AHEAD LIES FURTHER AGRAVATION OF THE CLASS STRUGGLE
Today once again like after previous presidential and parliamentary elections, the bourgeoisie and the media under their control having temporarily usurped power, steadily convince the philistine that elections that took place on March 19, 2006 had defined the kind of economic model to suit the Republic of Belarus in the XXI century, that the people themselves had determined their own destiny. The same thing is said about the All-Belorussian “people’s” Assembly. In a word - again, destiny- changing state events.
Everyone is trumpeting on about the Belorussian market economic model: just like the powers to be, officials, like the leaders of the bourgeois opposition parties. This melody has been captured by the pro-bourgeois Communist Party of Belarus, thereby providing assistance to the bourgeois power in fooling the working people.
How funny and pitiful the working person see all this!
The workers who have not been harnessed in by bourgeois propaganda by who with each new “destiny-changing” election is evermore tightening his or her belt around the waist. But the majority of unfortunate pensioners and the huge army of unemployed, hundreds of thousands of impoverished people, homeless, 32 thousand orphans - in time tighten the ropes around their necks . Here is your true result of all past “destiny-changing’ bourgeois events for the past 15 years. And therefore the bourgeois, pro-bourgeois and supporters of bourgeois politicians and parties ever more trumpet on about the “most decisive” elections, steering the working people away from class struggle and at the same time life becoming ever more unbearable for the absolute majority of the population of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Kirgizia and other republics of the ex-USSR.
And neither the March 2006 presidential elections, nor the March Belarus parliamentary elections will become decisive for Belarus in the XXI century - this is as clear as daylight even for the blind.
The further aggravation of the CLASS STRUGGLE between the EXPLOITED and the EXPLOITERS, between LABOUR and CAPITAL, will be the main content defining the character of the XXI century regardless of whether the bourgeois politicians and their hangers-on from the communist in name, but pro-bourgeois parties in essence, such parties as CPRF, PCB, KPB, CPSU, etc. want to understand this or not. The bell began ringing in 2005 at many enterprises that were on strike in Russia, Ukraine, Kirgizia, Uzbekistan and other republics. And these are only the flowers - the berries will come later! This is because capitalist slavery is not for the citizens of the USSR. The working class is rising up against the robbers- privatizers. The working class is crossing from senseless hunger strikes over to active forms of struggle and is mastering the methods and ways of class struggle.
And do not be in any doubt, gentlemen -capitalists, the working class is successfully passing through the school of class struggle and will learn that violence can only be responded to by powerful, organised force. The working class has the good example of the older generations at the start of the XX century and the working class has a good “trainer” - the exploiters-bloodsuckers.
The future of our country is the USSR, the future of socialism and proletarian Revolution - is in the hands of the exploited, in the hands of the working class which will definitely rise up from the knees to full height and declare its presence. Workers of separate enterprises have already begun declaring their presence, even if only in the meantime in separate regions of our once united country, if only at present insufficiently organised.
Namely this shall be the main content of the XXI century. The bourgeois media, carrying out the will of their masters are trying to keep silent about the organised actions of the working class and with this, hiding the active struggle waged by the most militant proletarian detachments against the bourgeoisie from all the working people. It is namely such uncompromising mass actions by the WORKING CLASS that most of all frightens the bourgeoisie and their power. It feels on its own skin that from here onwards there is deadly danger for it in store.
RISE UP, RISE UP, WORKING PEOPLE!
Our class proletarians have their own class aim - the overthrowing of the bourgeois system and the construction of a proletarian state - the USSR, where power will once again belong to the working people. The struggle of the workers for their right to live humanly demands a more active and politically conscious participation of the working people.
The huge amount of damage done to the unity of the workers’ movement carries nationalism, forcibly instilled by the bourgeoisie, which split’s the working class and is especially dangerous today and makes it easier for the bourgeoisie to exploit the working class. The appearance of nationalism in the workers’ movement is especially dangerous today when the bourgeois power tries to replace the clapped out idea of liberalism with a national idea, that creates a breeding ground and the true prerequisites for the reestablishment of a fascist regime, which in a period of an aggravation of a general crisis, the most reactionary sections of the bourgeoisie usually slides over onto.

The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (CC AUCPB) congratulates YOU on the great Day of Victory - the 62st Anniversary of the victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War and the defeat of fascist Germany and its satellites!
Victory to the Soviet people came at a high price, the price of the life of very best, most loyal people to the cause of socialism. On the battle fields remain the colour of the Soviet socialist nation, a large part of whom were members of the AUCP(b). Today, the bright memory of those who fell for their Socialist Motherland, for our social system, the heroic campaign of the workers of the rear turned out trampled in filth by the successors of the former Nepmen and kulaks, white guards and the traitorous “elite” intelligentsia, our red flag over the country replaced by the Vlasov tricolour of the betrayers of the Motherland. The “men of perestroika” in a thievish way and maliciously deceiving the people implemented the monstrous idea earlier planned by Hitler. They, having pillaged all our people’s property, having thrown more than 80% of the population into a whirlpool of poverty, without rights or perspectives, and allow themselves to mock our Soviet scared objects.
But nighttimes never lasts forever. Daytime always comes. May the traitors and betrayers of the Socialist Motherland not be mistaken. WE REMEMBER EVERTYTHING and WILL NEVER FORGIVE ANYONE for betrayal.

IN MEMORY OF THE LEADER
54 YEARS AGO, on March 5, 1953, Joseph Vissarionovich STALIN died - the outstanding Marxist-Leninist, successor and continuer of the cause of V.I. Lenin, a great party, state and military statesman, genius commander -in- chief and leader of the working people of the whole world.
J.V. Stalin for 31 years led the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) (CPSU /B/) and the worlds’ first socialist state - a state of the dictatorship of the proletariat. Under the leadership of the AUCP(b) headed by comrade J.V. Stalin, in the shortest possible historical time in the Soviet Union, in conditions of a hostile imperialist encirclement and continuous provocation, the foundations of a socialist society were built; fascism was defeated, the wrecked economy restored and all necessary social-economic prerequisites for the gradual transition over to communism were created.
But for already half a century, unruly anti-Stalin propaganda, unleashed by the trotskyite successor Nikita Khrushchev continues. Famine, repressions, GULAG--s - all the crimes one can think of (or think up -k.c.) are blamed on Stalin by the enemies of the working people.
But the further away from us goes the date since the destruction of the USSR, the more the working masses of the “independent” and “sovereign” republics, the present-day bourgeois states, are convinced in the injustice and inhumanness of capitalism, in the utter hostility of bourgeois society towards people of labour.
