DESTROY
THE POWER OF CAPITAL
85 years ago, on 30 December 1922, four Soviet Socialist republics: the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Byelorussia and the Caucasus Federation (in the makeup of Azerbaizhan, Armenia and Georgia) signed a treaty on the formation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Our great state was formed on the basis of Leninist-Stalinist principles of the national policy: the voluntariness of unification; the right of nations to self determination up and to the separation and formation of an independent state; complete equality, friendship and brotherlyness of nations; mutual and unselfish aid to each other.
As a result of industrialization of the country, the collectivization of agriculture and the Cultural Revolution, thanks to the selfless labour of all the peoples of the USSR under the leadership of the AUCP(b) All-Union Communist Party (bolshevik) headed by outstanding successor and continuer of th cause of great Lenin – Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, the Soviet Union by 1940 occupied first place in Europe in its own economic potential. Hitler, attacking the USSR, had counted on our country falling to pieces like a house of cards. But the friendship and brotherhood of the peoples of the USSR was the one of the most important factors of the Great Victory.
90 years ago, on the 25th December 1917, Soviet power was established in Ukraine. Ukraine gained freedom and independence as a result of the Great October Socialist Revolution, have formed an independent state from the former small Russian provinces. The Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic was one of the founders and constitutors of the world’s first multinational workers’ and peasant’s state – the Soviet Union. In the makeup of the USSR, Soviet Ukraine made outstanding achievements in its social-economic development, having by 1940 become one of the most highly developed countries of Europe and coming out in its economic potential on par with France. In 1939, Western Ukraine entered Ukraine, in 1940, Bukovina (nowadays – Chernovitskaya Region), and 1945, Carpathians entered. Under the leadership of the AUCP(b) headed by J.V. Stalin and as a result of carrying out the Leninist-Stalinist national policy, the reunification of all Ukrainian lands into a single united Ukrainian state took place.
***
As a result of the temporary victory of the bourgeois counterrevolution in Ukraine, a country that had entered the makeup of the USSR and become one of the most highly developed in the world, had been transformed into a backward semi-colonial country with a population dying out.
The ruling bourgeois regime is carrying out a policy of genocide in the relation to the people of Ukraine. In order to take the working people’s attention away from the ruling bourgeoisie’s crimes, being expressed in the looting and destruction of industry and agriculture, science and culture, education and medicine, the complete extermination of the Ukrainian village, yearly, the size of the population is falling by half a million people, the “orange” authorities headed by president Victor Yushchenko is carrying out a hypocritical and cynical campaign of remembering the “victims of the state instigated famine of 1932-1933”. Onto the pedestal of heroes are being hoisted Banderites, fighters in the UPA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army), butchers of the people of Ukraine, who faithfully served the possessed Hitler.
And this entire orgy of lies and slander is being carried out on a background of a catastrophic drop in the living standard of the working people of Ukraine and their direct destruction by the anti-people’s regime. Immediately following elections there began the headlong growth in food prices, housing rents and services with a drop in their quality – the bourgeoisie of all ranks and shades are aiming to retrieve their pre-election expenses. The gas explosion in an apartment block in Dnepropetrovsk and the death of scores of people; the mass killing of miners at the Zasyadko mine (the owner – Zvyagilsky); the maritime catastrophe in the Kerchensky Gulf, as a result, several vessels sank, seaman died and thousands of tons of heavy fuel poured out into the sea, causing an ecological catastrophe. At the bottom of the sea lie two vessels with thousands of tons of sulfur. All this speaks about the complete inability of bourgeois power in running the state, of its soulless attitude towards people, who for the bourgeoisie are only an object of brutal exploitation and money-making.
***
Saving the people of Ukraine from extinction and complete destruction can only be done by way of the preparation and the carrying out of a new socialist revolution, by way of restoring Soviet power, socialism and the rebirth of our great Soviet Motherland.

