95-th OCTOBER
The Great October Socialist Revolution and its impact on world history

"Give us an organization of revolutionaries
and we will overturn Russia" V.I. Lenin.

95 years ago on November 7 (October 25 old style calender) 1917, under the leadership of the Bolshevik Party, led by Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, the Great October Socialist Revolution was carried out. The working class, the toiling masses of Russia took power into their own hands.
The exploiting classes having lost power - the bourgeoisie and the landlords, unleashed a civil war in order to regain their lost privileges, and to continue to ruthlessly exploit the working people. Their class brothers from abroad came to their aid. 14 imperialist countries launched a military intervention against the young Soviet Republic.
In the crucible of the Civil War, the mighty Red Army was born which was tempered and shaped the future of the Soviet armed forces of the great power.
Lenin emphasized that a people will never win when the workers and peasants for the most part will not know, feel and see that they are defending their own, Soviet power - the power of the working people, that cause, victory for which they and their children will provide an opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of culture, all created by human labor (CW, v. 38).
After defeating the White Army which defended the old order and driving out the forces of the interventionists, our country began peaceful socialist construction.
On December 30, 1922, by the will of the peoples of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - the voluntary union of equal and fraternal peoples and states was created.
After the death of Lenin, the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), was headed by a faithful disciple and close associate of the leader, Joseph Stalin.
Under Stalin's leadership, the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), carried out industrialization, collectivization of agriculture, the Cultural Revolution, during which it did away with private property and the exploitation of man by man. By the mid-30s, the foundations of socialism in the USSR were built. The victory of socialism was enshrined in the Constitution of the USSR, adopted on 5 December 1936 and rightly named after Stalin – the Stalin Constitution.
By the end of the 1930-s, the Soviet Union in just 15 years (by 1925 the economy of the Soviet Union entered the pre-war level of 1913) caught up and passed most of the developed capitalist countries and, according to its economic potential, had turned into a superpower, becoming the 2nd most powerful economy in the world.
Extraordinary heroism and courage was displayed by Soviet people, defending the socialist motherland from Nazi invasion. It was the Soviet Union which played a decisive role in the defeat of fascism, grinding down on their own fronts over 70% of German troops. "For the Motherland, for Stalin!" - With this slogan the Soviet soldiers rose in the attack on the bestial enemy.
The Soviet Union suffered its greatest human and economic costs of the war, having put on the altar of Victory 20 million (out of 50 million in total) of their sons and daughters. But after 4 years - despite the malevolence of enemies and the enemies of the USSR that allegedly took several decades to lick wounds of war – the Soviet national economy was restored. The Soviet Union made confident strides forward, laying the foundation for the gradual transition from socialism to communism.
The questions on the transition to communist construction were considered in the outstanding work J.V. Stalin’s "Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR." The core of it was in the further gradual reduction and, ultimately, the destruction of commodity production and commodity-money relations. "We Marxists adhere to the Marxist view that the transition from socialism to communism and the communist principle of distribution of products according to needs, exclude any commodity exchange, and therefore, the conversion of products into commodities, and at the same time and turning them into value" ( Stalin, Vol.16, page 222- Russian).
However, the death of the leader interrupted further progress.
J.V. Stalin stood firmly on the Leninist path. Lenin had created the organization of revolutionaries, but Nikita Khrushchev began the process of its destruction.
Anti-Stalinism, unleashed by the petty bourgeois neo-Trotskyite group of Khrushchev came to power in the party and the country after the death of Stalin, and openly proclaiming at the Twentieth Party Congress, interrupted the onward march of development. The country then began gradually losing its position in the struggle against imperialism. In the Brezhnev era, anti-Stalinism was somewhat muted, but it continued its devastating effect in the economy, politics, ideology, Party and State.
The transformation of the party from the vanguard of the proletariat into a party of "all the people", the rejection of the dictatorship of the proletariat and its replacement with a so-called "people's state", the rejection of Stalin's policy of annual decline in prices of essential commodities and staples based on sustained and rapid development of the socialist economy, expansion of commodity-money relations, instead of its restrictions, as recommended by Stalin, and that is the most important tenets of Marxism-Leninism - all this, as well as other anti-Stalinist (and, therefore, anti-Leninist, anti-Marxist) actions and steps led, ultimately, to the degeneration of the Communist Party and the Soviet state, and contributed to the formation of the treacherous Gorbachev leadership.
Under the guise of perestroika (reconstruction) under Gorbachev and K °, a bourgeois counterrevolution was carried out in our country. The Soviet Union was broken up and socialism treacherously destroyed in the USSR, and the People's Democracies in Eastern Europe suffered a temporary defeat.

***
It should be noted that the construction of socialism in the Soviet Union took place in a bitter class struggle.
The civil war and foreign intervention, sabotage in industry; fierce resistance during the collectivization of the kulaks, which resulted in the murder of Party, Soviet and YCL activists, the burning of grain and barns, the destruction of agricultural machinery and equipment, the mass destruction of livestock, led to a sharp reduction in its livestock, etc. - All that complicated our progress.
J.V. Stalin said: "It has never happened and never will happen that the obsolescent classes will voluntarily hand over their positions without trying to organize resistance. It has never happened and never will happen that advancement of the working class to socialism in class society would go ahead without struggle and turmoil. Conversely, progress to socialism is bound to lead to resistance from the exploiter elements of the progress, and the resistance of the exploiters can not but lead to the inevitable aggravation of the class struggle. That is why the working class can not be put to sleep by talking about the secondary role of the class struggle "(Works, v.11 page 172).
The views of the hostile class elements were expressed in the party of Trotskyites, Bukharinite, and other Zinovievite groups that merged into a single anti-party, anti-state Rightist, Trotskyite bloc, and were severely punished by the Soviet government for anti-state activities.
As stated in the "History of the CPSU (B)" Short Course": the trials found that the Trotsky-Bukharin enemies, fulfilling the will of their masters – the foreign bourgeois intelligence services, were bent on destruction of the Party and the Soviet state, undermining the country's defense, easing foreign military intervention , preparing the defeat of the Red Army, the dismemberment of the Soviet Union, the Japanese out of the Soviet Primorye, the Poles out of the Soviet of Belarus, the Germans out of the Soviet Ukraine, the destruction of the gains of the workers and peasant, and the restoration of capitalist slavery in the USSR".(OGIZ, Gospolitizdat, 1945, pp. 331-332). It is these evil plans of the Trotsky-Bukharin and traitors and anti-Soviets that managed to realize the Gorbachev leadership.
All anti-party anti-Soviet elements in their work enjoyed great support from foreign countries. The imperialist governments of the major Western countries for a minute did not stop the fight against the Soviets, were desperately trying to destroy the world's first multinational state of workers and peasants, which just by its very existence, by example, the grand success in building a new socialist society had an enormous impact on the working masses around the world.
The governments and major capitalist monopolies and banks in the U.S., Britain, France in the hands of the Zionist capital provided huge financial and economic aid to the Fascist regime in Germany to restore the destroyed during World War I economy, to revive the German armed forces and did everything to incite Nazi Germany against the Soviet Union and by Nazi hands strangle our country. The heroic struggle of the Soviet people and its mighty Soviet army did not allow these insidious plans to come true.
After the victory in the Great Patriotic War and the Second World War over German fascism and Japanese militarism, socialism went beyond a single country. A world socialist system was formed, which included the people's democracies in Eastern Europe and China, the DPRK, socialist Vietnam and Laos in Asia. In 1959, was the victory of the socialist revolution in Cuba.
However, the negative processes in the Communist Party, could not affect the state of the world communist movement, the relationship between the socialist countries. For the abandonment of proven in past life and the severe school of military trials of the Leninist-Stalinist way of building and defending the gains of socialism, the CPSU under Khrushchev was severely criticized by the Chinese comrades, as well as some of the other communist parties.
Relations between the CPSU and the CPC, the USSR and China, which reached outright military conflicts, only fed the hand of world imperialism. Here the anti-Stalin policies of Khrushchev's leadership played a very negative role.

***
Nowadays, world Zionist-American capital dominates. The islets of socialism remain only in the DPRK and Cuba, who proudly carry the banner of socialism unbowed on the planet. Together with this, along the path of socialist transformation now follows Venezuela and Bolivia, and in a number of capitalist countries (Colombia, the Philippines, etc.) there are armed groups of people guided in the struggle by the revolutionary theory of Marx, V.I. Lenin and Che Guevara. Sympathy of the oppressed workers towards socialism has not been destroyed because of the destruction of the USSR.
Meanwhile, the world of capital is increasingly immersed in a severe financial and economic crisis. Crises by their very nature are inherent in capitalism, especially in its highest imperialist stage and are a reflection of the insoluble and increasingly deepening contradiction between the social character of production and the private capitalist form of appropriation of the results of labor. This was written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, even in the "Communist Manifesto": "For several decades, the history of industry and commerce is but the history of the revolt of modern productive forces against modern conditions of production, against the property relations that are the conditions of existence of the bourgeoisie and its domination. Enough to mention the commercial crises that by their periodical return, more and more menacing question the existence of the entire bourgeois society "(" The Communist Manifesto ", Moscow, Politizdat, 1987, p.31).
And as usual, the imperialists seek a way out of the crisis by way unleashing more and more wars and violent conflicts. Only in the last 20 years (since the collapse of the world socialist system) the US-NATO predators have committed acts of military aggression against Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Iraq, bombed Libya, fomenting civil war in Syria, more and more, along with its close ally of Israel, to escalate the situation around Iran.
In this case, it serves only one purpose - to capture new sources of natural resources and raw materials, especially oil, to convert workers exposed to aggression into cheap labor for multinational corporations and, thus, extending their worthless inhuman existence. The main object of attacks by Zionist-American imperialism is Russia with its vast territory, countless natural resources, oil and gas storage, cheap and still quite skilled labor. To conquer Russia and, its people turned into rightess slaves of the TNCs and TNB-s is a cherished goal of today's "masters of the world." To achieve this purpose, they openly assist the bourgeois government and the president of Russia conducting anti-national policies in favor of the U.S. and NATO.
To stop the presumptuous predators who by their reckless policies can destroy all of humanity is the duty of all freedom-loving peoples of the world, the international working class and working people, all those who are fighting against the omnipotence of capital, for ensuring that the true masters of the world became the working man - a creator of wealth and achievements of civilization.
At the forefront of history as a century ago, by the course of historical development, advances the working class, the working people of Russia and the other republics of the USSR exploded by counter-revolution.
The revival our great Soviet Motherland is the most important task of all communist revolutionaries, all fighters against imperialism and for the triumph of the ideals of socialism and communism and the victory of labor over the yoke of Capital.
Long live the Great October Socialist Revolution!
Down with the power of capital?
Revive our great motherland - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics!

"BLACK OCTOBER" IN 1993 - A CRIME WITHOUT A STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS?
01.10.2012

On 4 October 1993, after the executing the Supreme Soviet using tank canon fire, power in the country went into the hands of the big bourgeoisie, led by Boris Yeltsin.