Ever more one can hear from the myths of the ordinary people - we need STALIN. Despite the mountains of lies about Stalin, the insinuations of imperialist propaganda, the popularity of Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin is continually growing.
All this once again convinces us Bolsheviks in the correctness of our cause, in the unchanging triumph of the ideals of Marxism- Leninism, in the inevitable victory of the cause of LENIN- STALIN!

THOSE IN POWER ARE NOTHING BUT CRIMINALS AND TRAITORS

THE MAIN CRIMES COMMITTED BY THE TRAITORS
Criminals are running our Motherland. The destruction of Soviet people is being carried out in an organised and planned way. The “Independent Gazeta” (05.07.2004) quotes the following data: annually, Russia is losing more than 2 million people. Losses in Ukraine are also sizable. We are not simply becoming extinct, we are deliberately being destroyed.
Today, hundreds of tons of narcotics are being shipped over our permeable borders, bringing death to millions of citizens.
For making drunkards out of the people, in Russia alone there are more than 1300 liquor-vodka factories and breweries. That is 12 times more than there were in the Soviet Union. 40 thousand people die from drunkenness. The same situation prevails in Ukraine, the Baltic states, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan etc. Add to this figure the number of people dying from drugs, AIDS, and other delights of capitalism: miserly pensions and student grants, empty hospitals, hunger throughout the country, when 15% of conscripts have been diagnosed by medical commissions as suffering from “dystrophy”.
The deficit of vitamins, folic acid in pregnant women leading to destruction of the intra-gestation wavers from 60% to 90% across the entire country.
The main reason of mental retardation in children and teenagers is the deficit of iodine. In Russia, this affects 70% of the population.
Approximately 5 million children are homeless on the streets and are tramping about.
In 1996-2001 alone in just one Moscow clinic, 325 patients have been registered as having had blood transfusions which were in infected by blood syphilis. Since 2001 the statistics of this type of crime were annulled. One thing is clear that the scale of the problem is catastrophic, if in one district hospital of Khanta-Mansiyska, 116 litres of donor blood were destroyed: 1.5 litres of HIV infected blood, 22 litres of blood with hepatitis C, 10 litres with hepatitis B, and 9 litres with syphilis. The representatives of the authorities say that there is no money for supporting the blood donation system. This is a lie! It cannot be that the richest country can be poor. Poverty is an artificially created myth that hides the deliberate destruction of people.
From the tribune of the State Duma, Deputy S. Baburin explained in detail how in 1994-1995, 786 tonnes of gold was shipped out of Russia and into the banks of Britain, Latin America, Australia and Romania. They are even afraid to shine the light on those who shipped out the gold. They are now high ranking criminals.
500 tonnes of weapons grade uranium extracted from atomic warheads were sold by Russia to the USA for 12 billion dollars, providing the US with this, super-cheap nuclear fuel and also raw material for nuclear warheads. As the journal “Spiegel” writes, the retail price for weapons grade uranium is 60 billion dollars for 1 ton. Multiply this by 500 and you get a figure of 30 trillion dollars.
The president and government within the walls of the State Duma do not bat a eyelid at the “exploded bomb”. And when did any of them ever worry about the destruction of the country, since they themselves organised this its ruination.
Weapons grade uranium is a truly special national asset, the price of which by definition of the director of the institute of physics-technical problems in metallurgy and special machine building, L. Maximov, is measured not so much in money but as in the decades of extremely hard work, health deprivation and even the lives of Soviet citizens.
Why doesn’t the governor of Chukotka, Abramovich have enough money to go round? 500 million dollars to buy up Chelsea Football Club; 100 million dollars for his personal jet - a Boeing -737; 350 million dollars for three yachts “Le Grand Bleu”, Pelorus”, “Ecstasea”; 22 million dollars for the “Fyning Hill” estate in the south of England (Petersfield, West Sussex); 2.1 million dollars for an apartment in London; 500 thousand dollars for a palace on the Anglysky Poberezhny in Petersburg; 23 million dollars for the castle “Chateau de la Croe” in France.
Shipbuilding factory “Northern Wharf” is building a sailboat 27.5 metres long and 6.5 metres wide, of 85 tons displacement and a speed of 25 knots for Vladimir Putin. It goes without saying that it is equipped with the latest satellite communication and navigation. The upper deck is made from the most expensive teak. Teak is expensive and beautiful, but mainly, it resembles the deck of the cutter “Standart” of the last Russian Czar.
In Petersburg, he has the Konstantinov Palace, a reconstruction which cost a minimum of 170 million dollars, plus a housing complex on the Krestov Island, plus the first floor of a luxury home for an “office” in the centre of the city, where under Soviet power it was the Leningrad Palace of Marriages and before the revolution, it was the grand-ducal palace.
This along with the famous “Zavidovo” (official name of the residence “Rus”) and the Gorky -9 dacha just outside Moscow, and “Barvikha”, and “Arkhangel’skoye”, and “Uzhin” at Vandae, and “Shuyska Chupa” in Karelia, and “Volzhsky Utyos” in Samarsky Region, and “Sosny” in Krasnoyarsky Krai, and “Angarsky Khutora” near Irkutsk, and “Tental” in Saratovsky Region.
In order for the scale to be understood, dacha “Barvikhe-4” occupies more than 60 hectares of enclosed territory, a special outlet from the Moscow River with a damn and a pond where fish can be caught on an baitless hook. No less than 600 people serve and provide security for the presidential dacha.
Alpine skiing area dacha “Krasnaya Polyana” is not quite ready for Putin to where he constantly flies on a helicopter from around Sochi. As newspaper “Sovershenno Secretno” (No7, 2004) writes: the oligarchs who are sensitive to Putin’s tastes: Deripaska, Potanin, Yevtushenkov, Abramovich were to gather to equip for their dear president a mountain area for skiing, yes and “Gazprom” grabbed up the initiative. And in order to delight their dear president, they contribute a billion dollars towards the Putinist amusement. A billion dollars just so that Putin could ski along nicely!
What shamelessness one needs to have in order to declare that there is no money to solve the social problems!
THE DESTRUCTION OF THE ECONOMIC POTENTIAL AND DEFENCE CAPABILITY
The liquidation of all the very best and most perspective is the main task of the continued privatization. Here is why immediately under the knife of privatization fell strategically important for the country, key for defence industry objects. Foreigners possess blocking packets of shares in OAO “ANTK Tupelo”, in Saratov’s OAO “Signal” and ZAO “Vermeil”.
The little known US company “Nic and Si Corporation” via surrogate firm “Stolitsa” obtained packets of shares of 19 aviation enterprises of the military-industrial complex!