A HEALTHY DEBATE ABOUT THE MASS REPRESSIONS
In order to prove that a “king is naked”, one does not necessarily have to be a professional tailor. It is enough just to have a pair of eyes and be not afraid to think a little. After repeated re-writing of history and goating nonsensical statistical methods “proving” whatever, people do not believe anything these days. Therefore, I am not going to bore the reader with statistical calculations, but I appeal to healthy thinking.
Speaking about the repressions, which had there place in the Stalinist years, anti-Soviet propaganda asserts the following:
1. The fascists killed foreign people, but the communists killed their own people;
2. 20 million people were killed in the war against the Germans, and twenty millions in the war against our own people;
3. 10 million people were executed by firing squad;
4. 40, 50, 60 right up to 120 million people (!) were sent to camps;
5. Practically all those arrested were innocent – they were sent to prison on the basis of their mother having taken 5 ears of wheat from a field to feed her hungry children, or she made off with a spool of cotton from the factory, and got 10 years in prison for that;
6. Almost all those who were arrested, were sent to camps and forced to build canals and thrown where the majority of those in the camp had died;
When they are asked about why the people never rose up when they were being destroyed, then the answer is usually: “The people didn’t know about it”. With this, the fact that the people did not know about the scale of the repressions is confirmed not just by practically all the people that lived during that time, but also by numerous written sources.
In connection with this, it makes sense to note several important questions to which there is an absence of not only intelligent answers, but in general, there are no answers at all.
Where did such an improbable number of prisoners come from? Indeed 40 million prisoners – this would be the entire population of Ukraine and Belorussia taken together at that time, or the entire population of France, or the entire town population of the USSR during those years. The fact about the arrest and deportation of thousands of Ingushets and Chechens was noted by contemporaries of the deportation as a shocking event, and this is understandable. Why was the arrest and deportation of a number far outweighing the above deportation not noted by witnesses? During the notorious “evacuation to the East” in 1941-1942, 10 million people were transported deep into the rear. The evacuees lived in schools, temporary accommodation, wherever. The entire senior population remembers this. This was with 10 million people, so what about the 40 and moreover 50, 60 million etc others?
Almost all witnesses of those years noted the mass relocation and work over onto the construction of camps for German prisoners of war; one could not but notice them. The people up to now remember for example, “the German POW-s built this road”. There were about 3 million POW-s on the territory of the USSR; this is a large number and the fact concerning the activity of such a large number of people would be impossible not to notice. What can we say about the number of “zeks” (prisoners-convicts) at 20- 30 times more in quantity? The fact alone about the relocation and working on construction objects of such an improbable number of people arrested should have simply shaken the population of the USSR. This fact would have been transferred from mouth to mouth decades after. Did this happen? No it didn’t.
How were such an enormous number of people transported to far off regions with no roads, and what was the kind of transport used that was accessible in those years? Large-scale road building in Siberia and in the North began a lot later. The relocation of multimillions (!) of people along the Taiga and without roads is in general, unrealistic – for there is also no possibility of supplying them with food, etc. during the several day journey. Where were the prisoners housed? It is assumed that they would be housed in barracks, because skyscrapers would hardly have been built in the Taiga for prisoners. However, even a large barrack cannot house more people than an ordinary 5 –storey apartment block, therefore large blocks of flats are built, but for 40 million people- that would be the size of 10 cities the same size as Moscow was in those days. It would be unavoidable to have left traces of such gigantic settlements. Where are they? Nowhere to be seen. If such a huge number of prisoners were scattered in huge numbers of small camps, located in small populated areas hard to access, then it would have been impossible to send supplies to them. Besides, transport costs taking into account the lack of roads would be simply unimaginable. If the prisoners had been housed near roads and large populated areas, then the entire population of the country would immediately know about the presence of a huge number of prisoners. In actual fact, around the towns would have had to have been built a large number of special objects which would have been impossible not to have noticed or to get mixed up with something else.
