AFTER JUNE THERE FOLLOWS JULY
On the occasion of the ending of the Great Fatherland Liberation War, the AUCPB has published some material using an article from the journal “Korea Today” under the title of “After June there follows July”.
In the 5 years after the liberation of Korea from Japanese colonial slavery from August 1945, the Americans having occupied South Korea began preparing for war against the North. For the Americans, the Korean peninsula was seen as a bridge to the mainland for bringing about world domination. “By subordinating the entire territory of the Korean peninsula we can rule all the areas between Vladivostok and Singapore. Then everywhere will fall under our influence”. This statement by McCarthy the former chief commander of the US army in the Far East at that time show as the real cause of the start of the Korean War of 1950-1953.
From the very first days of the occupation of South Korea in August 1945, the Americans began in earnest to increase the number of arms, planned operation “Al-3” directed at a full scale attack on North Korea. According to this, along the 38 parallel many well-armed forward positions were created ready to attack. At the same time, acts of provocation were carried out with the aim of gathering intelligence on the state of readiness of their enemies in North Korea. Under conditions of strict secrecy, US citizens were evacuated from South Korea into Japan.
When all preparations had been completed and US special envoy Dulles had inspected the situation at the 38 parallel, on 25 June the order was given to start the “march into the North”. Thus the Korean War had begun.
For three years, the war brought the young socialist republic uncountable suffering and victims. Millions of people were killed, a huge number killed by the barbaric American bombers. Whole towns, villages, fishing villages were reduced to ashes and schools, hospitals and civilian house were destroyed. The capital if the republic- Pyongyang – lay in ruins.
However, despite the yank military and material might by many times exceeding the strength of the young Republic, the American imperialists had miscalculated. They saw their enemy as stupid and weak, which they, the American imperialists would overpower in three days. They prepared themselves to “have breakfast in Xhechu, have lunch in Pyongyang and wine and dine in Sinichu”. But this did not happen. Seoul fell in just the first three days of the war, but on part of North Korea, the US met with unexpected brutal resistance. The Americans sent troops to the Korean front from 14 countries- allies but this did not alter the situation for the USA. One needs to remember that during the Korean War, the world’s first fighter plane rocket ram brought down an American flying fortress. Our fighter pilot successfully ejected.
During the period of the Korean War, the Koreans showed unparalleled in bravery, courage and heroism stood to the end, in defending their Fatherland. It is not surprising that the Americans lost this war. During the war, three chief commanding officers were replaced by the UN troops, but this did not help either. On 27 July, an armistice agreement was signed.
Former US defence minister Marshall admitted as a consequence: “The myth has been destroyed. Our country is not so strong as others had thought.”
Former chairman of the cabinet of chiefs of the US armed forces, Bradley said: “The USA was dragged into a badly chosen war, in a badly chosen area and at a badly chosen time”.
Today, the DPRK having become a nuclear power is able to deliver a retaliatory crushing blow to any aggressor. It is seen that in the USA this has been understood for a long time, but arrogance of the status of world’s superpower does not allow it to de-jure admit its defeat from a tiny independent and freedom loving country. But like they say, whether you want to or, it’s a case of simply having to. However, one can say truthfully that despite the pathological hatred and savage maliciousness the US has towards the DPRK, the Yanks will not be brave enough to repeat the lesson that was taught to then by the DPRK in the last Korean War.
On the occasion of the 54 anniversary of the victory of the DPRK in the Great Fatherland Liberation War, we wish the heroic Korean people happiness and prosperity on the path of the movement towards the building of a prosperous socialist state under the leadership of the their glorious leader Kim Jong Il.
On the occasion of these two memorial dates in the DPRK telegrammes have been sent in the name of the country’s Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il, by the General Secretary of the CC AUCPB Comrade Nina Andreeva.

A CALL ON YOUNG PEOPLE
Speech by member of the AUCPB, M.F. PANINA at a meeting held on Red Square in Kursk, by the V.I. Lenin Memorial organised by the AUCPB in Kursk, to mark the anniversary since the forming of the USSR
By 1922 after the socialist revolution and Civil War, on the territory of Czarist Russia several socialist republics were formed. In 1922 they all became unified by the All-Union Congress of Soviets into a single socialist state.
The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics – USSR- was proclaimed to the whole world as an indestructible union of a multitude of peoples and cultures on the basis of common ownership, and all kinds of exploitation of man-by-man was completely abolished. This was not just a political alliance of equals, but also a union of all working people, of complete trust of nations towards each other inspired with the enthusiasm of building the world’s first socialist state of working people. This was a union of true friendship where customs, cultural values, literature and art were exchanged and learned by every nation. All the very best was absorbed that had been created throughout thousands of years in each republic.
Russian language was the unifying link in this exchange of 140 peoples and cultures, and the Soviet Constitution of 1936 named by the people the “Stalin” Constitution defended every single person from the occurrence of any criminal activity and enemies of socialism.
The Stalin Constitution provided everybody absolute guarantees to rights that were proclaimed in it, and the main ones were: the right to work in any profession, the right to rest at any sanatorium, free housing, free healthcare, the right to free use of libraries, palaces of culture and museums. The wage of every worker allowed that person to visit the cinema, theatre, and concerts of classical and popular music. Exchange of cultural values in all languages allowed each nation not only to develop their own culture, but also to create a common socialist culture where there would be no place for profits, contempt for each other, national discord or hostility.
Friendship was a symbol of invincibility of the socialist system and its development.
Friendship was a symbol of struggle in all wars against capitalism and fascism.
Friendship and international solidarity created the possibility of Victory over fascist Germany.
And no matter how much our enemies of the socialist system slander, they will be unsuccessful in extinguishing the memory of the socialist past in the minds of all peoples of the destroyed by barbaric counter-revolution of Gorbachev-Yeltsin, having formed a “fifth column” out of US dollars inside the USSR, which Joseph Stalin constantly “thinned out” with the help of Soviet bodies of power. But nowadays, especially young people are hearing about the “repressed” as well as “victims”, falsely sympathies with them, and they themselves are chained in by exploitation of capitalism.
Young people up to the age of 30 do not know the reality of the socialist system and look with surprise at the pensioners standing at meetings. Completely apolitical and historically illiterate, they have not learned the idea of social ownership, that is, the nature creating socialism. They dream on about various bourgeois political parties, searching for an easening of their fate. But there was and is only one party that is able to liberate the new generations from the shameless exploitation by capital, from drug addiction, AIDS and drunkenness, prostitution and debauchery. All of these vices - these are the fruits of capitalism, profitable only to this savage system aiming by all forces of evil to completely destroy many, many peoples and wipe them off the face of the planet and leave their own “gold billions” intact.
I warn you young people that under existing “high technology”, this is highly likely. In all countries of the world, genocide is growing and in Russia alone the population is falling at a rate of 700 thousand people a year. In the USSR even during the brutal 4 year period of the war against fascism, growth in the population continued annually, and by 1990 in the USSR before the counterrevolution the size of the population since 1917 had almost doubled, children were protected especially, there was not one homeless or illiterate child!!!
From the rostrum of the AUCPB I appeal to you, young people! You do not have the right even before humanity as a whole as well as yourselves to be indifferent to what is happening in the country and across the whole world.
The future of humanity depends on you young people. And a bright future, one that will prosper, is possible only after destroying exploitation of man by man, which is achieved by the destruction of any private property and the replacement of it by the establishment of common property, that is, common ownership of all the wealth for humanity on Earth.
Young people! Behind your backs continuously stands the threat of endless local wars of capital against various peoples. These wars still continue unabated and will still continue into the future while capitalism continues to exist! You are the one who will get killed in these wars, before you even have time to have your own children.
Youth! Your very first task of utmost importance is to unify against this barbaric system – the slave of the “dollar” and the “Euro”. The contradiction between labour and capital is on the border of the impossible – time will not wait! Many states now have nuclear weapons and this poses a threat to the existence of life on Earth and even the Planet itself in the universe.
Young people! You can triumph over this entire nightmare of your existence only by unifying into an organisation against capitalism!
Socialism is a progressive system. It was born by historic necessity of human society, and that it existed and will continue to exist - this is inevitable! This is a law of nature!
Socialism in the USSR showed its possibilities towards progress and prosperity of all peoples of the USSR and the potential possibilities of socialism are immeasurable!
In order to become a Power in the world of states, there needs to be the territory of the USSR, which global capital will never allow. Russia will remain one of those countries of the CIS – this unstable commonwealth. Russia will remain a backward country in the backyard of capitalism, its raw material vassal.
Young people! Unite in the struggle only for socialism around the party of Lenin – the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks – AUCPB, as only this party today is able, like in the 1920-s, to lead you to the power of “equals”, to Soviets, to a country where “Labour” gives each person everything necessary for the cultural, healthy way of life and implementing ones own abilities in work, science and art where the dignity of each is most important.
Young people! Do not waste time! Study the works of Marx-Engels-Lenin- Stalin for this is deeply scientific work and capitalists really skillfully make use of them during the period of “throwing” handouts to you, like a bone to a dog from a table with an abundance of food.
Young people! Your route lies with socialism whether you want this or not today. Socialism across the entire planet is in demand like air, like the saviour of life on Earth.
The AUCPB calls on you to stand in your ranks under the Red Banner of struggle for socialism.
Workers, peasants, students, working intelligentsia, scientists and those in the military, rise up under this ideological Banner!
Only the idea of socialism, of communism is able to attract the peoples towards unification of their efforts to create once again a powerful socialist state on the territory of the USSR, invincible even by fascisized capitalism – the most savage form of the bourgeois system.
Young people! Do not listen to the propaganda against socialism in the USSR and Joseph Stalin who was utterly loyal to it and who inspired us with his example of loyalty to socialism, who protected this system and who mercilessly fought against with both internal and external enemies of the system. And he always victored! Russia is going through a difficult period of ruination and pillage by her own oligarchs as well as by the imperialists of the USA and Europe. Only by carrying out a socialist revolution may our Motherland be preserved along with the dignity of our multitude of people, there is no other way, and neither will there be! Unification and only by unification of people of labour and the oppressed around the AUCPB makes it possible to victor and start the march towards the building of socialism.
