина, как и все постсоветские страны, тяжело больна. Год от года растет число всевозможных маньяков и их жертв, число самоубийств и так называемых немотивированных убийств. На Украине так же имеются уже случаи массовых убийств. Пример: молодые люди, которые только перешагнули порог совершеннолетия, терроризировали чудовищными по своей жестокости убийствами в 2007 году весь Днепропетровск. Поэтому пусть наши обыватели не прячут голову в песок, надеясь, что горе и беда происходят далеко и их не коснутся. Убийцы и маньяки уже ждут их и их детей в школе, подъезде, на улице и рабочем месте.
В чем же дело? Сначала разберемся: почему с каждым годом общество порождает все больше психопатов и маньяков? Общество это не какое-то абстрактное по своей классовой сути, а именно - буржуазное. Такой тип общества, порождающий все эти проблемы, существует только при капитализме. Следовательно, насилие, убийства и самоубийства – результат глубокой неизлечимой болезни всей капиталистической системы.
Чело-век категорически не хочет превращаться в овощ, в сытую буржуазную скотину. Именно господствующая в мире буржуазная идеология потреблятства толкает людей на бунт обреченных. Либеральный «конец истории» оказывается концом человечества. Оскотиненная мас-са занимает свои стойла и предается скотским удовольствиям, а те, кто не желают становиться скотами в стойле, в припадке протеста уничтожают себя и нередко окружающих.
Капитализм превратил в товар все: дружбу, любовь, родственные отношения. Всему установлена своя цена в долларах или иной валюте. Товаром стало как человеческое тело, так и человеческая душа. Успех и признание в современном буржуазном мире измеряются степенью продажности индивида.
И подросток с юношеским максимализмом в душе и автоматическим пистолетом в руке, сеющий вокруг себя смерть, - это расплата за отказ от человечности, за поклонение «золотому тельцу».
Может ли и должна ли существовать система, в которой люди только враждуют и заняты куплей-продажей себя и себе подобных? – Нет.
У человечества есть два пути: либо капитализм не тем, так другим путем уничтожит человеческую цивилизацию вместе с планетой, либо общество уничтожит капитализм в огне социалистической революции. Только перейдя на более высокую, социалистическую, ступень развития, человечество сможет оставить в прошлом бесконечную череду бессмысленного насилия и смерти.
Выбор за всеми нами.