The famous White Sea Canal (Belomorkanal) was built by 150 thousand prisoners and Kirovsky waterworks– 90000. The whole country knew that these objects were build by prisoners. And these figures are nothing compared to tens of millions. Tens of millions of “prisoners-slaves” should have left behind really Cyclopean constructions. Where these constructions and what are are they called? One can keep asking questions that no answer will be found to.
How were these people supplied with food etc at such difficult and far off distances? Even if one was to assume that the prisoners were fed the amount that people ate under the blockade of Leningrad, then this means that for feeding the prisoners, a minimum of 5 million kilograms of bread a day or 5000 tons a day would be needed. And that is if one assumes that the guards did not eat anything, nor drink anything and in general did not need to be armed and in uniform.
I expect everyone has seen photographs of the famous “Road of Life” – the endless line of trucks, one after the other, 1.5 and 3 ton trucks, practically the only form of transport in those days other than rail transport (no sense in counting horses as a means of transport under such loads). The Population of Leningrad under the blockade was 2 million. The road running across Ladozhskoye Ozera (Lake Ladozhskoye) is approximately 60 kilometers, but supplying loads, even with such a short distance became a serious problem. And we are not talking about the German bombardments – the Germans were unsuccessful in breaking the flow of supplies not even for one day. The problem was that the carrying capacity of a country road (which was the essence of the Road of Life) – was small. How do the supporters of the hypothesis of the “mass repressions” see the supplying of 10 – 20 cities the size of Leningrad located hundreds and thousands of kilometers from the nearest roads?
How were the products of the labour of such a large number of prisoners taken away, and what kind of transport was used for this at that time? One need not bother waiting for the answers to these questions – there won’t be any. Detainees were rarely held together with those serving out their time, for this aim there exist special custody cells. Those arrested cannot be held in ordinary buildings – special conditions need to be created, and consequently a large number of investigative prisons have to be built in every town, built to house thousands of arrested people in each. These would have had to have been of gigantic sizes, and even in the well known Butirk prison, there was a maximum of 7000 prisoners held. Even if one presumes that the population of the USSR was suddenly temporarily blinded and did not notice the construction of gigantic prisons, then a prison – is such a thing which could not be hidden or transformed into other buildings unnoticed. What happened to them after Stalin had died? After the Pinochet coup in Chile, 30 thousand people arrested had to be detained at stadiums. Besides, this fact itself was immediately noticed by the whole world. How could millions be explained?
To the question: “And where are the graves of our brothers who were innocently killed and where millions of people are buried?” You will never get a sensible answer. After the perestroika propaganda, it was natural that secret places of mass burial of millions of victims would be discovered; and in these places there would have to be set up memorial plaques and statues, but there is none of this mentioned. Remember that the burial in Babye Yar is now known to the whole world and about this fact of mass murder of Soviet people by the fascists, the whole of Ukraine knew immediately. According to various evaluations, from 70 – 200 thousand people were murdered there. It is understandable that if it was impossible to hide the fact of an execution by firing squad and the burial on such a scale, then what can we say about numbers amounting to 50 – 100 times more?
I presume that the above cited facts and thoughts are more than sufficient? Nobody has been able to refute them. Even if some of the facts cited above were to be explained in some form or another, having dragged the fact “by the ears”, they cannot be all explained in their entirety. At the same time, the fulfilling of just a few conditions about which we spoke earlier would be impossible in principle. The number on such a colossal scale was chosen by the falsifiers not by accident. They not only shock a person, bringing about strong emotions, but also switch off their ability to criticize. The victim of manipulation is not in a state to believe that he or she could be lied to SO badly. Fascist propaganda made good use of this. Psychologists know very well that for the average person, everything that exceeds approximately 100 thousand relates to the category of “very many”. Therefore if they say that 100 million were killed, then it is quite possible a person will believe it, because in everyday life, he or she does not operate by large numbers.