Young people! The future of the country depends upon you, on whether Russia is to be or not to be. Stand under the Red Banner of the AUCPB and you will triumph!

REMOVAL AND RELOCATION OF THE BRONZE STATUE OF THE RED ARMY SOLDIER IN TALLIN ON THE BACKGROUND OF KILLING THE MEMORY OF HIS LIBERATION FEAT
In the early Brezhnev era in the Soviet Union there used to be an anecdote, which current satirists are ashamed to remember. It’s meaning is hidden behind an acronym of letters, in which Russian and German languages have opposite meanings. And the essence of the anecdote is that the non-party person brings to the primary party organisation instructions, in which he requests that he is accepted into the Communist Party (CP) as a member. The reply to the question put to him as to why not into the CPSU, but only into the CP, was concise: he had already served in the SS, and now wanted to join the CP… Events in Putin's Russia analogously reproduce the same anecdote, in the former party beaucracy (partocracy) in the Baltic States and western Ukraine. At first glance it is rather strange to watch how former member of the Central Committee of the CPSU A. Rüütel, President of Estonia, did everything to revive and glorify the legionnaire of the "Waffen SS, and his successor, a former employee of the town Soviet of the CPSU in Tartu, and present day Prime Minister A. Ansip, led the fight for the statue to the liberator to be shifted from the centre to the outskirts of Tallinn, again to glorify the memory in the city centre of the "Waffen SS." And while this time the official media in Russia condemned the demolition of the monument to the liberator, it was like a poorly orchestrated drama designed to reassure veterans in front of their TV sets. Russia's oligarchic circles did not even say a word that in order to transport /export the country's wealth out of a port that is almost complete - Ust-Luga, near Petersburg, they are at full power using the infrastructure of Estonia, to smoothly bring Western benefactors and oil products from Kirishi, and metal from Cherepovets, and so and so on. An external form of a protest was confined to the Deputy Prime Minister S. Ivanov to the veterans, not to buy in the shops Estonian products. Yes and also pro-Putin youth organizations protested at the Mission of Estonia, and did not run into a diplomatic scandal. The political outlook of the leaders of the youth organizations gathered to protest, was such that it did not allow them to distinguish the state symbol of the embassy car from Sweden from that of Estonia. By these actions, the young protesters gave more work to the Lavrov Foreign Office. The major political circles of Russia understand that the Estonian authorities are used as pawns, and that behind the relocation of the bronze soldier in Tallinn stood forces far stronger. The European Union (EU) had an interest in the events, whose leadership pulled strings for other Eastern European members of the community, including those which have yet to join the EU, Ukraine and Georgia, who also extended similar support to the official Tallinn and hurt Russia. Indeed, Tallinn on this demarche would not have allowed this if the EU had not guaranteed the integrity of the borders of Estonia, because the Russian-speaking region adjacent to Narva, in other circumstances, would have been able to move towards separation and, along the lines of the Georgian version, create a similar Abkhazia or South Ossetia near the Russian border. Generally throughout this story along with conflict situations, there have appeared a host of performers, characters who wanted to look like "their own" having just returned from the intelligence service where they had to dress in the uniform of the SS. In Estonia itself, the only people who protested, of course, were the Russian-speaking residents. And their protest after the demolition of a section of monuments and commemorative boards, the renaming of streets and rewriting of entire chapters of Soviet history, was only natural and intuitive. For them, the lowering of the history of the USSR, including the removal of the Soviet bronze statue to the liberator means to reduce their status to that of guest workers in Russia. But for all this comparison, what was seen was a well-coordinated attack by the forces of imperialism on the open seizure of Russian energy resources that are already subordinated to Western interests and faithfully and truthfully serve pro-Western capital. The bronze soldier in this field somehow strongly divided and hindered, because it continued policies that embodied the policy of liberation from fascism, while the new policy of expansion of imperialism again calls for the control of Russian wealth, similar to Hitler's control rules. Of course, they refer to the dense articles of laws "protecting" human rights only and will not constitute the aggression. The time for the attack on the bronze soldier was not chosen by accident before the 62nd anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany. The question is not why apologists for the Estonian SS division decided to carry out vandalism in the name of their allies from the EU and elsewhere. Why didn’t the wider political circles in Russia not oppose this arbitrariness of the EU? But, as is turns out, here is a remarkably familiar situation. Firstly, with regard to Russian capital, it is totally dependent on supplying "pipelines" into the countries of Europe, which are pumping the industrial potential of the EU with resources, and the banking system of imperialism - with currency. And long before the movement of the bronze soldier in Tallinn, Russian capital prepared a line of defence for the "Estonian colleagues”, having carried out the reburial in Russia of pilots in Khimki, Moscow, in order to clear land for construction, and stepped up to the graves with the everlasting flame at Marsovy Polye in Petersburg, where in place of where the victims of white terror are buried, the construction of an underground car park is being planned. The Petersburg "window into Europe" Estlyandy, long considered as cottage suburbs, is continuing to accept Estonia as a pool, for capital fleeing Russia. Young stands of Russian politicians and businessmen, including the son of Petersburg Governor pushes out building "projects" near Tallinn, together with the purchase of the islands are so extensive that it was vital to design Estonian citizenship. Simply put, the financial interests of Petersburg and Tallinn at this stage are inseparable. Secondly, Russia's political left wing, which was not hampered in protesting against EU policy, also did not come out onto the streets. It did not take to the streets because in recent years the main mass of it again proved to be "contaminated" with the bacillus of parliamentarism. While seemingly under red flags and slogans about "revolution", and some activists even carrying a portrait of Stalin, they have no class assessment of the events that have developed. In such a situation, any opposition to the EU will mean a protest against the PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe) in Strasbourg, which precisely monitors the legality of the EU. And to go against parliamentarians from the EU for the "leftist" who direct the main force and means towards "parliamentary cretinism", in fact, means political death. In the "left" is a new round of Gorbachevism, that very same Gorbachevshina that in the wake of "parliamentary cretinism" in March 1991, a reassuring referendum was held to preserve the USSR, and in the autumn of that year by way of parliamentarism gave away the republics of the Soviet Union to local nationalists. The current round of parliamentarism reveals that same situation, only this time with the collapse of Russia. The political spectrum of the “Left” again reflects the diversity of different political platforms, repeating Gorbachev's CPSU. Thirdly, patriotic organizations able to protest did not protest either. They were unable raise themselves to the height of the Tallinn symbol of victory over fascism, because of their rejection of Soviet patriotism. They did not protest against the parliamentarians from the EU either, and came to nothing, because it turned out not to carry any political dividends. And in the policy of gaining dividends, the present-day national-patriots have learned to deal no worse than the Gorbachev "democrats", thus becoming easy prey to the powers that be. Oddly enough, three weeks after the protests from the Estonian representatives, pro-presidential "Nashi" came to protest to the EU representation in Moscow, demanding the end of the repressions of one of its like-minded thinkers in Tallinn. The pro-Putin media shamefully turned a blind eye to this, because the Kremlin could not afford an open confrontation with the EU. However, near the Estonian representation the fog had cleared. From behind the fog, a normal balancing of the Baltic States was highlighted, which since the Livonian Order had been a shift to some tragic consequences for the neighbours to the East. The Bronze soldier because of his heroic exploits in Tallinn was aimed at rewarding the memory of the descendants. But the memory of the descendants is not the same, because of the destroyed memory by the partocrats to even the Soviet soldiers, going into attack with the call "For the Motherland! For Stalin!" First, the partocracy reduced this soldier's call by half, removing from it the name of Stalin. The result left the Soviet Union without a chief. And when the partocracy became businessmen, they left out the word Motherland as the "cash cow" for imperialism, and as a result, Russia finished up in the same dead end state. Now rupory oligarchic capital defenders say that the demolition of the bronze soldier is all about reviewing the outcome of the Second World War. In fact, a review of the Second World War had been started when the partocracy slandering the name of the Supreme Commander in Chief of the army of Soviet fighters-liberators, removed Stalin's body from the mausoleum and everywhere began demolishing monuments to him. Indeed, the anecdote about the candidate that enters only the CP, because he had already served in the SS, came immediately after the demolition of Stalin monuments. And in this chain of destruction, demolishing the monument to the fighter-liberator is just another episode in vandalism. On removing Stalin monuments, they were bound to remove monuments to ordinary Soviet soldiers. One cannot but remember the conductors of the funeral bureau, as recently as two years ago, in 2005, at PACE in Strasbourg, having put in wide circulation report “on the need for international condemnation of communism." The EU parliamentarians have tried to equate communism with fascism. Then, in the vote on the resolution to the report, the main judges in the vote were those parliamentarians of those very nations that in 2007 were conspiring against monuments to Soviet soldiers. The most solid of Western European parliamentarians preferred not to participate in this vote or vote against the condemnation. Western European aristocracy reminds us of Churchill’s behavior in 1959, when in response to a frantic campaign of slander against Stalin, raised by Khrushchev, he, on the 80th anniversary of Soviet leader made a toast in his honor. And how much later it was published in the radiogazete "Solve", the statement in the name of Churchill defending Stalin was an official dissociation from that "animal", which did nothing towards victory over Hitler's fascism, but tried for "silver pieces" to crucify the memory of the man who stood at the head of this victory. Indeed, the approval of politicians whose activities during the Second World War in any way contributed to the German war machine, for the English aristocrat was unacceptable because of the high claims of the Lord to historical status as an individual, was not allowed to descend to the level of desecration of the crowd. Out of all this Tallinn raging, there is another question: why do all the politicians of the EU need all this, why have they pushed the Eastern European villains into this arbitrariness? On the surface, everything in the EU appears good. The single euro currency is strengthening. The countries of Eastern Europe are targeting the EU for membership. The standard of living is high. But all this is happening on the backdrop of a falling US dollar. But the most interesting thing with the dollar will happen later, when the partners in the global market, stop recognizing it as a means of payment. Because after that, the euro rate will fall. And it is this fear of a fall in the EURO that is forcing EU leaders to work towards the collapse of Russia with a view to bringing full control over its resources. Energy security of Europe is totally dependent on Russia for energy. Therefore, in order to