Dear comrades Bolsheviks, all those who together with us fighting for socialism and the revival of our great socialist country - the Soviet Union! Our like-minded supporters and associates abroad!
We congratulate you all on the 98th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution!
This revolution was the turning point in the development of human civilization and ushered in the transition from a society of exploitation of man by man with a fabulous wealth of a very narrow circle of people - owners of private ownership of the means of production, the land and its mineral wealth and - the great mass of indentured servants who sell "to the owners of life" their labour, their health from the scant half-starved existence. The Great October Revolution ushered in the transition to the construction of socialism, the first stage of communism - a society of high morals and justice, which humanity has always sought.
The successful construction of socialism in the USSR proved in practice, the possibility of building socialism in one country, where people of work became a central figure in the community. Of course, opposition to socialism and world imperialism was difficult. But thanks to the genius leader of the revolution – V.I. Lenin and J.V. Stalin, the great enthusiasm of the masses who had risen to the construction of a new, free society, a once "backward" Russia became a centre of union of many peoples and nations of Eurasia into a single, powerful, highly developed socialist state - the Soviet Union, which had risen to the level of a superpower of the world, defeated German fascism, initiated the collapse of the world colonial system and led to the peaceful coexistence of two antagonistic social and political systems for more than 70 years and after the war, became the great banner of humanity in the struggle for peace and justice.
Due to violations of socialist legality in the Soviet Union after the death of J.V. Stalin, with the strong support of the West's fifth column, consisting of former members of the ruling class and their descendants, as well as degenerates in the structures of the party nomenklatura of the CPSU patronizing criminal underground business (neo-capitalism), they managed to carry out the bourgeois counter-revolution of the '90s, which stopped the movement of the Soviet people towards a bright communist future, and it destroyed the USSR, deprived us of our dear Soviet Mother. We clearly understand that this is a temporary retreat from the progressive movement of civilization. The future undoubtedly belongs to socialism!
To carry out a socialist revolution, there must be a colossal superiority of revolutionary forces. Then, in October 1917, the Bolsheviks were supported by the overwhelming majority of the people. The Bolshevik organization at the time of the Great October Socialist Revolution in Petrograd alone had in its ranks about 50 thousand people. "What a tremendous strength for the revolution - Lenin said, - Now the most important thing is to manage it in such a way to win." Then, in 1917, Soviet power was established peacefully in 79 Russian towns and cities out of 97. Victory of the revolution was the result of the overwhelming superiority of the revolutionary forces.
On November 8, 1991 at the constituent congress in Leningrad under the anti-communist and anti-Stalin hysteria of the "democrats" - "liberals" and under the ban of communist activity and the collapse of the CPSU, we formed a new party - the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (AUCPB), defending the great principles and traditions of the legendary Stalinist CPSU (b), categorically rejecting the criminal legacy of the Khrushchev-Brezhnev CPSU. At this congress, the main task of the Party was the revival of the Soviet Union, the development of socialism and building of communism. At the IV Congress of the AUCPB on April 16, 2005, the slogan - "to work for the revolution!" was proclaimed. This means first and foremost the most extensive propaganda and agitation among the masses the ideas of Bolshevism. This Leninist slogan remains relevant to this day.
We congratulate our fellow Bolsheviks with the 24th anniversary of the AUCPB.
We wish you courage and perseverance in the struggle for the emancipation of the working man.
We wish you all good health, mental and physical strength needed to win this fight.

LATEST NEWS ON THE CASE OF A. MAEYEVSKY
From the courtroom
On November 9 in Uzhgorod city district court another hearing on the case of the editor of the newspaper "Workers' and Peasants truth" Anatoly Arkadevich Maeyevsky was held.
Present in the courtroom were: Judge Andrei Nikolaievich Ferenc, prosecutor Alexander Ivanina, lawyer Aleksandr Romanovich Esenov, as well as readers of the newspaper. The participants held up placards: "Freedom to political prisoner – A.A. Maeyevsky"
The hearing begins. The prosecutor makes a statement on the extension of detention.
A.A. Maeyevsky in turn makes a statement on the ending of his detention under the personal responsibility. The court retires to the deliberation room to decide.
An announcement is made of it decision: In relation to the particularly serious nature of the crime, the court can not reverse the decision on the detention of Maeyevsky and extends the length of his stay in detention until the end of the judicial investigation on 8 January 2016.
The Court continued its work. Witnesses Ilyina Tatyana a postal worker was called upon, who was responsible for the signing of the agreement on the distribution of the newspaper. She informs that the agreements were signed with the presence of all necessary documents. She had not read the newspaper, thus could not to give a proper assessment of it.
Another witness was called upon, this time E.G. Fazedosh, a journalist of the newspaper "Transcarpathian Pravda", then A.A. Rozhko, dean of the Carpathian Voloshin University, lawyer N.I. Osadchuk, R.I. Moldavchuk, Associate Professor of the Carpathian Voloshin University. It was namely Moldavchuk that turned to the police special branch SBU, after having received the newspaper "RKP" from his friend, and requested that the editor of the newspaper be brought to justice. The prosecutor asked him- "Why do you think that the editor of the newspaper "RKP"is calling for the split of Ukraine?" - Moldavchuk answered - "He published an interview by Gubarev with one of the journalists and placed the portrait Gubarev in it. And most importantly, on the first page there is a portrait of Stalin!” The prosecutor then asks "A call for ethnic hatred is what exactly?" The reply: "He calls Ukrainians Banderovs and fascists!"
Maeyevsky’s reply was: I am Ukrainian, but not a Banderov and do not consider myself a fascist. I am a communist. Give me an example where I'm saying this? And where does it say I call for "the division of Ukraine?" Neither the associate professor Moldavchuk nor the above-mentioned other university staff could name them. Judge closed the hearing. The date of the next court hearing has not been determined.

RUSSIAN BOMBING MISSIONS INSIDE SYRIA. OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS THESE EVENTS

On September 30, 2015 the operation by the air and space forces of Russia for the destruction of Isalmic State in Syria began.
The United States, pursuing their selfish geopolitical goals in the Middle East for more than twenty years have been kindling bloody fires in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Yemen. Religious, political and ethnic conflicts have affected in varying degrees, all States in this volatile region.
The Russian Federation can not be detached and look at the dangerous situation in the Middle East. After all, this region is in the immediate vicinity of the Russian Federation. To the European Union, and even more so - to America, the distances are many times more. And there is also the problem with the production and sale of oil, OPEC, and the millions of Muslim population of the Russian Federation.
Therefore it is hardly surprising and is justified, that measures were taken by the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Russian Government in September in connection with a request for military assistance to counter the terrorist group "Islamic State" (IS). Syrian President Bashar al-Assad made such a request to Moscow. Activity by Isalmic State in Russia has been banned by court decision.
The operation began after the approval by the Federation Council of the proposals by President Vladimir Putin about the use of the Armed Forces outside Russia. Russian aviation group Air-Space Forces (VKS), which is composed of more than 50 planes and helicopters, including the Su-24M, Su-25 and Su-34, launched pinpoint strikes on September 30 on targets in Syria held by IS. The Russian air group struck a few dozen objects held by the terrorists "Islamic state." On Saturday, October 3, this was reported by the chief of the Main Operations Directorate of the General Staff, Colonel-General Andrei Kartapolov.
These air strikes proved to be quite effective. According to the same Kartapolov, the militants of the group "Islamic State" (IS) were in panic leaving the areas under their control in Syria. "For three days we have been able to undermine the material base of the terrorists and to significantly reduce their combat capability" - said Kartapolov. He noted that the strikes from the air base Hmeymim were around the clock and "the entire depth of the territory of Syria." According to him, the objectives of the Russian air force are, first of all, "command and control centers, warehouses of ammunition and explosives, communication centers, mini-factories for the production of weapons of suicide bombers and training camps of militants."
At a meeting in Paris, Vladimir Putin told the French leader Francois Hollande, that the operation by the Russian air force in Syria is aimed at combating terrorism and to preserve the integrity of Syria. Putin's spokesman said: "The President particularly stressed that the operation in Syria, is being carried out by Russian forces in strict accordance with principles of international law ... Around the same vein, the Syrian issues were discussed with German Chancellor Angela Merkel."
It would seem that Russia's war against terrorism, for which was so heart-rendingly called for by the US and European Union politicians, would have met with their full and unconditional support. But petty politicking and penny pinching political considerations do not give these politicians any rest. Thus, Western politicians, however, are more “worried” not with the problem of Islamic State, but with the legitimate President of Syria - Bashar al-Assad staying in power. And the last fact makes significant aberrations in the position of the Western centres of power in Europe. Why is that? The answer is: we must always keep in mind what "big brother" in Washington thinks...
In vengeance, the Western media also tries attributing the Russian Air Force bombing of Islamic State to bombing of innocent civilians, or - "only the opponents of Bashar Assad." To this the Russian Defense Ministry responded by saying: "We are closely monitoring all information received, irrespective of the source of their appearance. These pseudo-sensations are complete nonsense, which has no factual basis to name or much less to discuss their details." In addition, it was stressed that the United States had notified the Defense Ministry that in the zone of Russian aviation, "there was no one except the terrorists."
Interestingly, the Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has offered to engage in the fight against the terrorist group "Islamic State" in the country in coalition with the participation of Russia and Iran. According to the Iraqi prime minister, Russian President Vladimir Putin told him that Russia is fighting terrorists in Syria.
On October 7 four missile ships of the Caspian Fleet of the Russian Federation launched 26 cruise missiles at 11 targets of the IS in Syria. The missiles have shown to be effective at a distance of 1.5 thousand Km, all the targets were hit, without civilian casualties. Syrian troops during the offensive during the offensive advanced by 70 km per day from the city of Hama - the administrative center of the province. The ground operation, 200 km north of Damascus became possible after the effective strikes, which were launched by the Russian VKS on positions of the IS gangs. Support for the army of Bashar al-Assad air from Russian air force allows it (the army) to gradually liberate the territories occupied by IS.
The trajectory of the Russian missiles fired from the Caspian Flotilla on IS positions in Syria, has been agreed with Iraq and Iran, according to the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov.