An excerpt from a letter written by Valeriya Vorontsova just before she committed suicide:

"In the autumn of 1993, I was outside the “White House" (the building of the Supreme Soviet in Moscow- fb). (Maybe someone remembers the green-eyed blonde called Lera). I went there because I hate lies, cynicism, meanness, narrow-mindedness, stupidity, human cruelty and rudeness - in short, everything that is in abundance in Mr. Yeltsin, his henchmen and his regime. I came along because I believed Rutskoi, because I had always respected Khasbulatov (although at first, I did not understand how such an intelligent, smart person could have anything in common with this disgrace Yeltsin).
Whilst there I behaved quietly, modestly, and did not scream out loud, and did not clamber to get in front of TV reporters - there were many other things going on: a man named Anatoly was suffering from a severe head wound and a woman (I think her name was Galina Yevgenovich.), had had a sudden heart attack and many others were injured ...
And when the real massacre began, in front of my eyes my friend was shot dead, with whom we had been friends for more than 10 years ... And then I was caught in between a man who was wounded after he had been shot in the abdomen and the Spetznaz commando who had shot him with a contorted face full of hatred. I shouted to him: "Do not shoot, he's wounded!" - On that the commando replied: "He is wounded, but not yet dead...". I ran and stood over covering that wounded man, and thought to myself - that bastard will not fire on woman, but all the same, the bullets were fired straight into my back ...
And then, in a filthy, dirty stairwell and wounded, all the time losing consciousness, I was raped by two OMON (riot policemen). I can still hear their words to the effect of saying, well, this agony is "due to Rutskoi and Khasbulatov, but we will not get to them because you will get the full monty ..."
I woke up after 4 days in the hospital (thanks to the person who found me and sent me there). And I left the hospital on March 1, 1994. Normally after a back injury people leave in a wheelchair. But I was able to get back onto my feet thanks to the doctors. I returned again into life outside, and what did I see? My country is still being robbed, with everyone bowing their heads even lower in front of America. On television are the same figures from the insincere Alexis II to prostituted Mark Zakharov, but onto the people whom I respect, a double portion of dirt poured over them.
Avenge to them all for my friend who was dying in my arms saying, "All the same - Rutskoi is the President", and whose parents still do not know where her body is or where she was buried, as well as for me, for other women and girls? I myself would like to avenge, but I'm a woman, I'm only 21, I have no strength and experience. I'm not complaining (on the contrary, if we had to repeat everything over again, I would do the same as then), but I appeal to the healthy, strong, intelligent, honest men: but if it were me as your sister, daughter, mother or wife? ..
I ask my dear Alexander Vladimirovich Rutskoi and Ruslan Imranovich Khasbulatov: how can you safely write books or work in your department? Are you not getting cold blood and do your hearts not stop?
I do not know how to fight the Yeltsin beast - with a weapon or an appeal to arms, but I personally know that I can not live under this regime, with whose hands I have been humbled, humiliated and crushed. You know, coming out of the hospital, I could not live in Moscow. I can not see my native city and its residents. In every OMON riot policeman I see one of those two who raped me. And to this day since (more than six months ago!), I still wake up screaming at night. I went to a friend in a quiet village in the heart of the Urals, but you see, silence, nature, forest, fungi, berries, fresh milk - they do not help save me. I still every night dream of that massacre. When I was in hospital, I screamed at night, and that would wake the entire ward up; the doctor even prescribed me narcotic drugs….
I repeat: I'm not complaining about anything and have no regrets. I just want to live up to the hour of reckoning. Will the hour of reckoning ever come?
Some might say it is a personal tragedy. Yes, today maybe it is personal, but what about then, way back in October? I was shot not by some criminal, but by a man armed by Yeltsin and his regime. And for being so cruelly tortured by the two men in a smelly dirty stairwell, because they hated me so much? They said: "For Rutskoi and Khasbulatov."
Understand that the October tragedy did not end, for some people it is continuing and will continue until Yeltsin, Filatova, Grachev, Erin, Yakovlev Shakhrai Burbulis and others pay the price for what they did...
With love and respect from Valeriya Vorontsova"

From the editorial.: Valeriya Vorontsova committed suicide in March 1994.

OCTOBER 3-4, 1993: WE DO NOT FORGET, WE DO NOT FORGIVE!
On October 4, on the anniversary of the execution by tank cannon fire of the building of the Supreme Soviet of Russia by Yeltsin's executioners, the Bolsheviks held a rally in memory of the defenders of the Supreme Soviet.
In Krasnoyarsk on Red square, a memorial stele to Krasnoyarsk residents-fighters in the Civil War, a Bolshevik rally took place. It was attended by representatives of the bloc "For Stalin!", the International Union of Soviet Officers, the local branch of the "Communists of Russia", and others.
The AUCPB standard and red flag were deployed. On the stele was attached a placard "To those who fell in the struggle for Soviet power" (that is its name, but a few years ago, after the repair, the letters were broken off along with plating and the stele painted over in brick colour). The placard angered representatives of the police, who demanded "not to aggravate the situation."
At the rally poems were read out about the events of October 1993 and today's capitalist reality, and there were calls for unity in the struggle against the counter-revolution. Common to all appearances the idea can be described as "We do not forget, We do not forgive". Bolshevik newspapers "Hammer and Sickle", "Revolution", "For Stalin" were circulated.
In Novosibirsk on October 4, along Krasny Prospect, a protest was held in the form of a series of pickets. The participants were pensioners, who for more than a year have been fighting for their rights with their regional administration. At the end of pickets, with the participation of the AUCPB, flowers were laid in the Square of the Heroes of the Revolution - in honour of those who fell in the struggle for Soviet power on October 3-4, 1993.

OVERVIEW OF THE LABOR MOVEMENT (20 SEPTEMBER - 1 OCTOBER 2012.)

POULTRY WORKERS STRIKE AT CHEREPOVETS
On 24 September, 17 specialists in the reproduction section of a poultry factory in Klimovsky, a village near Cherepovets, refused to work because of non-payment of wages. The last time the workers received money was on August 22. After that, neither advances or holiday money was seen by anyone.
According to experts, because of the work stoppage in the section, in just one day, the poultry factory suffered losses amounting to several hundred thousand rubles.
After a few days, some of workers in the reproduction section of the "Cherepovets broiler" factory started getting their money.
Once the workers had achieved their goal, the strike was suspended, but the situation remains tense. From the words of the same employees, they say that if the delay of salary again continues, they will again fight for their rights.

MOSCOW STATE EMPLOYEES STAGE A RALLY
On September 22, in Moscow as part of inter-regional action against the collapse of the health service, a rally was held. Participants of the rally were holding placards and banners "Impoverished doctors - a sick society", "Doctors are not slaves to work for food", "Do not let the red cross become a tomb," "Enough of lying about our salaries," "Officials, are you not ashamed to type 03? ", "No to budget cuts "," Stop the reforms with strikes at schools, colleges and universities, "" A hospital is not a market! Free and quality healthcare for all", and others.
All the speakers talked about the low salaries of doctors, teachers and social workers (in sharp contrast to the constantly increasing salaries of the state-security services), funding cuts and reorganization of hospital medicine - that is, a merger of institutions and staff reduction.
Many speakers called for physicians to join independent trade unions to effectively defend their rights and the rights of their patients. One speaker pointed out that a simple change of president and government officials in the so-called "opposition leaders" will not change dramatically the deteriorating situation in the social sphere.

HUNGER STRIKE BY WORKERS IN PERM
Several workers at the Abrasive Plant in Perm on September 26 began a hunger strike, demanding the payment of salaries, which they have not seen since 2010.
"So far we only have four, but at the weekend, we expect that more people will join. The situation is at the limit - the total debt of the company to the employees is more than 6 million rubles. We are on hunger strike in the regional branch of the Communist Party building "- the workers say.
In turn, the Communist Party office site in the Perm region promises to broadcast events in real time.
The next day the governor of Perm region V.Basargin met with the hunger strikers. After his visit, the workers agreed to suspend action for a week.

CONFLICTING INFORMATION ABOUT THE STRIKE AT THE MINSK TRACTOR PLANT
At the Minsk Tractor Plant in one of the workshop, a hidden strike has been running for several days. People are demanding higher salaries, which they have had cut by almost half from the beginning of the year, according to the publication "Belarusian partisan" referring to one of the plant's workers.
According to him, about 500 tractors have accumulated in the workshop. However, the management of the plant is still not responding and does not want to hold a general meeting. In this regard, the shop workers are preparing for an all out strike. The company's administration continues denying any problems with production.
The same is being said in the official union. "There is no strike. The company is working in the former regime. There is no interruption "- said the head of the trade union committee of the company Alexander Kartsev.

AZERBAIJANI OIL WORKERS PROTEST YET AGAIN
In Azerbaijan, over 200 employees at the Balakhani Oil gas production Administration (OGPU) began strike action on September 27. The strikers are unhappy with working conditions and mistreatment of workers from the new management. They also need to resolve the issue of social insurance, employment contracts, and familiarizing them with payrolls, etc. Management is threatening the oil workers with dismissal for participating in the protest.
On September 20, oil workers held a protest and summitted their demands to the management of Balakhani Oil and gas production Office. However, the management has not addressed these demands, so the oil workers have decided to go on strike.
After the first 4 hours of strike action, representatives of «Balaxan Oil Company» met with the strikers. Representatives of the company started the dialogue with a humiliation of workers, and demanded that they immediately returned to work. However, seeing that the situation was heating up, they changed their tone and promised to look into the strikers' demands. Only then did the oil workers return to their work.

NEW STRIKE ACTION IN ZHANAOZEN
On September 28 in the Kazakh city of Zhanaozen, which gained fame in the largest oil and gas industry workers' strike and in which a peaceful rally was gunned down by police in December 2011, a new strike took place.
This time, the protest was started by staff at "Munay Field Service." Dozens of people boycotted the company, demanding payment of wage arrears and improved social conditions.
"Munay Field Service" has been suffering for several months. In the spring, attempts were made to lay off all employees, but after the intervention of the local authorities, layoffs were prevented from taking place, but then they started having problems with the payment of wages.
At the moment, the private company that provides services to oil facilities, supposedly can not afford to pay full salaries to its workers. Although the amount of work the company has, according to the strikers, is sufficient. The oil workers are also unhappy with the social benefits and claim that the company has not adhered to the collective agreement.

TRANSPORT WORKERS IN A NUMBER OF CITIES IN GERMANY HAVE BEEN STRIKING
Recently, transport workers in Munich, Nuremberg and Augsburg have taken strike action to demand higher wages and better working conditions. According to the union, which organized the strike, such action was during the beer festival "Oktoberfest" and be very effective.
The festival is already under threat.

AMERICAN PILOTS PICKET AT THE AIRPORT
Pilots of American Airlines spent the night of September 21 at A rally at the International Airport in Chicago "O'Hara" to protest against cuts in salaries and bonuses in connection with the reorganization of the business.
The action was attended by about 200 pilots. They called for a merger with another U.S. carrier US Airways.
Earlier in the week, in the U.S., airlines cancelled hundreds of flights, citing the strike by pilots. The picketers in "O'Hara" rejected the accusations.
The third-largest U.S. carrier may cut up to 11,000 employees as part of the reorganization of its business. In addition, in September-October American Airlines plan to reduce flights by 1-2%.
In February, the company already announced a possible reduction of staff by 14 000 people in connection with bankruptcy.

IN MADRID, PROTESTERS BLOCK THE PARLIAMENT BUILDING
A demonstration in Madrid on 25 September, attended by several thousand people turned into violent clashes with the police and protesters attempting to seize the parliament building.
People took to the streets to protest against the introduction of tough austerity measures. Protesters marched with slogans: "They have destroyed the country," "The government of traitors" and "Democracy Kidnapped", demanding a new election.
Clashes with police began when protesters who gathered at the Plaza de Neptune a hundred metres away from Parliament, decided to storm the building.
To disperse the protesters, the police used batons and rubber bullets. According to preliminary data, 65 people were injured. About forty protesters were arrested. As a result of the action, which the organizers called "Surround Congress", the MPs were blocked inside the parliament building for several hours.