understand why a monument in Tallinn to the Bronze soldier has been moved, it is necessary to review the situation with a view of the fall in the EURO, which opens a direct relationship between the two events. First of all, why is the dollar falling so uncontrollably and the Russian political elite is prepared to bury it? The trouble with the dollar is that it is almost entirely dependent on oil prices, which the United States can no longer control. On this subject we in 1993 in Bolshevik press reported that the leading imperialist circles require stability of oil prices, of course, at cost price, as a prerequisite to control the world market. Payment by the dollar for oil have made this money look like casino chips, with the only difference being that the world financial market game is played by money amounting to trillions, which having completed circulation, return with a profit margin of amounting to the difference in the exchange rate of other countries. The imperialist predators pillage poor countries by using this trick. But that rule has remained in force until the underdeveloped countries begin to raise their energy prices, or products made using energy (oil). With the increase in energy prices, the dollar can no longer replicate this robbery using the market because profits start to be withdrawn by those who raises oil prices. The dollar has had to rely on its own GDP. But we shall not compare the US GDP this year with the mass global commodity market but should take the position of those who change the situation in their favour, devaluing the dollar. Concerning world market disruptions, it is enough to remember the depreciation of the British pound rate by the notorious player in the financial market – the American George Soros. Soros had been able to slash for a time, the exchange rate of the British pound Sterling, receiving from this a profit amounting of tens of millions of dollars. The lesson to the British went on and now the pound rate is already almost two dollars. The collapse of the dollar would mean that the major oil-producing countries will move towards payments for oil in euros, because the EU cannot divert its currency only under the jurisdiction of Europe and lock itself inside the framework of the European GDP. Europe will be able to pay for oil only in euros to continue to take the "Navar from the pots" from the market exchange rate amounting to trillions and depreciating the weaker currencies. But traders will raise energy prices and by the euro pull to themselves further concessions from increased profits for the resources. The EURO will not be able to overcome this imbalance of oil price changes on the world market and the collapse will again repeat itself. As for the position of modern Russia in this, it is one of the very few that pumps both its oil to the West with "good" intentions in order to save the dollar. Russian oligarchs invest most of their currency proceeds into banks in the United States, saving the Federal Reserve of the United States. But the EU also wants Russian oil to save the EURO and fully subordinated to it, just as Saudi Arabia with Kuwait maintain continuity with oil prices, helping the dollar loot the Third World. And also just as in the Islamism of Saudi Arabia, with its militant vahabizm is dear to the heart of the ruling circles of the US, so the methods of Hitler's SS have become dear to the heart of the EU, as it helps to enslave the resources of Russia in favour of the EURO. So returning to the bronze statue in Tallinn one recognize the fact that this soldier also protects the economic interests of the Soviet Union, in defence of its oil from the greedy hands of Hitler. He was a defender of the historical great Soviet Power. He defended the country with a good economy based on the Leninist electricity realized in the practice of Stalin. Because of the economic basis of Lenin’s electrification, there was a struggle for oil, which Stalin at the XIV Congress of the CPSU (b) called the "vital nerve of struggle for dominance of the world, both in peacetime and during war." (See J.V. Stalin, compilations, V.7, p.278 – Russ.). Here is why the anti-Stalinists destroying monuments to Stalin, did not start to call themselves Trotskyites but instead - "loyal Leninists", in order to retain control of the Soviet oil and the economy. But in the twilight of their careers, having set up for Western banks the main currency revenue from the sale of energy, the Trotskyites moved towards the destruction of statues of Lenin. The economic crisis of capitalism did not stop them.
Imperialism is not afraid of "communists" like L. Brezhnev or N. Khrushchev, because they could be charmed with hard currency. It was on their ability to believe in the greenbacks with the portrait of Washington on them, over the creative power of their own people on the economic base of electrification, on which depended the expansion of the West into the Soviet economy. For the greenback at dumped prices, they chose to sell Soviet oil. But the greenbacks were spent not on the purchase of essential goods but were settled in the banks of the same buyers of Soviet oil because the party nomenclatura loved dollar banknotes very much, and because they are were fond of banknotes in their own accounts in Western banks. Therefore settling the proceeds in Western banks, the nomenklaturschiki included the cost of electricity generated in the country, which in turn increased the price of electricity that then transferred to all the country’s products. As a result inflation began to form, the cost of which landed on the shoulders of its own people. And the blame for all of this has been traditionally shifted onto Stalin who long ago passed away.
Imperialism was terrified of Stalin, who prevented inflation and electrification developed for the benefit of the Soviet people. Stalin transfered profit towards lowering prices, forcing the monetary system towards zero, to exhaust the monetary system itself, thereby to eliminate class differences. On the economic base of electrification he did everything towards the disappearance of money, which disappeared with the disappearance of classes, and society, as a result, reaches a new level -communism.
Imperialism is not interested in countries, which do not possess their own resources and, above all, oil. Imperialism is fearsome only of socialist countries, which support the policy of Leninist electrification, or capitalist countries with resources demanding a high price for oil, in order to develop their own base of electrification. From this appears the term "energy security" as the right of access of imperialism to foreign energy on terms beneficial to the "strong". Otherwise, the disobedient ones will be classed as belonging to a certain "axis of evil" and "contours" which the leading country of imperialism does not like. But the claim of that country to world domination throughout repeats Hitler’s priorities "Drang nach Osten!" (Attack on the East).
The early twenty-first century has led to strong turbulence in the imperialist circles on "energy security". "Energy security" itself is completely dependent on control of energy. With this, security of capitalism has become understood as foreign jurisdiction over energy reserves. Energy turned out to be in the East.
In the East, beginning in the twentieth century, Vladimir Ilyich Lenin on Dec. 22, 1920 held electrification of the country as the main priority of a socialist economy, the success of which depends on the ability to resist concessions of imperialist capital in a socialist economy. It was observed that concessions amount to good intentions by which a road is laid down to economic dependence. To gain productivity, results in reducing the energy output on products of manufacture using mechanical power, to better reflect the economic costs, all this allows parity of the economic base of electrification.
The basic implementation of the parity of electrification was explained by the first People’s Commissar of Finance in the government of V.I. Lenin, I.I. Skvortsov - Stepanov. In 1922, in the fundamental work "Electrification of the RSFSR in connection with the transition phase of the world economy”, People’s Commissar of Finance led electricity to the control of the fuel, which can be achieved only on the interest of the working class by the fruits of their labour. In an illiterate country, the People’s Commissar of Finance simply explained HOW to the broad masses to cross over to calculating productivity through reduced fuel usage. The first People’s Commissar of Finance explained the mechanism of the transfer from the monetary system over to a system of calculation energy and with this put a cross on the prospect of financial institutions led by him.
Today, hardly any of the protesters against the demolition of the Bronze Soldier in Estonia understand that the fault of the soldier was that he defended the state economic base of Leninist electrification and Leninist electrification was able to provide him with the most advanced weapon of that time. People are already so brainwashed with business and currency rupory through all the media, that on the post-Soviet expanse, they are even afraid to imagine the possibility of a functioning of their own monetary system, without the interference of the dollar or euro. But the basis of electricity, which cannot overload inflationary costs of the capitalist market, the market has discouraged the slogan "energy resources would not be extracted until they are sold." As a result, residents of Estonia, going to protect the bronze soldier unwittingly become defenders of the economic base, which this soldier defended, but look at the EURO as an icon. The action of parity of the economic base of electrification they do not see as a clear idea but only a lethal force of the market towards them, where the future is determined by the product or resource that is sold to someone else's benefit.
But this is well understood by people of those countries that the American President Bush regards as part of the "axis of evil". Because this "evil" is the impossibility of imperialist intervention in the economy of independent countries and is considered a direct threat to the United States’ financial system, a parasite creating inflation and pillaging weaker countries.
The closest enemy of the United States is Cuba, because of Cuba’s self-development has automatically by President Bush bee listed as belonging to the "axis of evil". During the collapse of the Soviet Union, the United States stifled Cuba with its economic blockade while Cubans had not found their own oil. Once processed oil reached the economic base of electrification, Cuba rejected the dollar. But then there is oil-bearing Venezuela with Hugo Chavez who has adopted a distinctive economic base of electrification. After making an example of oil in its favour, other Latin American countries have started this too. In this situation, Fidel Castro has found it possible to take a rest and cure himself, because the working class of Cuba already controls such an economy.
Much more difficult is the situation in North Korea. After the victory over the United States in 1953, Socialist North Korea was in ruins and has been forced to develop its economy from scratch. And not without the help of the USSR the economic base of electrification has now allowed the DPRK to create a modern state. In the DPRK, oil came from the USSR before the collapse of the Soviet Union. Then the DPRK’s leadership had to reorientate itself onto the question of raising productivity in the hydraulic energy of mountain water energy sources and coal-fired power stations, as well as nuclear power. And when one considers the amount of labour used for the construction and installation of small hydroelectric power plants on small Korean rivers and the small amounts of power produced by them, the difficulties of the Korean people and its leadership are understandable. Therefore for North Korea it was necessary to develop nuclear energy. In turn, the development of nuclear energy was vitally involved with a missile shield for the country, which involved huge costs, but can allow the country to develop on its own. Independence of the economic base of electrification in the DPRK scares off imperialism and aggression while holding off aggression with the inevitability of an adequate response. As a result, North Korea has been at the forefront of the fight against imperialism, demonstrating in practice the way you want to enjoy the economic base of electrification. And such an example is contagious for all those who wish to escape from the clutches of the imperialists, and is what most frightens the kings of the financial world ready at any time to offer concessions to the energy sector, of course, on favorable terms and not beneficial to the indigenous population.