The dismantling of a great state is underway, the destruction of industry, agriculture and defence is also underway.
According to the Nanna-Lugara Program (USA) which has been operating since 1991, 6032 nuclear warheads have been de-commissioned, 491 nuclear ballistic missiles have been destroyed and along with 438 rocket shafts, 101 strategic bombers, 25 strategic nuclear submarines including 355 missiles and 408 missile launch systems and also 194 tunnels that were used for nuclear testing have been sealed up - whilst at the same time, the USA is increasing its nuclear might.
In the Spring of last year, deputies of the State Duma (Russia’s lower house of parliament) were compelled to appeal to the minister for foreign affairs with a parliamentary enquiry “About the violation of the Russian- US agreement on the limitation of nuclear weapons”. In it, it says: “According to a claim by a New Zealand newspaper the “Auckland tribune” from 22.03.2004, referring to sources in the US Ministry of Defence, the strategists of the Pentagon installed 800 nuclear warheads on 500 intercontinental ballistic missiles “Minuteman III”. These particular missiles are based in the US in Wyoming, Montana and North Dakota and are pointed at the territory of the Russian Federation”.
While the Americans continue to see Russia as their potential enemy, a big enough enemy to use nuclear weapons against, Russian high-ranking military chiefs not only not oppose this, but are actually handing over their weapons to the enemy.
On 26 November 2002 at a meeting at the General Headquarters during the annual report on the activity of the Armed Forces, Putin together with Ivanov in the presence of an armada of journalists voiced completely classified figures on the military readiness of our nuclear forces and means 9of delivering them. The possibilities and special characteristics of using a nuclear weapon against one or another probable adversary, the evaluation of the military readiness of our groups, their mobilization times and deployment. That is to say the data are of special importance, access to which only high ranking military officials have. Defamed by reckless betrayal of the upper echelons, lieutenant -colonel of reconnaissance headquarters V. Azkharov spoke about this wild story to the newspaper “Zavtra” . But if the Supreme Commander in Chief and the Ministry of Defence, who were recently intelligence and counter-intelligence officers allow all this in public, what are they up to behind closed doors?
An army, as the flesh of the people, as their shield and sword, - such an army is not needed by today’s power. We shall compare what the army had in 1991 and what was left of it 10 years later:
- 64 thousand tanks in 1991, after a decade - 7 thousand;
- 67000 weapons and mortars, now there are less than 10000;
- 6 thousand fighter planes and helicopters, nowadays - 1500;
- 473 class I and II warships , now there are less than 100;
- more than 300 submarines, nowadays - 80.
Since 1993 the Armed Forces have been reduced from 4 million 800 thousand people serving to 1 million 100 thousand with the noted commander -in -chief’s perspective of “reducing” the number to 750 thousand. You won’t defend a giant country stretching 11 thousand kilometres from the West to the East with that kind of army.
The Kremlin needs a hired army, but the Kremlin does not wish to advertise this, preferring to deceive the people pursuing the lie about the necessity of a professional army, as if up to now it has been an amateurish one.
The power is creating an army which may be used against its own people. Confirmation that the Kremlin is preparing a war against its own people - is in the large-scale reorganisation of the internal troops, the creation on the basis of a “national guard”, practically a second army in the country. The internal troops now have tanks, aircraft and artillery at their disposal. The officers of the internal troops themselves state - “We are the army of civil war!”
ABOUT THE NAVY
The one remaining aircraft carrier that remains in service in Russia’s navy the “Admiral Kuznetsov” is in pitiful state of repair and does not go out on military service. Besides this one, all the aircraft carriers have been sold off. Even the secret equipment had not been removed from aircraft carriers of the Pacific Ocean Fleet “Minsk” and “Novorossiysk”. This is betrayal and is the surrender of the Navy to foreign powers. One of the numerous proofs of this - is in the history of the selling off of the heavy aircraft carrying cruiser “Kiev” which was, in the conventional and habitually way, put down to “lack of money for repair and maintenance of the technical readiness of the ship.”
US company “Marine Trade Int’l Corp” offered at that time to pay 122.5 dollars per square ton. But the chief of the central headquarters of material resources of the Ministry of Defence - general Zobnin, former chief commander of the Navy Admiral Kuroyedov had their own interests. As a result, “Kiev” was sold to a certain firm “Maritime Suppliers LCC” for less than twice - 72 dollars per square ton. The aircraft carrier was sold off for 1.8 million dollars. But the above name firm turned out only an agent of Austrian company “LNK Import -Export” which having received “Kiev”, immediately sold it on to the final purchaser, Chinese company “Tianjin”. Having bought “Kiev” for 1.8 million, the Austrians sold it to the Chinese for 8.2 million dollars. China paid not for scrap metal but for a naval vessel. “Kiev” was sent to the same place where aircraft carriers “Minsk” and “Varyag” were sent. And now is the very time to grasp the program of construction of the Naval Forces of China, where it has been said that by 2015 two aircraft carriers and 2-3 helicopter carriers will enter the navel group of China. The Chinese have already begun work on the construction of an aircraft carrier and the second one is very similar to the tactical-technical characteristics of the aircraft carrier “Varyag”, and a helicopter carrier - very similar to “Kiev” and “Minsk” China has practically obtained the entire aircraft carrier fleet of Russia. The Russian military chiefs gave it all away at scrap metal prices and even cheaper than that. Criminals!
THE VOLUNTARY SURRENDER OF GEOPOLITICAL EXPANSE AND OUR OWN TERRITORY
Not one country in the world in modern history has suffered such large-scale geopolitical losses like the USSR. Today, under American bases, Soviet military objects have been occupied in the republics of Central, Asia, the Baltics and Ukraine. In Latvia, the Americans have started the construction of radar location stations. When it becomes operational it will provide control of the air space up to Moscow. Foreign experts are openly writing about the fact that Russia’s president had assisted in the advancement of US military forces into former Soviet military bases in Uzbekistan, Kirgizstan and Tadzhikistan. NATO fighter planes are dominant in Soviet aerodromes in Moldavia.
Military basis are being destroyed on the borders. Having been deprived of bases in Tartus (Syria), the country lost a support in the Mediterranean Sea. The Russian authorities left Cienfuegos in Cuba, right next to coasts of the US. Three radar reconnaissance centres in Angola have been shut down, two bases in Somalia: a military airbase in Khargeis and a military naval base in Berber. Modern reconnaissance bases have been liquidated in Ethiopia, Syria, Egypt, South Yemen and Angola, where Soviet military advisors appears 30 years ago.