A REVIEW OF THE NEW YEAR’S LEADING EDITORIAL OF THREE CENTRAL NEWSPAPERS OF THE DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF KOREA (DPRK)
One of the main ideological tasks of any political party, moreover a ruling party is the putting out of the correct slogan of the day, which in concentrated form expresses the main aim of the actions of the people’s masses, the direction of the struggle for the implementation of the given slogan of the day. It is namely the militant slogan, like a call towards the implementation of a huge qualitative leap in the acceleration of the country’s forward movement, in the creating of a prosperous socialist state at the start of 2008, we see as a joint leading articles of three central newspapers of the DPRK – the organ of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea “Rodong Sinmun”, the Army newspaper “Joson Inmingun” and the youth newspaper “Chongnyon Jonwi” with the headlines “Glorify This Year of the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the DPRK as a Year of Historical Turn Which Will Go Down in the History of the Country".
The editorial clearly and concretely expounds also the methods and means of implementing the task put forth, possessing for the realization of this aim, the economic, political, military-defence and like the most important factor for bringing about victory is especially the people factor. The editorial correctly points out that “our might is the single-minded unity of the soldiers and people rallied around the Party, which is more powerful than nuclear weapons”.
The building of a new society, the march along an untrodden path in the creation of the socialism under the banner of Juche is impossible without a leader of the Revolution, possessing iron will for victory, with historic foresight, the talent of a strategist and practician, aiming to realize the aspirations of the people. Therefore it is justifiably noted in the leading editorial that the proud victories and successes we achieved last year in the political, military, economic, cultural, diplomatic and all other realms are the brilliant “fruition of Kim Jong Il's outstanding strategy and tactics, his iron will and his tireless leadership.”
“Kim Jong Il put forward the revolutionary policy of bringing about a fresh upswing in economic construction by relying on the victories and successes achieved in the Songun revolution while further strengthening the might of the socialist country powerful in the political and military realms, and called the entire Party, the whole army and all the people to its implementation.”
The leading article emphasizes the fact that the main front in the construction of a mighty power is the economy, the modernization of the running of it and the achievement of changes in the raising of the people’s prosperity. It also notes that “building up the national defence capacity is a nationwide, all-people undertaking. Priority should be given to the development of the defence industry as required by the line of developing the economy in the Songun era in order to consolidate the material foundations of the self-defensive military capacity. It is important to make the spirit of giving priority to the military affairs prevail in the whole society, strengthen militias including the Worker-Peasant Red Guards and the Young Red Guards and turn the whole country into an impregnable fortress. The army and people should secure unity of idea and fighting morale and continue to give full play to the spirit of supporting and helping each other in order to consolidate rock-solid the army-people unity, the pride of Songun Korea.”
Ideology is given a special place in the revolutionary movement forward.
“The Juche idea and Songun idea of our Party constitute a great banner for national prosperity and a basis of the mental power of our people. We should arm ourselves with the Juche idea and Songun idea more thoroughly and conduct the revolution and construction in our own style, in the mode of Songun politics, in any circumstances.”
“The entire Party, the whole country and all the people should launch a general offensive to build an economic power.”
“Socialism is the destiny and future of our people. Everyone should cherish the firm faith in the fact that Korean-style socialism our people chose and built is the best in the world and the noble view of life that no life is more fulfilling than the one devoted to society, collective, country and people. It is necessary to preserve the Juche character and national identity, thoroughly observe the revolutionary and class principles, and keep alive the true nature of socialism in all fields of social life. It is imperative to resolutely smash the enemy's reactionary ideological and cultural infiltration and psychological warfare and not to tolerate any elements that undermine our system and corrode our socialist morality and culture and our way of life.”
In the article the main role in the party is in the creation of a socialist society, and notes that the celebration in 2012 of the Centenary since the birth of the founder of the party and the state, Comrade Kim Il Sung, must become a demonstration of the outstanding successes in the construction of a prosperous socialist power, about which the Great Leader dreamt.