BATTLE AT A CHINESE "IPHONES"FACTORY
Chinese factory Foxconn, which assembles the latest "iPhone" and "iPad” gadgets, had to be closed after a mass clash occurred between workers and security, reports NEWSru.com.
The publication said the brawl, which was attended by about two thousand employees of the plant, was put down by five thousand police officers. At three o'clock in the morning the police arrived on the scene, and only by nine in the morning was the raging crowd dispersed.
As a result, 40 people were taken to hospital, and the plant was closed due to a police investigation.
The first disturbing reports that workers at the plant in Taiyuan were on strike, which resulted in a mass brawl with security and police, have appeared in the Chinese microblogging service Weibo. Users published photos of the crowd of people at the plant and the armed police. The cause of the mass action by workers of the plant was when a security guard was beating one of their work colleagues.
We recall that the company Foxconn is a notorious employer whose employees receive meagre salaries, work too much overtime and commit suicide out of despair.
Events such as this have already occurred in Foxconn factories: in early June, employees almost completely smashed up a male dormitory.
The company Apple, whose products are manufactured by Foxconn, have often thought about refusing the services of this notorious firm. To solve the problem, Apple and Foxconn have agreed to share the cost of improving working conditions, but shortly after the deal, a factory worker committed suicide due to intolerable working conditions.
Foxconn employees regularly throw themselves out of the factory windows – and the company has even had to equip the building with anti-jump netting to prevent suicide.

10 OCTOBER 2012, THE KOREAN PEOPLE CELEBRATE THE 67-th ANNIVERSARY OF THE FOUNDING OF THE WORKERS' PARTY OF KOREA
The party, founded by the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung, was born in the flames of almost 50 years of revolutionary struggle against the Japanese, then grew and gained strength in the battle against the United States in the Fatherland Liberation War, after which it matured in the everyday work of building socialism, and has become a seasoned, proven, mature party which enjoys the absolute support and trust of the people. The history of the WPK is a chronicle of the revolutionary activities of President Kim Il Sung.
The origin of the party was the creation (on 17 October 1926) of the Down with Imperialism Union (DIU) by the very young Kim Il Sung out the young revolutionaries, his peers and associates. The young patriots, members of the DIU, had already declared their aim to overthrow imperialism, to achieve liberation and independence of Korea. The ultimate goal was the construction in Korea of socialism, communism, and the construction of world communism. In June 1930, the DIU set the course for the creation of the Communist Party of Korea in the unfolding anti-Japanese struggle and the creation of a United National Front.
The Communist Party of North Korea was proclaimed by the Great Leader on October 10, 1945. A year later it was renamed the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK). The General Secretary of the Party from its foundation until 1994 was the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung.
In 1997, on 8 October, a year after the death of the Great Leader, Kim Jong Il was elected Great Leader of the highest party post. His successor at this responsible position in the status of First Secretary of the WPK is currently working Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The emblem of the party since 1946 at the suggestion of the Great Leader is a steel sickle, hammer and brush, joined together, which means the class alliance of peasants and workers and their class layer - the intelligentsia. The ideology of the WPK is the communist ideology of Juche, which defines its basic principles - independence, autonomy, self-reliance. As pointed out in his speech, Comrade Kim Il Sung "We shall even more demonstrate the superiority of socialism in our country» (I IX Session of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK convened on 24.05.1990) - "The Juche idea is a truly communist idea," "the Marxist-Leninist Juche idea." The Juche idea was formulated into a coherent theory by Kim Jong Il. In the work of the "Workers' Party of Korea, the party of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung" (10/02/1996), Kim Jong Il writes: "For our Party, the establishment of Juche principles has become an all the more important and topical issue because of the situation in which our country has found itself in and the historical features of our revolution "(the change of the political situation in the communist movement after the Twentieth Party Congress, due to the geographical position of the DPRK - between the Soviet Union and China, or the CPSU and the CPC – along with the difficulties of the Korean revolution, they we could only rely on their own strengths- ed.) .
In "Left-Wing Communism, an infantile disorder," Lenin wrote, "... The unity of the international tactics of the communist labour movement in all countries demands diversity, not the destruction of national differences, but the application of the fundamental principles of communism (Soviet power and the dictatorship of the proletariat), which would correctly modify these principles in certain particulars ways to correctly adapt and apply them to national and national-state differences "(PSS.t.41, p.77)
The 67-year Party traversed path shows that at the heart of the WPK were always place the interests of the people and the struggle for the constant improvement of their lives. The spiritual closeness and unity of the leader, the Party and the people transformed Korean society into a monolithic fortress, beyond any natural or storms or political provocations by imperialism. The people are looking to the future with enthusiasm and building their own prosperous socialist society, showing heroism in everything. The Armed Forces equipped with nuclear weapons under Kim Jong-Il, are a reliable protection for the peaceful labour of citizens. The Workers' Party of Korea as the leading and organizing force of society, taking responsibility for everything from the principle of self-reliance, in accordance with the realities of the country and the interests of the revolution can guide the people forward on the road of victories and glory.
The WPK, now under the leadership of Comrade Kim Jong-Un, continue the ideas and achievements of the cause of Great Leader Kim Il Sung and Great Leader Kim Jong Il.
On the day of the 67-th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea, we congratulate the First Secretary of the WPK Kim Jong-Un, and through him, all the Korean people on the anniversary of birth of WPK – the Party of Comrade Kim Il Sung.
We wish the people of the DPRK under the leadership of their party, new victories in the development of the Korean revolution.

"ANTI-CAPITALISM - 2012" HELD IN KRASNOYARSK
In Krasnoyarsk, in October 6, a march took place by the united left opposition "Anti-capitalism." About fifty people - activists from the AUCPB, VMGB, Komsomol (b), the International Union of Soviet officers, the party "Communists of Russia", "Stalinist bloc," the CPRF Komsomol and anarchists, and also non-party youth took part in a single column marching from the Yenisei embankment to the monument of Alexander Matrosov, where a rally took place. Apart from a few well-known older activists, the bulk of the protesters were young people under 30.
The main slogan of the event was: "No to the anti-social policies of the state! NO to anti-labour laws! NO to the police state, corrupt politicians, lobbyists and bureaucrats! NO to imposition of religious obscurantism! NO to insane neo-liberal reforms, destroying science, education and medicine. We do not want to pay for their economic crisis. Capitalism in Russia Means Death to Russia! ".
Leading the rally was the leader of the All-Union Young Guard of Bolsheviks, E. Fatyanova. Also, the floor was given to Bolshevik, and member of the Central Committee of the AUCPB V.N. Komarov. In general, the speakers at the rally explained speakers explained to the youth of the need for an organized struggle for their rights. Moreover, that the attacks by the ruling bourgeoisie on these rights are growing rapidly.
One of the goals of the event was to identify the active young people, ready to take part in the work of our organizations. Interaction with them will be continued outside public actions. With the successful "Anti-capitalism - 2012" march, an almost forgotten tradition may be revived in order to hold such actions every year.

"TOTAL VICTORY OF THE LEFT" IN REGIONAL ELECTIONS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
Recently, on the website "Red TV" interesting material was published about the regional elections in the Czech Republic, beginning with the words "Total victory of the left ...". Our friend from the Czech Republic (Petr Khodil), who has a wealth of experience in party and public work since the 1950s, sent to us, the AUCPB, his own opinion on this material with the words: "I consider it my duty to add something." The material of the Czech comrades, taken in conjunction with the published material in "Red TV", gives a fuller, brighter and objective view of the political developments in the Czech Republic, allowing us to look at them through the eyes of a wise by experience communist - Bolshevik.
Below we publish the first original material from "Red TV", and then the commentary by the Czech communist. On the author's request to transfer the material to "Red TV" we, the AUCPB have fulfilled that request.
--------------------
“Total victory of the left! The candidates of the Communist Party of Czech and Moravia to the Senate, have the largest number of seats in the regional government for the Communists since 2000.
The communists are generally regarded as the winners of the regional elections, although the Social Democrats won the most votes. In contrast, the Social Democrats, who have lost 75 regional seats, the Communist Party of Czech and Moravia (KSČM) won 68 seats more than the last regional elections in 2008.
The elections alone become a huge victory for the left, and at the same time, the defeat of the right. There was also a fairly small voter turnout: 36.9%. The Civic Democratic Party (CDP) is defeated, having lost 78 seats, the right alliance STAN and TOP 09, who did not exist in the 2008 election, won 37 seats. The People's Party won a total of five seats more. In nine regions, the Social Democrats (CSDP) won, the KSČM won in two, the Civic Democratic Party (CDS) won in only one region (Pilsen), and in the Liberec district a group called "Mayors for Liberec region won."
"I am pleased that the KSČM has confirmed its overall growth," said Vojtech Filip, chairman of the Central Committee of the KSČM. He is satisfied with the success of the Communist candidates among the largest than ever range of political parties and movements involved the defeat of socialism in the elections to the regional political offices.
"Success on such a large scale is a measure of achievement in the status of the KSČM as a modern left-wing party, with experts in the right places, able to resist corruption in the Czech Republic and to solve the problems of the Czech Republic," - he said. He believes that the recent representation of the KSČM in the regional governments of Moravia-Silesia and Karlovy Vary, which was appreciated by voters, contributed to the growth in the overall results.
"Our strategy is clear: to outline a coalition and maintain the principles of proportional representation" - Vojtech Filip replied to a question about agreements after the election.
Chairman of the Social Democratic Party, Bohuslav Sobotka on Saturday evening, told reporters that in relation to a coalition, the closest to the CSDP are the communists and members of the People's Party. On Sunday on a television show, he repeated, "I can not imagine any cooperation with the KSČM." The CSDP won the overall vote of 23.6% of voters, with KSČM in second place with 20.4%. As for the number of seats for a total of 182, which means that the largest number of representatives from the KSČM first regional elections in 2000. Third place belongs to the CDP with 12.3%, the People's Party (albeit under different associations) claims to have 9.9% of the vote and TOP 09 / STAN - 6,6%. No other party was able to exceed 5% on a national level.
The first round of elections to the Senate (upper house of parliament), also witnessed a historic success. In total, out of 27 electoral districts, 12 candidates of the KSČM passed thought to the second round, and four of them were in first place. Among them up to the present day, Jiri Doleys, member of Parliament and Deputy Chairman of the KSČM, has the right to sit in Prague.
At present, in the Czech Senate, are two senators from the KSČM. To create a faction in the Senate, it is necessary to have at least five seats. The Czech Senate now has the most leftist seats. Just before the second round of Senate elections (to be held October 19 and 20) it is clear that the left have increased their majority, which is politically very important."
-------------------------------

Comment by Czech Communist-Bolshevik Petr Khodil: "Unfortunately, this is not a victory of the communists! Very few voters took part in the election, only 36.9%! The «KSČM» (Communist Party of Czech and Moravia) is not party of true communists, Marxists - Leninists! This is an opportunist, revisionist, social-democratic party. The leaders of the party reject the idea of overthrow of capitalism through revolution, do not recognize and reject the period of our socialist construction (especially in the fifties), and on the contrary, always apologizing to "the people" for this time. They condemn and do not recognize even the role of Comrade. Gottwald and present themselves as ardent anti-Stalinists. They actively support our membership to the European Union, are seeking more opportunities to expand their participation and involvement of their party in the governing of the bourgeois state. After these "successful" elections, they nourish the hope to get at least one ministerial seat, (at least a seat of deputy minister of any Ministry). In January of next year, we will have (for the first time) to choose a new president. It is possible that they will even dare to put forward a "communist" candidate. He will not be President, of course, as they will not allow it. But even if he was selected, this would lead to anything good happening. After all, we remember that not so long ago in Moldova, there was also a president-“communist”(?). The average age of members of the Communist Party of Czech and Moravia is 75 years old! For nearly 30 years, the party has not carried out any form of political education, education, and exhibits nearly negligible activity. Members of the party in the majority do not really understand what is happening and at the election vote in a disciplined way, but only by inertia, for the "communists."
The fact that this time at the elections, the "communists" have as many votes is only a manifestation of that our politically illiterate, without class consciousness people with petty bourgeois thinking, express their dissatisfaction, but not knowing who the real communists are. But even these people are already fed up, and starting to protest and express their grievances against the government, with its implementation of any reform and dissatisfaction with the social and political situation in the country.
Unfortunately no one, not our "communist" party, nor our toothless and anti-communist, classless "democratic" unions do not want to say clearly and openly to the people, and explain that the only right decision, and the way out is the elimination of capitalism and the establishment of socialism again. It is possible that our current, bourgeois coalition, right-wing government will not survive and will soon fall and in his place the Social Democratic opposition will settle in to power (with the support of our democratic, pro-European "communists"). Unfortunately, again, few realize that in this case there is nothing to be happy about, because not better will come from this.
I have not "registered" to "Red - TV" and not know anyone to hand this to them, but could you somehow pass my current "work" over to them? I understand that Red-TV is not Bolshevik, but still a leftist media channel, and I think that it has a great deal of influence and deserves to get this addition, passed to them through the AUCPB, information regarding the questionable victory of our "communists" in the latest election in the Czech Republic?"