The West is very concerned about the success of the Russian VKS operation to destroy IS militants in Syria. On 11 October, it was reported in the media about the resolution of the NATO pilots participating in the strikes on the positions of Islamists in Iraq, to open fire on Russian fighter aircraft. Such permission was given to the pilots of the British fighter-bombers "Tornado", equipped with "air-to-air" missiles. This authorization in the West was explained by saying "No one knows what the Russians will do next. We do not know how they will react if they encounter Western fighter planes in the air." To such a statement Moscow responded by saying that despite the previously expressed interest of the authorities in Baghdad to destroy the IS terrorists in Iraq, the Russian air force will not launch an offensive on the terrorists in Iraq, but is limited to the operation only in Syria. In our support for the foreign policy of President Putin in solving the Syrian problem at this point in time, we believe it necessary to prevent the spread of the IS plague into the north and north-east towards the southern borders of the former Soviet republics and beyond - into Russia. There live our brothers and sisters, ordinary Soviet citizens of the Central Asian republics of the USSR. And to wish on any of them to be shot, or beheaded, or with eaten internal organs by prehistoric humanoid– Islamic State monsters can only be given by the Russian liberal, who betrayed in the period of "perestroika" the Fatherland, destroyed the Soviet Union, a liberal, who is now on various political shows brazenly and impunity professing immoral "Western values" (US), but expressing support for the misanthropic predatory US policies on the world stage.
Russian liberals, in particular, the party "Right Cause", Jesuiticlly support the US which plunged the Middle East into uncontrollable chaos.
When analyzing the events in the Middle East, Ukraine, Moldova and other regions bordering on Russia, and not only there, there is a need to assess the activity of President Putin, both in foreign and domestic policy in the Russian Federation. And here arises the question of universal values, of HOW MUCH AND HOW they are implemented by the president and his government.
In our time of universal nihilism, negation of morality, various speculative substitutions of sense definition of fundamental concepts - human values – did not escape these trends. But eternal truths remain truths, no matter how someone else tries to manipulate or trivialize them, sneer at them and mock them.
Human values are universal principles, developed by mankind for centuries in the history of mankind and activities since its inception. Human values (principles) historically emerged as the need for single, common rules of behavior and relationships by combining individual human conglomerates (family, tribe, birth, etc., in the future - the relationship between states). Human Values (principles), to put it simplistically is a set of concepts, laws, axioms, regulations, etc. that govern a person, human society in its activities. Universal principles are therefore called universal values, and they can not be like any value, destroyed, distorted, but are necessary to preserve, protect and follow. With the development of civilization, they are supplemented, improved, refined and expanded.
The content of universal values are not directly linked specifically to any one historical period of social development, with any one particular socio-political systems, with any one specific ethnic (national) tradition. They - are common to all mankind, and reproduced in any system, in any type of culture, for any universal humanistic direction. Human values - this is universal for any humanistic exercise of human rights, fundamental freedoms, improving the quality of life, the peaceful coexistence of states, peoples and races, international law and justice. They are reproduced in the politics of public figures in the historical process of the destruction and creation of states, the devaluation of the eternal moral values, in the way of finding ways out of the crisis.
The underlying universal value in all times of human history is life itself and the problem of its preservation and development of natural and cultural forms.
Today, the Russian Federation in carrying out a military operation to destroy the Islamic State in Syria continues the historically humane mission of Russia in the world for the protection of fundamental human values - to save the life of the citizens of the sovereign state of Syria, which, since 2011, the United States has been actively trying to destroy. Isalmic State was created by the United States and therefore "the struggle with IS" by the United States and the creation of the so-called "Coalition against IS" is a mask of hypocrisy and lies, behind which hides a complete rejection by the US in recognition of the dominance in policies and practices of common universal principles. Namely the United States in pursuit of its unlimited domination over the material riches of this region of the world, are responsible for the criminal actions of Islamic State for the destruction of peoples and the unique monuments of ancient culture in the Middle East, and thus, the United States have placed themselves outside the law. The US is an international criminal, which, together with Islamic State, should be be tried by an international tribunal as the world's major evil of the XXI century.
Modern capitalism has destroyed the stability of the existing world order. Society has lost its prospects for sustainable development. Mankind has been plunged into a systemic civilization crisis - the crisis of the world economy, which is accompanied by a global political crisis in violation of all aspects of the hitherto existing world order and of social life. The systemic civilization crisis includes ecological crisis as a result of predatory man-made human activity.
Simultaneously, as a conjugate with them, is the crisis of the human personality, a spiritual crisis with the loss by humans of all landmarks in life. The advertised by corrupt capitalist leaders and the so-called Western media "The struggle for human rights", "the sovereignty of states" are only a perverted and false advertising of "values", behind which hides open armed aggression against sovereign states, attributed by the United States and the sphere of their "vital interests."
Only socialism, its class values most fully embody universal values. Only socialism opens endless possibilities for every citizen of society to self-improvement and is the only chance to save mankind from military, environmental, demographic, information and other global crises that are now shaking human civilization.
As for the domestic policy of President Putin, we support him in those activities that are aimed at restoring what has been destroyed by the enemies of the Soviet people during the Gorbachev-Yeltsin disaster and its aftermath.
We support him in restoring the armed might of Russia, devastated by the collapse of the Soviet economy which benefitted the United States. We support him in the revival of agriculture policy. We support him in the import-substitution policy, leading to the restoration of Russian industrial production. We support him in all that relates to the growth of Russia's sovereignty and its national dignity. But on the path of successful implementation of these noble tasks is the capitalist economic system. The most effective of these objectives can be achieved only under socialism, which is confirmed by the phenomenal success of the Soviet economy under Stalin, which has not yet been achieved by any of the capitalist countries in the world.
We do not support the ongoing orgy of anti-Stalinism in favour of "former", "offended" by Soviet power. And because we are categorically opposed to the erection of a memorial in Moscow (or any where else) in the memory "to the victims of political repression" - "Wall of Sorrow" (Putin's decree of 09.30.2015). We do not support the universal chatter of liberal leaders and in the media about that the Great Patriotic War was won by the people and NOT the leadership of J.V. Stalin. Then what is the role of the President of the Russian Federation in the current events taking place in Syria? Zero? Or even negative?
We do not support the universal weeping over bloody Nicholas II, encouraging the so-called pogroms by the "Black Hundreds" and voluntarily abdicating. We do not support the rituals of funerals of unknown whose bones in the Peter and Paul Cathedral in St. Petersburg.
We do not support the president in the connivance of bishops of the church, occupying portions of protected areas and are building around the temples in a quantity not required by people and to the detriment of the local environment and contrary to the laws of architecture, urban planning. Positioning Russia as a secular state, the president distorts the concept, pursuing a policy of promoting religious ideology and propaganda all around and out of place.
We do not support the policy of the Central Bank, working against Russia for the US economy and thus provides ease of maintenance of certain US financial institutions and robbing our people of our state.
We do not support the presence of an increasing number of private (commercial) banks making a living by robbing those who are forced to take out loans at exorbitant interest rates and filling by the state of the national budget the "losses" of profits of the banks at the expense of further inflation. A single Russian State Savings Bank is enough for the Russian Federation.
We do not support the favour of the president to currency speculators, making it an extremely profitable "business" in line with the progressive impoverishment of the people. In this regard, the president acts against the people.
We do not support the rejection of the nationalization of major historical public sectors of the economy, first of all - electric power which was integral to the USSR and to ensure the transfer of power from one time zone to another with a cost-effective factor of its use.
We do not support the rejection of the nationalization of the main means of transportation - air and rail transport, which have become a lucrative business for the post-perestroika crooks and theft of public money from the budget.
Vladimir Putin is a president of a bourgeois state, and because of his status, he protects the interests of the economically ruling class - the bourgeoisie.
In summary, we can say that we support the bourgeois president in the issues and actions that are in the external and the internal policy, aimed at strengthening sovereignty and power of Russia, the growth of its national dignity.
However, we remain bitter rivals of the bourgeois order in Russia.
The conclusion of Marx, is that communism is the future of humanity, and defines the strategic policy of the AUCPB – To working towards socialism! (Lenin). And this is precisely the historical mission of Russia – to go ahead of the rest across the whole planet.