In 1975, powerful radar locations stations were located here in the towns of Cabinda, Bengel, Lopata, which observed the Atlantic Ocean. Four bases of secret radar stations in Nicaragua also turned out redundant for the traitorous regime. After withdrawal from Vietnam the only remaining base used by our special forces for listening in, was the centre of electronic reconnaissance in Lourdes (Cuba). And that one has now been surrendered.
THE SURRENDERING OF SPACE TO THE US
One of the most tragic dates in modern history of Russia is 22 March 2001. On this day, the orbital space station “Mir” was destroyed. Entering the dense layers of the Earth’s atmosphere, it completely burnt up. Several large fragments with a weight of 40 tons fell right into the hands of the Americans. They were warned in advance about the area where they would land. The decision to destroy the orbital station was taken under pressure of the US. The station “Mir” could not have aged in principle. The replacement of each module was envisaged from the very start. The death of “Mir” - signifies the closure of profile faculties of Higher Learning Institutions (VUZ), the closure of applied research. Indeed, space, like the specialists say, this the Scientific Research Institute of many branches of science. By expression of professor Yeremeev, the bourgeois rulers drowned in the ocean not just the orbital station “Mir”, but together with it, they sank to the bottom a large number of military programmes and unique scientific experiments. Not only has the best of scientific-technological progress been dumped, but we have given the Americans our own shoulder to lean on so that they can clamber into the Soviet place. Not only have we shown NASA the right way, having surrendered all key designs for lengthy stays out in space, but have also taken to providing finance-technical support to the American MKS project.
The money which has squandered on helping America for their development of astronautics could have been used for providing effective work on “Mir” for an infinite amount of time.
WHAT IS TO BE DONE?
Conversations about the criminal actions of today’s power can go on endlessly. To put up with this power further means to agree with the fact that the people are exhausted and have used up their vital resource. Meeting at the embassy of the USA in defence of five Cuban patriots
On February 26th opposite the embassy of the US in Moscow, a meeting took place in defence of five Cuban patriots languishing in US prisons.
30 people were present from the AUCPB, RCWP-RCP, RC-CPSU, NBP, OPD "Vensermos", the Union of Workers of Moscow, and the Committee of friendship with the foreign states.
The setup: Soviet and Cuban flags, numerous banners: "USA - this terror!", "Viva Cuba! Viva Fidel!", calls for the release of the heroic Cuban five from prisons of the USA. A petition was held with the demand to assist the freeing of the political , addressed to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations Organization.
The main themes of the speeches: the USA, acting in words as the fighter against terror, in practice encourages terror (in particular against Cuba),but when the Cuban 5 were really fighting terror and with terror they recived monstrously severe prison sentences.
Solidarity of all decent Soviet people with the heroic struggle of the Cuban people against imperialism of the USA for the right to build socialism, for independence and the sovereignty of the country has been noticed.
Each speech made finished with an appeal: "Freedom to the Cuban five!". The resolution of the meeting was unanimously adopted and was passed on to employees of the US embassy of Russian Federation .

WE SHALL DESTROY WAGE SLAVERY
This year, (2006) marks 15 years since the moment of the carrying out in our country of the bourgeois counter-revolutionary coup. In August of 1991 having actually grasped already all key posts in the country, the neo-bourgeoisie arranged a performance with the GKChP (Aug 91) .The consecutive retraction of the country into the channel of capitalist globalization, the formation of the internal and external markets of labour power and capital had begun. Musty western values were presented through the mass-media as fresh and progressive.
During the revelry of counterrevolution, the basic social guarantees won by Soviet people under socialism have been destroyed. Workers have lost the right to work, the right to free-of-charge higher education and health services. The rights to freedom of movement and freedom of assembly have now only a declarative character as to move without means it is possible only "on dogs", and houses of assemblies and city central squares- are "not for beggars" with "extremists". But people have gained only unemployment, hired slavery, poverty, drug addiction, religious obscurantism, interethnic conflicts and police dictatorship.
Armies of labour migrants and the unemployeds who have formed as a result of the attack everywhere by "capitalist paradise", attack megacities, in the hope to change their pitiful destiny and to arrange to work for a fat owner of a ticket in the "gold billion". Labour migrants are persecuted everywhere like mad dogs. Political collisions of bourgeois groupings pour out into new troubles for searchers of an income, generating the next millions of refugees and "non-citizens".
When on the post-Soviet expanse, workers handed over position after position, in Latin America a new revolutionary wave has risen. In Venezuela and Bolivia supporters of socialism have come to power. The "Tripartite alliance" in the structure of Venezuela, Cuba and Bolivia has been created. Spiritual affinity of the Tripartite alliance with the Cuban Revolution, guerrilla movement in Colombia and Mexico, and also growing anti-imperialist moods on the Latin American continent as a whole, inspire hope to all progressive mankind.
Successes of socialist construction in Cuba, active international activity of Venezuela and the Tripartite alliance, having strongly pronounced anti-imperialistic character, allowing to ascertain today's displacement of the revolutionary centre into the countries of Latin America.
We while are building forces, we conduct laborious propaganda activities, recruit cadres of revolutionaries, and patiently wait, when the people will finally become sick of playing with capitalism.
Our party, the party of Bolsheviks, was formed 15 years ago from among the most hardline opponents of the counterrevolution which occurred in the country. The AUCPB (All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks) was the first to have been created after the ban was placed on the CPSU, and openly declared in the heat of political reaction its strict adherence to Marxism-Leninism, having highly raised the banner of Lenin and Stalin. While the party-nomentclatura, like Zyuganov put their tails between their legs, they silently observed on TV the growth of anti-communist hysteria, the Bolsheviks conducted active propaganda and propaganda work on exposure of the criminal plans of the bourgeois "men of perestroika” by all accessible means. Today, all these successors of the Gorbastroika CPSU, the nomenclature of various ranks, have settled into the pseudo-communist parties playing in parliamentary games by the rules of limited bourgeois democracy, and are fogging the minds of the workers with rotten promises of the West-European social democrats, opportunists and the most malicious enemies of revolution. We conbatted and we shall continue to combat them, since in essence, they are an integral part of the bourgeois counterrevolutionary regime.
The AUCPB is 15 years old. We are set up for a long and uncompromising struggle. Behind us - are years of hopes and routine work, the destruction of comrades, and small victories by means of protest actions. And more - the huge experience of struggle in conditions of heightening political repressions, and the preservation in battles, the high rank of the member of the Bolshevik party!