With Bolshevik greetings. Petr Khodil

According to media reports

RULERS AND THE PEOPLE
In the midst of the election campaign, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has unexpectedly discovered salary arrears for workers amounting to $ 1.5 billion US dollars, and has demanded the government repay it. It is clear that as soon as the elections are held, our rulers will immediately forget about the people of Ukraine. However, they do not think about the people now either and the entire presidential “concern” is just for effect. Around one billion hryvnia is being spent on installing video cameras voting booths during the elections. If they were concerned about the people, the money would be spent on paying off workers’ wage arrears.

***
More than 70 schools have been closed down this year in Ukraine. In all, over the past 2 years 300 schools have been closed down. And President Yanukovych called those people who opposed the closure of rural schools, provocateurs.

***
One in four citizens of Ukraine are living below the poverty line. But by European standards, 80% of the population live (or rather, try to survive) below the poverty line today. Such data are cited by the Institute of Demography and Social Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NAN), headed by Academician Ella Libanova (note, the institution is completely official).

***
In 2011, ten thousand people in Ukraine committed suicide. Clearly, “because of a good life."

WHERE IS THE "BOLOTNAYA OPPOSITION" LEADING RUSSIA TO?
or "Bolotnik” sit-and-chats
After a turbulent, one can say – even frenzied activity, the "Bolotniks" at the latter part of last year and the first half of this year, the last two months of the summer has been unusually quiet, "yes - quiet and smooth." But this silence – is only apparent, as the "Bolotniks" evaluate the results of the "distance travelled", plan strategy and tactics of the struggle. And for us, communists, Bolsheviks, the time has passed for the "moment of truth" - understanding - who's who, who really wants what and what the "Bolotniks’” political slogans actually stand for." If this is not done now, then afterwards even our "political blindness" during the start of the perestroika times will seem just like an innocent little mistake.
Last weekend (at time of writing), prominent activists of the "Bolotonik" opposition gathered in a boarding house near Leningrad, where they held a "White Forum." Co-Chair of RPR-Parnassus Boris Nemtsov, State Duma deputy from the "Fair Russia" Ilya Ponomarev, head of the supervisory board of the movement "Russky" Alexander Belov and others discussed the key issues of strategy and tactics of their "autumn offensive."
The main issues addressed:
1. Is it necessary to continue the active street activities or is it time to move on to more serious party work and consider participating in the next election? Boris Nemtsov, declared that "the street protests are the only way to change the system in general." "The bringing of millions of people onto the streets will lead to the courts, the prosecutors, the Ministry of Interior, deputies waving their hands goodbye to the rogues and thieves" - said Nemtsov. After this, "we need to force Putin to the round table," Nemtsov said. In a similar vein, spoke former leader of the Movement Against Illegal Immigration, nationalist Alexander Belov, "For change, we need complete destabilization. Russia should learn from the experience of Egypt, Tunisia and Libya." The leader of "Democratic Choice" Vladimir Milov said that "we have to admit that Putin is a strong politician, able to talk to voters, and he won the fight." Now, Milov is certain that they have to work on the mistakes made, and instead of rallies and protests, they should begin serious preparation for the elections. "We say that we are the power, but do not know which way to get to it," - said Ilya Ponomarev. According to him, if the goal is to win the election, "it is necessary to disperse immediately and not support Pussy Riot”. Otherwise, the inevitable marginalization - and expect no more than 10-15 percent of support for the "Bolotniks".

2. The first day of the forum ended with a debate on the need to participate in the Coordination Council of the protest action, and elections to be held in autumn 2012. It will consist of 45 people. 30 of them will be elected by direct vote, and another five people will be there from the three "curiae" - liberals, leftists and nationalists. Opponents of the idea of elections to the Coordinating Council were representative of the "Democratic Choice" Vladimir Milov and Igor Drandin and the leader of the St. Petersburg "Another Russia" Andrei Dmitriev. Proponents of the Coordinating Council were Ponomariov and one of the leaders of the December 5 Party, Bilunov who gave a lengthy explanation that this structure compensates for "lack of legitimacy" of the leaders of the opposition and will serve as the "glue" between the government and the general opposition. They reminded people that not everyone is happy with the activities of the organizing committee meetings "For Fair Elections", as it is unclear according to what criteria it included people. Nationalist Belov formulated the need for a structure more effectively. This body, according to Belov, will receive from the voters the right to negotiate with the government and "accept the surrender" of the regime. As a result, the debate by a narrow margin was won by proponents of the Coordinating Council. 53 people have voted in favour, and 44 voted against.

What can one say about the views expressed at the "White Forum"? What will the “Bolotniks” choose - street fighting, or the "parliamentary" way? The first way is the way of the "social ram", the way of the organized minority, presented as the "people", and its views as the "voice of the people - the voice of God." How to mobilize this minority? Ideologists of "colour revolutions" say - the success of these revolutions is in "making chaos the norm." The second way has the real appeal of the masses, of their minds, to their real social and political interests. What can the “Boloniks” offer here? They cry out heart-rending slogans of "Down with Putin! This is a enemy, a monster, worse - a former KGB agent"! The person from the people will ask, "Well, how is Nemtsov and Grigory Yavlinsky any better then Putin, the embodiment of the "wicked" 1990-s? We know who they are? Do you not remember? Or hardened liberal Medvedev, his cowardice that ensured the victory of Americans in Libya, killing hero Gaddafi's"? Why do you "Bolotniks", run away from social problems? Why do you not say a word about what happens after your "victory"? You exalt Gene Sharp, the ideologist of non-violent struggle. But he says: "When you start your fight, you in advance are to be very clear about the result and exactly what change you want to achieve. You should immediately be aware of what it is you want in the end, because it's very easy to get instead of a change of a corrupt regime, an authoritarian corrupt military dictatorship in place." It turns out that you, the "Bolotniks" are playing "in the dark", not telling people what you really want to achieve? It is highly unlikely that the "parliamentary road" will lead you to victory.
About the "waverings" on the issue of the Coordinating Council about the protest action. "Who are you? And how did you turn up at the head of popular protest?" Yes, of course, perfectly legitimate questions. With the Coordinating Council, the "Bolotniks" want to "legalize themselves", to present themselves as "chosen by the people", and declare in the end, "and we are the power," "accept the surrender of the regime." The proposed scheme of elections is reminiscent of the election rules to the Czarist State Duma. And this is in the 21st century!
So how should we, communists, Bolsheviks, treat the "Bolotniks’" activity and the "Bolotniks’" slogans? First of all, we must understand that there is a struggle between two bourgeois, capitalist groups. One group, the Putin group, leans towards the national bourgeoisie, “playing” national-patriotic games with the people. And the other group, the "Bolotnik" group, is openly cosmopolitan, pro-American, seeking to make Russia a "second America" – or more precisely, a U.S. colony. Both are equally hostile to the struggle for the true interests of the working people, and both of them - ferocious enemies of the Communists.
Our task is to expose the true face of the "Bolotniks" to the masses and to sweep away these pseudo-fighters with a filthy broom for the people's interests, no matter what clothes they may be wearing, and no matter how sweet or luring their slogans may be.

ABOUT THE FASCIZATION OF MOLDOVA
On July 12, the Moldovan parliament voted to ban communist symbols. The country's ruling Alliance for European Integration (AEI) condemned the crimes of the communist regime in the Soviet period, and banned the use of Communist symbols in the country.
The initiative, "on the condemnation of crimes of the totalitarian communist regime in the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic" was made the Liberal Party’s Mihai Ghimpu. MPs from the party in parliament supported their allies in the Alliance for European Integration: MPs of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova Vlad Filat (Prime Minister of Moldova) and the Democratic Party of Moldova Marian Lupu (Speaker of Parliament).
Members of the Communist Party (the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova), led by Vladimir Voronin could not resist the anti-communists. In his speech, Voronin said that the Communist Party 10 years ago, "condemned the excesses of Stalinism and the Soviet system" and drew the attention of those of the majority of the fact that "a hot head can cause more harm than good."
The Moldovan bourgeois nationalist elite of this former Soviet republic has been infected with anti-communist, anti-Russian and pro-Romanian disease for many years (more than twenty years since the proclamation of "independence" on 08/27/1991). And these sentiments are openly anti-Moldavan in character.
M. Ghimpu stands for joining Moldova with Romania, who from September 2009 to the end of December 2010 was acting president. In 2010, M. Ghimpu signed a decree recognizing June 28 (06/28/1940, as the day of the return of Bessarabia and Moldavia in the USSR) "the day of Soviet occupation." The decree was later ruled unconstitutional. Under the leadership of his nephew Ghimpu Chirtoaca, mayor of the capital, in Chisinau a memorial stone was set up symbolizing the "Soviet occupation."
M. Ghimpu declared himself a "Romanian" and a "unionist" (i.e., in favour of unification of Moldavia with Romania, and, respectively, for the actual liquidation of the independence of Moldavia). He refused to go to Moscow to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Victory. Under him, one of the streets in the suburbs of Chisinau was named after an ally of Nazi Germany, the Romanian dictator Ion Antonescu. And these anti-Communists and Russophobes pro-Romanian (i.e. anti-Moldavski) minded politicians in the parliament of Moldova, 53 (of 101 members of parliament) voted in favour of a ban on communist symbols.
Moldova joined the ranks with anti-pro-American regimes in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Georgia (to match them and the orange-nationalist power of Ukraine, during the Yushchenko-Tymoshenko period, now these politicians within the United Opposition, "Freedom" of Tyahnybok, slding ever more to the right of "Udar" of Klitschko are eager to enter the Ukrainian Parliament), the ban communist symbols glorifying the "exploits" of the fascists-SS veterans, openly conducting an anti-Russian policy.
However, not everybody in Moldavia supported the decision.
The governor (head) of Gagauzia, Formuzal proposed a ban on unionist marches. And leaders like M. Ghimpu proposed to put them in prison for "twenty years", then "there will be far fewer conversations on the elimination of Moldova." In July and August, residents Cahul and Balti thwarted provocative actions by the unionists.
It should be noted that the situation in the Moldovan society is heating up. Fighting erupted between supporters of unification of Moldova with Romania (Unionists) and the pro-Russian forces.
It is clear that the pro-Romanian sentiment in society is being incited from the outside, especially from Romania, whose President Traian Basescu is an open advocate of a "Great Romania", which includes Romania, Moldavia and parts of Ukraine.
For many years (1990-2006) in Moldova the "History of Romanian" was taught (including during the period of the party of Communists and Voronin - from April 2001 to September 2009), which states that the Romanian army with Wehrmacht "liberated" Bessarabia and northern Bukovina, which had been "occupied" by Soviet troops. Then, on the advice of European advisors, they began to teach the so-called "Integrated history." Now, during the reign of the right-wing alliance, from September once again they decided to teach in schools, "the history of Romania." The governor of Gagauzia (Gagauz is one of the main strongholds of the Russian language in Moldova), in reply to this said that the educational institutions of the autonomous territorial unit will teach the history of their own country, the history of Moldova. Prime Minister Vladimir Filat, in late July, was forced to dismiss the minister of education, of his fellow party member M. Sleahtitchi who openly supported the Romanization. The new Minister of Education was the Maya Sandhu, non-party, two years before that served as adviser to the executive director of the World Bank in Washington. With this in mind, it is clear that the pro-Romanian education policy will hardly undergo fundamental changes.
It should be noted that the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova is a communist party in name only. This is a typical social-democratic party, such as our CP of Ukraine or the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (taking into consideration, of course, national identity). This is, in particular is bore witness by what Voronin said in condemning Stalinism. Voronin, apparently "forgot" that it was under Stalin that Bessarabia was returned to Moldavia and that Moldava received the status of a Soviet Republic, that it was under Stalin during the acute class struggle the remnants of the bourgeois-landlord exploiting elements was put an end to, but now has blossomed to full flower across all the republics of the former Soviet Union, including Moldava. In Soviet times, Moldavia was flourishing republic, a true garden of the Soviet Union. But now it is the poorest country in Europe, recognized as such by the World Bank in 2005, and in Moldova reigns mass unemployment. According to conservative estimates, at least 25% of the population are forced to work abroad. In "independent" bourgeois Moldova, there is no work for the workers.