The situation is somewhat different with the third country from the "axis of evil" - Iran. Iran today, after the United States launched the war in Iraq, controls prices in the world oil market. It controls it from the deterioration of the situation in the Islamic world caused by the predatory imperialist conglomerates in the looting of the resources of these countries. Iran has coupled electrification with priority to the national interests on a religious basis. The oil leader of the Islamic world is not struggling to improve productivity but is focusing on profit, as it is a bourgeois country. The outcome of this struggle takes the form of higher prices for their product, oil. With the large increase in oil prices, Gulf countries have the opportunity to shape concessions for themselves, based on the dollar. That is what undermines the dollar. As the currency of the U.S., the dollar in the Persian Gulf region is traditionally unable to withdraw "Navar from the pans”, and are forced to work on the basis of “cannibalism”, i.e. “to eat away at themselves”. The outrage of the USA is leading to a tense war psychosis in the region and to increases in oil prices. The USA yet again demonstrated their readiness to inflict a military strike on Iran, but nothing can change. Because having bombed for example such a nuclear power plant in Bushehr, the Americans will have to face these higher energy prices on which Iran itself will create a dollar concession for the construction of Iran of by now two nuclear power plants, to replace the one destroyed. It is only the people who suffer, not the economy. Electrification materialized against the will of capitalism.
Thus the inevitable death of the dollar will lead to wild anger and wrongdoings by the financial kings of the world. Hence, the destructive campaigns against the monuments of heroes of the last war and the clearing of the area, either for "immortalizing" the memory of SS troop legionnaires, or for parades of gays and lesbians. The inevitability of the death of the "empty" dollar has become so acute alike to the apparent loss of historic patterns of ancient Rome, gazing with empty eyes at the heroes of their day, who also sought to spread their glory, but with their morality, bogged down in debauchery with gays and lesbians.
Trotskyism wrecked the economic base of electrification of socialism from within, because only the monetary system was the corner stone of focus. Capital in oil-producing countries is wrecking the economic basis of imperialism from within and arming itself with the basis of electrification, which was higher than the monetary system of capitalism. And all this wrecking has demonstrated only one thing: mankind is entering a new production method based on estimates of the economy on energy equivalents. Figures of energy usage are not possible to alter, because they are based on accurate calibration of devices passing scientific Metrological tests on the basis of common international standards.
Moving the Bronze soldier in Tallinn happened in the wake of political reshuffling in the highest political circles of the Russian establishment preparing for parliamentary and presidential elections. Therefore the regular "ritual dance" conducted in the Baltic States against Russia is nothing more than a regrouping for imperialist circles of the EU in the wake of political changes in their eastern neighbour. At the same time attacks on Russia by the EU are designed to consolidate jurisdiction over its resources, just before the next change of government in Russia.
Simultaneously, on the map of Russian politics another review of power is appearing, only of Putin’s government. For outward expression nowadays being put forward are figures of Putin's entourage, who are eagerly sizing up the Russian throne. But mostly the shaping of the future of Russia in this present situation can only determined by the forces of imperialism. By the will of a few people, the scandal with neo-fascism in the Baltic States is only a test case for future change in the political spectrum of post-Putin Russia. According to another "ritual dance" of the bellicose Baltic states, the Russian equivalent of events most able to link them to 1991, when the guarantee of stability of the USSR was confirmed by a referendum on the preservation of the country, but then a "ritual dance" by the Baltics turned out to be a smoke screen for the wrecking of the Soviet Union and the pulling down of its red flag.
Now, imperialism could not help but note the vulnerability of the white, blue and red tricolour flag of Russia, which Yeltsin raised from the hands from NTS (People's Labour Union), an organization whose work is most notable in the fight against the USSR. The current tricolour appeared on a large scale during the Great Patriotic War, 1941-1945, when this "commercial" flag of Russia by will of Hitler turned out to be the symbol of the Vlasovite army in Hitler's SS units. As a result, the ambition of Russian capital to remain under that flag, provocatively imposed on the NTS personnel by the American CIA proved to be a trap. Russian apologists with a red white and blue tricolour have evolved into hostages, which Western patrons have begun to harass by situations with SS marches in the Baltic States and western Ukraine. When in the spring of 2006, the television programme "Judge for yourself", the General -Secretary of the CC AUCPB –N.A. Andreeva reminded the leading political advocator Putin present in the programme, about the source from the NTS, it caused hysterics in the room. The “defenders of democracy" in 2006 are scared of what they were proud of in 1991. Hence for Putin's entourage the need to replace firstly the red flag of Victory, but without the hammer and sickle, which the Duma voted in favour of. But veterans did not allow the removal of the hammer and sickle, under which they fought and which was a symbol of unity of Soviet people.
At this point in Russian history there remained the white and golden-black flag, a symbol of Slavophilia. This tricolour borrowed the colors of the imperial emblem (a symbol of the Russian empire has always been an emblem, and not a flag because it reflected the symbol of a feudal state and its Czar). The St Andrew's naval flag is a symbol of Scotland; its use in Russia could not be applied.
The stalled Russian authorities therefore reassure their charges that they promise an almost parade change of power, where, by their assurances, "everything is doing well, but will be even better", including the installation of a new successor to the Putin “throne”. In fact, the new successor has nothing left. The exodus of the country's capital, increasing with the growth in oil prices is only increasing. Even the notorious liberal policies, of the likes of S. Belkovsky, conclude with the replacement of Putin by the autumn of 2007. Such conclusions are not built from scratch, but based on the tragic situation in industry and transport. Moreover, the recent launch of long-term national projects have become a customary plunder and is only ironic, indicating the status of readiness to relocate "physical bodies" - initiators of the plunder of the people's wealth to advance the rebuilding their cottages and castles, somewhere on the French coast.
And to further rule in a country riven by contradictions, towards the borders of Russia most significant construction investment in Sochi or in a coastal area of Vladivostok is taking place. Not to mention Kaliningrad, which is a "special economic zone" and is under the direct absorption of the EU.
Either from villas of the EU "to give a helping hand" up to the capital of offshores or Western banks, controlling assets transferred from Russia. Under this scale of retreat to "spare airfields", asset owners give build in advance an entire system of casinos, with their criminal art. Casinos have also arrived at the borders of Russia to place under their roofs the famous "Shark Tale", which for the past half-century has always been handy, and will run from Paris or London but no worse than if it is ruled from Moscow or Petersburg.
Promises to maintain the continuity of power in summer 2007 are all comparable with "saving" the Soviet Union in summer 1991. Even the near-liberal media have to recognize the simplicity of the Putinist plans and concluded with a diagnose of the disease of Russia’s rulers: "the temporary rulers “vremenschiki”, and the time given to them is counted from lifetime of the old Soviet technology." And, as we know, the vremenschiki are determined by the ability to in time leave the map, which should be followed by an act of the removal of a false mask.
Imperialism wants Russia to collapse and to be forced to rely on Varangians. It needs a country that is so poor, that Brussels could manage it without any special problems. And to run it without problems for the EU means to manage "the electrification of the whole country”, of course, only in their own interests. From here and the forcing of anti-Russian atmosphere in the Baltics. From here the planned political attacks by the EU on the excesses of a "police state" in Russia, which the Russian authorities carry out. From here the exodus of top politicians and businessmen from Russia to the West, which Western patrons carefully cover to allow the remaining opposition to successfully break up the country permanently. Then the prosecution of National Patriots in all sins will become for Putin's entourage a political act of criminal proceedings, taking the form of application to return. And no danger like for instance of imminent falling of Russia into duel power, will stop the "saviours" the EURO in the EU. The fear of loss of euro influence takes its course.
Who can lead the Russian opposition in 2007?
The Russian opposition can be led by a large number of politicians from GRU Colonel-Kahoka to former Prime Minister Kasyanov, including the names of additional commentators émigré B. Berezovsky. To ensure that these policies are not diverse enough to extended to diversity of interests, a single white-gold-black flag as a symbol of the fight against the police state of Putin has been proposed to them. If remembering the events of 1991, the conflict between Gorbachev and Yeltsin can compete with the conflict between Putin and Kasyanov and Putin and Berezovsky. What remains is a new scenario GKCh-2 (the August 1991 “coup”), which will most likely be kept in sequence."
Well, "military units" of the national patriots have already had a year with their bayonet attacks on the riot police, calling their clashes "marches of dissent”. Marches, which M. Kasyanov actively "ignites". Western media take good care of marches’ leaders like they did with the "democrats" under Gorbachev. The scenario of chose of a new flag for Russia surprises people with their simplicity.
After a court banned the national bolsheviks to walk under their red flag, designed in the style of National Socialism Nazi Germany, the leader of NBR E. Limonov before the court said that his associates have reorientated themselves to the gold-black-white tricolour flag. And if we take into account the way the cosmopolitans leaving the country are "eager" to share power and property with Russian "patriots", there is no doubt the state of collapse the country will end up in, and what it expects after another scenario of the "Aug 91 coup".
How long are the vremenschiki going to dominate the political scene in Russia?
This will continue until as long as the masses continuing "swallowing" lies about Stalin. The lie about Stalin is a kind of test case, which was called upon to open the possibility to revise the economy of socialism. But a revising of the economy of socialism can only take shape in the form of eliminating Leninist electrification, the main strategist of whom was Stalin. Capitalism is not able to offer anything in return. Moreover, in the bowels of capitalism there is growing opposition, derived on the basis of electrification by which is destroying the monetary system of imperialism from within, proving the inevitability of transfer to estimates in the language of energy use.
Hatred of imperialism to a ordinary Soviet soldier, as expressed in the form of the bronze soldier in Tallinn, is only a "test case", thrown into Russian politics. And samples of the "case" is the readiness of Russia for an "orange" revolution for the good of the EU. But when the in the dust raised by the wave in Russia there was discovered the same favorable political surface with an "orange" colour, which, following the example of Ukraine, shared the main political forces into the heavily “orange” and moderately "orange".
And the moderates, as in Ukraine, worship a completely different flag that in fact no longer present themselves as any opposition. The result means that capitalism can be revised in Russia and prove the need to reduce energy prices for the former republics of the former Soviet Union ready to join the EU, with the aim of strengthening the euro. So far, the Russian energy suppliers "work" primarily to save the dollar, and the practical "Euro-allies" want and have to save their money, and for the sake of "Bush's friend" do not intend to limit the parity of the EURO.