2008 is seen as an important stage in the unification of the nation on the basis of implementing a real plan for unification, contained in the “Declaration on the development of relations between the North and South, for peace and prosperity” adopted in October 2007, which a development from the “Joint Declaration” adopted on 15 June 2000. It notes also that reunification must be carried out by the forces of the nation itself without any kind of outside interference.
It notes especially that “An end should be put to the U.S. policy hostile towards the DPRK and the Armistice Agreement be replaced with a peace pact. The aggressive joint military exercises and arms buildup should be discontinued and the U.S. military bases be abolished in South Korea.”
At the end of the article, it points out that the defence of peace and security across the whole world, the advancement along the road of independence is an irreversible tendency of our time.
“The reality shows the strong-arm policy and arbitrariness of imperialism do not work anywhere.”
“Korean-style socialism that has tided over the storm and stress of history under the Worker’s Party of Korea (WPK) Songun leadership is vibrant with great vigour winning victory after victory, and the day is coming towards us when the building of a great, prosperous powerful country will emerge victorious.”
“Let us all work harder for the prosperity of the country and the completion of the revolutionary cause of Juche rallied closely around the headquarters of the revolution headed by Kim Jong Il.”
The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks sincerely wishes the heroic people of Korea under the leadership of Great Kim Jong Il in the famous year 2008, the 60th year since the formation of the DPRK, success in the implementation of all the huge plans of socialist construction, once again proving to the whole world the huge advantages of the socialist system over capitalism.
We see the joint new year editorial of the three main party newspapers of the DPRK as a document of extreme importance, as a militant slogan and bringing to life the plan of struggle for socialism, based upon the industrialization of the economy, self-sufficiency of the country’s resources, the powerful defence industry, the glorious Armed Forces of the DPRK, the high culture of the population, united with a high feeling of patriotism and united monolithically around their party leadership and the country’s Dear Leader – the Great Kim Jong Il.

On 14 March 2008 in Vladivostok, a meeting was held between First Secretary of the district committee of the Primorsky district organization of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (AUCPB) Comrade N.P. Kirillov, and representative of the General Consulate of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) in the Primorsky District (city of Nakhodka) Comrade Che Chan Son.
During the lengthy talks, with the aid of an interpreter, both sides exchanged opinions on the current situation being formed inside Russia, on the post Soviet expanse and also discussed questions of organization of an anti-imperialist struggle and noted the perspectives of further cooperation on both sides.
Comrade Che Chan Son handed to Comrade N.P. Kirillov a letter by the General Consulate of the DPRK in Nakhodka, Comrade Sim Kun Rena, in which in the name of the Korean people gratitude is expressed for the support on part of the AUCPB “in the struggle for the building of a socialist mighty and prosperous power”.
The letter also spoke about the readiness on part of the General Consulate of the DPRK to “discuss questions on cooperation in various spheres”.
It needs to be noted that towards the achievement of cooperation with the General Consulate of the DPRK in Nakhodka, the district committee of the AUCPB it has taken two years to revive ties which had been suddenly broken due to the appointment of a new consul. For the AUCPB, this is an important step in the cause of strengthening solidarity and the development of brotherly friendly relations not only with the General Consulate but also with the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea and with the leadership of the DPRK on the whole.
At the end of the meeting, the First Secretary of the Primorsky District Committee of the AUCPB Comrade N.P. Kirillov handed to Comrade Che Chan Son the book by General Secretary of the CC AUCPB Comrade N.A. Andreeva “For Bolshevism Inside the Communist Movement” with the author’s autograph, and also the latest edition of the newspapers of the AUCPB, in which material about the DPRK is printed.