***

The "Great Romania" project fits perfectly into the strategy of American imperialism to gain world domination, to capture the rich natural resources of Russia and its eventual subjugation of the world to Zionist capital. This is confirmed by the U.S. military plans to deploy NATO-missile defence systems in Romania and the Black Sea, systems aimed specifically against Russia. For this project and the Romanization of Moldova is being implemented, implanted and introduced to the masses, especially young people, using anti-communist anti-Russian neo-fascist ideology.
And in this country the most important task facing all genuine patriots of Moldova, is the task to oppose the anti-moldavian elements and counter these anti-communist anti-Russian plans. The task is to prevent the absorption of Moldova into Romania and prevent the transformation of the Moldovan people in a blind tool in the hands of the American-Zionist maniacs.

SEPTEMBER 9, 1948 – THE DAY THE DPRK WAS FOUNDED
On September 9, the people of the DPRK celebrate the 64th anniversary since the founding of their very own sovereign and independent socialist state. On this day in 1948 at the 1st session of the Supreme People's Assembly, the founding of the DPRK was proclaimed. Comrade Kim Il Sung was elected President of the DPRK and Chairman of the Ministerial Cabinet. From that day, the Great Leader tirelessly supervised the building of socialism in the first socialist state in Northeast Asia. Kim Il Sung was a father of the nation for the Koreans and a great commander, under whom Korea through off her half-century Japanese colonial rule in 1945, and emerged victorious in the Fatherland Liberation War (1950-1953) against the most dangerous imperialist predator - the United States far exceeding the DPRK not only in the material sense, but also in supplying its military armada with the latest technology of modern warfare. Moreover, in the war against the DPRK were engaged in part and the armed forces of the United States’ satellites. The greatest patriotism of Koreans who fought for their newly-found freedom and independence and belief in their Great Leader and Commander became the basis of unprecedented victory of a small country against the powerful United States. A significant factor in the victory of the DPRK over the armed to the teeth aggressor was also the socialist system as enshrined in the DPRK.
Every person in the DPRK became an individual human, and not a slave like they were under the Japanese. They became the creators, active builders of a happy future for their children, great patriots of their homeland. People infinitely believed Kim Il Sung, and were ready to perform any task set by the leader. Society was closely united around the Party and the Leader, the first secretary who was also a great leader.
The DPRK, despite its small size and lack of strong energy resources (oil on its territory has recently been found), plays an important geopolitical role in the lives of not only this region of the world, but also in the general life of the human community. The possession of nuclear weapons, due to the correct nuclear policy of Great Kim Jong Il, has made the DPRK inaccessible to a nuclear threat from the U.S., which from the time of the founding of the DPRK have been leading an economic blockade against the state, trying to, if not winning, then starving the people of country due to rather poor availability of land. The nature of the DPRK is beautiful. Mountains, rushing waterfalls FROM them, fabulous valleys, exotic flowers and trees - all this is fascinating to man, who turned out in the country of fabulous dreams, which is rightly called the Land of Morning Calm. But the presence of only 20% of area suitable for farming creates difficulties in the supply of food to the population. But in this matter, the Koreans found a wise decision: they learned to cultivate potatoes and get two crops a year, breed goat herds, which find food perfectly on the slopes of mountains and hills. Under Great Kim Jong Il powerful reconstruction of the entire area of arable land took place, which greatly increased the yield of crops. Korean scientists have successfully been working on breeding new varieties of high yielding crops for farming.
In every agricultural cooperative there are fish ponds for use by the local population, factories for growing the fry of valuable species of commercial fish and whole fish farms that use modern systems of breeding valuable fish species.
In the DPRK, the whole policy of the state is aimed at improving the lives of every citizen of the Republic. Even before birth, a young woman’s life is under the supervision of highly qualified doctors, and after the birth, the state assumes all the costs of education and health of the young citizen. Under the Great Leader a modern system was set up providing medical care to the population regardless of the distance from the capital area - Pyongyang. This work was improved significantly under Kim Jong Il with the latest achievements of medical diagnosis using computer technology.
Virtually the entire pre-school population of Koreans are fully provided for the state, being in child care centres, for which the parents do not make any payment. Pupils are provided with free school uniforms and school meals along with free textbooks. All students receive state Fellowships and no fees! They also receive a student uniform and are provided with free meals during their stay within the walls of the university.
Every man is surrounded by the care and attention of the state, as the main wealth of the DPRK are the people. Kim Il Sung always said and taught party officials that "we must worship the people like a God." In reality, this was expressed in his deep attention and care about life and its improvement for everyone. The DPRK is a state for the people, for those who work and create for he people’s good - material or spiritual. Work is always in he favour of the Koreans. Young people are seriously involved in sports and won gold medals in international competitions, and other types of sports competitions. Many winners of international school and student competitions. The people love and are proud of their country, seeking with their work to make it even more beautiful and powerful.
The Korean People's Army are the Armed Forces of the glorious DPRK, vigilantly guarding the borders and taking an active part in the peaceful construction. Their motto is "The party said – so let us do it!" Today, the DPRK is a real and very serious deterrent to the U.S. hawks who are anxious to start a new world war, in which there will be NO WINNERS. The nuclear equipment of the Armed Forces of the DPRK do not allow the U.S. to take the last dangerous move that will blow up planet Earth.
Today at the helm the ship of the DPRK is the safe hands of Kim Jong-Un - successor of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il.
On the anniversary of the founding of the DPRK, we congratulate the hardworking and heroic people of the DPRK and its leadership on the 64th anniversary of their Socialist Motherland. We wish happiness and prosperity to all the citizens of this great socialist country of Morning Calm.

Central Committee of the All- Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (CC AUCPB)

CONGRATULATIONS FROM THE CC AUCPB TO THE DPRK LEADERSHIP

To the First Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea
First Chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission
Supreme Commander of the Korean Peoples Army
Marshal of the DPRK
Comrade Kim Jong Un

Pyongyang, DPRK

Dear Comrade Kim Jong Un!
On behalf of the Central Committee of the AUCPB and myself, I cordially congratulate you and through you, to the leadership of the country and the heroic Korean people on the 64th anniversary of the Korean People's Democratic Republic. Created by the great leader and great military leader Comrade Kim Il Sung, as a result of Korea's liberation from Japanese colonial rule, Korea was the first socialist state in the North-East Asia, and continues this route chosen 64 years ago to the present day, holding high the banner of the Juche idea and adopting the policy of Songun. The monolithic unity of the leader, the Party, army and people provides an unprecedented strength of the state in a fierce economic blockade and constant military and ideological provocations against the DPRK by the U.S. and its satellites.
The people are comfortably and confidently working with enthusiasm advancing the stage in its upward movement to the peak of a prosperous socialist state without relying on someone's help or support, and have made great strides in economic development on their own. Continuity of government and the political leadership is the key strength of the state and progress in its development.
Today, the DPRK equipped with nuclear weapons is a powerful deterrent against attempts at igniting the fire of nuclear war by world imperialism in northeast Asia.
We wish the hardworking and heroic people of the DPRK ever more success in accomplishing the tasks set before them by the PARTY in socialist construction in the growth of the material well-being of every citizen.
Long live the DPRK - a country of strong and free people, the stronghold of peace in Northeast Asia!
Long live the DPRK's top leadership in the face of the successor of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il - the country's leader Kim Jong-un!
Long live the anti-imperialist struggle of the peoples of the world against imperialism!

Statement by the Central Committee of the AUCPB regarding the events in Syria

The ALL-UNION COMMUNIST PARTY OF BOLSHEVIKS fully supported, supports and will support the just struggle of the Syrian people against the American invaders and criminals unleashing terror in Syria on U.S. funds. We deeply despise the politics of robbery by the evil empire - the U.S., trying to impose on the world their American way of life - the power of money, banditry, immorality, violation of human values, corrupting the youth, which has no future. WE fully support the wise policy of President Assad of Syria in defending the sovereignty his country and the freedom of his people against the American humanoid animals, stupidly carrying out instructions from the U.S. government, buying them with long devalued green backs. The U.S. is flying into an abyss! And no matter what they do, the collapse of this empire of enemies of humanity is inevitable. So the sooner the U.S. meets with fair punishment – the better!
SYRIA - WE are with YOU!

On the fact of non-payment, investigators have opened a criminal case. According to the protesters, the chief executive of the plant continues to receive a regular salary of 280 rubles per month.
Within days, the starving workers were paid all the arrears. The prosecutor's office will follow up the repayment of wage arrears to the workers of “AMUR" who did not participate in the protest.

"Today they listed me 7500 rubles - said Tatiana Shokhin an employee at the company "Krocus"- the contractor. - This is the basic of my salary, along with the Far East premium. When we get a job, we were promised that there will be a bonus too, which totals to about 22 thousand rubles. In the wage department, they said that the administration of JSC "Krocus" ordered that all employees were to be given just their basic salary. We are very unhappy and do not know what to expect next."

Managers of Atamurat where the Atamurat-Kerkichi bridge is under construction, tried persuasion, promises and threats to force the workers to return to work. But the builders did not yield, and as a result of a seven-day strike, they were fully paid all arrears of wages.

South Korean auto industry is on strike
For over the past two months, South Korea's automobile workers have been struggling with their employers, demanding higher wages and the elimination of night shifts, which, in their opinion, are too dangerous.
In June, mass strikes, which were attended by about 80,000 people, began in the largest Korean factories «Kia» and «Hyundai». Workers of «General Motors Korea» are ready to strike. Since early July, along with their colleagues in the car industry, factory workers at «Kumho» Gwangju producing tires continued to strike.
On August 16 a general strike was launched: it began with workers at the plant in Gwangju, and then joined by workers at the plant in Coxon. This action followed by an incomplete month long strike, which was attended by about 3100 workers.

Staff NATO military base in Turkey threaten strike action
Recently, 1,200 Turkish workers at the NATO military base of Incirlik voted in favour of strike action, according to Turkish media.
The decision to go on strike was taken by the Armed Forces Union of Turkey. Its leader Bayram Bosa in an interview with the newspaper "Svyezda" said that preliminary work in connection with the strike had already begun.
"If we start strike action, the military base will be paralyzed," - said Bosa, adding that at the base in "Incirlik" all the work is carried out by Turks.
According to press reports, the cause of the strike is due to a violation by U.S. companies of a point in the work contract on payment of additional bonuses due to the economic crisis.