In Soviet times, the hatred of imperialism towards the USSR was accompanied by throwing "test cases” at Stalin. It found support from the partocracy, followed by findings on the removal of "Stalinist mistakes," in fact reflected in the increase in the supply of Soviet energy to the West and giving up positions on the electrification of the country to Uncle Sam. The consequences of such interference always had and will have catastrophic consequences for the masses. But those same masses intuitively or consciously today raise the question thus: either the broad masses manage their own electricity like their own lives as, or those masses will be managed by those who control their electricity. That is to say the question of duel power from the bottom while imperialism oppresses it from the top.
If in mathematics from the relocation of components, the sum does not change, then in political economy that is not the case. Russia will be able to grow only if "Soviet power" is placed first and the second-“electrification of the country”. Because without Soviet power, without secured unity of Soviet people by Soviet power, electrification for the broad masses will not work.
And if in place of "Soviet power" the name "Stalin" was placed, the meaning would not change because the Stalin’s name is synonymous with Soviet power. That means without Stalin's name there will be no electricity in Russia.
The historical velour of the Bronze soldier in Tallinn was the fact that the living prototype of its type has understood this and defended the of name Stalin as Soviet power!

AFTER JUNE THERE FOLLOWS JULY
On the occasion of the ending of the Great Fatherland Liberation War, the AUCPB has published some material using an article from the journal “Korea Today” under the title of “After June there follows July”.
In the 5 years after the liberation of Korea from Japanese colonial slavery from August 1945, the Americans having occupied South Korea began preparing for war against the North. For the Americans, the Korean peninsula was seen as a bridge to the mainland for bringing about world domination. “By subordinating the entire territory of the Korean peninsula we can rule all the areas between Vladivostok and Singapore. Then everywhere will fall under our influence”. This statement by McCarthy the former chief commander of the US army in the Far East at that time show as the real cause of the start of the Korean War of 1950-1953.
From the very first days of the occupation of South Korea in August 1945, the Americans began in earnest to increase the number of arms, planned operation “Al-3” directed at a full scale attack on North Korea. According to this, along the 38 parallel many well-armed forward positions were created ready to attack. At the same time, acts of provocation were carried out with the aim of gathering intelligence on the state of readiness of their enemies in North Korea. Under conditions of strict secrecy, US citizens were evacuated from South Korea into Japan.
When all preparations had been completed and US special envoy Dulles had inspected the situation at the 38 parallel, on 25 June the order was given to start the “march into the North”. Thus the Korean War had begun.
For three years, the war brought the young socialist republic uncountable suffering and victims. Millions of people were killed, a huge number killed by the barbaric American bombers. Whole towns, villages, fishing villages were reduced to ashes and schools, hospitals and civilian house were destroyed. The capital if the republic- Pyongyang – lay in ruins.
However, despite the yank military and material might by many times exceeding the strength of the young Republic, the American imperialists had miscalculated. They saw their enemy as stupid and weak, which they, the American imperialists would overpower in three days. They prepared themselves to “have breakfast in Xhechu, have lunch in Pyongyang and wine and dine in Sinichu”. But this did not happen. Seoul fell in just the first three days of the war, but on part of North Korea, the US met with unexpected brutal resistance. The Americans sent troops to the Korean front from 14 countries- allies but this did not alter the situation for the USA. One needs to remember that during the Korean War, the world’s first fighter plane rocket ram brought down an American flying fortress. Our fighter pilot successfully ejected.
During the period of the Korean War, the Koreans showed unparalleled in bravery, courage and heroism stood to the end, in defending their Fatherland. It is not surprising that the Americans lost this war. During the war, three chief commanding officers were replaced by the UN troops, but this did not help either. On 27 July, an armistice agreement was signed.
Former US defence minister Marshall admitted as a consequence: “The myth has been destroyed. Our country is not so strong as others had thought.”
Former chairman of the cabinet of chiefs of the US armed forces, Bradley said: “The USA was dragged into a badly chosen war, in a badly chosen area and at a badly chosen time”.
Today, the DPRK having become a nuclear power is able to deliver a retaliatory crushing blow to any aggressor. It is seen that in the USA this has been understood for a long time, but arrogance of the status of world’s superpower does not allow it to de-jure admit its defeat from a tiny independent and freedom loving country. But like they say, whether you want to or, it’s a case of simply having to. However, one can say truthfully that despite the pathological hatred and savage maliciousness the US has towards the DPRK, the Yanks will not be brave enough to repeat the lesson that was taught to then by the DPRK in the last Korean War.
On the occasion of the 54 anniversary of the victory of the DPRK in the Great Fatherland Liberation War, we wish the heroic Korean people happiness and prosperity on the path of the movement towards the building of a prosperous socialist state under the leadership of the their glorious leader Kim Jong Il.
On the occasion of these two memorial dates in the DPRK telegrammes have been sent in the name of the country’s Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il, by the General Secretary of the CC AUCPB Comrade Nina Andreeva.

A CALL ON YOUNG PEOPLE
Speech by member of the AUCPB, M.F. PANINA at a meeting held on Red Square in Kursk, by the V.I. Lenin Memorial organised by the AUCPB in Kursk, to mark the anniversary since the forming of the USSR
By 1922 after the socialist revolution and Civil War, on the territory of Czarist Russia several socialist republics were formed. In 1922 they all became unified by the All-Union Congress of Soviets into a single socialist state.
The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics – USSR- was proclaimed to the whole world as an indestructible union of a multitude of peoples and cultures on the basis of common ownership, and all kinds of exploitation of man-by-man was completely abolished. This was not just a political alliance of equals, but also a union of all working people, of complete trust of nations towards each other inspired with the enthusiasm of building the world’s first socialist state of working people. This was a union of true friendship where customs, cultural values, literature and art were exchanged and learned by every nation. All the very best was absorbed that had been created throughout thousands of years in each republic.
Russian language was the unifying link in this exchange of 140 peoples and cultures, and the Soviet Constitution of 1936 named by the people the “Stalin” Constitution defended every single person from the occurrence of any criminal activity and enemies of socialism.
The Stalin Constitution provided everybody absolute guarantees to rights that were proclaimed in it, and the main ones were: the right to work in any profession, the right to rest at any sanatorium, free housing, free healthcare, the right to free use of libraries, palaces of culture and museums. The wage of every worker allowed that person to visit the cinema, theatre, and concerts of classical and popular music. Exchange of cultural values in all languages allowed each nation not only to develop their own culture, but also to create a common socialist culture where there would be no place for profits, contempt for each other, national discord or hostility.
Friendship was a symbol of invincibility of the socialist system and its development.
Friendship was a symbol of struggle in all wars against capitalism and fascism.
Friendship and international solidarity created the possibility of Victory over fascist Germany.
And no matter how much our enemies of the socialist system slander, they will be unsuccessful in extinguishing the memory of the socialist past in the minds of all peoples of the destroyed by barbaric counter-revolution of Gorbachev-Yeltsin, having formed a “fifth column” out of US dollars inside the USSR, which Joseph Stalin constantly “thinned out” with the help of Soviet bodies of power. But nowadays, especially young people are hearing about the “repressed” as well as “victims”, falsely sympathies with them, and they themselves are chained in by exploitation of capitalism.
Young people up to the age of 30 do not know the reality of the socialist system and look with surprise at the pensioners standing at meetings. Completely apolitical and historically illiterate, they have not learned the idea of social ownership, that is, the nature creating socialism. They dream on about various bourgeois political parties, searching for an easening of their fate. But there was and is only one party that is able to liberate the new generations from the shameless exploitation by capital, from drug addiction, AIDS and drunkenness, prostitution and debauchery. All of these vices - these are the fruits of capitalism, profitable only to this savage system aiming by all forces of evil to completely destroy many, many peoples and wipe them off the face of the planet and leave their own “gold billions” intact.
I warn you young people that under existing “high technology”, this is highly likely. In all countries of the world, genocide is growing and in Russia alone the population is falling at a rate of 700 thousand people a year. In the USSR even during the brutal 4 year period of the war against fascism, growth in the population continued annually, and by 1990 in the USSR before the counterrevolution the size of the population since 1917 had almost doubled, children were protected especially, there was not one homeless or illiterate child!!!
From the rostrum of the AUCPB I appeal to you, young people! You do not have the right even before humanity as a whole as well as yourselves to be indifferent to what is happening in the country and across the whole world.
The future of humanity depends on you young people. And a bright future, one that will prosper, is possible only after destroying exploitation of man by man, which is achieved by the destruction of any private property and the replacement of it by the establishment of common property, that is, common ownership of all the wealth for humanity on Earth.
Young people! Behind your backs continuously stands the threat of endless local wars of capital against various peoples. These wars still continue unabated and will still continue into the future while capitalism continues to exist! You are the one who will get killed in these wars, before you even have time to have your own children.
Youth! Your very first task of utmost importance is to unify against this barbaric system – the slave of the “dollar” and the “Euro”. The contradiction between labour and capital is on the border of the impossible – time will not wait! Many states now have nuclear weapons and this poses a threat to the existence of life on Earth and even the Planet itself in the universe.
Young people! You can triumph over this entire nightmare of your existence only by unifying into an organisation against capitalism!
Socialism is a progressive system. It was born by historic necessity of human society, and that it existed and will continue to exist - this is inevitable! This is a law of nature!
Socialism in the USSR showed its possibilities towards progress and prosperity of all peoples of the USSR and the potential possibilities of socialism are immeasurable!
In order to become a Power in the world of states, there needs to be the territory of the USSR, which global capital will never allow. Russia will remain one of those countries of the CIS – this unstable commonwealth. Russia will remain a backward country in the backyard of capitalism, its raw material vassal.