RUSSIA WITH JUST ONE SALVO REMOVED THE US NAVY FROM THE OPEN SEAS
Before the "Calibers" volley, made by the Caspian Flotilla, Washington was convinced that Russia was not able to effectively oppose US military action without the use of nuclear weapons. This, in fact, was based on American audacity in foreign policy.
Russia has demonstrated its full air hammer complex in which an airplane and its pilot are important and the most visible, but just one of many parts of ensuring the effective destruction of the enemy and their own security.
But the same group of Russian air force in Syria is too small, the opponent does not have a complete modern system of air defence, and aviation by Western countries does not oppose the Russian air force, and therefore to talk of complete superiority over the potential enemy in the aviation component is not necessary - there is not enough material for comparison.
But in regard to the naval component, on the 7th of October, one Caspian Flotilla, with one volley of 26 "Caliber" missiles against Islamic State bases in Syria for a long time (and in its present form forever) removed the US Navy from the open seas, the real factor that can provide a so-called projection of force (formerly called the "gunboat diplomacy").
That is, the Caspian Flotilla and the Black Sea Fleet is capable by not leaving their waters, of destroying any enemy in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Persian Gulf, and the Baltic Fleet able to keep covered the North Sea, English Channel and part of the Norwegian Sea. Taking into account the possibility of the Northern Fleet to monitor the North Atlantic due to the reach of the enemy, and a similar opportunity by the Pacific Fleet to drown all that floats in the Pacific Ocean north of Hawaii, the US Navy was unable to project a threat to the coast of Eurasia.
Since the missile salvo can be completely invisible to ships near the marine area with a distance of thousands of kilometres, American sailors will see rockets only at the moment of contact with their ship or on approach. They just do not have time to take effective measures for self-defence.
Thus, sharply reduced is the number of missiles in a salvo necessary to destroy the aircraft strike groups (ASG-s). This eliminates the need to use big surface ships in the Russian Fleet at a distance for effective retaliation. The United States simply can not follow each patrol, catching poachers in the Okhotsk and Caspian Seas (but capable of suddenly sinking an American aircraft carrier, peacefully grazing in three seas from this inconspicuous boat).
Until October 7, Washington was convinced that Russia was not able to effectively oppose US military action without the use of nuclear weapons. This, in fact, was based on American audacity in international politics.
Americans do not hide the fact that they use force, when they want to, simply because they think no one is able to adequately respond to them with conventional weapons, and Russia will not to start a nuclear war, either because of Iraq or because of Syria, or even because of Ukraine. They are like a cheeky teenager used to everyone in their company being weaker and start conflict on the principle: "Have a go, if you can," in full confidence that no one can. And suddenly, now it becomes clear that they can. Russia can.
The Americans have found themselves in an extremely difficult situation. The whole policy of recent years was based on the fact that at the critical moment, Washington is able to use force with relative impunity. Now it has become clear that they cannot.
Moreover, as demonstrated by projecting the fleet possibilities in aviation, the generals of the Pentagon have calculated that the Russian Air force is able to shoot targets in the United States without leaving Russian airspace. America for the first time in the history is feeling defenceless against conventional (non-nuclear) weapons.
But the most dangerous thing for the US is not that Russia has the ability to cover their territory and the territory of its allies in Eurasia of the US Navy, which has now become pointless burden for taxpayers (which, essentially is eliminated as a military and political argument). And not even the fact that Moscow may, if desired, shoot at the US with conventional weapons from a safe distance (just like the United States on Iraq).
The most important thing is that the US allies understand this. And most of them have long been faithful to the world hegemon only out of fear of its military capabilities, from which (in their opinion) no one is safe from. On October 7, Russia has shown that it can. It has fundamentally changed the entire military-political situation in the world.
Of course, the American allies and coalitions will fall apart immediately, but the US will now find it much more difficult to just command the allies, without taking into account their interests. Partners now have someone to go to. Washington would have to persuade and negotiate. Americans have long forgotten how to do it. Resources for the satisfaction of allies are not envisage. Yes, and the arguments of the United States are weak. If you believe Obama, the United States is the best because it is the best, and they all have to follow, because they have to.
This argument was valid till 7th October 2015. Today the situation has changed.

POSITION OF THE CC AUCPB FOR THE BELARUS AND
THE KALININGRAD REGION ON THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS BEING HELD ON OCTOBER 11, 2015
Another presidential election by decree of the Belarusian parliament was scheduled for 11 October 2015. In Belarus, for 21 years has been incumbant president, Alexander Lukashenko, who has four times won the presidential elections: in 1994, 2001, 2006 and 2010, respectively. In the history of the bourgeois Republic of Belarus, which was formed as a result of the counter-revolutionary coup in 1991, this is the fifth presidential election. The restriction previously held in the Belarusian Constitution, article 81 of which stated: "The same person can not be president more than two terms," was excluded from it as a result of the national referendum in 2004, the results of which the pro-Western opposition is still contesting.
The current election campaign takes place in a difficult political and economic situation: the bourgeois Republic of Belarus, formed by the counter-revolutionary coup of 1991, when a great power, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, was destroyed, like many other bourgeois countries, is making desperate and unsuccessful attempts to cope with the consequences of the economic crisis that hit the entire capitalist world.
From now on all the former Soviet republics, which became bourgeois states have been drawn into the orbit of the activities of world imperialism. But the crisis like around 100 years ago, were proved by V.I. Lenin to be the constant companions of imperialism. This is confirmed today.
The contradictions within the imperialist world and the crises lead to both local and global and wars for markets, for the seizure of foreign territories, for world domination. The essence of the aggravation of the crisis of modern imperialism is that the United States, the main imperialist power - is gradually losing its hegemony in the world. But Ziono-American circles do not want this, and in their quest for world domination, they have enmeshed the planet and their military bases around the world unleashing a chain of "color revolutions" and local wars.
On the path of US imperialism towards world domination now stands Russia. The ultimate goal of the Ziono-American circles is the destruction of Russia as an independent state and dismembering her into several enclaves.
In order to establish full control over the former Soviet republic and the creation of a base for an attack on Russia, the United States and other Western countries organized a coup in Ukraine in February 2014, as a result of which came to power there neo-banderov - frankly pro-fascist forces and unleashed a civil fratricidal war in Donbass.
Similar plans are held by the imperialist countries of the West also against Belarus. Their policy towards the Belarusian state also does not shine with originality. They are ready to go to war in our country, and they are noth bothered about Belarusian blood. They are helped in this by "the fifth column" which unfortunately, Belarus also has.
The last attempt to seize power by force puppets of the West (spiritual brothers of the Ukrainian neo-banderovs) took place on 19 December 2010 at the end of the penultimate presidential elections, when instigated by militant opposition leaders, the crowd went to Independence Square and tried to break into the Government House. However, at that time, the provocation failed miserably: the crowd was dispersed by Belarusian riot police, and some opposition leaders finished up in the dock.

Bourgeois power, as in previous election campaigns, strongly calls upon all citizens of Belarus to take part in the presidential elections, echoed by the vast majority of Belarusian political parties, including the Left, inspiring working people with the thought that with the help of elections, they can change their lives for the better.
The position of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks is unchanging: with the help of election ballots, the power of the bourgeoisie can not be torn away from them. Never in history has there been such that the bourgeoisie voluntarily surrendered power and the stolen wealth over to the working people. This is out of the question. The real president in a bourgeois state is capital, who hires whoever it desires into power. And whoever wins this election campaign under the domination of the bourgeoisie, in any country, including Belarus (Ivanov, Petrov or Sidorov), the capitalist socio-political system will remain unchanged. This is confirmed not only by the entire previous history of the world, but the 24-year history of the former Soviet Union. Only the names and some elements of government policy actually change, but the capitalist foundation of the state, private ownership of the means of production, the capitalist market economy and the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie, perhaps even in the form of bourgeois democracy, are preserved.
A vivid example of the above are the latest developments in Ukraine, where under the flag of the struggle against the domination of the oligarchs, led by then-President Yanukovych, the neo-banderovs were able to raise protests from the masses of people, and a coup, displacing the incumbent president. Currently, however, many Ukrainians are bitterly aware that after the revolution came to power in the face of other oligarchs the new president of Poroshenko - the "chocolate king", I. Kolomoisky, occupying the 2nd place in the ranking of the richest people of Ukraine (financing the nazi paramilitary formations, who are fighting in the Donbass), and others. The new company of oligarchs in power suppress the protests of workers in an even more sophisticated and cruel manner than the previous one, demonstrating to the working people, why a fascist dictatorship was introduced.
This experience and the experience of other countries once again convinces the workers that whatever the result of the election, the main contradiction of capitalism is preserved between the social character of production and the private capitalist form of appropriation of social labor. Hence always follows the evils of capitalism: a steady increase in income differences of the exploiting minority and the exploited majority, the impoverishment of the workers and the uncertainty of the future in view of the constant threat of unemployment and social insecurity. For example, the contract system of employment of workers in Belarus has transformed them into absolutely powerless slaves.
The current practice of political struggle clearly confirms the truly prophetic words of V.I. Lenin: "... The proletariat can not win without winning over the majority of the population. But to limit or determine this by the winning of the majority of votes in elections under the rule of the bourgeoisie, is an impassable blockhead or just a mockery over the workers "(Full. Cit. Op., T.40, p. 14).
As a consistent supporter of the teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin, the AUCPB, unlike other so-called communist parties, since its inception, advocates the revolutionary form of struggle against capital. The Bolsheviks of Belarus during the years of the bourgeois restoration true to this line also say: the power of the bourgeoisie can only snatched away in a revolutionary way, through socialist revolution. In addition, the Bolsheviks as the most consistent conductors of communist ideology, have always opposed and still oppose the presidential form of government of the bourgeois institution of power, and believe that the best president for the working people is Soviet power - the dictatorship of the proletariat in alliance with the peasantry and the working intelligentsia, which is necessary fight for. Therefore, any elections in the bourgeois system of government should be regarded as an another withdrawal of workers away from class struggle, another campaign by capital to dupe the masses in order to prolong its existence.
As part of this campaign, the Belarusian state media are constantly trying to convince the public both inside the republic and outside it, that the economy of our country is at the service of the working people, ordinary people. It is emphasized that in Belarus a large piece of property is in the hands of the state and not stolen by the oligarchs, as is the case of Russia. However, according to the Statistical Yearbook of the Republic of Belarus, 62.7% of industrial output in the country is produced in private enterprises, including foreign-owned ones. And this percentage from year to year is constantly increasing, that is, everything goes according to Lenin: private property every minute every second generates another private property. It should be added that in some industries this percentage is even higher: 94.4% in the fuel industry, light industry 80.8%, food 79.9%, building materials industry 63.4%. It is particularly important to note that trade in the country is mainly concentrated in private hands: 81.9% of retail trade turnover falls on private trade. In Belarus there are now all the components of the capitalist market: the market of means of production, capital market and securities, labour market and the market for articles of personal consumption. As for state-owned enterprises, they have long been working under the laws of the capitalist market and are involved in business on a par with private enterprises, i.e. they are state capitalist property. The situation is similar in agriculture.
As you can see from the above, our Republic of Belarus is an ordinary bourgeois state, headed by the president of the bourgeois. The prevailing type of economic relations in the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian authorities promote as a special "Belarusian model" of the economy, but from a Marxist-Leninist point of view this model is nothing new and bears and is characterized as state capitalism, which every year is getting closer to the usual form of capitalism with a predominance of private property. There is no so-called "Belarusian miracle". Although the figures of the Belarusian economy are among the highest in the former Soviet Union, nothing compares to the Soviet growth rate. The real miracle (the so-called the "Russian miracle") was demonstrated to the world the Soviet socialist economy under Stalin, its growth rate still remains unsurpassed: the growth rate of the economy of the capitalist Japan (called in the 70s, "the Japanese miracle") and capitalized economy of modern China in 2.5 times lower than Stalin. Also known from recent history: the success of the bourgeois economy are of a temporary nature, the surge in growth, even relatively long, as a rule, should decline.