Police bullets do not stop striking miners of South Africa
About three thousand striking workers of the "Marikan" mine demanding a threefold increase their earnings, armed with machetes and sticks, blocked the entrance to the mine. The police opened fire, killing 36 people and wounding more than 70, but that did not dampen the determination of the miners to seek justice. Shortly after the execution, the administration of "Marican" renounced the threat of dismissal and started negotiations with the strikers.
On August 22, over a thousand miners at the "Royal Bafokeng" mine near Rustenberg stopped work and gathered at the main entrance to the mine and demanded negotiations with management. They also demanded a threefold increase in wages, and soon similar requirements were put put forth by «Thembelani»mine workers, expressing a willingness to strike.

ANOTHER “MARCH OF THE MILLIONS"

On September 15 in Moscow, another "March of the Millions" took place. Since this was the third event under the title - it is logical above all to speak of "the dynamics of the process," the evolution of the "March of the Millions."
About the size and composition of the participants. Tthe rally, according to the Interior Ministry, was attended by some 14,000 people. One of those leading rally Ilya Yashin from the stage said that "at least 100,000" demonstrators had gathered on Prospect Sakharov, but most of the journalists were skeptical of such an assessment. "Novaya Gazeta" estimated number to be around 20-30 thousand, and other media gave similar estimates. That is to say of course, the number of people at this march was smaller than previous ones. Participants came to the meeting area in two separate columns, which could be described as the "liberal" = "Bolotniks" column and the "leftist" column, where the communists also were. Inside the columns were also party group and movements, in particular – a large number of students and lecturers with their "professional" slogans, representatives of nationalist organizations and supporters of the punk band Pussy Riot.
At the meeting, the vast majority of the speakers were members of the same order of the already frayed deck "Bolotniks opposition": Alexey Navalny and Gennady Gudkov, Dmitry Gudkov, Ilya Ponomarev, Boris Nemtsov, Garry Kasparov, Alexander "Belov" Potkin, Sergei Udaltsov, and others, and the slogans and appeals were not original either: "Down with Putin", "give us new, honest elections." However, there was also a new one: "Grey aphids – get out of the Kremlin!". The rally was mainly devoted to the case of Gennady Gudkov, who was earlier stripped of his parliamentary mandate, the "Bolotnik cause" and raising money for the needs of the opposition - "give us money, as much as you can", towards the upcoming elections, towards "political prisoners", towards "Rospil" and "Rosuznik" etc. Here, obviously this was to show how badly all of us are doing without U.S. grants, and this is what Putin has brought the country to. Sergei Udaltsov repeatedly called on people to set up tents and occupy in “Maidan-style”, but that turned out to be "merely a voice crying out in the wilderness."
How did the "experts" judge the rally and what did they see as important? Here are some quotes: "We are witnessing a profound moral defeat of the opposition leaders. They do not offer any content, but only protest for the sake of protest." Another "expert" rated the third "March" as a personal failure of the opposition leaders, who "failed to create the impression of popular support of the protest movement," their "objectives are still not clear ... and this is the tragedy of the main opposition leaders."
In general, both the "experts" say different words for the same thing - the leaders of the “Bolotniks" are leading from the start, a "covered", masked struggle against another bourgeois faction, headed by Putin, and they are essentially" not revealing their cards "of their true purpose and at every march this becomes clearer and deters potential supporters away from them.
What about the behaviour of the representatives of the "leftist column," which in numbers, though it may be, were fewer than the "Bolotniks", but not by many. How did the left "express" themselves at the rally? Oh, nothing much really! With their quiet, toothless behaviour they transformed themselves at the rally into "sixes", "bought" the "small things" - and "access" to the microphone by two representatives of the pro-Zyuganov and anti-Zyuganov wing of the communists (CPRF) with two or three of the same toothless points in the social resolution. But with their presence at the meeting, the left were provided the opportunity to declare - "Here we are in this together, the liberals and the left." It would be handy to remind these "pseudo-communists" about the 1920-30-s in Germany, when German communists were not afraid to fight, and (literally) scatter the rallies where fascist forces had gathered. What was the point then of the recent gathering of the "Second Forum of the Left" sagely discussing plans for future activities of the communist opposition?
What did the Bolsheviks do at the rally? Primarily, they worked with the masses of the adherents of the Liberals, giving them leaflets with our "brand" slogan "Russia - without the bourgeois!". It turned out that most liberals had not even thought about the question - well, we’ll "run" Putin out of office but who will be replacing him? Those who managed to answer this question said in the vast majority of cases that after Putin – Everything will be fine! The prospects are looking good!
What lessons should the communists learn from this third "March of the Millions"? Such rallies for the communists should be seen as a field of a fierce uncompromising struggle against the liberals and their exposure to the masses. Only in this can these meetings be useful!
Go to rallies of the enemies - to get to know them!