REMOVAL AND RELOCATION OF THE BRONZE STATUE OF THE RED ARMY SOLDIER IN TALLIN ON THE BACKGROUND OF KILLING THE MEMORY OF HIS LIBERATION FEAT
In the early Brezhnev era in the Soviet Union there used to be an anecdote, which current satirists are ashamed to remember. It’s meaning is hidden behind an acronym of letters, in which Russian and German languages have opposite meanings. And the essence of the anecdote is that the non-party person brings to the primary party organisation instructions, in which he requests that he is accepted into the Communist Party (CP) as a member. The reply to the question put to him as to why not into the CPSU, but only into the CP, was concise: he had already served in the SS, and now wanted to join the CP… Events in Putin's Russia analogously reproduce the same anecdote, in the former party beaucracy (partocracy) in the Baltic States and western Ukraine. At first glance it is rather strange to watch how former member of the Central Committee of the CPSU A. Rüütel, President of Estonia, did everything to revive and glorify the legionnaire of the "Waffen SS, and his successor, a former employee of the town Soviet of the CPSU in Tartu, and present day Prime Minister A. Ansip, led the fight for the statue to the liberator to be shifted from the centre to the outskirts of Tallinn, again to glorify the memory in the city centre of the "Waffen SS." And while this time the official media in Russia condemned the demolition of the monument to the liberator, it was like a poorly orchestrated drama designed to reassure veterans in front of their TV sets. Russia's oligarchic circles did not even say a word that in order to transport /export the country's wealth out of a port that is almost complete - Ust-Luga, near Petersburg, they are at full power using the infrastructure of Estonia, to smoothly bring Western benefactors and oil products from Kirishi, and metal from Cherepovets, and so and so on. An external form of a protest was confined to the Deputy Prime Minister S. Ivanov to the veterans, not to buy in the shops Estonian products. Yes and also pro-Putin youth organizations protested at the Mission of Estonia, and did not run into a diplomatic scandal. The political outlook of the leaders of the youth organizations gathered to protest, was such that it did not allow them to distinguish the state symbol of the embassy car from Sweden from that of Estonia. By these actions, the young protesters gave more work to the Lavrov Foreign Office. The major political circles of Russia understand that the Estonian authorities are used as pawns, and that behind the relocation of the bronze soldier in Tallinn stood forces far stronger. The European Union (EU) had an interest in the events, whose leadership pulled strings for other Eastern European members of the community, including those which have yet to join the EU, Ukraine and Georgia, who also extended similar support to the official Tallinn and hurt Russia. Indeed, Tallinn on this demarche would not have allowed this if the EU had not guaranteed the integrity of the borders of Estonia, because the Russian-speaking region adjacent to Narva, in other circumstances, would have been able to move towards separation and, along the lines of the Georgian version, create a similar Abkhazia or South Ossetia near the Russian border. Generally throughout this story along with conflict situations, there have appeared a host of performers, characters who wanted to look like "their own" having just returned from the intelligence service where they had to dress in the uniform of the SS. In Estonia itself, the only people who protested, of course, were the Russian-speaking residents. And their protest after the demolition of a section of monuments and commemorative boards, the renaming of streets and rewriting of entire chapters of Soviet history, was only natural and intuitive. For them, the lowering of the history of the USSR, including the removal of the Soviet bronze statue to the liberator means to reduce their status to that of guest workers in Russia. But for all this comparison, what was seen was a well-coordinated attack by the forces of imperialism on the open seizure of Russian energy resources that are already subordinated to Western interests and faithfully and truthfully serve pro-Western capital. The bronze soldier in this field somehow strongly divided and hindered, because it continued policies that embodied the policy of liberation from fascism, while the new policy of expansion of imperialism again calls for the control of Russian wealth, similar to Hitler's control rules. Of course, they refer to the dense articles of laws "protecting" human rights only and will not constitute the aggression. The time for the attack on the bronze soldier was not chosen by accident before the 62nd anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany. The question is not why apologists for the Estonian SS division decided to carry out vandalism in the name of their allies from the EU and elsewhere. Why didn’t the wider political circles in Russia not oppose this arbitrariness of the EU? But, as is turns out, here is a remarkably familiar situation. Firstly, with regard to Russian capital, it is totally dependent on supplying "pipelines" into the countries of Europe, which are pumping the industrial potential of the EU with resources, and the banking system of imperialism - with currency. And long before the movement of the bronze soldier in Tallinn, Russian capital prepared a line of defence for the "Estonian colleagues”, having carried out the reburial in Russia of pilots in Khimki, Moscow, in order to clear land for construction, and stepped up to the graves with the everlasting flame at Marsovy Polye in Petersburg, where in place of where the victims of white terror are buried, the construction of an underground car park is being planned. The Petersburg "window into Europe" Estlyandy, long considered as cottage suburbs, is continuing to accept Estonia as a pool, for capital fleeing Russia. Young stands of Russian politicians and businessmen, including the son of Petersburg Governor pushes out building "projects" near Tallinn, together with the purchase of the islands are so extensive that it was vital to design Estonian citizenship. Simply put, the financial interests of Petersburg and Tallinn at this stage are inseparable. Secondly, Russia's political left wing, which was not hampered in protesting against EU policy, also did not come out onto the streets. It did not take to the streets because in recent years the main mass of it again proved to be "contaminated" with the bacillus of parliamentarism. While seemingly under red flags and slogans about "revolution", and some activists even carrying a portrait of Stalin, they have no class assessment of the events that have developed. In such a situation, any opposition to the EU will mean a protest against the PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe) in Strasbourg, which precisely monitors the legality of the EU. And to go against parliamentarians from the EU for the "leftist" who direct the main force and means towards "parliamentary cretinism", in fact, means political death. In the "left" is a new round of Gorbachevism, that very same Gorbachevshina that in the wake of "parliamentary cretinism" in March 1991, a reassuring referendum was held to preserve the USSR, and in the autumn of that year by way of parliamentarism gave away the republics of the Soviet Union to local nationalists. The current round of parliamentarism reveals that same situation, only this time with the collapse of Russia. The political spectrum of the “Left” again reflects the diversity of different political platforms, repeating Gorbachev's CPSU. Thirdly, patriotic organizations able to protest did not protest either. They were unable raise themselves to the height of the Tallinn symbol of victory over fascism, because of their rejection of Soviet patriotism. They did not protest against the parliamentarians from the EU either, and came to nothing, because it turned out not to carry any political dividends. And in the policy of gaining dividends, the present-day national-patriots have learned to deal no worse than the Gorbachev "democrats", thus becoming easy prey to the powers that be. Oddly enough, three weeks after the protests from the Estonian representatives, pro-presidential "Nashi" came to protest to the EU representation in Moscow, demanding the end of the repressions of one of its like-minded thinkers in Tallinn. The pro-Putin media shamefully turned a blind eye to this, because the Kremlin could not afford an open confrontation with the EU. However, near the Estonian representation the fog had cleared. From behind the fog, a normal balancing of the Baltic States was highlighted, which since the Livonian Order had been a shift to some tragic consequences for the neighbours to the East. The Bronze soldier because of his heroic exploits in Tallinn was aimed at rewarding the memory of the descendants. But the memory of the descendants is not the same, because of the destroyed memory by the partocrats to even the Soviet soldiers, going into attack with the call "For the Motherland! For Stalin!" First, the partocracy reduced this soldier's call by half, removing from it the name of Stalin. The result left the Soviet Union without a chief. And when the partocracy became businessmen, they left out the word Motherland as the "cash cow" for imperialism, and as a result, Russia finished up in the same dead end state. Now rupory oligarchic capital defenders say that the demolition of the bronze soldier is all about reviewing the outcome of the Second World War. In fact, a review of the Second World War had been started when the partocracy slandering the name of the Supreme Commander in Chief of the army of Soviet fighters-liberators, removed Stalin's body from the mausoleum and everywhere began demolishing monuments to him. Indeed, the anecdote about the candidate that enters only the CP, because he had already served in the SS, came immediately after the demolition of Stalin monuments. And in this chain of destruction, demolishing the monument to the fighter-liberator is just another episode in vandalism. On removing Stalin monuments, they were bound to remove monuments to ordinary Soviet soldiers. One cannot but remember the conductors of the funeral bureau, as recently as two years ago, in 2005, at PACE in Strasbourg, having put in wide circulation report “on the need for international condemnation of communism." The EU parliamentarians have tried to equate communism with fascism. Then, in the vote on the resolution to the report, the main judges in the vote were those parliamentarians of those very nations that in 2007 were conspiring against monuments to Soviet soldiers. The most solid of Western European parliamentarians preferred not to participate in this vote or vote against the condemnation. Western European aristocracy reminds us of Churchill’s behavior in 1959, when in response to a frantic campaign of slander against Stalin, raised by Khrushchev, he, on the 80th anniversary of Soviet leader made a toast in his honor. And how much later it was published in the radiogazete "Solve", the statement in the name of Churchill defending Stalin was an official dissociation from that "animal", which did nothing towards victory over Hitler's fascism, but tried for "silver pieces" to crucify the memory of the man who stood at the head of this victory. Indeed, the approval of politicians whose activities during the Second World War in any way contributed to the German war machine, for the English aristocrat was unacceptable because of the high claims of the Lord to historical status as an individual, was not allowed to descend to the level of desecration of the crowd. Out of all this Tallinn raging, there is another question: why do all the politicians of the EU need all this, why have they pushed the Eastern European villains into this arbitrariness? On the surface, everything in the EU appears good. The single euro currency is strengthening. The countries of Eastern Europe are targeting the EU for membership. The standard of living is high. But all this is happening on the backdrop of a falling US dollar. But the most interesting thing with the dollar will happen later, when the partners in the global market, stop recognizing it as a means of payment. Because after that, the euro rate will fall. And it is this fear of a fall in the EURO that is forcing EU leaders to work towards the collapse of Russia with a view to bringing full control over its resources. Energy security of Europe is totally dependent on Russia for energy. Therefore, in order to understand why a monument in Tallinn to the Bronze soldier has been moved, it is necessary to review the situation with a view of the fall in the EURO, which opens a direct relationship between the two events. First of all, why is the dollar falling so uncontrollably and the Russian political elite is prepared to bury it? The trouble with the dollar is that it is almost entirely dependent on oil prices, which the United States can no longer control. On this subject we in 1993 in Bolshevik press reported that the leading imperialist circles require stability of oil prices, of course, at cost price, as a prerequisite to control the world market. Payment by the dollar for oil have made this money look like casino chips, with the only difference being that the world financial market game is played by money amounting to trillions, which having completed circulation, return with a profit margin of amounting to the difference in the exchange rate of other countries. The imperialist predators pillage poor countries by using this trick. But that rule has remained in force until the underdeveloped countries begin to raise their energy prices, or products made using energy (oil). With the increase in energy prices, the dollar can no longer replicate this robbery using the market because profits start to be withdrawn by those who raises oil prices. The dollar has had to rely on its own GDP. But we shall not compare the US GDP this year with the mass global commodity market but should take the position of those who change the situation in their favour, devaluing the dollar. Concerning world market disruptions, it is enough to remember the depreciation of the British pound rate by the notorious player in the financial market – the American George Soros. Soros had been able to slash for a time, the exchange rate of the British pound Sterling, receiving from this a profit amounting of tens of millions of dollars. The lesson to the British went on and now the pound rate is already almost two dollars. The collapse of the dollar would mean that the major oil-producing countries will move towards payments for oil in euros, because the EU cannot divert its currency only under the jurisdiction of Europe and lock itself inside the framework of the European GDP. Europe will be able to pay for oil only in euros to continue to take the "Navar from the pots" from the market exchange rate amounting to trillions and depreciating the weaker currencies. But traders will raise energy prices and by the euro pull to themselves further concessions from increased profits for the resources. The EURO will not be able to overcome this imbalance of oil price changes on the world market and the collapse will again repeat itself. As for the position of modern Russia in this, it is one of the very few that pumps both its oil to the West with "good" intentions in order to save the dollar. Russian oligarchs invest most of their currency proceeds into banks in the United States, saving the Federal Reserve of the United States. But the EU also wants Russian oil to save the EURO and fully subordinated to it, just as Saudi Arabia with Kuwait maintain continuity with oil prices, helping the dollar loot the Third World. And also just as in the Islamism of Saudi Arabia, with its militant vahabizm is dear to the heart of the ruling circles of the US, so the methods of Hitler's SS have become dear to the heart of the EU, as it helps to enslave the resources of Russia in favour of the EURO. So returning to the bronze statue in Tallinn one recognize the fact that this soldier also protects the economic interests of the Soviet Union, in defence of its oil from the greedy hands of Hitler. He was a defender of the historical great Soviet Power. He defended the country with a good economy based on the Leninist electricity realized in the practice of Stalin. Because of the economic basis of Lenin’s electrification, there was a struggle for oil, which Stalin at the XIV Congress of the CPSU (b) called the "vital nerve of struggle for dominance of the world, both in peacetime and during war." (See J.V. Stalin, compilations, V.7, p.278 – Russ.). Here is why the anti-Stalinists destroying monuments to Stalin, did not start to call themselves Trotskyites but instead - "loyal Leninists", in order to retain control of the Soviet oil and the economy. But in the twilight of their careers, having set up for Western banks the main currency revenue from the sale of energy, the Trotskyites moved towards the destruction of statues of Lenin. The economic crisis of capitalism did not stop them.