On 17 and 20 July at the meetings of the Central Election Commission the decision was made to register 8 initiative groups to nominate candidates for the presidency of Belarus: Alexander Lukashenko, Sergei Kalyakin, Sergei Haidukevich, Viktor Tereshchenko, Nicholas Ulakhovich, Jeanne Romanovsky, Tatyana Karatkevich and Anatoly Lebedko.
The alignment of political forces Belarus is determined in accordance with the economic interests of the various groups and strata of Belarusian society. In recent years, the struggle in the elections in Belarus are among the political currents of two main directions. Some defend the interests of the national bourgeoisie which are parties and policies oriented towards the current government, including the Communist Party of Belarus (KPB leader Karpenko), which decided not to nominate its candidate and fully focus its work on campaigning for Lukashenko, others are working in the interests of selling out which is the comprador bourgeoisie and policies oriented to the West, and the nationalist-leaning politicians. None of the political parties, and no politician, participating in elections, defend the interests of the workers, peasants and intellectuals, as under the domination by bourgeoisie parliamentary methods this cannot be done.
The national bourgeoisie gets profits mainly at the expense of its own production, and the spokesman of it interests in Belarus is the current President Alexander Lukashenko. His administration mainly emphasises capitalist integration with Russia, thus ensuring the free movement of capital, labour, goods, services, the creation of new financial and industrial groups, the increase in markets and, as a consequence, the revival of national industry, and hence increase the ultimate goal of any profits of capitalist production. However, it should be noted that if in the recent past a significant part of our economy has been focused on Russia, at the present time, as a result of the expulsion of Belarus from the sphere of the Russian market, the Belarusian economy is becoming increasingly "multi-vector" in nature. The West took advantage of the situation and abandoned the policy of harsh confrontation with Belarus then began steps to gradually retract it into its sphere of influence, still placing as the strategic goal - to isolate the former Soviet republics from Russia, and to prevent the formation of a union on the former USSR.
Unfortunately, the integration of Belarus and Russia has encountered problems whose solution is delayed. It has been 15 years since the signing of the Treaty establishing the Union State, but now we have to admit: in the question of unification of currency systems and the adoption of the Constitutional Act, referred to in the Agreement, we have not moved forward. You do not have enough of the main thing – the political will of Russia and Belarus, including Alexander Lukashenko.
Recently, in connection with the events in Ukraine, in the statements and actions of Alexander Lukashenko were certain contradictions and inconsistencies. For example, in fact, recognizing the Crimea in Russia, and later answering Ukrainian program "Shuster LIVE” he reproachfully said that the Ukrainian government and the Ukrainian military themselves have handed over the peninsula, and at the same time asked the question: "Why did you not protect your land?" It is not clear what lies in such arguments? Would it not be better if the Ukrainian military had fired at Russia and unleashed a war on the peninsula? Is that what he is saying?
Many people in Belarus were perplexed at the recognition by Alexander Lukashenko of Acting President of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov, who came to power in a coup. By order of Alexander Turchinov began military operations in the south-east of Ukraine, which killed plenty of civilians in the region. The same applies to Poroshenko, the legitimacy of the election for the presidency of Ukraine have raised doubts by many observers. He promised to end the war in the Donbass, however there is military action, and the policy of outright genocide intensified.
This position was condemned many people in Belarus, first of all, war and labour veterans, who know firsthand what fascism is. Such a controversial tactic is not conducive to the strengthening of friendly relations with Russia.
With regard to the comprador bourgeoisie, it receives its income through the sale of imported goods, attracting foreign capital, and with it exploiting their workers, it is in politics relying on the openly pro-Western most reactionary forces who, acting under the slogan of bourgeois nationalism, in effect they are anti-national, collaborationist. They belong to the nationalist parties such as the Belarusian Popular Front, the United Civic Party, Belarusian Social Democratic Party "(Narodnaya Hramada"), and others. Despite all efforts, they failed to nominate a single candidate.
There have been attempts by some opposition leaders to gather signatures for nomination as a candidate in the presidential candidate of Belarus Nikolai Statkevich – a fanatical nationalist and Russophobe rightly convicted for openly aggressive acts and incitement to revolution in December 2010. And his threats against the incumbent president during a televised debate on the eve of the election were so boorish that in America, where the opposition is often cited as an example of "civilization", he would be placed in handcuffs when leaving the TV studio, without waiting for him to lead a crowd of supporters to Independence Square to beat the doors of Government House. However, the CEC rejected this venture with the registration of the N. Statkevich group because according to the law, a prisoner has no right to stand as a candidate in any election.
The Belarusian party of leftists “A Just World" (formerly the Party of Communists of Belarus, chairman of S. Kalyakin), is also actively involved in the activities of the pro-Western opposition, since May 2007 the leader of the party "A Just World "- co-chair of the Political Council of the United 'Democratic Forces" (UDF). But in this election campaign, S. Kalyakin, as well as other candidates from the opposition, participates as an independent representative, placing hope only on his own team.
So meanwhile, four teams from the pro-Western opposition candidates in the presidential elections are going on their own, each acting on its own.
Note: there is no doubt that the West, placing under its influence the Baltic republics, Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, will not leave Belarus alone. Knowing about the aggressiveness and assertiveness of the structures of the West, one must be prepared to see the use of force by it in order to seize power in Belarus despite the defeat in December 2010. However today, after the bloody Kiev Maidan, the Belerus opposition leaders meanwhile are not daring to openly call people onto the Square. But in the opposition newspaper mouthpiece "Narodnaya Volya", the instigators of the crowds during the events entitled the "Square" are still lauded as heroes. The same newspaper published an article with the demand to demolish the monument to V.I. Lenin at the Government House, and replace the current national flag of the Belarus Republic adopted by national referendum, with the "white-red- white" flag, which during the years of Nazi occupation, was used by the pro-Nazi Belarusian Central Rada. Particularly intensified is the glorification of the Kiev Maidan and its "heroes". A significant place in the newspaper was given to anti-Russian and anti-Russian articles, while at the same referendum, the people of Belarus clearly called for the strengthening of relations with Russia. That is, these articles are essentially anti-peoples, anti-Belarusian. It is not clear as to where the Belarusian authorities are looking? Such publications should be shut down.
And yet, with all of the above problems, it should be recognized that currently, the rating of the current president in the country far exceeds the rating of all other contenders for power put together. Of course, such authority of the acting bourgeois power was created with the help of administrative resources: the Belarusian state media from morning to night broadcast about the socially-oriented economy of the bourgeois Republic of Belarus, and says nothing here about the constantly rising prices, even for essential commodities, more expensive food, medicine, utilities, public transportation, more on the basis of transition paid health care and education. These "achievements" are indirectly reflected in the following fact: during the construction of the bourgeois structures, the population of Belarus decreased from 10 million 210 thousand people in 1994 to 9 million 485.3 thousand people in July 2015.
Based on the foregoing, the Bureau of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks for Belarus and the Kaliningrad region decided NOT TO PARTICIPATE in the elections to the President of Republic of Belarus, which are inherently ELECTIONS WITHOUT A CHOICE.
In the course of the election campaign, AUCPB party organizations in Belarus set the task:
1. To explain to the citizens of Belarus the Bolshevik position on the presidential elections at this stage. It should use the campaign to promote the party's position on issues of power and class struggle, promote the Bolshevik idea of the necessity of the revolutionary overthrow of the unjust capitalist system and restore the most progressive socialist society, to expose the presidency as a bourgeois, anti-national institution of power, as well as myths about the possibility of choosing a "good" president, to improve the lives of workers.
2. Every Communist-Bolshevik is to set a specific target for the dissemination of the Bolshevik press among the working people of Belarus, making the most of every opportunity to participate in election meetings, pickets, rallies.
3. Bear in mind that active Bolshevik work among the masses in the course of this election campaign should contribute to deconstructing the illusions of working people about improvement in their lives under capitalism. In addition, the campaign should be used to gain experience of political work among the masses, strengthen the Party ranks and raise the profile of the Bolshevik organizations among the workers, peasants and intellectuals.
4. In the case of a second round of presidential elections and the emergence of the real danger of a victory by the pro-Western candidate, then we should participate in the elections and lead a very active campaign "AGAINST" the given candidate, to avoid the legal seizure of power in Belarus by a puppet of the West.
With this, the AUCPB Bureau of the Central Committee for Belarus and the Kaliningrad region encourages working people of Belarus:
1. To remain vigilant against reactionary political forces supported by Western sponsors seeking and not really hoping for a victory in elections, to carry out in our country a violent fascist coup similarly to the one carried out by the neo-banderovs in Ukraine in February 2014 with the support of the imperialist circles of the West, primarily the United States.
2 . Continuing the line of the unity of action of all left-wing forces to create an anti-imperialist and anti-fascist front of the working people of Belarus.
3. To actively support the integration of Belarus with Russia and other republics of the former Soviet Union in the framework of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, the Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC), and others as this integration facilitates the unification of working people in the struggle against capitalism.
3. Tear up all the attempts of the Belarusian pro-Western nationalist organizations to destabilize the situation in the republic and establishing a violent terrorist dictatorship in Belarus, controlled by the imperialists of Western countries led by the United States.
4. Step up the fight for the restoration of Soviet power - the power of the workers, peasants and intellectuals, socialism and the great state - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
We Bolsheviks are certain that only the class struggle, leading to the dictatorship of the proletariat, will allow workers to throw off the shackles of capitalist slavery and open up for them the way to a brighter future towards socialism and communism.
(Note by FB-AUCPB - Alexander Lukashenko secured 83.47% of the vote with voter turnout at 87.22% at the 11 October 2015 presidential election).