S.V.Khristyenko

For Bolshevism No 9 (114) September 2012

WORKERS OF ALL COUNTRIES, UNITE! ALL-UNION COMMUNIST PARTY OF BOLSHEVIKS SOCIALIST REVOLUTION FOR BOLSHEVISM INSIDE THE COMMUNIST AND WORKERS’ MOVEMENT FOR BOLSHEVISM-AUCPB website: http://aucpbenglishwebsite.blogspot.com No 09 (114) SEPTEMBER 2012 --------------------------------------------------------------------- Condolences to the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea Dear COMRADES! The Central Committee of the AUCPB expresses its deep condolences to the Korean people in connection with the powerful hurricane which struck on July 21 the coast of the DRRK, which led to casualties and significant property damage - flooded large areas of farmland, destroying many homes and public buildings, as well as the destruction of a number of transport and electricity supplying arteries of the country. Despite the seriousness of the disaster, we are confident of a speedy liquidation of its consequences by virtue of the socialist character of the state of the DPRK, which serves the interests of the people, and the fact that the Korean People's Army - the flesh of the people, is a powerful factor in building socialism in the DPRK. N. Andreeva General Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB =========================================== FATHERLAND LIBERATION DAY IN THE DPRK In the DPRK, August 15 is celebrated as Fatherland Liberation Day. This date symbolizes the liberation of Korea and the completion in August 1945 of the national liberation struggle of the Korean people against Japanese colonialists. The Japanese for almost half a century possessed the wealth of the people, plundered the country, turning its inhabitants into their slaves, who were violently forced to abandon their old National Korean culture where Koreans were forced to give their children Japanese names at birth and young girls sent to brothels for Japanese soldiers. The comprehensive destruction of the Korean nation was underway. The people groaned under the yoke of the Japanese. But the strong-willed Koreans rose up in the struggle for freedom and independence. Many of them ended their lives in the dungeons of Japanese prisons. A very young Kim Il Sung, leaving home, vowed to return to a liberated country. And he kept his word. While still a student he created Down with Imperialism Union (DIU - 10/17/1926), and later – on May 5, 1936 – the Association for the Restoration of the Fatherland. Around Kim Il Sung, from out of his associates were formed revolutionary groups of youth who became the future core of the revolutionary guerrilla groups, from which emerged the People's Revolutionary Army, in the future - the KPA. April 25 is celebrated as the Military Foundation Day in the DPRK as President Kim Il Sung founded the Korean People Army (1932). The struggle against the Japanese regular army units had been very difficult and unfair, because the Japanese were well supplied with food and, and all the necessary military equipment. The Korean guerrillas obtained weapons in armed attacks on the Japanese military forces, and guerrillas were supplied with food by local residents who fully supported the sacred fight of the guerrilla groups. The military genius of the great General and the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung, the great patriotism of all the Korean people and faith in their leader to fight the Japanese led the Korean Revolutionary People's Liberation Army to victory and defeat the Japanese in August 1945. Then began the difficult job of creating a state on the Korean soil liberated from the Japanese. With the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il-Sung, on October 10, 1945 the Workers' Party of Korea was formed. On September 9, 1948 he founded the DPRK - the first socialist state in North-East Asia. The CC AUCPB congratulates the citizens of the DPRK and the country's leadership on the landmark date – Fatherland Liberation Day of and wishes every success in the implementation of the ambitious plans of building a prosperous socialist nation. CC AUCPB ================= AUGUST 13 - COMRADE FIDEL CASTRO RUZ MARKS 86 YEARS On August 13, Comrade Fidel Castro Ruz, Legendary Commander, leader of the Cuban revolution, fiery revolutionary of the twentieth century, one of the greatest minds of our time, creator of the first socialist state in the Americas, standard-bearer of the struggle for the liberation of the peoples of Latin America from the yoke and pillaging of natural resources by the U.S. imperialist predators, marks 86 years. He is, as always, full of creative energy and does a lot of work developing the theory of building a socialist state and exposing in his "Reflections" the criminal policy of the imperialist community and above all – the monster, swinging on the possession of the whole world – the evil empire - the United States. Comrade Fidel Castro's stood for half century at the helm of the ship of a state enduring a deep capitalist blockade. Despite the difficult conditions today - Cuba is truly an independent and socialist state, gazing steadily into the future and setting an example to others. Cuba occupies a special place in the anti-imperialist struggle of the peoples of the world who do not want to live under the yoke of imperialism and are fighting for their freedom and independence. For the peoples of Latin America, Cuba is a beacon of struggle, an example of courage, heroism, fortitude, revolutionary action, inspiring them to fight against imperialism and for the triumph of the ideals of Socialism. Cuba has become the centre of the struggle for socialism in Latin America and the creation of pro-socialist regimes in this Region. The socialist reforms carried out in Venezuela by Hugo Chavez are far reaching. We heartily congratulate the esteemed Comrade Fidel Castro on his birthday and wish you many years of productive life for the benefit of progressive mankind. CC AUCPB ===================== BARGAINING CHIP IN THE POLITICAL GAME On July 3 in the second reading of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the long-suffering Law on the languages was adopted under the title "On State Language Policy." 248 out of 450 People's Deputies voted in favour of the Law. The bill was proposed by the People's Deputies from the Party of Regions, Kolesnichenko and Kivalov. An attempt on May 24 to consider the bill on first reading was thwarted by nationalist People's Deputies, who staged a real massacre in Parliament and in the first reading, the bill was passed at the second attempt on June 5. After that, representatives of the nationalist factions in parliament made more than two thousand amendments to 30 articles of the law in the bill, in fact led to its rejection, because until the end of the session of the Verkhovna Rada (ended July 6), the deputies did not have time to consider them all. Therefore, the Party of Regions issued the Bill on languages directly to the session of Parliament, where it received the most votes. This law is introduced into the daily life of Ukraine by demand of the European Charter "On regional and minority languages", as well as the provision of the Constitution of Ukraine, Article 10 which declares: "In Ukraine, the free development, use and protection of Russian and other languages of national minorities of Ukraine is guaranteed." The law does not infringe on the status of the Ukrainian language, which remains the only state language in Ukraine. According to the adopted law, the Russian language as a regional language returns to 13 regions of Ukraine - Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhya, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kherson and Chernihiv region, as well as in Crimea, Kiev and Sevastopol. But in order that the law came into force, it has yet to be signed by the President. Representatives of the Party of the Regions are trying to attribute the adoption of the law to themselves and declare victory. But this is not the case. The Party of the Regions have stood for bilingualism in Ukraine and the introduction of Russian as a second state language since the early 2000s. But these were nothing more than campaign promises that after the elections were immediately forgotten, and postponed "indefinitely." But Russian is the native tongue for at least half the population of Ukraine. (We would like to remind you that even under President Yushchenko, 4.2 million signatures for a referendum in support of the Russian language were gathered. But Yushchenko ignored the will of the people). Now is time for elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (October 28). The regime of Yanukovych-Azarov, carrying on an open anti-people policies, policies on the offensive of capital on the remaining rights of the working people of Ukraine was fully exposed in the eyes of the people as a regime of working in the interests of big business and oligarchs in Ukraine. The popularity of the Party of Regions has begun to fall sharply. And thus to boost its long-tarnished image, the Regionals and had to adopt this law. The Nationalists also, as faithful servants of western US-Zionist capital, as Russia's enemies, the enemies of the working people of Ukraine, make pieces of Judas silver, trying to pit one set of workers, one region of Ukraine, against another, the Ukrainian-speaking west and Russian-speaking East and South, believers against atheists, Catholics and Greco-Roman Catholics against Orthodox believers UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate - Kiev Patriarchate Orthodox believers, etc., etc. And on July 4 at European Square in Kiev at the entrance to the building of the Ukrainian House (the former Lenin Museum), police clash with protesters, who are against the adoption of the law on languages. Police fired tear gas against the demonstrators. President Viktor Yanukovych, who was about to hold a press conference in the Ukrainian House, was forced to cancel it, which somewhat cooled the protestors. The protests of nationalists continued. The day after the adoption of a law by Parliament, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Parliament, who was absent at the meeting, said that the deputies of the Regions "divorced" him "divorced" the Ukrainian people, and announced his resignation. However, closing the session, the resignation of the Speaker of Parliament was not accepted. Now in order for the president to sign this law, it requires that he first enters into this with the signature of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada. But Lytvyn refused to sign the law. Thus the probability that the new law on languages coming into force is very small. And the President, after many days of protests by nationalists, hardly dare to sign the bill. Both the political forces will benefit - the Party of Regions, which passed the Act though the Parliament, and the nationalists who do not allow the president to sign it. Both political forces are trying to score points with their constituents. The true interests of the working people of Ukraine to the blue-white (the Party of Regions) and orange (the so-called united opposition National Democratic Forces) is absolutely alien. The great Marxist slogan - "Workers of All Countries, Unite!" is more than ever important for the working class, working people of Ukraine. And we Bolsheviks will steadily bring the demands of this slogan into reality, bringing together workers of Ukraine in the struggle to overthrow the power of capital. A. MAEVSKY, secretary of the CC AUCPB ======================================================= JULY 27 - VICTORY OF THE DPRK IN THE FATHERLAND LIBERATION WAR On July 27, Korean people celebrated the 59 th anniversary of the signing of the armistice agreement between the DPRK, China and the United States on behalf of the UN on the cessation of hostilities. This Day is celebrated in the DPRK as the Day of the DPRK’s victory in the Fatherland Liberation War against the imperialist U.S. and its satellites in their armed aggression against the DPRK. In the armistice agreement between the DPRK and South Korea, a demilitarized line was established that became an official division of Korea into two states at the 38th parallel. The DPRK victory was achieved at the cost of great courage and unparalleled heroism and sacrifice of the Korean people, thanks to the military genius of the Great Leader and Great military leader Comrade Kim Il Sung. The war showed the monolithic unity of the Korean people, its mass patriotism, faith and cohesion around their Leader and Commander, hatred for the invaders, the latter-day pretenders to the colonization of Korea - the Americans. The feat of a belligerent nation, the people of the victor, will forever be inscribed in the history of Korea as a hymn to the courage and the desire for freedom and independence as well as the ability to defend the gains of the Korean Revolution. More than half a century has passed, but the United States have not abandoned their criminal plans to enslave Korea, destroy the socialist system and do away forever with the communist - Juche ideology in North-East Asia. With the arrival to the White House of Barack Obama, diverse U.S. pressure on the DPRK has not been weakened, but only even more intensified. This newly Nobel Prized "Peace Prize" “winner” in 2009, awarded for his "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy to create a world without nuclear weapons", "for the creation of a new climate in international politics" and "the use of the UN and other international organizations" to create this "new climate of peace", personally demonstrated and continues to pursue the sinister imperialist genocidal foreign policies of the ruling clan of the United States in relation not only to the DPRK, but also to other independent states. (The destruction of Libya, and now number 1 in readiness to destroy Syria. WHO will be next on this ominous list of states listed for destruction by the U.S.? WHEN will the United States answer for the blood and tears of the peoples of the world?) Under Barack Obama, the UN has been transformed into a voiceless lackey of the present U.S. policy of foreign conquest, concocting one Statement after another against the DPRK, provoking retaliatory actions by the DPRK against U.S. provocations. We recall that Mikhail Gorbachev became a winner of the "Peace Prize", a bitter enemy, criminal and corrupt traitor to the Soviet peoples, having handed the Soviet Union over to the imperialist gang, and that the current president of South Korea – useful lackey to the USA, Lee Myung-Bak and other faithful servants of the agonizing criminal underworld of modern imperialism. (The Nobel Peace Prize costa about 970,000 euros). Despite the constant hostile howling of the bourgeois media and provocation by the U.S. with the use of their armed force in the Eastern region of the world, we also firmly believe that the people of the DPRK can not be beaten by anybody. We fully endorse the wise and prudent policy of the DPRK leadership, aimed at strengthening national defence, for the continuation of nuclear research and improvements to its nuclear weapons - the only real way to protect their non-dependence in the current conditions of the vicious pack of imperialist predators. Nowadays, with the super aggressiveness of imperialism, force can only be countered by force. (For some reason the Russian government repeatedly ignores this historically proven truth ...) Despite the increasing pressure on the DPRK, we firmly believe in the successful solution of problems of the country for accelerated construction of a prosperous socialist state based on the self-contained growing economy of the DPRK, and therefore VICTORY of the DPRK in a peaceful struggle against imperialist predators is beyond doubt. The status of a world nuclear power, sovereignty and dignity of the nation – is an invincible stronghold of socialism! Today the DPRK by its example of successful international opposition to imperialism in a besieged fortress, encourages other freedom-loving peoples onto the path of socialism and independence. Congratulating the 59th anniversary of Victory Day of the DPRK in the Fatherland Liberation War (1950-1953.), we wish the heroic and courageous people of the DPRK success in solving all the tasks raised by party and its leadership in socialist construction and strengthen the country's defence. CC AUCPB ========================= ON PETTY-BOURGEOIS REVOLUTIONARINESS ... and our (AUCPB) comments on the article that was written by L. Pribytkova Recently, the work of Igor Gubkin, "Breaking the deadlock. A new Policy" was published. The author's name is known in the communist movement. I, (L. Pribytkova) wrote in an article "Revolutionaries are not afraid of prison" ("Soviet soldier", 2007, № 5), that in August 2006 in the Moscow City Court, the trial ended of the Revolutionary Military Council, which began in 2001, the head of which was Igor Gubkin. From the indictment of the case it meant that "... a criminal organization, the military-political entity Revolutionary Military Council (PBC), was an organ for the preparation and implementation of an armed uprising to oust the anti-peoples government of ministers-capitalists, to overthrow the bourgeois regime in the Russian Federation and the establishment of a dictatorship of the proletariat in the form of Soviet power with the formation of the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic ... "(AUCPB comment.: really did that mean such a thing? And was not the investigator afraid to carry out communist propaganda?) Igor Gubkin was the leader of young communist revolutionaries who could not come to terms with the bourgeois counter-revolution that took place in the Soviet Union, and therefore entered the path of struggle. (AUCPB comment.: That is the subjective opinion of the author. I. Gubkin was not the leader of the communist youth). They saw that they should not trust anyone. None of the communist parties of Russia, which there were already about ten at the time, set the goal of smashing the bourgeois state machine (AUCPB comment.: a subjective statement of the author and not the case in reality. The task of smashing the bourgeois state machine has been in place in the program of the AUCPB since 1991). "Communists" using only rallies, demonstrations and pickets are trying to help people solve particular problems of timely payment of wages or an increase, decrease in medicine prices, utility services, etc. When they encourage people to fight, they call on only using methods permissible by the authorities (AUCPB comment.: the author is not basing this assertion on anything). They saw that the largest communist party – the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF), and not just that party, is contaminated with "parliamentary cretinism", suggesting to their rank and file members the harmful illusion that only by voting in elections can we only return the country to socialism. Not one party has a program for the preparation towards a new socialist revolution (AUCPB comment.: And the AUCPB?). But revolutions are not born of the holy spirit, they are natural and are prepared with great difficulty by the revolutionary, using legal and illegal activities. A socialist revolution is a radical qualitative revolution in economics, politics