Imperialism is not afraid of "communists" like L. Brezhnev or N. Khrushchev, because they could be charmed with hard currency. It was on their ability to believe in the greenbacks with the portrait of Washington on them, over the creative power of their own people on the economic base of electrification, on which depended the expansion of the West into the Soviet economy. For the greenback at dumped prices, they chose to sell Soviet oil. But the greenbacks were spent not on the purchase of essential goods but were settled in the banks of the same buyers of Soviet oil because the party nomenclatura loved dollar banknotes very much, and because they are were fond of banknotes in their own accounts in Western banks. Therefore settling the proceeds in Western banks, the nomenklaturschiki included the cost of electricity generated in the country, which in turn increased the price of electricity that then transferred to all the country’s products. As a result inflation began to form, the cost of which landed on the shoulders of its own people. And the blame for all of this has been traditionally shifted onto Stalin who long ago passed away.
Imperialism was terrified of Stalin, who prevented inflation and electrification developed for the benefit of the Soviet people. Stalin transfered profit towards lowering prices, forcing the monetary system towards zero, to exhaust the monetary system itself, thereby to eliminate class differences. On the economic base of electrification he did everything towards the disappearance of money, which disappeared with the disappearance of classes, and society, as a result, reaches a new level -communism.
Imperialism is not interested in countries, which do not possess their own resources and, above all, oil. Imperialism is fearsome only of socialist countries, which support the policy of Leninist electrification, or capitalist countries with resources demanding a high price for oil, in order to develop their own base of electrification. From this appears the term "energy security" as the right of access of imperialism to foreign energy on terms beneficial to the "strong". Otherwise, the disobedient ones will be classed as belonging to a certain "axis of evil" and "contours" which the leading country of imperialism does not like. But the claim of that country to world domination throughout repeats Hitler’s priorities "Drang nach Osten!" (Attack on the East).
The early twenty-first century has led to strong turbulence in the imperialist circles on "energy security". "Energy security" itself is completely dependent on control of energy. With this, security of capitalism has become understood as foreign jurisdiction over energy reserves. Energy turned out to be in the East.
In the East, beginning in the twentieth century, Vladimir Ilyich Lenin on Dec. 22, 1920 held electrification of the country as the main priority of a socialist economy, the success of which depends on the ability to resist concessions of imperialist capital in a socialist economy. It was observed that concessions amount to good intentions by which a road is laid down to economic dependence. To gain productivity, results in reducing the energy output on products of manufacture using mechanical power, to better reflect the economic costs, all this allows parity of the economic base of electrification.
The basic implementation of the parity of electrification was explained by the first People’s Commissar of Finance in the government of V.I. Lenin, I.I. Skvortsov - Stepanov. In 1922, in the fundamental work "Electrification of the RSFSR in connection with the transition phase of the world economy”, People’s Commissar of Finance led electricity to the control of the fuel, which can be achieved only on the interest of the working class by the fruits of their labour. In an illiterate country, the People’s Commissar of Finance simply explained HOW to the broad masses to cross over to calculating productivity through reduced fuel usage. The first People’s Commissar of Finance explained the mechanism of the transfer from the monetary system over to a system of calculation energy and with this put a cross on the prospect of financial institutions led by him.
Today, hardly any of the protesters against the demolition of the Bronze Soldier in Estonia understand that the fault of the soldier was that he defended the state economic base of Leninist electrification and Leninist electrification was able to provide him with the most advanced weapon of that time. People are already so brainwashed with business and currency rupory through all the media, that on the post-Soviet expanse, they are even afraid to imagine the possibility of a functioning of their own monetary system, without the interference of the dollar or euro. But the basis of electricity, which cannot overload inflationary costs of the capitalist market, the market has discouraged the slogan "energy resources would not be extracted until they are sold." As a result, residents of Estonia, going to protect the bronze soldier unwittingly become defenders of the economic base, which this soldier defended, but look at the EURO as an icon. The action of parity of the economic base of electrification they do not see as a clear idea but only a lethal force of the market towards them, where the future is determined by the product or resource that is sold to someone else's benefit.
But this is well understood by people of those countries that the American President Bush regards as part of the "axis of evil". Because this "evil" is the impossibility of imperialist intervention in the economy of independent countries and is considered a direct threat to the United States’ financial system, a parasite creating inflation and pillaging weaker countries.
The closest enemy of the United States is Cuba, because of Cuba’s self-development has automatically by President Bush bee listed as belonging to the "axis of evil". During the collapse of the Soviet Union, the United States stifled Cuba with its economic blockade while Cubans had not found their own oil. Once processed oil reached the economic base of electrification, Cuba rejected the dollar. But then there is oil-bearing Venezuela with Hugo Chavez who has adopted a distinctive economic base of electrification. After making an example of oil in its favour, other Latin American countries have started this too. In this situation, Fidel Castro has found it possible to take a rest and cure himself, because the working class of Cuba already controls such an economy.
Much more difficult is the situation in North Korea. After the victory over the United States in 1953, Socialist North Korea was in ruins and has been forced to develop its economy from scratch. And not without the help of the USSR the economic base of electrification has now allowed the DPRK to create a modern state. In the DPRK, oil came from the USSR before the collapse of the Soviet Union. Then the DPRK’s leadership had to reorientate itself onto the question of raising productivity in the hydraulic energy of mountain water energy sources and coal-fired power stations, as well as nuclear power. And when one considers the amount of labour used for the construction and installation of small hydroelectric power plants on small Korean rivers and the small amounts of power produced by them, the difficulties of the Korean people and its leadership are understandable. Therefore for North Korea it was necessary to develop nuclear energy. In turn, the development of nuclear energy was vitally involved with a missile shield for the country, which involved huge costs, but can allow the country to develop on its own. Independence of the economic base of electrification in the DPRK scares off imperialism and aggression while holding off aggression with the inevitability of an adequate response. As a result, North Korea has been at the forefront of the fight against imperialism, demonstrating in practice the way you want to enjoy the economic base of electrification. And such an example is contagious for all those who wish to escape from the clutches of the imperialists, and is what most frightens the kings of the financial world ready at any time to offer concessions to the energy sector, of course, on favorable terms and not beneficial to the indigenous population.
The situation is somewhat different with the third country from the "axis of evil" - Iran. Iran today, after the United States launched the war in Iraq, controls prices in the world oil market. It controls it from the deterioration of the situation in the Islamic world caused by the predatory imperialist conglomerates in the looting of the resources of these countries. Iran has coupled electrification with priority to the national interests on a religious basis. The oil leader of the Islamic world is not struggling to improve productivity but is focusing on profit, as it is a bourgeois country. The outcome of this struggle takes the form of higher prices for their product, oil. With the large increase in oil prices, Gulf countries have the opportunity to shape concessions for themselves, based on the dollar. That is what undermines the dollar. As the currency of the U.S., the dollar in the Persian Gulf region is traditionally unable to withdraw "Navar from the pans”, and are forced to work on the basis of “cannibalism”, i.e. “to eat away at themselves”. The outrage of the USA is leading to a tense war psychosis in the region and to increases in oil prices. The USA yet again demonstrated their readiness to inflict a military strike on Iran, but nothing can change. Because having bombed for example such a nuclear power plant in Bushehr, the Americans will have to face these higher energy prices on which Iran itself will create a dollar concession for the construction of Iran of by now two nuclear power plants, to replace the one destroyed. It is only the people who suffer, not the economy. Electrification materialized against the will of capitalism.