CELEBRATING THE VICTORIES OF THE KOREAN COMMUNISTS

THE people of Democratic Korea celebrated the 70th anniversary of the Workers Party of Korea in style with a massive military parade through Kim Il Sung Square in Pyongyang on 10th October. And throughout the world communists joined them at events to mark the foundation of the party that has led the Korean revolution to victory after victory in the decades that followed.
London was no exception, with a number of meetings and events that concluded with a reception at the DPR Korea embassy last week. Tributes to sacrifice and steadfastness of the Korean communists who transformed the liberated north of the Korean peninsula into a workers’ paradise were made by Daphne Liddle from the New Communist Party and Michael Chant from the Revolutionary Communist Party of Britain (ML) along with others from the Korean Friendship Association, Socialist Labour Party and the CPGB (ML).
The Workers’ Party of Korea was founded on 10th October 1945 by great leader Kim Il Sung. Since its birth the WPK has led the Korean revolution and socialist construction, performing tremendous feats of socialist construction in defiance of US aggression and imperialist blockade. Dear leader Kim Jong Il carried on the work to overcome imperialist blockade and natural disasters, to make the DPRK a nuclear power and raise living standards to even new heights. Now under the guidance of the respected leader Kim Jong Un, the WPK is leading the drive to build a thriving and prosperous socialist republic.

SALUTE THE WORKERS' PARTY OF KOREA!

Korean solidarity activists celebrated the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Workers Party of Korea on Saturday 3rd October at a meeting organised by Juche Idea Study Group and the Korean Friendship Association (KFA). New Communist Party comrades, including general secretary Andy Brooks and Central Committee member Daphne Liddle, joined supporters of the Korean revolution in marking this important date in the Korean calendar at a hall in central London last weekend.
Keynote speakers Dermot Hudson, Shaun Pickford and Thae Yong Ho from the London embassy of the DPR Korea, outlined the fighting history of the Korean communist movement supported by others including NCP leader Andy Brooks, Alex Meads and David Munoz on different aspects of the Korean revolution.
The WPK was founded on 10th October 1945 by great leader Kim Il Sung. Since its birth the WPK has led the Korean revolution and socialist construction, performing tremendous feats. Under the guidance of the respected leader Kim Jong Un, the WPK is now leading the drive to build a thriving and impregnable socialist country.
Dermot Hudson said: "The Workers' Party of Korea which was, 70 years ago, founded on October 10th originally as the Communist Party of North Korea by the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung and is led today by the great leader comrade Kim Jong Un is a Juche type party totally different to both bourgeois parties such as Tory and New Labour and also to the former ruling parties of the socialist countries.
“It is different because it is rooted the popular masses. It was not formed as a result of a sudden decision but its formation was a process that actually spanned several decades starting with the formation of the Down with Imperialism Union on October 17th 1926 by the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung. Indeed the process did not come to an end on October 10th 1945 but a further merger of parties took place in 1946 between the Communist Party of North Korea and the New Democratic Party to form the Workers' Party of North Korea. This prevented the forces of the working masses being split.
“In 1949 the Workers' Party of North Korea merged with the Workers' Party of South Korea to form a unified party for the whole of Korea the Workers Party of Korea. Indeed the road travelled by the Workers' Party of Korea since October 10th 1945 has been one of continuous struggle, development and consolidation....
“The WPK is proudly known throughout the world, from Sao Paulo to Vladivostok, for its struggle for socialism and its anti-US, anti-imperialist struggle. It is known as an invincible iron-willed party of Juche! Under the leadership of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un the WPK is continuing the anti-imperialist and anti-revisionist traditions of the Workers’ Party of Korea”.
NCP leader Andy Brooks said: "The Workers' Party of Korea has led the Korean revolution performing tremendous feats in socialist construction, defeating US imperialism, beating the US-led economic blockade and overcoming natural disasters to become a nuclear power and a modern socialist society that serves the people throughout their lives. The revolutionary struggle was led by the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung and dear leader comrade Kim Jong Il . Today leader Kim Jong Un follows their footsteps at the helm of the party ".
Alex Meads spoke on the foreign policy of the Workers' Party of Korea . He explained that the WPK and DPRK's foreign policy is based on independence, peace and friendship . He praised the DPRK 's noble proletarian internationalist assistance to Cuba and Vietnam in their struggle against US imperialism . He said that the foreign relations of the WPK are rapidly expanding.
This was taken up by David Munoz who thanked the Workers' Party of Korea for its contribution to the world communist movement and said that the WPK is the vanguard of the world communist movement.
After the speeches everyone joined the Korean comrades for a party to celebrate the foundation of the WPK and everyone thought it was an afternoon well-spent at the Chadswell Centre in central London.
The UK Korean Friendship Association (KFA) organises solidarity meetings and protest pickets in London throughout the year. The KFA also works side by side with the Friends of Korea committee which also holds regular events in the capital.

The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) and the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) today issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the Policy Department of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of the 24th of November;
Yesterday was the 5th anniversary of the Yonghyong firing incident . The south Korean puppets committed the reckless and base act of staging a live firing drill in the waters around the five islands in the West Sea,an area of extreme tension where the socialist DPRK and fascist south Korea confront each other at gunpoint , an area where there have been many armed clashes claiming casualties. Despite the history of the area and the warnings of the KPA Southwestern front command the puppets went ahead with live firing .
Worse still the south Korean puppets staged a so-called "memorial service " at which they blatantly refused to accept responsiblity for having provoked the
Yongphyong Incident in the first place. They even tried to present as a victory when the world knows that it was a grave defeat for them and at the time they ran around like frightened rats.
The grossly provocative act of defacing the DPRK National Flag was carried out by ultra-fascist hooligans and scum in Seoul as well as the act of insulting the Supreme leadership of the DPRK. The south Korean puppets should be made to pay dearly for these acts.
The stance of the Policy Department of the DPRK NDC is a correct one. The south Korean puppets are not heeding the letter or the spirit of the agreements reached in August but are persisting in extreme anti- DPRK provocations and warmongering thus it will become impossible to solve any problems through dialogue and negotiation.
If the south Korean authorities truly value peace and reconciliation then they need to change course at once !

By the end of 1992, the retail prices of consumer goods increased by 26 times. Average wages by 12 times. The real incomes of the population by the end of the first year of the reforms amounted to 44% of the far from brilliant 1991 level. Decent hard working people spent from 60 to 90% of their income on food. The population was deprived of their saving that people accumulated their lifetime.
During only a few months! - 30% of Russia's oil exports and 70% of exports of metals slipped from government agencies into private hands. Literally everything from strategic reserves, metals and food to awards and soldiers' belts was stolen and shipped abroad.
... Chubais with the sweeping gesture of a magician put everything up for sale at once: the major oil companies, metallurgical and mining companies, timber processing complexes, car factories, tractor factories, engineering plants, ports and fleets of ships ... And all this wealth was "sold off" by the rules of gamblers. Almost everything put up for sale turned out to be bought at ridiculously low prices, and did not have anything to do with the real cost of profitability.
At the same time in the country at a very frightening rate, the number of private banks multiplied, almost more than in the rest of the world. The new-born banks quickly mastered the new kind of production out of thin air of tangible real money. The central bank gave out loans at 120%, and private banks were doing the same thing at already 300%. The officials accepted bribes, and the banks - money.
Thus, the vast majority of former state property was sold at bargain prices.
Sverdlovsk industrial giant plant "Uralmash", was sold for 3 million 720 thousand dollars, the Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant - 3 million 730 thousand, Kovrov Mekhzavod (the largest producer of small arms) - 2 mln.700 thousand., Chelyabinsk Tractor plant - 2 mln 200 thousand. For comparison - the average European bakery is worth 2 million dollars, and a workshop for the production of "lining" - 4.5 million ...
In 1995, it was suddenly discovered that the government has no money. And with the Soviet "mismanagement", like, all over and done with, and the masters at the industrial giants announcing that, as we were lied to, we shall immediately take care of our property, grooming and cherishing it, and trickle in state tax deductions, but there is no money!
Unsold by that time were only the shares in defence, oil and partially metallurgical packages, enshrined in the federal property, and some other things. But too many tidbits – how could our predators not allow anything from falling into the clutches of their greedy hands! Especially as because there was nothing else left to sell off.
It was definitely a primitive TRANSFER of the mentioned enterprises into private hands - for virtually nothing. "Norilsk Nickel" - the world monopoly on the manufacture of a number of precious metals, a supplier to the world market of more than 40% of platinum and the so-called Platinum Group, a manufacturer of more than 90% nickel and 60% copper in Russia, a producer of gold and silver, secured with ores over the next hundred years. The annual profit of the plant was about 1.5 billion dollars. And all of this grace fell into the hands of Potanin and his team ... for just one hundred and seventy million dollars! For next to nothing!
And then there is tycoon Abramovich. The struggle for "Sibneft" helped him beat another future oligarch - Berezovsky. It is not necessary to explain how "Sibneft" was privatized, how one-day firms were created, how the auction itself was conducted and how competitors were rubbed out. One thing we can say, and that is the Audit Chamber estimates that the state in the privatization of "Sibneft" that was bought up for 100 million 300 thousand dollars, lost 18 trillion 600 billion rubles in the process.
And here we have oligarch Khodorkovsky. Having received "Yukos", he arrived at Nefteyugansk and for a week in rubber boots climbed about on wells. The workers complained of low pay and difficult life. The answer was simple: "If you do not want to work for this money, then I’ll bring the Chinese here, and you lot can all clear off!" So, the workers had to work for the money offered, and even for less, because the restructuring plan at "Yukos" which called for a triple reduction in the number of workers! And the other workers, respectively, were squeezed even harder - for the same salary. "The company has no other reserves, other than reducing wages," - said Russia's richest man, whose wealth was already estimated at $ 7 billion.
Marx "nails it" in capital, saying that there is no crime whatsoever that capital would not commit, in the interest of making a three hundred percent profit. He added that for the sake of profit, capital does not hesitate to betray and spit on the fate of its own country. And examples of this in the country's history amount to many.
To crank out all the above operations, and make huge profits, needs not just one sophisticated and resourceful mind. The acquisition of former Soviet public property, ours and your property, was a colossal operation, with its own HQ and army, with agents of influence skilled in misinformation and propaganda.
For the arriving "new Russian" public, they were accustomed to buying everything they you needed. And in the new world, everything had become a commodity - power, influence, knowledge. Everything bought and sold - ostensibly opposition parties, the press and TV, Duma deputies and all other smaller minds, purchased by the authorities. The system is rotten from top to bottom. And this situation was provoked by the state.

SOCIALISM IS NEEDED TODAY MORE THAN EVER BEFORE!