The time when free development of each member of society becomes a condition of free development of all, when distribution of material benefits will be made according to work done instead of according to capital and when results of work will cease to be an object of enthralment of one person over another, will come. And we are approaching it in every way. On our share will be the great mission of the end of an epoch of hired wage slavery. We shall destroy hired wage slavery!

Today once again like after previous presidential and parliamentary elections, the bourgeoisie and the media under their control having temporarily usurped power, steadily convince the philistine that elections that took place on March 19, 2006 had defined the kind of economic model to suit the Republic of Belarus in the XXI century, that the people themselves had determined their own destiny. The same thing is said about the All-Belorussian “people’s” Assembly. In a word - again, destiny- changing state events.
Everyone is trumpeting on about the Belorussian market economic model: just like the powers to be, officials, like the leaders of the bourgeois opposition parties. This melody has been captured by the pro-bourgeois Communist Party of Belarus, thereby providing assistance to the bourgeois power in fooling the working people.
How funny and pitiful the working person see all this!
The workers who have not been harnessed in by bourgeois propaganda by who with each new “destiny-changing” election is evermore tightening his or her belt around the waist. But the majority of unfortunate pensioners and the huge army of unemployed, hundreds of thousands of impoverished people, homeless, 32 thousand orphans - in time tighten the ropes around their necks . Here is your true result of all past “destiny-changing’ bourgeois events for the past 15 years. And therefore the bourgeois, pro-bourgeois and supporters of bourgeois politicians and parties ever more trumpet on about the “most decisive” elections, steering the working people away from class struggle and at the same time life becoming ever more unbearable for the absolute majority of the population of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Kirgizia and other republics of the ex-USSR.
And neither the March 2006 presidential elections, nor the March Belarus parliamentary elections will become decisive for Belarus in the XXI century - this is as clear as daylight even for the blind.
The further aggravation of the CLASS STRUGGLE between the EXPLOITED and the EXPLOITERS, between LABOUR and CAPITAL, will be the main content defining the character of the XXI century regardless of whether the bourgeois politicians and their hangers-on from the communist in name, but pro-bourgeois parties in essence, such parties as CPRF, PCB, KPB, CPSU, etc. want to understand this or not. The bell began ringing in 2005 at many enterprises that were on strike in Russia, Ukraine, Kirgizia, Uzbekistan and other republics. And these are only the flowers - the berries will come later! This is because capitalist slavery is not for the citizens of the USSR. The working class is rising up against the robbers- privatizers. The working class is crossing from senseless hunger strikes over to active forms of struggle and is mastering the methods and ways of class struggle.
And do not be in any doubt, gentlemen -capitalists, the working class is successfully passing through the school of class struggle and will learn that violence can only be responded to by powerful, organised force. The working class has the good example of the older generations at the start of the XX century and the working class has a good “trainer” - the exploiters-bloodsuckers.
The future of our country is the USSR, the future of socialism and proletarian Revolution - is in the hands of the exploited, in the hands of the working class which will definitely rise up from the knees to full height and declare its presence. Workers of separate enterprises have already begun declaring their presence, even if only in the meantime in separate regions of our once united country, if only at present insufficiently organised.
Namely this shall be the main content of the XXI century. The bourgeois media, carrying out the will of their masters are trying to keep silent about the organised actions of the working class and with this, hiding the active struggle waged by the most militant proletarian detachments against the bourgeoisie from all the working people. It is namely such uncompromising mass actions by the WORKING CLASS that most of all frightens the bourgeoisie and their power. It feels on its own skin that from here onwards there is deadly danger for it in store.
RISE UP, RISE UP, WORKING PEOPLE!
Our class proletarians have their own class aim - the overthrowing of the bourgeois system and the construction of a proletarian state - the USSR, where power will once again belong to the working people. The struggle of the workers for their right to live humanly demands a more active and politically conscious participation of the working people.
The huge amount of damage done to the unity of the workers’ movement carries nationalism, forcibly instilled by the bourgeoisie, which split’s the working class and is especially dangerous today and makes it easier for the bourgeoisie to exploit the working class. The appearance of nationalism in the workers’ movement is especially dangerous today when the bourgeois power tries to replace the clapped out idea of liberalism with a national idea, that creates a breeding ground and the true prerequisites for the reestablishment of a fascist regime, which in a period of an aggravation of a general crisis, the most reactionary sections of the bourgeoisie usually slides over onto.

Victory to the Soviet people came at a high price, the price of the life of very best, most loyal people to the cause of socialism. On the battle fields remain the colour of the Soviet socialist nation, a large part of whom were members of the AUCP(b). Today, the bright memory of those who fell for their Socialist Motherland, for our social system, the heroic campaign of the workers of the rear turned out trampled in filth by the successors of the former Nepmen and kulaks, white guards and the traitorous “elite” intelligentsia, our red flag over the country replaced by the Vlasov tricolour of the betrayers of the Motherland. The “men of perestroika” in a thievish way and maliciously deceiving the people implemented the monstrous idea earlier planned by Hitler. They, having pillaged all our people’s property, having thrown more than 80% of the population into a whirlpool of poverty, without rights or perspectives, and allow themselves to mock our Soviet scared objects.

54 YEARS AGO, on March 5, 1953, Joseph Vissarionovich STALIN died - the outstanding Marxist-Leninist, successor and continuer of the cause of V.I. Lenin, a great party, state and military statesman, genius commander -in- chief and leader of the working people of the whole world.
J.V. Stalin for 31 years led the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) (CPSU /B/) and the worlds’ first socialist state - a state of the dictatorship of the proletariat. Under the leadership of the AUCP(b) headed by comrade J.V. Stalin, in the shortest possible historical time in the Soviet Union, in conditions of a hostile imperialist encirclement and continuous provocation, the foundations of a socialist society were built; fascism was defeated, the wrecked economy restored and all necessary social-economic prerequisites for the gradual transition over to communism were created.
But for already half a century, unruly anti-Stalin propaganda, unleashed by the trotskyite successor Nikita Khrushchev continues. Famine, repressions, GULAG--s - all the crimes one can think of (or think up -k.c.) are blamed on Stalin by the enemies of the working people.
But the further away from us goes the date since the destruction of the USSR, the more the working masses of the “independent” and “sovereign” republics, the present-day bourgeois states, are convinced in the injustice and inhumanness of capitalism, in the utter hostility of bourgeois society towards people of labour.
Ever more one can hear from the myths of the ordinary people - we need STALIN. Despite the mountains of lies about Stalin, the insinuations of imperialist propaganda, the popularity of Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin is continually growing.
All this once again convinces us Bolsheviks in the correctness of our cause, in the unchanging triumph of the ideals of Marxism- Leninism, in the inevitable victory of the cause of LENIN- STALIN!