OPINION OF THE SECRETARIAT OF THE CC AUCPB CONCERNING EVENTS IN KOSOVO
The events in Kosovo (under UN mandate since 1999) and surrounding areas are a continuation of the criminal policy of the USA in the Balkans started by them in 1999 by the barbaric bombardment by NATO military aggression against Yugoslavia, bringing about the destruction of the statehood of this country and its demise into several small states which are all practically complete vassals of the USA.
In his speech at the working meeting of the International organization Nino Pasty “For peace and independence of peoples” in Prague on 8 May 1999, the General Secretary of the CC AUCPB, N.A. Andreeva, analyzing the causes of the military aggression against Yugoslavia, defined them as the realization of the economic and geopolitical interests of the USA – the get hold of the extremely rich in mineral resources region of Trepcha in Kosovo, from which they could export lead, zinc, cadmium, silver and others to France, Belgium, Greece, Sweden and also the USA (to Russia and Czech republic). At the same time in this the USA saw the attractiveness of the idea of the destruction of the highly developed and therefore highly competitive for the countries of the EU and the USA – the pharmaceutical industry of Yugoslavia. Besides this, Kosovo is a region of Yugoslavia and possesses coal deposits amounting to 17 billion tons. Besides the purely economic tasks, the destruction of Yugoslavia would follow the wholly potentially geopolitical aim of the USA of possessing a unique strategic launch platform for aggression against Russia and other former Soviet republics. One cannot exclude here also the countries of Europe, which are completely unprotected in the conditions of location in this region NATO –US military bases.
In the conditions of growing recession of the US economy, the natural sharp devaluation of the US dollar, its rejection by an ever larger number of countries, the recognition by Americans themselves of the collapse of the US foreign policy under Bush – all this pushing the severely wounded but still strong predator – the USA, their ruling leadership to desperately find an exit from the current situation. The destruction of Iraq’s independence has not solved the problems of the USA. The US is currently not up to warring with Iran. Therefore, they have turned their attention once again to the Balkans, to Kosovo which makes up part of Serbia.
According to UN Security Council Resolution 1244 from 10 June 1999, Kosovo is “a part of Serbia and therefore recognition of “independence”of Kosovo is a violation of the Constitution of Serbia and therefore is illegal”. The head of the UN Provisional Administration in Kosovo, Ioachim Ryukker recently stated that “as from a judical as well as the political point of view, the onesided action exiting from the framework of international rights, exiting from the framework of Resolution 1244 would be completely unjustified.”
Serbia’s premier Voinslav Koshtunitsa stated that “Serbia will never recognise a puppet quasi-state”. Presently Serbia has pulled out all its diplomats from countries which by benefiting the USA, recognized the “independence” of Kosovo (the EU countries and Canada). Russia spoke out against the recognition of Kosovo’s “independence”. India and China and also the large majority of the countries of the world have meanwhile not announced their decision to recognize the “independence” of Kosovo.
The disagreement of the cabinet of ministers of Serbia on the question of further cooperation with countries that recognized “the independence” of Kosovo, led to the resignation of the prime minister of the country (Skupshina). Next elections in Serbia will take place in May 2008.
America hasn’t taken into account anyone’s opinion. On the 20th of March 2008, US President Bush sanctioned new arms’ supplies to Kosovo.
What is the solution to the extremely explosive situation for the whole world? We believe the solution can only be a confrontation or opposition to the strength of the USA by another powerful force. Let us say for example, the forming of a bi-polar model of peace in the world on the basis of a block formed out of Russia, China, India, Pakistan, Iran and other peace loving states which have nuclear weapons as a restraining factor against anyone unleashing a new war!
A complete solution to the question of averting in future aggression organized by the United States against any country is possible only on the basis of the destruction of Imperialism (according to Lenin) as a criminal outlived and anti-human social economic formation, therefore the primary task of Bolsheviks in the name of preserving civilization on Earth is the re-birth of Socialism in the face of a Union Soviet Socialist State.
At the moment the most important task of all anti-Imperialist forces across the planet must be the organization and the development of the broadest anti-Imperialist movement.