CLARIFICATION BY THE GERMAN COMMUNIST PARTY ON THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF "GERMAN UNITY"
3 October celebrated 25 years of "German unity". These 25 years are considered the "success story" of Germany. But we say that there is nothing to celebrate!
We recall: On October 2, 1990 the GDR, according to article 23 of the Constitution, acceded to the Federal Republic of Germany. It was the end of a process that began in the summer and fall of 1989, continuing the opening of borders on 9 November 1989 and the election of the People's Chamber of 18 March 1990. The end of the German Democratic Republic, the first socialist state on German soil, which for 40 years defeated the power of capital - became a reality. Thus disappeared from German soil a country where the working class and its party, the SED, in alliance with other social forces for 40 years were building socialism. It was a country that enjoyed respect across the world due to the fact that it stood for peace, mutual understanding of peoples and international solidarity with the other socialist countries.
After liberation in 1945, German and Soviet socialists as well as communists took a firm decision to maintain a unified Germany and re-establish a democratic country without fascists and militarists, to really build a new democratic and peaceful Germany. This was assumed in Potsdam agreement of the four victory countries. But the situation evolved differently. "Better half a Germany united as a whole, than a whole Germany that was divided " - that was the motto of the Adenauer Foundation, through which the country was split.
After the founding of West Germany on May 23, 1949, there was no other choice but to establish in turn their own state. It arose on October 7, 1949. The end of the GDR in addition to external, objective historical, economic and political reasons - also had subjective reasons. These are, as in other socialist countries of Europe, and above all, in the Soviet Union, the processes in the ruling party, the SED, which during the 70s and 80s were increasingly losing confidence among most people.
The processes that led to October 3, 1990, were also the result of external and internal counterrevolution. Since the beginning of the GDR, there were attempts - primarily from Western Germany - to strangle and destroy socialism on German soil: economic pressures, trade blockades, massive over-recruitment of specialists, sabotage and terrorist attacks, up to the planning of Day X and military threats. But there was also ideological subversion, and finally, politics, planned and carried out primarily by West German Social Democrats - "Change through rapprochement". All possibilities, including also the errors of the GDR and its political leadership were used. This happened in 1989-90.
Economic and Monetary Union at the beginning of July 1990 meant that the GDR was fast becoming the property of West Germany, with East Germany being handed over to big capital, completely subordinated to it, and without any chance of its own, independent development.
They had achieved what they aspired to for 40 years: the question of property and power was decided in favour of West German corporations, banks and insurance companies, and none of them had the slightest desire to preserve in eastern Germany possible competitors. Treaty 2 plus 4, the final declaration of accession of the People's Chamber of the GDR, the merger agreement - this is only legally and politically perpetuated actually prevailing political circumstances.
Consequences of Economic and Monetary merger, which was followed by a political merger on October 3, that is to say, the annexation of the state, for the majority of the citizens of the GDR, were utterly devastating. The people's property after the annexation of the GDR became noone’s and with the aid of the "Treuhand", was systematically plundered and divided. The "winners" were the West German banks and insurance companies and concerns: among other things, they excluded the competition for themselves, adopted trade ties, gained an expansion of markets.
Since 1990, the industry of the GDR - not counting the few 'tidbits' – has been destroyed, and state institutions, as well as many cultural institutions have been "rebuilt". Hundreds of thousands of graduates of universities and institutes have been sacked. From 1990 to 1995 in East Germany, 3 million jobs were destroyed. In 1997, in the field of industry were working only a third of the number of employees, who were there in 1989.
From citizens having rights under the Labour Code of the German Democratic Republic, and as a rule, successfully implementing these rights, in the months and years since 1990, many residents of the GDR had turned into beggars and recipients of handouts. As a result, in some regions, especially young, highly qualified specialists began to leave their homes on mass.
The fact is that layoffs and "transfers", but also the legal and political consequences, especially touched those who had been an active supporter of the GDR and socialism.
Due to the destruction of enterprises and public institutions, there followed the step by step destruction of many areas of economy, science and culture, the constant uncertainty about whether or not some kind of work will be found, constant de-legitimization and defamation of socialism, the forced "Stasi" -hysteria and so on, followed by the massive destruction of the solidarity of those who only together can defend their rights.
The unequal attitude towards East Germans survives until today. As before, in eastern Germany are lower wages, longer working hours, lower pensions and higher unemployment rates than in the "old federal states."
But also in western Germany since 1990 the situation has changed for many: in many regions, especially in recent years, the number of unemployed and the poor has grown dramatically. German big business was strengthened by the defeat of socialism in Europe and the annexation of the GDR, and that all strengthened its economic and political influence in the EU and worldwide. The balance of power has fundamentally changed. It is time for the offensive to achieve even greater power and strength.
And it is not only East Germany that since 1990 has become the experimental field for the privatization of big capital, de-regulation, the destruction of social gains and democratic rights. The "experience" gained had been used throughout the country, and then to the EU-Europe. The then chairman of the German Industrial Association 16.12.2004 explained in a PHOENIX tv channel interview: on "09/11/89 with the opening of the Berlin Wall, we have lit the fuse for the destruction of the welfare state. Following the laws of Harz-4 follow-Harz and Harz-5 to 8. This is a class struggle, and thus it is good that the enemy on the other side is almost indistinguishable."
With the defeat of socialism in Europe and the end of the GDR, "rose up" Germany's role in European and international politics, and the path was free to participate in foreign wars and military actions by the Bundeswehr in the interests of capital. Today, the war is also based on the area of the former GDR. At the modern army training ground in Europe, at combat training centers (GÜZ) in Saxony-Anhalt, soldiers are trained to wage war and to suppress uprisings. But that is not enough. There was a loud demand "to take on more responsibilities" (Hauk) worldwide...
This policy has greatly contributed to the escalation of wars and armed conflicts - the main reason for the emergence of millions of refugees. And murderous war against the refugees at the EU borders with Germany has led to many thousands of victims. The danger of war in Europe is growing.
However, we are talking about even more: the destruction of social and political rights, the deterioration of living and working conditions in the country for many people, is clear evidence of the fact that in today's balance of forces, even at large demonstrations across the world, as well as strikes at enterprises reach far less than 25-26 years ago – and all this is crippling resistance.
In this situation, right-wing populists and fascists, not only in the east, but also in the west of Germany, as in many other European countries, offer imaginary exits from the social and political impasse. This process is very dangerous.
All this was impossible for many years until 1989/90, before the death and destruction of the socialist countries in Europe and East Germany. Then, the lust for power by the aggressive circles of West German monopoly capital and its political representatives could be inserted into a frame.
25 years after October 3, 1990, bourgeois propaganda again spins: that there was a peaceful "revolution" against the "illegitimate regime of the GDR," against the "lack of freedom", and the "Stasi", and that all this has led to "German unity." Distortion of history and attempts to de–legitimise the GDR continue to this day, because people have to believe that there is no social alternative to capitalism that exists.
But that trace that the GDR left, is too deep in spite of the ongoing anti-communist propaganda, and today many people remember that there was a country where there was social security, where no had fear of losing ones job, a country with a progressive education system, health system, having its faults, but equal for all. People remember that in this country has been achieved much more for women's equality with men, it was a country which had never started wars, where the state doctrine was solidarity with the oppressed and exploited, peace and anti-fascism.
We, the Communist and the Communists retain the memory of the GDR, a better Germany, the possibility of social alternatives. But we also say, the struggle against war, for peace, for social and democratic rights, against the fascists and the change of ownership relations should be strengthened.
Socialism today is needed more than ever!

DECLARATION OF THE BULGARIAN SLAVIC MOVEMENT ON THE SITUATION IN UKRAINE

D E C L A R A T I O N
The Bulgarian Slavic Movement expresses its alarm and concern over the events in Ukraine. Chaos, clashes and confrontation in the civil war in this country puts at risk the lives of innocent people, children, women and old people. The wanton destruction of the civilian population of Donbass, which has been forced for a whole year to be on the defensive, the countless victims and the destruction of the habitat of the people - all of this goes beyond the imaginable and unimaginable scope of international law and the Constitution and laws of Ukraine itself.
We are indignant at the denial of the rights to free expression of opinions and beliefs, the destruction of any democratic rights, the mockery over man.
After the killings in Odessa, the brutal persecution of communists, even the prohibition of the very existence of communist parties, we can now talk of the establishment of an illegitimate, criminal regime that can only be described as fascism. The history of Ukraine knows already knows the colour and smell of this disaster, the revived corpse of Bandera, which in the past brought so much misery and suffering to the Slavic peoples. Today, this ugly phenomenon serves U.S. imperialism that in turn seeks to take possession of the riches of a single corner of the planet where no conqueror set foot - NATO and the US - Russia.
Therefore underway is a dirty campaign of inflating nationalism and intolerance in Ukraine. The Ukrainian people, the brotherly Slavic people are being put into the position of a slave and an assassin. Anyone who opposes this policy is pursued and destroyed.
The Bulgarian Slavic Movement is outraged at the number of political prisoners who crowd the prisons of Ukraine. The people incarcerated are being bullied, tortured and humiliated, kept in isolation, without any good reason. We protest against the violation of international law and the laws and the Constitution of Ukraine, against reprisals against dissenters.
In Uzhgorod prison for a year without any bases include, without conducting a trial, the editor of the AUCPB newspaper "Workers' and Peasants truth" Anatoliya Arkadevich Maeyevsky. He was denied even house arrest, deprived of the right to a lawyer and his loved ones, and made impossible to even talk on the phone. Here is a violation of human rights in all areas. The judges and the prosecutor of Uzhgorod play comedy, continuing to postpone the consideration of the case under various pretexts, breaking Procedure. That is, there is complete demoralization of the judicial system of Ukraine in respect of the rights of prisoners, denial of the presumption of innocence, etc.