THOSE IN POWER ARE NOTHING BUT CRIMINALS AND TRAITORS

THE MAIN CRIMES COMMITTED BY THE TRAITORS
Criminals are running our Motherland. The destruction of Soviet people is being carried out in an organised and planned way. The “Independent Gazeta” (05.07.2004) quotes the following data: annually, Russia is losing more than 2 million people. Losses in Ukraine are also sizable. We are not simply becoming extinct, we are deliberately being destroyed.
Today, hundreds of tons of narcotics are being shipped over our permeable borders, bringing death to millions of citizens.
For making drunkards out of the people, in Russia alone there are more than 1300 liquor-vodka factories and breweries. That is 12 times more than there were in the Soviet Union. 40 thousand people die from drunkenness. The same situation prevails in Ukraine, the Baltic states, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan etc. Add to this figure the number of people dying from drugs, AIDS, and other delights of capitalism: miserly pensions and student grants, empty hospitals, hunger throughout the country, when 15% of conscripts have been diagnosed by medical commissions as suffering from “dystrophy”.
The deficit of vitamins, folic acid in pregnant women leading to destruction of the intra-gestation wavers from 60% to 90% across the entire country.
The main reason of mental retardation in children and teenagers is the deficit of iodine. In Russia, this affects 70% of the population.
Approximately 5 million children are homeless on the streets and are tramping about.
In 1996-2001 alone in just one Moscow clinic, 325 patients have been registered as having had blood transfusions which were in infected by blood syphilis. Since 2001 the statistics of this type of crime were annulled. One thing is clear that the scale of the problem is catastrophic, if in one district hospital of Khanta-Mansiyska, 116 litres of donor blood were destroyed: 1.5 litres of HIV infected blood, 22 litres of blood with hepatitis C, 10 litres with hepatitis B, and 9 litres with syphilis. The representatives of the authorities say that there is no money for supporting the blood donation system. This is a lie! It cannot be that the richest country can be poor. Poverty is an artificially created myth that hides the deliberate destruction of people.
From the tribune of the State Duma, Deputy S. Baburin explained in detail how in 1994-1995, 786 tonnes of gold was shipped out of Russia and into the banks of Britain, Latin America, Australia and Romania. They are even afraid to shine the light on those who shipped out the gold. They are now high ranking criminals.
500 tonnes of weapons grade uranium extracted from atomic warheads were sold by Russia to the USA for 12 billion dollars, providing the US with this, super-cheap nuclear fuel and also raw material for nuclear warheads. As the journal “Spiegel” writes, the retail price for weapons grade uranium is 60 billion dollars for 1 ton. Multiply this by 500 and you get a figure of 30 trillion dollars.
The president and government within the walls of the State Duma do not bat a eyelid at the “exploded bomb”. And when did any of them ever worry about the destruction of the country, since they themselves organised this its ruination.
Weapons grade uranium is a truly special national asset, the price of which by definition of the director of the institute of physics-technical problems in metallurgy and special machine building, L. Maximov, is measured not so much in money but as in the decades of extremely hard work, health deprivation and even the lives of Soviet citizens.
Why doesn’t the governor of Chukotka, Abramovich have enough money to go round? 500 million dollars to buy up Chelsea Football Club; 100 million dollars for his personal jet - a Boeing -737; 350 million dollars for three yachts “Le Grand Bleu”, Pelorus”, “Ecstasea”; 22 million dollars for the “Fyning Hill” estate in the south of England (Petersfield, West Sussex); 2.1 million dollars for an apartment in London; 500 thousand dollars for a palace on the Anglysky Poberezhny in Petersburg; 23 million dollars for the castle “Chateau de la Croe” in France.
Shipbuilding factory “Northern Wharf” is building a sailboat 27.5 metres long and 6.5 metres wide, of 85 tons displacement and a speed of 25 knots for Vladimir Putin. It goes without saying that it is equipped with the latest satellite communication and navigation. The upper deck is made from the most expensive teak. Teak is expensive and beautiful, but mainly, it resembles the deck of the cutter “Standart” of the last Russian Czar.
In Petersburg, he has the Konstantinov Palace, a reconstruction which cost a minimum of 170 million dollars, plus a housing complex on the Krestov Island, plus the first floor of a luxury home for an “office” in the centre of the city, where under Soviet power it was the Leningrad Palace of Marriages and before the revolution, it was the grand-ducal palace.
This along with the famous “Zavidovo” (official name of the residence “Rus”) and the Gorky -9 dacha just outside Moscow, and “Barvikha”, and “Arkhangel’skoye”, and “Uzhin” at Vandae, and “Shuyska Chupa” in Karelia, and “Volzhsky Utyos” in Samarsky Region, and “Sosny” in Krasnoyarsky Krai, and “Angarsky Khutora” near Irkutsk, and “Tental” in Saratovsky Region.
In order for the scale to be understood, dacha “Barvikhe-4” occupies more than 60 hectares of enclosed territory, a special outlet from the Moscow River with a damn and a pond where fish can be caught on an baitless hook. No less than 600 people serve and provide security for the presidential dacha.
Alpine skiing area dacha “Krasnaya Polyana” is not quite ready for Putin to where he constantly flies on a helicopter from around Sochi. As newspaper “Sovershenno Secretno” (No7, 2004) writes: the oligarchs who are sensitive to Putin’s tastes: Deripaska, Potanin, Yevtushenkov, Abramovich were to gather to equip for their dear president a mountain area for skiing, yes and “Gazprom” grabbed up the initiative. And in order to delight their dear president, they contribute a billion dollars towards the Putinist amusement. A billion dollars just so that Putin could ski along nicely!
What shamelessness one needs to have in order to declare that there is no money to solve the social problems!
THE DESTRUCTION OF THE ECONOMIC POTENTIAL AND DEFENCE CAPABILITY
The liquidation of all the very best and most perspective is the main task of the continued privatization. Here is why immediately under the knife of privatization fell strategically important for the country, key for defence industry objects. Foreigners possess blocking packets of shares in OAO “ANTK Tupelo”, in Saratov’s OAO “Signal” and ZAO “Vermeil”.
The little known US company “Nic and Si Corporation” via surrogate firm “Stolitsa” obtained packets of shares of 19 aviation enterprises of the military-industrial complex!
The dismantling of a great state is underway, the destruction of industry, agriculture and defence is also underway.