Thus the inevitable death of the dollar will lead to wild anger and wrongdoings by the financial kings of the world. Hence, the destructive campaigns against the monuments of heroes of the last war and the clearing of the area, either for "immortalizing" the memory of SS troop legionnaires, or for parades of gays and lesbians. The inevitability of the death of the "empty" dollar has become so acute alike to the apparent loss of historic patterns of ancient Rome, gazing with empty eyes at the heroes of their day, who also sought to spread their glory, but with their morality, bogged down in debauchery with gays and lesbians.
Trotskyism wrecked the economic base of electrification of socialism from within, because only the monetary system was the corner stone of focus. Capital in oil-producing countries is wrecking the economic basis of imperialism from within and arming itself with the basis of electrification, which was higher than the monetary system of capitalism. And all this wrecking has demonstrated only one thing: mankind is entering a new production method based on estimates of the economy on energy equivalents. Figures of energy usage are not possible to alter, because they are based on accurate calibration of devices passing scientific Metrological tests on the basis of common international standards.
Moving the Bronze soldier in Tallinn happened in the wake of political reshuffling in the highest political circles of the Russian establishment preparing for parliamentary and presidential elections. Therefore the regular "ritual dance" conducted in the Baltic States against Russia is nothing more than a regrouping for imperialist circles of the EU in the wake of political changes in their eastern neighbour. At the same time attacks on Russia by the EU are designed to consolidate jurisdiction over its resources, just before the next change of government in Russia.
Simultaneously, on the map of Russian politics another review of power is appearing, only of Putin’s government. For outward expression nowadays being put forward are figures of Putin's entourage, who are eagerly sizing up the Russian throne. But mostly the shaping of the future of Russia in this present situation can only determined by the forces of imperialism. By the will of a few people, the scandal with neo-fascism in the Baltic States is only a test case for future change in the political spectrum of post-Putin Russia. According to another "ritual dance" of the bellicose Baltic states, the Russian equivalent of events most able to link them to 1991, when the guarantee of stability of the USSR was confirmed by a referendum on the preservation of the country, but then a "ritual dance" by the Baltics turned out to be a smoke screen for the wrecking of the Soviet Union and the pulling down of its red flag.
Now, imperialism could not help but note the vulnerability of the white, blue and red tricolour flag of Russia, which Yeltsin raised from the hands from NTS (People's Labour Union), an organization whose work is most notable in the fight against the USSR. The current tricolour appeared on a large scale during the Great Patriotic War, 1941-1945, when this "commercial" flag of Russia by will of Hitler turned out to be the symbol of the Vlasovite army in Hitler's SS units. As a result, the ambition of Russian capital to remain under that flag, provocatively imposed on the NTS personnel by the American CIA proved to be a trap. Russian apologists with a red white and blue tricolour have evolved into hostages, which Western patrons have begun to harass by situations with SS marches in the Baltic States and western Ukraine. When in the spring of 2006, the television programme "Judge for yourself", the General -Secretary of the CC AUCPB –N.A. Andreeva reminded the leading political advocator Putin present in the programme, about the source from the NTS, it caused hysterics in the room. The “defenders of democracy" in 2006 are scared of what they were proud of in 1991. Hence for Putin's entourage the need to replace firstly the red flag of Victory, but without the hammer and sickle, which the Duma voted in favour of. But veterans did not allow the removal of the hammer and sickle, under which they fought and which was a symbol of unity of Soviet people.
At this point in Russian history there remained the white and golden-black flag, a symbol of Slavophilia. This tricolour borrowed the colors of the imperial emblem (a symbol of the Russian empire has always been an emblem, and not a flag because it reflected the symbol of a feudal state and its Czar). The St Andrew's naval flag is a symbol of Scotland; its use in Russia could not be applied.
The stalled Russian authorities therefore reassure their charges that they promise an almost parade change of power, where, by their assurances, "everything is doing well, but will be even better", including the installation of a new successor to the Putin “throne”. In fact, the new successor has nothing left. The exodus of the country's capital, increasing with the growth in oil prices is only increasing. Even the notorious liberal policies, of the likes of S. Belkovsky, conclude with the replacement of Putin by the autumn of 2007. Such conclusions are not built from scratch, but based on the tragic situation in industry and transport. Moreover, the recent launch of long-term national projects have become a customary plunder and is only ironic, indicating the status of readiness to relocate "physical bodies" - initiators of the plunder of the people's wealth to advance the rebuilding their cottages and castles, somewhere on the French coast.
And to further rule in a country riven by contradictions, towards the borders of Russia most significant construction investment in Sochi or in a coastal area of Vladivostok is taking place. Not to mention Kaliningrad, which is a "special economic zone" and is under the direct absorption of the EU.
Either from villas of the EU "to give a helping hand" up to the capital of offshores or Western banks, controlling assets transferred from Russia. Under this scale of retreat to "spare airfields", asset owners give build in advance an entire system of casinos, with their criminal art. Casinos have also arrived at the borders of Russia to place under their roofs the famous "Shark Tale", which for the past half-century has always been handy, and will run from Paris or London but no worse than if it is ruled from Moscow or Petersburg.
Promises to maintain the continuity of power in summer 2007 are all comparable with "saving" the Soviet Union in summer 1991. Even the near-liberal media have to recognize the simplicity of the Putinist plans and concluded with a diagnose of the disease of Russia’s rulers: "the temporary rulers “vremenschiki”, and the time given to them is counted from lifetime of the old Soviet technology." And, as we know, the vremenschiki are determined by the ability to in time leave the map, which should be followed by an act of the removal of a false mask.
Imperialism wants Russia to collapse and to be forced to rely on Varangians. It needs a country that is so poor, that Brussels could manage it without any special problems. And to run it without problems for the EU means to manage "the electrification of the whole country”, of course, only in their own interests. From here and the forcing of anti-Russian atmosphere in the Baltics. From here the planned political attacks by the EU on the excesses of a "police state" in Russia, which the Russian authorities carry out. From here the exodus of top politicians and businessmen from Russia to the West, which Western patrons carefully cover to allow the remaining opposition to successfully break up the country permanently. Then the prosecution of National Patriots in all sins will become for Putin's entourage a political act of criminal proceedings, taking the form of application to return. And no danger like for instance of imminent falling of Russia into duel power, will stop the "saviours" the EURO in the EU. The fear of loss of euro influence takes its course.
Who can lead the Russian opposition in 2007?
The Russian opposition can be led by a large number of politicians from GRU Colonel-Kahoka to former Prime Minister Kasyanov, including the names of additional commentators émigré B. Berezovsky. To ensure that these policies are not diverse enough to extended to diversity of interests, a single white-gold-black flag as a symbol of the fight against the police state of Putin has been proposed to them. If remembering the events of 1991, the conflict between Gorbachev and Yeltsin can compete with the conflict between Putin and Kasyanov and Putin and Berezovsky. What remains is a new scenario GKCh-2 (the August 1991 “coup”), which will most likely be kept in sequence."
Well, "military units" of the national patriots have already had a year with their bayonet attacks on the riot police, calling their clashes "marches of dissent”. Marches, which M. Kasyanov actively "ignites". Western media take good care of marches’ leaders like they did with the "democrats" under Gorbachev. The scenario of chose of a new flag for Russia surprises people with their simplicity.
After a court banned the national bolsheviks to walk under their red flag, designed in the style of National Socialism Nazi Germany, the leader of NBR E. Limonov before the court said that his associates have reorientated themselves to the gold-black-white tricolour flag. And if we take into account the way the cosmopolitans leaving the country are "eager" to share power and property with Russian "patriots", there is no doubt the state of collapse the country will end up in, and what it expects after another scenario of the "Aug 91 coup".
How long are the vremenschiki going to dominate the political scene in Russia?
This will continue until as long as the masses continuing "swallowing" lies about Stalin. The lie about Stalin is a kind of test case, which was called upon to open the possibility to revise the economy of socialism. But a revising of the economy of socialism can only take shape in the form of eliminating Leninist electrification, the main strategist of whom was Stalin. Capitalism is not able to offer anything in return. Moreover, in the bowels of capitalism there is growing opposition, derived on the basis of electrification by which is destroying the monetary system of imperialism from within, proving the inevitability of transfer to estimates in the language of energy use.
Hatred of imperialism to a ordinary Soviet soldier, as expressed in the form of the bronze soldier in Tallinn, is only a "test case", thrown into Russian politics. And samples of the "case" is the readiness of Russia for an "orange" revolution for the good of the EU. But when the in the dust raised by the wave in Russia there was discovered the same favorable political surface with an "orange" colour, which, following the example of Ukraine, shared the main political forces into the heavily “orange” and moderately "orange".
And the moderates, as in Ukraine, worship a completely different flag that in fact no longer present themselves as any opposition. The result means that capitalism can be revised in Russia and prove the need to reduce energy prices for the former republics of the former Soviet Union ready to join the EU, with the aim of strengthening the euro. So far, the Russian energy suppliers "work" primarily to save the dollar, and the practical "Euro-allies" want and have to save their money, and for the sake of "Bush's friend" do not intend to limit the parity of the EURO.
In Soviet times, the hatred of imperialism towards the USSR was accompanied by throwing "test cases” at Stalin. It found support from the partocracy, followed by findings on the removal of "Stalinist mistakes," in fact reflected in the increase in the supply of Soviet energy to the West and giving up positions on the electrification of the country to Uncle Sam. The consequences of such interference always had and will have catastrophic consequences for the masses. But those same masses intuitively or consciously today raise the question thus: either the broad masses manage their own electricity like their own lives as, or those masses will be managed by those who control their electricity. That is to say the question of duel power from the bottom while imperialism oppresses it from the top.
If in mathematics from the relocation of components, the sum does not change, then in political economy that is not the case. Russia will be able to grow only if "Soviet power" is placed first and the second-“electrification of the country”. Because without Soviet power, without secured unity of Soviet people by Soviet power, electrification for the broad masses will not work.
And if in place of "Soviet power" the name "Stalin" was placed, the meaning would not change because the Stalin’s name is synonymous with Soviet power. That means without Stalin's name there will be no electricity in Russia.
The historical velour of the Bronze soldier in Tallinn was the fact that the living prototype of its type has understood this and defended the of name Stalin as Soviet power!