ANTI-GLOBALIZATION CONFERENCE IN MOSCOW
On September 20, 2015 in the Moscow hotel "President Hotel", Russia’s anti-globalization movement held the world's first conference entitled "A dialogue of nations. Peoples’ right to self-determination and the building of a multi-polar world". Arriving there were dozens of political figures from around the world advocating for the inalienable right of every nation to self-determination, a multipolar system of international relations. The parties represented were "Catalan Solidarity for Independence", the Irish Republican Socialist Party, the party of "Sinn Fein", Italian party "Millenum", front "Polisario" (Western Sahara), the movement for the rights of blacks in the United States "Uhuru", Puerto Rico State "Borinquen", the Kingdom of Hawaii, Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republic. The conference was also attended by representatives of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic. It was attended by representatives of the Texas Nationalist Movement and Scottish patriots ", but none were allowed to participate in the event by their authorities.
The right of nations to self-determination, the right to secede and form an independent national state - is one of the fundamental sovereign rights of each nation; one of the basic demands of the Marxist-Leninist program of solving the national question. "... the self-determination of nations means the political separation of these nations from alien national bodies, and the formation of an independent national state (V. I. Lenin, Collected Works, 4th English Edition,
Progress Publishers, Moscow, 1964 p 397.
The right to self-determination is not, of course, the obligation to separate, and it does not mean that a nation always has to exercise this right. It equally implies both freedom of secession, and freedom of rapprochement and unification. Marxism-Leninism is strictly delimits the demand for the right to secede from the question of the expediency of secession. In solving the national question Leninism proceeds from a comprehensive analysis and consideration of all socio-historical conditions, both domestic and international, taken in their change and development.
It is important to note that the right of nations to self-determination is enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations (Article 1, paragraph 2) . The Declaration "On the Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations" on October 24, 1970 states: "By virtue of the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, all peoples have the right freely to determine, without external interference, their political status and to pursue their economic, social and cultural development, and every State has the duty to respect this right in accordance with the provisions of the Charter.
The establishment of a sovereign and independent State, the free association or integration with an independent State, or the emergence into any other political status freely determined by a people constitute modes of implementing the right of self-determination that people.”
De facto for self-determination, as an example, forty million Kurdish people have to fight, a fierce fight, at the "mercy" of the British colonialists a century ago, who divided it up between Syria, Turkey, Iraq, Iran. And the American imperialists, "snapped off" for themselves Texas, annexed from Mexico, and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
The conference "A dialogue of nations" began with the opening words of the president of the anti-globalization movement of Russia, Alexander Ionov. In his speech, Alexander Ionov drew attention to the ultimate goal of this conference: "Our ultimate goal - is the destruction of the principles of intervention in the affairs of sovereign states by political, military and economic impact, the localization of humanitarian disasters and the cessation of armed conflict, respect for human rights and guarantees of a decent life of indigenous people, the cessation of repression and recognition of crimes against humanity and civilization.
"We want to find allies in our struggle – stated Vladimir Sverzhin, a member of the Commonwealth of Donbass Militia Veterans- not so much in the local struggle in Donbass, as the global confrontation of that globalist policy, which made hostages of Donbass and Ukraine as a whole. That was the detonator of Ukraine against Russia.
The chairman of the state building committee of New Russia (Novorossiya) Vladimir Rogov noted that New Russia - is "probably the youngest state formation that has been born in the throes of the post-Soviet expanse." "New Russia de facto exists in the minds and hearts of people, a small - legal registration of sovereignty. The historical processes can not be stopped, they still go ahead. The main task is it to be bloodless.
"A huge dissatisfaction by Texas of Washington's actions, as well as in the homeland of the current US President Barack Obama - State of Hawaii. Representatives of the "Texas Nationalist Movement" could not come to Moscow, so in support of the rights of US citizens, Lanny Sinkin, who identified himself as the chief adviser to the king of independent and sovereign State of Hawaii had this to say:
"In 1993, the US Congress passed a resolution apologizing to the Hawaiian people for the illegal annexation in 1898. It said that the Hawaiian people never lose their right to sovereignty and has the right to their national land. The resolution called for reconciliation, but the Hawaiian people are still waiting for when it will happen "- said Sinkin.
Omali Yeshitela, chairman of the “Uhuru movement" made a speech. This movement protects the worldwide rights of black people. Omali immediately warned: "I am the head of the revolutionary organization. Nothing can change our attitude towards US imperialism, we can not deal with them by peaceful means. " According to him, American "democracy" does not allow blacks to exercise their constitutional rights. The Conference, which was held in Moscow, would have been impossible to hold inside the "main torchlight of democracy." "We want to be free and to be able to create the future with our own hands, and not do what we are told by any minister" - said the human rights activist.
As Fedor Biryukov noted in his speech "Any protest against the dictatorship of America is seen as separatism ... Everyone of those present is to fighting for their own homeland, because homeland - is first of all sovereignty. Every person, opposing the vampires from Washington, is part of a common front of struggle. We are in favour of a multipolar world, which will enable us to remain human beings”.
The main demand of the freedom fighters was to eliminate the dominant position of the United States. According to all accounts, Washington and leading European states have created a system that allows them to extort resources from other countries. One percent of the world's population controls the world, which objectively hinders the normal development of non-Western economies. And without an adequate economic base, it is meaningless to talk of true sovereignty. It is important that those present heard the history from every representative speaking for self-determination of their own region. They were able to hear the answer to the question as to why these people are fighting for independence.
At the conference, all participants signed a resolution in which was presented not only their vision of what is happening, but also proposing a way out of the situation. This resolution was sent for consideration to the UN General Assembly meeting that was to be held in late September. It is also known that the participants of the congress agreed to create a working group. Its task will be determined after the UN respond to the signed resolution.
The positive response to the invitation of the initiators of the conference, was in no small part due to the fact that under the US diktat, people see in Russia a new centre of power, while our country, Russia is a permanent member of the most influential body of a world organization - the UN Security Council. However, to speak of Russia being ready to lead the global anti-American struggle, is no doubt, premature.
Meanwhile though, Russia is just testing the waters. However, by itself it is very important that the congress of fighters for freedom took place in our country.

Note from the Editorial of the AUCPB website. Membership of Russia in the UN Security Council did not stop in time the pushing through by this body of an aggressive resolution paving the way for the enslavement of Iraq and Libya by US imperialism. The true friend and protector of all oppressed peoples fighting for their right to self-determination, was the Soviet Union. And Russia will be able to adequately take over the USSR only after the liquidation of the bourgeois dictatorship, the dictatorship of capital through revolution.

The General Meeting of Communist organizations in Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria, dedicated to the 77th anniversary of the socialist revolution in Bulgaria - the Ninth of September, expresses its solidarity and sympathy to all the Communists of the world fighting for the overthrow of the capitalist system and termination of imperialist wars.
Today we remember all those no longer with us. And express our concern at the growing wave of repression against our comrades in the capitalist countries. We are alarmed by the fact that on a global scale raises its head a counter-revolutionary hydra of fascism. Fascism is becoming the only weapon of imperialism, primarily American. Georgi Dimitrov warned us all that "fascism is the most cruel, and perhaps therefore the most efficient weapon of imperialism. It allows the capitalists to shuffle people, like cards in a deck and burn dissidents in crematoria." And we see how the dissenters were burned alive in Odessa, then push the brainwashed a part of the people to fratricide in the civil war in Ukraine. Any voice against this folly is muted by repression. Ukrainian prisons are overcrowded with fighters for freedom and democracy.
We are concerned that for almost a year in jail in the city of Uzhgorod (Ukraine) without any consideration of his case has been detained 66-year-old editor in chief of the AUCPB Anatoly Maeyevsky, the chairman of the Central Bureau of AUCPB in Ukraine, Moldova and Transdniestria, Secretary of the CC AUCPB. He was arrested even before the law on the prohibition of three communist parties in Ukraine. Comrade Maeyevsky has been kept in complete isolation, not allowed to see a lawyer, relatives, and means of communication had taken away from him. All of this is not only a violation of the still acting Constitution and laws of Ukraine, but also contrary to international standards of detention of political prisoners and a violation of the legal norms of the Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the UN in 1948 and the European Convention on Human Rights.
Since the existing Ukrainian illegal fascist regime does not recognize any rules of human coexistence, we express our protest and DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF THE POLITICAL PRISONER JOURNALIST who has still not yet been tried by the court, under various pretexts, and who is not released under house arrest.

OCTOBER 10 MARKS THE 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE WORKERS' PARTY OF KOREA
Round table meeting in the DPRK embassy in Moscow
On September 30, 2015 at the Embassy of the DPRK in Moscow, a round table meeting dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea October 10, 1945. Present were Ambassador Kim Hyun Joong, embassy officials, representatives of political parties, public organizations and movements of the Russian Federation. After the introductory speech of Comrade Ambassador representatives of parties and movements in their speeches mentioned the great importance of the creation of the Workers' Party of Korea for the successful struggle of the Korean people for socialism, stressed various aspects of the party's activities in the years of peaceful construction, bloody war with US imperialism, and ended on the issue of peaceful reunification of the Korean people. Speaking at a roundtable was representative of the AUCPB - secretary S.V. Khristenko where special emphasis was made on the thesis of Kim Il Sung - "The Main Thing In Party Work Is To Educate, Remould And Unite All The People."

SPEECH AT THE ROUNDTABLE IN THE DPRK EMBASSY
dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea
The date, September 1945 in Korea. The war has just ended. The Korean people free from the yoke of Japanese blood, which lasted several decades. But the Korean landowners and their hangers-on, servants or the Japanese colonialists have not gone away. Everything needs to be build anew. Build a party. Build a state. Build a new people's army. Urgent cases - a huge avalanche. But the Korean communists, their great leader - Kim Il Sung do not lose heart, do not give in to difficulties.
On October 10, 1945 the Workers' Party of Korea is formed. Immediately intense party building ensues, party movement into the depths, to the masses. Huge socio-economic changes in Korean society begin. Factories restored, agriculture reborn, dams and canals built. And immediately - cultural development of the people, building schools and universities. The people's army - protector and the support of the working people is created and strengthened.