According to the Nanna-Lugara Program (USA) which has been operating since 1991, 6032 nuclear warheads have been de-commissioned, 491 nuclear ballistic missiles have been destroyed and along with 438 rocket shafts, 101 strategic bombers, 25 strategic nuclear submarines including 355 missiles and 408 missile launch systems and also 194 tunnels that were used for nuclear testing have been sealed up - whilst at the same time, the USA is increasing its nuclear might.
In the Spring of last year, deputies of the State Duma (Russia’s lower house of parliament) were compelled to appeal to the minister for foreign affairs with a parliamentary enquiry “About the violation of the Russian- US agreement on the limitation of nuclear weapons”. In it, it says: “According to a claim by a New Zealand newspaper the “Auckland tribune” from 22.03.2004, referring to sources in the US Ministry of Defence, the strategists of the Pentagon installed 800 nuclear warheads on 500 intercontinental ballistic missiles “Minuteman III”. These particular missiles are based in the US in Wyoming, Montana and North Dakota and are pointed at the territory of the Russian Federation”.
While the Americans continue to see Russia as their potential enemy, a big enough enemy to use nuclear weapons against, Russian high-ranking military chiefs not only not oppose this, but are actually handing over their weapons to the enemy.
On 26 November 2002 at a meeting at the General Headquarters during the annual report on the activity of the Armed Forces, Putin together with Ivanov in the presence of an armada of journalists voiced completely classified figures on the military readiness of our nuclear forces and means 9of delivering them. The possibilities and special characteristics of using a nuclear weapon against one or another probable adversary, the evaluation of the military readiness of our groups, their mobilization times and deployment. That is to say the data are of special importance, access to which only high ranking military officials have. Defamed by reckless betrayal of the upper echelons, lieutenant -colonel of reconnaissance headquarters V. Azkharov spoke about this wild story to the newspaper “Zavtra” . But if the Supreme Commander in Chief and the Ministry of Defence, who were recently intelligence and counter-intelligence officers allow all this in public, what are they up to behind closed doors?
An army, as the flesh of the people, as their shield and sword, - such an army is not needed by today’s power. We shall compare what the army had in 1991 and what was left of it 10 years later:
- 64 thousand tanks in 1991, after a decade - 7 thousand;
- 67000 weapons and mortars, now there are less than 10000;
- 6 thousand fighter planes and helicopters, nowadays - 1500;
- 473 class I and II warships , now there are less than 100;
- more than 300 submarines, nowadays - 80.
Since 1993 the Armed Forces have been reduced from 4 million 800 thousand people serving to 1 million 100 thousand with the noted commander -in -chief’s perspective of “reducing” the number to 750 thousand. You won’t defend a giant country stretching 11 thousand kilometres from the West to the East with that kind of army.
The Kremlin needs a hired army, but the Kremlin does not wish to advertise this, preferring to deceive the people pursuing the lie about the necessity of a professional army, as if up to now it has been an amateurish one.
The power is creating an army which may be used against its own people. Confirmation that the Kremlin is preparing a war against its own people - is in the large-scale reorganisation of the internal troops, the creation on the basis of a “national guard”, practically a second army in the country. The internal troops now have tanks, aircraft and artillery at their disposal. The officers of the internal troops themselves state - “We are the army of civil war!”
ABOUT THE NAVY
The one remaining aircraft carrier that remains in service in Russia’s navy the “Admiral Kuznetsov” is in pitiful state of repair and does not go out on military service. Besides this one, all the aircraft carriers have been sold off. Even the secret equipment had not been removed from aircraft carriers of the Pacific Ocean Fleet “Minsk” and “Novorossiysk”. This is betrayal and is the surrender of the Navy to foreign powers. One of the numerous proofs of this - is in the history of the selling off of the heavy aircraft carrying cruiser “Kiev” which was, in the conventional and habitually way, put down to “lack of money for repair and maintenance of the technical readiness of the ship.”
US company “Marine Trade Int’l Corp” offered at that time to pay 122.5 dollars per square ton. But the chief of the central headquarters of material resources of the Ministry of Defence - general Zobnin, former chief commander of the Navy Admiral Kuroyedov had their own interests. As a result, “Kiev” was sold to a certain firm “Maritime Suppliers LCC” for less than twice - 72 dollars per square ton. The aircraft carrier was sold off for 1.8 million dollars. But the above name firm turned out only an agent of Austrian company “LNK Import -Export” which having received “Kiev”, immediately sold it on to the final purchaser, Chinese company “Tianjin”. Having bought “Kiev” for 1.8 million, the Austrians sold it to the Chinese for 8.2 million dollars. China paid not for scrap metal but for a naval vessel. “Kiev” was sent to the same place where aircraft carriers “Minsk” and “Varyag” were sent. And now is the very time to grasp the program of construction of the Naval Forces of China, where it has been said that by 2015 two aircraft carriers and 2-3 helicopter carriers will enter the navel group of China. The Chinese have already begun work on the construction of an aircraft carrier and the second one is very similar to the tactical-technical characteristics of the aircraft carrier “Varyag”, and a helicopter carrier - very similar to “Kiev” and “Minsk” China has practically obtained the entire aircraft carrier fleet of Russia. The Russian military chiefs gave it all away at scrap metal prices and even cheaper than that. Criminals!
THE VOLUNTARY SURRENDER OF GEOPOLITICAL EXPANSE AND OUR OWN TERRITORY
Not one country in the world in modern history has suffered such large-scale geopolitical losses like the USSR. Today, under American bases, Soviet military objects have been occupied in the republics of Central, Asia, the Baltics and Ukraine. In Latvia, the Americans have started the construction of radar location stations. When it becomes operational it will provide control of the air space up to Moscow. Foreign experts are openly writing about the fact that Russia’s president had assisted in the advancement of US military forces into former Soviet military bases in Uzbekistan, Kirgizstan and Tadzhikistan. NATO fighter planes are dominant in Soviet aerodromes in Moldavia.
Military basis are being destroyed on the borders. Having been deprived of bases in Tartus (Syria), the country lost a support in the Mediterranean Sea. The Russian authorities left Cienfuegos in Cuba, right next to coasts of the US. Three radar reconnaissance centres in Angola have been shut down, two bases in Somalia: a military airbase in Khargeis and a military naval base in Berber. Modern reconnaissance bases have been liquidated in Ethiopia, Syria, Egypt, South Yemen and Angola, where Soviet military advisors appears 30 years ago.
In 1975, powerful radar locations stations were located here in the towns of Cabinda, Bengel, Lopata, which observed the Atlantic Ocean. Four bases of secret radar stations in Nicaragua also turned out redundant for the traitorous regime. After withdrawal from Vietnam the only remaining base used by our special forces for listening in, was the centre of electronic reconnaissance in Lourdes (Cuba). And that one has now been surrendered.