and ideology of society. In the economy – this means the destruction of private ownership - the economic basis of the capitalist mode of production. None of the communist parties place this as such a task (AUCPB comment.: and the AUCPB?). Their leaders are afraid to lead the communists along the Bolshevik route, since this is related to the expropriation from the bourgeoisie and nationalization of land, banks, factories, railroads, mines. We will need to abolish the fraudulent privatization carried out in the country in the early 90-s. But the bourgeoisie by peaceful means will not hand back the loot. Too much has been stolen as a result of the counter-revolution. It would, as in 1918, unleash a civil war. It is almost ready for that now. Its faithful servants, the Duma inmates have adopted not one law by which the bourgeois court would have to punish the bourgeoisie but instead punishes the slightest opposition to the authorities. Russia is increasingly starting to resemble a police state (AUCPB comment.: we believe that Russia has long been a police state, and have emphasized the growing fascisation of the Russian authorities). For over ten years, Igor Gubkin has been serving time in a penal colony on trumped-up charges by the FSB. The revolutionary for this government is very dangerous, and it prefers to keep him behind bars. But in captivity, he has written several excellent books, and friends have published and distributed them. In the books you can learn to become young revolutionaries. (AUCPB comment.: the subjective opinion of the author. Compare "Red Grimoir" by I. Gubkin to "Mini-Manual of the urban guerrilla" by Carlo Marighella – since the second book is full in content, and the first is empty, boring and straight forward, but the second is interesting from namely a literary point of view). In his recent work, "Out of the deadlock. A new policy," the communist (AUCPB comment.: a communist, right?) Gubkin proposed the project "Program of a Party of the Russian National Liberation "(PRUNO – Partiya Russkogo Natsional’nogo Osvobozhdeniya). I’ll acquaint you with the program. To my surprise, there is no limit. I am unable to understand how it relates to the communists. In front of me lies a project of a common bourgeois-nationalist party. "Our people are being robbed, and humiliated. The land inherited from their fathers and grandfathers, is being carved up by strangers." "The Russian people are deprived of their state." "Russia is broken up, wealth taken out of her, science destroyed, along with industry and agriculture ...". "The state established on our land, is alien, hostile to Russian and should be abolished." "Our enemy is the aggressive international community of the largest private owners controlling governments and presidents, deciding the fate of states and their citizens." "The foundation of the modern world economy, and thus providing the means to human life - is the financial and banking systems that are in the hands of Jewish Zionists. Zionism, or Jewish fascism is the political doctrine of the superiority of the chosen people above all other. The Zionists seek to consolidate their general domination and destroy the obstacles in its path to that goal. Russia, as a distinct civilization, stands in their way." It is now clear "what is happening inside the country " and who "are our enemies." It turns out that our country is "occupied." "Strangers" are "the largest private owners", the international banks, led by the Zionists ... It is necessary to "overthrow the occupation regime" to bring about "Russian order" ... We must prepare for a "national-liberation revolution under the banner of salvation of the Russian nation and the indigenous peoples of Russia - the USSR." No one can disagree with the thesis of these statements. (AUCPB comment.: in reality, communists cannot agree with them). It is a pity that Igor Vladimirovich gave up the idea of proletarian socialist revolution, which he wrote in his "Order of the Sword Bearer. Modern opportunism in matters of a new (Leninist) type of party" in 2009. (AUCPB comment.: here there should be no pity, but instead an exposure of nationalism. Nationalism must be in particular ruthlessly exposed in the communist movement as a hostile to Bolshevism bourgeois ideology and politics on the national question, which express the class interests of the bourgeoisie). Of course, prison is not the best place for analysis in order to study the development of imperialism in contemporary Russia, for an analysis of class struggles and protests. However, young revolutionaries Alexander Yakovenko and Andrey Gerasimov have for many years languished in prison in Ukraine, (AUCPB comment.: and the five other political prisoners in the "Odessa case" - do they not exist in the author’s eyes?). I read their articles. I'm glad. They have not been broken. They stand firmly on Marxist positions. It is a pity that Igor Gubkin does not call the country today other than a "declassed Russia,", and does not see its imperialist state in which the principal thing is the antagonistic contradiction between the two main classes of the bourgeoisie and the working class. Otherwise he would not have emphasised the "semi-proletariat of dying small towns", "villagers", young people "not having certain beliefs, scepticism, disorder, and despising communists." I had to reread and rethink his previously published work. It seems that in the last revolution in 1917 he did not understand the main thing, its objective conditions, since he writes that "the policy of socialist revolution was literally forced upon the party by Lenin." It is a pity that the massive anti-communist pressure of so-called perestroika did its dirty deed and Gubkin even calls the exploits of V.I. Chapaev "a shining myth..." (AUCPB comment.: No, here there is something more serious than the consequences of "massive anticommunist pressure"). Concentrating on the "invaders" Zionists, he stopped realizing that workers don’t care about the nationality of their employer who does not give them a salary for six months. They don’t care what kind of bourgeois runs the factory, whether the employer is a Russian or Jew, Ukrainian or Tatar that is ruthlessly exploiting them by paying them paltry rubles for a 12-14 work day six days a week (and sometimes seven-days). Recently in Kazakhstan in the city of Zhanaozen (AUCPB comment.: on December 16, 2011.) at a manifestation of oil workers demanding higher wages, police opened fire and shot demonstrators. The massacre was repeated in other cities. President Nazarbayev’s son-in-law Kulibayev, a Kazakh, and millionaire had a hand in this, who got fat on the backs of the oil industry in Kazakhstan. But Natalia Sokolova, attorney for the coal miners, was sent to prison at the request of the President of JSC "Karazhanbasmunai" millionaire Chinese man Yuan Mu, who among other things, is a member of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC). The enemies of the working class in all countries is the bourgeoisie - a class of owners of the means of production concentrating all the national wealth of the planet in their hands. And it is not just the largest private owners according to Gubkin that grow fat by exploiting working people, but the big, medium and small bourgeoisie also. And in conditions of imperialist globalization and the concentration of capital in the hands of transnational corporations (TNCs), the bourgeoisie no longer have a nationality. Capital is international. That's why workers do not have to muddle their brains with words about occupation, as this word can be substituted for counter-revolution. Any concepts have a strict scientific sense. They cannot be used loosely. Yes, the territory of the USSR during the Second World War was occupied by Hitler's army. Yes, Palestine is still occupied by Israel. But Spain and Greece which are now in dire economic crisis are not classed as occupied countries, although their whole economy is under the burden of global capital. Similar to dozens and dozens of other countries in the world. Yes, there was expansion of the dollar, yes, TNCs now rule the world, but why give a broad interpretation to the concept of "occupation", as the Russian language is rich enough to accurately denote the current problems of globalization. It is a pity that the materialist dialectic has ceased being an analytical method for Igor Vladimirovich. (AUCPB comment.: It is not worth regretting it, but instead disclose the fallacy of such postions). For him, all this Marxist "stuff" - the class approach to the analysis of social phenomena, theory of class struggle, Leninist theory of socialist revolution, the dialectic of objective and subjective factors of the revolution, socio-economic system – have lost their meaning. He believes that young people who will carry out the national liberation revolution, do not know Marxism and their heads are crammed with "dark myths" driven in by the democrats, and do not need Marxism... (AUCPB comment.: another confirmation of the fact that the views of Gubkin are contrary to communist ideology, and he is not a communist.) We agree that the bourgeois-democratic revolutions, counter-revolutionary coups and all sorts of modern colour revolutions, which are not revolutions, are not needed by the crowds of politically literate people. The disgruntled masses are used by the bourgeoisie, as a battering ram to fight, just like ordinary cannon fodder ... A socialist revolution is different. Its success is assured by the consciousness of the masses. In order to expropriate the expropriators, the bourgeois state machine requires dismantling. The working class must take power into its own hands, to establish the dictatorship of the proletariat, to put an end to the enemies, then build a new and just life. This is the pattern of transition from capitalism to socialism. And today, this pattern has not disappeared. And the revolutionary must know it! The communist should know that a socialist revolution is impossible without a revolutionary situation in the country, which is an objective factor, beyond the will of the people. During this period, the contradiction between productive forces and production relations of society is aggravated to the limit. At the limit is the suffering of the people. Spontaneous mass protest arises to the highest point, when, as Lenin wrote, the uppers can not govern in new ways, and the lowers do not want to live the old way. But the victory of a revolution is impossible without the maturity of the subjective factor. High organization of the main revolutionary force of our time - the working class is required. Not an abstract "people" or ethnic group, but namely the working class, in its most advanced position, and the only consistently revolutionary class today. And the index of its high organization is the communist party as its vanguard, armed with Marxist-Leninist theory, which today is extremely important. Such a party would indicate the presence or not of the mature subjective factor, i.e. the readiness of the class during a revolutionary situation to take action and triumph. The dialectics of the objective and subjective factors is the law of socialist revolution. One can understand the metamorphosis of Gubkin (AUCPB comment.: but it is no use to anyone.) In front of everyone, the largest by membership Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) has transformed from being a communist party (AUCPB comment.: which it has never been since its inception on the recommendation of Gorbachev and Yeltsin) into a petty-bourgeois social-democratic party. The modern working class is infected with petty-bourgeois illusions. In my heart and soul lies the pain of the insulted Motherland and unfulfilled expectations, the desire to act with growing impatience. Perhaps this has led Igor Gubkin to left opportunism, which Lenin called an "infantile disorder", “left-wing” in communism. That is - moving away from the class positions of Marxism over to petty-bourgeois revolutionism. (AUCPB comment.: more precisely, over to the negation of Marxism and attraction towards nationalist ideas.) Now, he believes that the adherents of Marxist-Leninist ideas are too old and that their time has passed. Today, young people from 15 to 30 years should be in the "Party of Russian National Liberation (PRUNO)." Well, it does not matter that they lack ideas or that they "have not read any of Marx or Lenin, or are ridiculously naive in politics and have poor knowledge of history." But they are easy to rouse. Over into the National Bolshevik Party, where Limonov is, and there are the young National Bolsheviks. But can communists take the example of petty politician Limonov? Is not it better to focus on Aleka Papariga, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Greece? (AUCPB comment.: No, not at all. The party of A. Papariga takes an active part in parliamentary elections. As the leader of the faction of a party in the parliament of Greece, Aleka Papariga thus stands in favour of the path of reforming parliamentary bourgeois society. But, according to Lenin, "the essence of reformism lies in weakening the evil, but not destroying it "(CW, V. 30, p.42) and "Replacing the bourgeois state by a proletarian one is impossible without a violent revolution" (ibid., p.22). Thus Aleka Papariga will never lead the workers towards socialist revolution . So can you equate her with the communists, in which young people should be equal? A. Papariga’s position is a typical Eurocommunism position). I. Gubkin writes that young people have "uninhibited thinking, and for them there seems little that is impossible ... What is valuable in them is the ease with which they are willing to take risks and sacrifice in defending truth and justice." "For a member of a revolutionary party, the main thing is the ability to act, rather than knowledge of Marxist texts" (AUCPB comment.: Practice without theory is worth little. How can people act if they do not know what they are fighting for? And the type of actions they will carry out in light of their ignorance is also obvious). But if, according to Igor Gubkin, "preparing for an armed uprising is the immediate task of revolutionaries", then this is very serious. This is not a fighting match as with the National Bolsheviks in the NBP. This is not petty pseudo-stunts that the leader of the "Left Front" Sergei Udaltsov organises in the interests of right-wing forces of Russia ... Will these young people know for what aim they will be dragged into an armed confrontation, why they have been given automatic rifles and who they will have to shoot at... automatic rifles will not only be fired from their side but from the other side too.... Will these silly young people know what they will die for? For what and whose truth and justice? (AUCPB comment.: the following serves as an illustrative example. In a recent TV program, a correspondent asked question to a youth audience in connection with the desire of an enthusiast from suburban Moscow to erect with his own money a monument at the place where many Soviet soldiers were killed in combat with the Nazis during World War II. He asked "And could you do that? Throw yourselves under tanks with grenades in hand? Fight to the death?" And the young people in the audience stared straight into the camera and without batting an eye, replied: "Never!" - "Why not?" – asked the puzzled reporter. "Because those people were fighting for their Motherland, for their land. But WHAT do we have to die for? The land is no longer ours because the rich people have all bought it. And Motherland? What's that? Friedman’s Banks? Deripaska's yacht? "("Rossiskya Gazetta" dated July 12, 2012 № 158 (5831), P. 27). Indeed there can be no abstract truth and justice, and no abstract democracy, freedom, human rights ... These concepts always have concrete historical meaning (AUCPB comment.: first of all, these concepts are class concepts). What is just for the slaveholder and the bourgeois is unjust for the slave and the worker. This is the ABC of Marxism. What is in it that is outdated? And will the working man join PRUNO, a party where the leaders are going to raise up the young people not for pleasant stroll "through the valleys and hills," but for armed struggle, and are constantly chatting about how Marxism is outdated and needs to be reformed. But by themselves, this reforming does not go beyond abstract verbiage. Do not believe, in fact, the primitive gag about the development of Marxism ... Although "updating" Marxism is now more reminiscent of an anecdote than a creative interpretation of the laws of modern realities. For example, from petty-bourgeois positions, it "developed" by "scientists" such as V.S. Petrukhin and A.P. Proskurin now forming the "Party of the Working Class of Russia - New Communists." With a knowledge of the business, they hold political economic conferences under the title "Marxist studies," in which there is not a hint of Marx in them ... But the basic tenets of Marxism, among other things, are the scientific laws of social development, discovered by Marx, Engels and Lenin (AUCPB comment.: scientific laws of social development, discovered by the founders of the revolutionary theory are true, and thus they can not be "among other things"). It is a pity that the Gubkin thrown out of his intellectual arsenal dialectical and historical materialism, Marxist political economy and scientific communism. And the word "law", incidentally, means common, essential, necessary and relatively stable connections in the objects and phenomena of the world. While the phenomenon of "capitalism" exists, in it works its specific laws, and the most common one too. And that, dear Igor, is not scholastic. With the help of science, an enormous breakthrough in the development of production was made possible, and there was a scientific-technical revolution ... And knowledge of social laws for a person becomes a golden key, a thinking tool for an analysis of events, facts, reality and social change. This knowledge helps us to penetrate into the depths of social existence. Just like ignorance of social laws, fluttering over the surface of social phenomena leads to scholasticism, barren philosophizing, and then to adventurism ... Because only in that way can you name any call for an armed uprising, if they are not based on Marxist theory of armed struggle, created by Engels. If the rich experience of armed struggle by the Bolsheviks from 1905 to 1917 is not explored, or when revolutionaries do not see the uprising as an art, which is what Lenin constantly insisted immediately following Engels, developing the Marxist theory of an armed uprising in relation to the actual conditions of revolutionary Russia, and developing a detailed plan for the event. Well, this should be kept for a separate conversation. So in the petty-bourgeois party of Russian National Liberation (PRUNO) there is nothing for workers to do. The place for conscious workers is in their communist party. (AUCPB comment.: Comrade. Pribytkova calls for sculpting another communist party in addition to the fifty existing and pocket sized "communist" parties.) The strategic goal of the PRUNO party, no matter how noble the intentions of its author are, or how he is guided, is not in the interests of the working class . L.