The achievements of the Korean people for decades of people's power, are striking. Here and the victory over American imperialism, which unleashed a bloody war on the Korean peninsula, here, and the creation of their own nuclear weapons and Korean satellites, and here also relentless progress towards building a prosperous life for Korean workers.
What is this extraordinary power of the Korean communists that ensured steady progress forward that provided strong unity of the Korean people? I think that the best way this is explained is by the quotations from the speech of President Kim Il Sung at the general meeting of the Party organization in the village Rihenri on 23 January 1961. Here are some excerpts from that speech.
"In revolution and construction, to believe in the inexhaustible power of the masses, rely on them, consult with them, to awaken their intelligence and creativity - this is the method of working, which has been consistently adhered to by our party";
"This method of working of giving instructions to all members of the party and bringing everything into motion, must be firmly adhered to and developed further. Orders must be given correctly, necessarily taking into account the character and ability of each person";
"The party has consistently pursued the policy to rally around itself all sections of the population, by the elimination of the influence exerted on human by the aggression and the subversive activities of the imperialists, and the conversion of people infected with the old ideology";
"Our members of the party do not sit above the masses and do not shout at them but go to the masses and by persuasion and education enlighten them, and pull forward the backward sections, so that they themselves exerted themselves and by their efforts stood in the ranks of the advanced workers";
"There is no harder business than re-educating people. Now our party and its members have taken to this precisely because it is the most difficult thing - to educate and transform people. Members of our party not only have boundless trust in the party and love it, but for sure begun to fight for the unity of all the large masses around their own party";
"The most important thing is that the chairman, with the direct participation in the work, while in the midst of the masses and working together with them, can know the emotions of the masses, and breathing with them, become their close friend";
"We have no reason to become conceited. Our party is always against conceit and resting on its own laurels ... For revolutionaries, stagnation and routine are totally unacceptable. We revolutionaries can only be continuous in innovation and moving forward";
"Members of the party are not such people, only engaged in farming and earning a decent living. They have a higher and more noble mission than the solution to the issue of food, clothing and shelter for oneself, namely - the mission of the whole of society. The ultimate goal of the party members is to build our socialist country, and then - communism."
Let me conclude by congratulating those present colleagues, and all the Korean people on a glorious anniversary - the 70th anniversary of the creation of the Workers' Party of Korea, and to wish the Korean people new successes in advancing along the way, charted by the Great President Kim Il Sung.

On behalf of the Central Committee of the AUCPB and myself, I cordially congratulate you and through you the members of the Workers' Party of Korea and the people of the DPRK on the glorious 70 th anniversary of the revolutionary Party of Korea - WPK.
Congratulations also to you personally, and the heroic people of DPRK on an outstanding event - a successful test launch on 3 October of submarine ballistic missiles, recently developed by Korean scientists and engineers. This event we qualify as another serious warning to American imperialism and their puppets - the ruling circles of the Republic of Korea, not stopping their provocation adventures against the DPRK on the Korean peninsula. The successful launch of ballistic missiles from a submarine is not only another victory in the building of socialism in the DPRK, but a great gift not only to the heroic Korean people on the glorious anniversary of the WPK - 10 October, but to all people of the world, opposing the aggressive human-hating US policy aimed at the destruction of sovereign states and the overthrow of progressive governments in all regions of the globe.
We wish the people of the DPRK under the leadership of the glorious WPK under your leadership, Dear Comrade Kim Jong-Un, new successes in building a prosperous socialist state of a united nation.
Long live the peace-loving people of the DPRK!
Long live the glorious Workers’ Party of Korea headed by its First Secretary of the Central Committee of the WPK, faithful continuer of the revolutionary cause of his great predecessors - the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il!

THERE IS NO HUMAN RIGHTS PROBLEM IN PEOPLES KOREA!-

Visiting the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea for the 10th time I was able to travel to places such as Sinchon , Mt Myohyang and the West Sea Barrage thus afforded me with an excellent opportunity of seeing large areas of the countryside on the way . I was also able to walk around Pyongyang at night and see much of the city including pedestrian underpasses.
The US imperialists and all sorts of reactionaries have over the past few years made wild allegations about "human rights violations " in the DPRK and even press-ganged some other countries to pass anti DPRK resolutions in the UN .
So where were these giant 'forced labour camps' and 'concentration camps' that the imperialists allege exist in the DPRK ? I could not see such a thing in fact I did not even see one barbed wire fence in the countryside nor large numbers of police or security personnel. It also should be mentioned that the DPRK countryside was free from crop failure, famine . There is also a good level of social equality in the DPRK countryside with no big houses, no big private landed estates (or latifundia) , no rich farmers or landlords, a genuine peoples countryside , a socialist countryside with the red flag flying high.
The imperialists claim that there are hundreds of thousands of people held in camps in the DPRK , such camps would have to be massive and with a huge number of guards but I did not see such a thing in the DPRK countryside. Moreover the DPRK is very peaceful and calm you rarely see emergency vehicles rushing through the busy streets. If it what the imperialists say about "human rights" and "forced labour camps " in the DPRK, then you would see police or security personnel on the streets arresting many people and putting them in lorries to go to "labour camps " or "concentrations camps " but I saw no such thing happen. I did not see heavily armed police on the streets that you sometimes encounter in London, either on the streets or at railway stations or at airports. Indeed I was able to go for a walk near the Mansudae Assemby Hall the home of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly , the highest organ of legislative power in the DPRK and roughly equivalent to the parliament. Now in London the area around parliament is a restricted area where movement is controlled and armed police units patrol. However in Pyongyang I see no police or security personnel in the area surrounding the Mansudae Assembly. Of course the DPRK is a stable and harmonious unified society based on single hearted unity so there is no terrorism and no riots. In the DPRK there is unity between the armed forces and civilians so people do not fear or despise the armed forces.
I did not see the police oppressing anyone on the streets . I did not see anyone get arrested or the police in the DPRK shoot anyone dead! In the USA , the so called "land of the free ", which is the country behind the clamour about " human rights in the DPRK , the police regularly shoot down people most of them black. The British newspaper "The Guardian" said so far this year 944 people had been killed by police in the USA so far this year! In the UK armed police units have been responsible for the loss of life notably innocent Brazilian electrician Jean Charles De Menezes and Mark Duggan (which sparked the 2011 riots ).
Visiting the newly modernised and expanded Sinchon Ri Museum I could see just who the real human rights abusers are ! Sinchon ri is the fateful place where the US imperialists and local class enemies committed the crime of murdering 35383 people or one quarter of the population (can you imagine the death toll if the same thing was done in London , it would 2.2 million people dead!).It is an understatement to say the the US imperialists are just as bad as Hitler’s Nazis.
Thus visiting the DPRK for the 10th time, I could see very clearly the stories about "forced labour camps" in the DPRK are just hokum and nonsense , nothing but lies . There is no 'human rights' problem in the DPRK . People enjoy the right to housing , to education , to free medical care , to work and even have holidays paid for a state expense ! . Many Western critics of the DPRK ignore the fact that everyone in the DPRK supports dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN and the Workers Party of Korea and they are happy to build socialism. The great Juche Idea which stresses the independence and creativity of man and also always stresses the role of ideology so there cannot be such a thing as a "human rights "problem".

The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) and the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) issued a joint statement regarding the speech of the dear respected leader Marshal KIM JONG UN to the Military Parade and Public Procession of Pyongyang Citizens on the 10th of October :
Without any doubt the speech delivered by dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN to Military Parade and Public Procession of Pyongyang Citizens on the 10th of October is a very powerful speech that inspires not only the Korean people but the world revolutionary people who fight for independence and socialism. Respected Marshal KIM JONG UN in his address says that the military parade that is about to be held will demonstrate the inexhaustible strength of the Workers Party of Korea.
Dear respected comrade KIM JONG UN neatly and adroitly presented the speech in four sections , each of which focuses on a particular aspect of the strength of the Workers Party of Korea.
Firstly, it is a people orientated party. Dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN says
" President Kim Il Sung and General Kim Jong Il built ours into an invincible revolutionary party, a genuine political leadership organization, which serves the people and advances in unity with the masses, the first of its kind in history.
Since it inscribed a hammer, a sickle and a writing brush in its red flag, our Party has never been separated from the people and advanced the revolution always believing in them as in heaven"
The most important thing here is that the WPK has never been separated from the people. The WPK has been able to splendidly build socialism despite all kinds of trials and difficulties such as the destruction of the war and sanctions and blockade because it relied on the people.
Secondly, the WPK leads and commands the most powerful revolutionary armed forces that defend the destiny of the revolution and the independence of Peoples Korea. A nation without powerful armed forces is a ruined nation. Now Peoples Korea possess the most powerful armed forces as dear respected
Marshal KIM JONG UN says " Today our Party can proudly state that our revolutionary armed forces are capable of fighting any type of war the U.S. imperialists opt for, and have made full preparations for firmly defending the blue sky over the country and the security of the people."
These words sent a shiver down the spines of the US imperialists and international reactionaries who dream of invading and destroying Peoples Korea !
Thirdly, the strength of the WPK is based on the fact it pays attention to youth the vanguard and the future of the nation. The WPK has always attached great importance to the role of youth and built up the DPRK as a youth power . As dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN said
" That our revolution is still advancing vigorously filled with unflagging energy and vitality without stagnation and marking time is because it has a steel-strong legion of young people who always march straight forward following the Party."
This aptlly sums up the role of youth in Peoples Korea and their dynamic role.
Fourthly, the strength of the Workers' Party of Korea comes from the fact that it is based on the immortal teachings of the great leader President KIM IL SUNG and eternal chairman KIM JONG IL . It is based on KIMILSUNGISM-KIMJONGILISM which is essentially the people first principle. Dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN points out that
"The Korean revolution advances not by dint of any mysterious divine power but on the great strength of our people including the heroicKim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's working class who follow and safeguard their Party with a single mind."
This is a very wise teaching indeed , it is very true that the Korean revolution advances by the strength of the people based on single-hearted unity and no other force.
We in the ASSPUK and JISGE are greatly inspired by the speech of the dear respected leader Marshal KIM JONG UN as it fully encapsulates the great truth of KIMILSUNGISM-KIMJONGILISM . It contains precious teachings and guidelines for advancing the Korean revolution under the unfurled red banner of the WPK . We believe that victory and glory are in store for the Korean people under the leadership of dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN. Moreover we resolve to study this speech hard ourselves as it contains many valuable lessons for the world revolutionary movement.