THE SURRENDERING OF SPACE TO THE US
One of the most tragic dates in modern history of Russia is 22 March 2001. On this day, the orbital space station “Mir” was destroyed. Entering the dense layers of the Earth’s atmosphere, it completely burnt up. Several large fragments with a weight of 40 tons fell right into the hands of the Americans. They were warned in advance about the area where they would land. The decision to destroy the orbital station was taken under pressure of the US. The station “Mir” could not have aged in principle. The replacement of each module was envisaged from the very start. The death of “Mir” - signifies the closure of profile faculties of Higher Learning Institutions (VUZ), the closure of applied research. Indeed, space, like the specialists say, this the Scientific Research Institute of many branches of science. By expression of professor Yeremeev, the bourgeois rulers drowned in the ocean not just the orbital station “Mir”, but together with it, they sank to the bottom a large number of military programmes and unique scientific experiments. Not only has the best of scientific-technological progress been dumped, but we have given the Americans our own shoulder to lean on so that they can clamber into the Soviet place. Not only have we shown NASA the right way, having surrendered all key designs for lengthy stays out in space, but have also taken to providing finance-technical support to the American MKS project.
The money which has squandered on helping America for their development of astronautics could have been used for providing effective work on “Mir” for an infinite amount of time.
WHAT IS TO BE DONE?
Conversations about the criminal actions of today’s power can go on endlessly. To put up with this power further means to agree with the fact that the people are exhausted and have used up their vital resource. Much is being written in the West about this and calling us “a sick people”. So therefore are have to overthrow this power. Only a people’s uprising together with the army are able to save the country from the hangman’s rope.

Meeting at the embassy of the USA in defence of five Cuban patriots
On February 26th opposite the embassy of the US in Moscow, a meeting took place in defence of five Cuban patriots languishing in US prisons.
30 people were present from the AUCPB, RCWP-RCP, RC-CPSU, NBP, OPD "Vensermos", the Union of Workers of Moscow, and the Committee of friendship with the foreign states.
The setup: Soviet and Cuban flags, numerous banners: "USA - this terror!", "Viva Cuba! Viva Fidel!", calls for the release of the heroic Cuban five from prisons of the USA. A petition was held with the demand to assist the freeing of the political , addressed to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations Organization.
The main themes of the speeches: the USA, acting in words as the fighter against terror, in practice encourages terror (in particular against Cuba),but when the Cuban 5 were really fighting terror and with terror they recived monstrously severe prison sentences.
Solidarity of all decent Soviet people with the heroic struggle of the Cuban people against imperialism of the USA for the right to build socialism, for independence and the sovereignty of the country has been noticed.
Each speech made finished with an appeal: "Freedom to the Cuban five!". The resolution of the meeting was unanimously adopted and was passed on to employees of the US embassy of Russian Federation .

WE SHALL DESTROY WAGE SLAVERY
This year, (2006) marks 15 years since the moment of the carrying out in our country of the bourgeois counter-revolutionary coup. In August of 1991 having actually grasped already all key posts in the country, the neo-bourgeoisie arranged a performance with the GKChP (Aug 91) .The consecutive retraction of the country into the channel of capitalist globalization, the formation of the internal and external markets of labour power and capital had begun. Musty western values were presented through the mass-media as fresh and progressive.
During the revelry of counterrevolution, the basic social guarantees won by Soviet people under socialism have been destroyed. Workers have lost the right to work, the right to free-of-charge higher education and health services. The rights to freedom of movement and freedom of assembly have now only a declarative character as to move without means it is possible only "on dogs", and houses of assemblies and city central squares- are "not for beggars" with "extremists". But people have gained only unemployment, hired slavery, poverty, drug addiction, religious obscurantism, interethnic conflicts and police dictatorship.
Armies of labour migrants and the unemployeds who have formed as a result of the attack everywhere by "capitalist paradise", attack megacities, in the hope to change their pitiful destiny and to arrange to work for a fat owner of a ticket in the "gold billion". Labour migrants are persecuted everywhere like mad dogs. Political collisions of bourgeois groupings pour out into new troubles for searchers of an income, generating the next millions of refugees and "non-citizens".
When on the post-Soviet expanse, workers handed over position after position, in Latin America a new revolutionary wave has risen. In Venezuela and Bolivia supporters of socialism have come to power. The "Tripartite alliance" in the structure of Venezuela, Cuba and Bolivia has been created. Spiritual affinity of the Tripartite alliance with the Cuban Revolution, guerrilla movement in Colombia and Mexico, and also growing anti-imperialist moods on the Latin American continent as a whole, inspire hope to all progressive mankind.
Successes of socialist construction in Cuba, active international activity of Venezuela and the Tripartite alliance, having strongly pronounced anti-imperialistic character, allowing to ascertain today's displacement of the revolutionary centre into the countries of Latin America.
We while are building forces, we conduct laborious propaganda activities, recruit cadres of revolutionaries, and patiently wait, when the people will finally become sick of playing with capitalism.
Our party, the party of Bolsheviks, was formed 15 years ago from among the most hardline opponents of the counterrevolution which occurred in the country. The AUCPB (All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks) was the first to have been created after the ban was placed on the CPSU, and openly declared in the heat of political reaction its strict adherence to Marxism-Leninism, having highly raised the banner of Lenin and Stalin. While the party-nomentclatura, like Zyuganov put their tails between their legs, they silently observed on TV the growth of anti-communist hysteria, the Bolsheviks conducted active propaganda and propaganda work on exposure of the criminal plans of the bourgeois "men of perestroika” by all accessible means. Today, all these successors of the Gorbastroika CPSU, the nomenclature of various ranks, have settled into the pseudo-communist parties playing in parliamentary games by the rules of limited bourgeois democracy, and are fogging the minds of the workers with rotten promises of the West-European social democrats, opportunists and the most malicious enemies of revolution. We conbatted and we shall continue to combat them, since in essence, they are an integral part of the bourgeois counterrevolutionary regime.
The AUCPB is 15 years old. We are set up for a long and uncompromising struggle. Behind us - are years of hopes and routine work, the destruction of comrades, and small victories by means of protest actions. And more - the huge experience of struggle in conditions of heightening political repressions, and the preservation in battles, the high rank of the member of the Bolshevik party!
The time when free development of each member of society becomes a condition of free development of all, when distribution of material benefits will be made according to work done instead of according to capital and when results of work will cease to be an object of enthralment of one person over another, will come. And we are approaching it in every way. On our share will be the great mission of the end of an epoch of hired wage slavery. We shall destroy hired wage slavery!
